An "ask the webinar" page for your audience
Most people never watch a webinar replay. They have one question and won't sit through an hour to find the answer.
This workflow turns the recording into a page with the video, a searchable transcript, and an AI chat that answers questions and jumps the video to the right moment.
Uses the free YouTube to AI Chat skill · No coding needed
What you'll end up with
- One HTML page: video, searchable transcript, and AI chat
- Suggested questions written for your webinar
- Answers that jump the video to the cited moment
- No server to run: each visitor uses their own OpenRouter key
How to do it
- 1
Upload the recording to YouTube
Public or unlisted both work, as long as it has captions.
- 2
Build the chat page
Ask for a chat page and the skill writes suggested questions for your webinar.
- 3
Host it
Put the file on your website, GitHub Pages, Netlify, or Vercel so the video plays inline.
- 4
Share it in the follow-up email
"Have a question? Ask the webinar" gets far more clicks than "watch the replay".
Copy-paste prompts
Make a chat page for this webinar that I can send to attendees: [link]
Write 3 suggested questions a new customer would ask about this webinar.
Also give me a 5-bullet summary to put in the follow-up email.
Replace [link] with your YouTube URL.
Tips
- Viewers bring their own OpenRouter key, so the page costs you nothing to run.
- Host the file on your site so the embedded player works.
- Pair it with a course for the people who want the full lesson.
Time and cost
About 10 minutes per webinar.

FAQ
Do visitors need an API key?+
Yes, an OpenRouter key, which keeps the page free for you to host. With the default model, most answers cost well under a cent.
Is my key exposed if I share the page?+
No. Keys are never written into the file. Each visitor enters their own, and it's saved only if they choose.
