'It's Not Fair!' - Schumer Has Unhinged Tantrum On National TV
完整文本记录
Hey, ladies and gentlemen, this is
Carmine Sabia for Explain America. And
is there a bigger crybaby whining what's
ball than New York Senate majority or
minority leader
Chuck Schumer?
Not to me, there's not.
Uh before we start, guys, please make
sure you hit that like button, hit the
share button, leave a comment if you're
so moved to. It really helps us out.
Trains the algorithm to push
conservative news.
You know,
I almost will call him the Senate
majority leader because these days with
Thune, it's almost like Schumer is the
majority leader.
That being said, what a whiny crybaby
this guy is.
The Democrats
are wholly responsible
for this partial government shutdown.
Wholly.
There is not a well, it's kind of the
Republicans' fault, too. No, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no.
The Democrats have had a tantrum
because they don't want ICE, Immigration
and Customs Enforcement, getting rid of
the people that they flood their cities
with so that they can get more
representatives in Congress and higher
electoral votes in their blue states.
That's what this is all about. Never
make that mistake. Don't think they care
about these people. It's about a numbers
game with the US Census.
Now, they're having a tantrum about
this. And they're looking for any reason
any reason to stop ICE from completing
its mission.
And one of those ways is to cause this
partial government shutdown. And now,
Schumer goes on national TV and I swear
to you says, "It's not fair.
It's not fair that we're getting blamed
for this." Bro, are you kidding?
What are you, a child? It's not fair It
is your fault, first of all. So, it's
totally fair.
Second of all, I don't know. What are
you, a hundred? You're still complaining
about it's not fair?
I would tell a five-year-old that's not
an okay argument.
Are you kidding me, bro?
It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not
fair that you are holding the whole
country hostage because you and your
Democrat cronies are putting illegal
immigrants ahead of American citizens.
That's what's not fair.
Tell it to the people this Easter
weekend standing in a long line to go
visit their family because you're having
a temper tantrum. Tell them about fair.
Those people did nothing.
The TSA agents who can't pay their
bills,
they did nothing wrong.
And you want to talk about fair? You're
a clown.
And I stopped myself from saying
something a lot worse just now. I want
you to watch this and let me know what
you think in the comments. Any credit
for that, Senator? No, we've been trying
to do it for 3 weeks and Trump has
opposed it. We proposed funding all of
those other agencies, not ICE and CPB
until they reform, but all the other
agencies and they said no. And so,
uh the best way to get them paid was for
Johnson to put the bill that the Senate
passed this morning with Thune's
leadership on the floor and we pass it.
Well, what do you say to those critics
who argue that both ICE and Border
Patrol are already set with funding,
millions and millions of dollars because
of President Trump's so-called big,
beautiful bill that passed
uh months ago. So, Democrats just held
up this legislation for what? For
political posturing, is that right?
Well, that's not fair at all. We held it
up because we wanted, as I mentioned
before, to reform uh
ICE and CPB, which are lawless. The
American people are totally on our side.
I think by two to one or close to that.
They want it reformed and that's what
we're pushing for. We're not going to
fund a lawless ICE and a lawless CPB and
the American people are overwhelmingly
on our side on that. But they're already
funded, right?
Well, if they they put funding in from
their
from their other bills and want to keep
funding a lawless ICE, a lawless CPB
that creates chaos in our cities, it's
on their back. We're not going to
participate in that.
Bottom line is, Democrats are in the
minority. You mentioned, you know, what
the American people want. Overall, the
American people are not happy with the
Democratic Party. The CNN's recent
polling shows that a broad 74% of the
public says Democrats in Congress have
the wrong priorities. How do you respond
to that as a Democratic leader in the
Senate? Look at just about all the
elections, whether they were the
elections in New Jersey and in Virginia.
