Should Women Be in the Military?

having women in the forces is a strength

there's no doubt about it the issue

comes to what you're were talking about

combat roles you know on a ship on in a

submarine in my view if a woman wants to

do it who the heck am I to say she can't

if she meets the standards that's just

great but she has to meet the standards

so what do you do when people say well

if the standards discriminate against

women then the standards are sexist

because that would certainly be the case

for upper body strength for example to

be in the armored Court to lift a you

know 100 PB round uh you know you need

the strength to be able to do it I'm

sure in in the Navy there's lots of of

those kinds of uh of jobs
