it's not meant for me

jealousy is a clue

it's a directional signal it's a dot on

the map of your life

and the desire is blocked by fear or

comparison or insecurity or stress or

whatever instead of aiming that jealousy

out at the world or at myself aim it

into inspiration

aim it into motivation

recognize and give yourself permission

that if you unpack whatever it is that

you're jealous of i'm jealous of their

marriage what is it about it is it the

fact that they seem to have a date night

is it the fact that they're really kind

to each other explore it lean into it

give yourself permission to have that

thing and then

get off your ass and go make it happen
