Do You Cry For No Reason?

have you ever cried for no reason like why am I even crying nothing is wrong

that crying is not random one reason is maybe uh you've had painful situations

in the past you didn't allow yourself to feel or grieve and you push those

emotions away without processing them they get bured deeply in your

subconscious mind and then one day something small happens maybe it's an

old song a scene from a movie it triggers that bured emotions even though

you don't recall the memory all that pain you ignored comes rushing back and

that's why you cry without knowing why it's not random and you are not weak for

crying
