you how a former security guard turned
his life around by selling his ebook
like crazy in Nigeria and guess what he
didn't need any money to get started so

exactly how a man who used to work as a
security guard I mentioned earlier made

standing as a security guy so let's get
right into it so um first of all let me
tell you about d a man who worked as a
security guard he used to earn um 30,000
a month of course he had dreams of
making more but he didn't know how to do
it so one day he stumbled on the idea of
creating an ebook and with no um prior
experience or any money at all for
marketing for running ads for spreading
the word he used his phone to write the
ebook and designed it on Calver guess
what he sold over 500 copies in his
first two months yes first 2 months he

marketing to start with as you said he
was earning 30,000 so there was only so
much he had he didn't have so much money
but the best part is you can also do the
same thing you do not need to spend
money to make money that what didn't
have money for ads but he used free

it okay the first thing he did was to
give something for free first yes that
was started by sharing a free teaser
version of his ebook on WhatsApp he
didn't ask anyone to buy anything at
first instead he created a short
valuable ebook that solved a small
problem and offered it for free then
promoted um the ebook inside the the
paid ebook inside the free ebook Okay so
he promoted this free ebook in WhatsApp
groups and Facebook communities Facebook
groups anywhere his target audience were
hanging around he went there to promote
it remember he was giving it out for
free everybody loves free things people
love free things people loved the free
version and when you are giving a free
thing make it valuable make it feel like
oh they would think that you are losing
out for giving this information for free
so you have to give something that is
worth the wife okay so D gave out this
free version and people loved it they
wanted more so what did D do he offered
the full ebook for a price that was what
he did at the end of the ebook Okay so
like I said give something for free
first people love free things and make
it worthwhile so that when they see that
oh this free version is actually
valuable how much more valuable will the
paid version be yes that is a very very
strong technique that you do not want to
miss out on give something for free
first the next technique is creating an
irresistible offer D didn't just stop at
offering the free ebook he made sure his
offer was irresistible he didn't say buy
my ebook for 3,000 no no no instead he
said buy my ebook for 3,000 and get a
second ebook on how to turn that
knowledge into a side hustle for free
look at that so if you are teaching
someone how to do something you can can
add an extra ebook at the end like you
know something to help Implement what
they have learned or another ebook that
you know it's also a complement of what
they have bought now suddenly his
audience you know um wanted that they
were getting two ebooks for the price of
one they felt like oh they do not want
to miss this because it's an
irresistable offer so you could do the
same thing um try creating an
irresistible offer it could be that
you'd sell the ebook along with a
mentorship program for them or you sell
the ebook along with another ebook as
I've mentioned earlier or even a product
just create an irresistible offer that
would make people feel like they would
be at a loss if do they do not buy it
immediately basically something that
people would not want to let go of how
could they resist that kind of offer
they're buying one ebook and getting the
other one free and they paying just
3,000 na so it was a very sweet juicy
offer the third technique he used was
Panic buying strategy yes here is where
D really won he used a panic buying
strategy he told his audience the first
20 people who buy my ebook will get it
for 3,000 after that the prices goes up
to
5,000 boom people rushed to be among the
first 20 and they sold out quickly now
remember you're trying to get people
it's a strategy the fact that you have
gotten 20 people does not mean that you
would stop selling no you continue okay
you continue sharing this um offer
sharing this um Panic buying using this
Panic buying strategy because your goal
is to sell and remember that you do not
have money now remember that D made this

about to sell in fact he sold the first
20 people 303,000 how much is
that yes I know you calculating it yes
he made this the ebook the money he made
from the ebook was crazy so he created a
sense of urgency that made this ebook
sell like crazy the third technique
Panic buying strategy create a sense of
urgency for your for the people who are
interested in the books to make them
feel like if they do not buy immediately
they'll be losing out greatly the fourth
strategy is to Target the Right audience
yes that was smart he didn't try to sell
his ebook to just anyone his ebook was
about how to start a small business with
little to no Capital mhm so he went
straight to groups where people were
looking for extra incomes he shared his
free ebook to the communities and he
knew that these were his target audience
that's how he reached the right people
without spending a dime on Art so you
need to put the work yes if you're not
spending money you put the work there's
not this is not a get rich quick scheme
no you have to work for it so you look
for groups that have your target
audience look for communities where you
see your target audience and get ready
to share share share share share share
share you continue to share especially
with the fact that you are not running
ads you do not have a dime to run ads so
but you have to put the work put the
effort if you were not going to put the
effort you'd have just simply paid money
for ads paid money on Facebook on G
wherever you wanted to pay money for ads
and it will do the work for you but this
time you have to do the work yourself
now this is where um your time comes in
for you to make money you need time
money or effort any of the thing but if
you do not have money your time and
effort can suffice now Target the Right
audience if you have an ebook that you
want to sell look for places where you
feel like your target audiences will be
there look for groups look for WhatsApp
communities go on Instagram look for
places where you know that you rightly
target your audience now the other step
he used was to use social proof yes once
that started getting feedback from
people who bought the book he shared
their testimony they can only share good
testimonies to you if you are giving
them value you are actually giving them
something worth their money okay do not
sell what is not worth it please sell
what you are sure that when people read
it they know that they got value for
their money okay and then you can use
those testimonials to sell to other
people so he let his audience see how
others were benefiting from the e and
which made new buyers feel confident
that it was worth their money so if you
are not getting the um good reviews good
testimonials that means that your ebook
is bad you need to review it okay and
this had a very very a very high effect
people saw testimonials and they wanted
to have that same testimonials as well
so for example he's selling a book on
how to sell or or businesses to start um
without capital and then you see people
giving testimonials of how they started
a business without money and now they're
making amount of money when people see
those kind of testimonials they'll be
triggered they'll be interested they'll
be you know U curious to know what that
ebook is about and that is what um Z
leveraged on he made sure that he got
people to give testimonials and he used
those testimonials to drive people into
seeing that yes their money world will
be gotten if they buy this e so if that
would go from 30k a month as a security
guard to making 500k by selling an ebook
what stop pay you you do not need money
to get started you just need to follow
the steps I have mentioned and soon
enough you start seeing the sales
running in remember like I said it's not
a get rich quick scheme you have to put
the work put the effort put in time and
your mind as well into it so um remember
it's all about creating value okay
remember to create value and make uh
very irresistible offers now it's time
