Here's how to create realistic AI ads

with consistent characters, consistent

products, and even different outfits and

backgrounds from just one single image.

If you run an e-commerce brand and

advertising agency, or just want to

create videos for your business without

breaking the bank, I'm going to walk you

through step by step how I made this

entire ad using entirely AI. No models,

no studio, no photo shoots, just one

photo, smart prompts, and the right

workflow. Just take a look at all these

shots. Every single one of them is 100%

AI generated. The character is

consistent. The product is consistent.

The backgrounds and outfits change, but

the look stays locked in. And that's

exactly what you need to run social ads,

UGC, and brand campaigns at scale. And

stick with me to the very end where I'll

show you a secret 11 Labs trick that you

The first thing you need is a strong

source image, your brand hero. And for

this, I'm using Idog, which is free. I

like to go into the explore page for

inspiration. And then I can filter these

images by typing in something like

realistic influencer. And now you can

see tons of amazing options. And you can

either download one of these directly or

click the image you like to see the

prompt and then use that to simply

generate your own. I like this one. So

let's copy the prompt and run it for

ourselves. And wow, look how good that

looks. And remember, be intentional.

This one photo is going to anchor your

whole ad campaign. So, take your time to

really nail this part.

Now, it is time to build variations and

that is where spiel comes in. Here's the

process. Start by uploading your source

image from idoggram. Then, we need our

prompts. Remember, we don't just want to

create one static video here. We want to

build an entire ad with perfect

consistency. So, how do we do this?

Well, I made this very easy for you guys

simply add your source image and the

type of ad you're trying to create, and

it will give you back all of these

prompts. It will create variations like

wide shot outdoors with the product in

hand, same model in the passenger seat

of a car, or lifestyle shot in a kitchen

holding a coffee cup. And once you have

your prompts, let's head back over to

spiel.co. You can create an account for

free and then you'll see this interface.

First, upload your source image and then

add in the prompt you got from GPT. Then

hit generate. And it really is as easy

as that. Look at the way all of these

images maintain the exact look of the

original source image whilst adding an

entirely new angle, which makes for a

much more engaging ad video. And an

engaging video is a video that sells.

And static ads are great, but video ads

to take the characters we just generated

and turn them into realistic talking

videos. The first thing you want to do

is switch from Magic Edit to the UGC

attention to this because things are

about to get scary. Upload the image you

just created. You can repeat this

process as many times as you want using

all of the variations you created in the

last step. Then you can turn every

you'll see two options. You have easy

mode or custom mode. Easy mode is what

we'll use here. It's quick, generates in

around 2 minutes, and it's perfect for

gives you a bit more control. You can

upload your own audio, clone your voice,

or even select from a library of preset

voices. For now, let's keep things

simple and go with easy mode. And for

the script, I've created another free

can simply describe the type of video

you're trying to make and it will give

you a viral optimized script like this

one. Then you can copy this and paste it

into the script box here in Spiel. The

next step, and this is one of the

coolest parts, is directing your video.

You can actually tell your avatar what

you want it to do in the video. For

example, maybe you want them to stand

up, take the hat off, interact with your

product, or even take a drink from a

bottle. Well, let's uh let's give that a

go. I'll type in she speaks directly to

the camera whilst presenting the bottle.

At the end of the video, she takes a

drink from the bottle. Click generate,

and in a couple of minutes, you'll have

a fully rendered AI video. I am so
