0:00

boy look this one there's going to be a

0:02

lot of detail here it's going to be

0:04

about 12 and a half minutes before we

0:07

get to talking Summer and the medical

0:10

hell so forgive me but there's a lot of

0:12

updating here to get you to why we have

0:14

seven children what's going on with like

0:16

work and startups and stuff so this is

0:19

really look if you're interested in

0:20

what's going on my world you're going to

0:22

get everything in this okay so buckle up

0:25

here we go hey everyone meet Kevin here

0:26

in this video you're going to get a full

0:28

update on meet Kevin we're going to talk

0:30

medical hell that we've gone through and

0:33

what's going on what's still to come

0:35

we're going to answer the question of do

0:36

I really have seven children and how did

0:39

that happen if so we're going to talk

0:41

status of Health who's in the hospital

0:43

who's left in the hospital why what's

0:45

going on we're going to get into some of

0:47

the details of that so buckle up for

0:50

that we'll talk uh a little update on

0:52

work I'll probably start with that so I

0:55

can get that out of the way mostly

0:57

because that's going to be the quicker

0:58

update and so this really if you're

1:02

curious on what it's like to be in this

1:04

sort of world here's a little bit of

1:06

insight for you uh if not hey we'll be

1:10

back with economic and sort of political

1:11

news whatever probably tomorrow but

1:14

let's get into it so first yes I have

1:17

been posting way less two years ago I

1:20

was posting about five times a day now

1:22

I'm lucky if I'm posting five times a

1:25

week now I have a strategy to ramp that

1:29

up while still being able to handle

1:30

everything else that's going on it's

1:32

really just going to come down to waking

1:34

up earlier in the morning I've done that

1:36

in the past we're going to get back into

1:37

that Groove uh now so that way we can uh

1:40

really produce when children are quiet

1:43

people are quiet employees aren't

1:45

working they're not at work right agents

1:48

AR everything's peaceful so that's

1:50

probably what I'll do at the same time

1:53

we've got an event that we're planning

1:55

if you haven't heard on June 21st to

1:56

June 23rd I'll link it down below we're

1:59

basically trying to put on what we hope

2:01

and expect will be the biggest Finance

2:02

event of the Year got a lot of interest

2:04

in this we've been doing a lot of

2:05

interviews with folks and inviting

2:06

people so stay tuned we think we're

2:08

going to have a lot of really exciting

2:10

announcements coming as we announce new

2:12

speakers we're going to raise the price

2:13

for the event so you can check that out

2:15

at me kevin.com June 21st to 23rd

2:18

inperson 3-day Finance event of the year

2:21

in Vegas so again as more details come

2:24

out kind of raise the price on that uh

2:26

speaking of work yes people have been

2:29

wondering are there two startups the

2:31

answer is yes there are two startups one

2:35

takes up the vast majority of my time

2:37

the other is kind of like this little

2:39

candle that's lit it involved me getting

2:42

all of the uh six different licenses I

2:44

got at the end of the year has to do

2:46

with a broker dealer uh that's really

2:48

kind of a slowburn project that'll take

2:50

quite a while and it doesn't take a lot

2:52

of time right now because we're mostly

2:54

waiting on outside forces but what's um

2:57

really neat is that'll end up benefiting

2:59

house hack I expect so it's really

3:01

exciting house hack you already know

3:03

about this my real estate startup that

3:04

takes up a lot of time I'll give you a

3:06

really really kind of quick example I've

3:08

got some blurry pictures here as well

3:10

that I think are kind of funny uh and

3:12

and these this was sort of me running

3:14

around on Friday uh and uh what was

3:17

funny about it mostly was I don't know

3:20

why I got these blurry photos of it but

3:22

I have these blurry photos of me outside

3:23

this building this right here was just

3:25

an example of one of the appointments

3:27

meeting a city uh for an affordable

3:29

house housing project that we're working

3:31

on this is for the benefit of houske

3:33

investors and uh what's remarkable is

3:36

that day I left here at like

3:41

6:55 this is after doing the market open

3:43

live stream we're still doing the

3:44

morning I've got a 7:15 flight to go

3:47

meet this city uh before meeting the

3:50

city at an 8:30 appointment to walk a

3:52

building with contractors walk another

3:54

building at 8:55 so yeah they're like 2

3:57

minutes apart so it was okay almost walk

3:59

between the too uh 9:15 conference call

4:02

negotiating an $18 million deal uh then

4:05

I got to get to Texas to meet the CEO of

4:08

uh robotics startup which was pretty

4:10

cool uh and uh then we had negotiations

4:12

later in the day uh uh with uh with some

4:15

other individuals catching up really

4:17

really exciting stuff going on but then

4:19

I got to be back in on the west coast to

4:23

tour more projects and single families

4:25

and multifamilies and multiple different

4:27

states and then of course I got to get

4:28

back for d night because I have to be

4:30

able to spend time with Lauren and so we

4:33

were able to uh get back in time all

4:35

within this sort of crazy 36-hour span

4:38

here's Lauren she's actually holding up

4:40

with the children we're about to talk

4:42

about so point is there is a lot that

4:46

goes on and I don't really film much of

4:49

it mostly because some of the things I

4:50

can't film because when we're in

4:52

negotiations on it maybe we can film

4:53

them and post them in the future but we

4:55

also don't really want to blow our

4:56

negotiations while we're in the middle

4:58

of negotiations so kind of a weird

5:01

balance but that's just an example that

5:02

was just like a 36- hour example and

5:04

then you got to be able to have

5:05

one-on-one time with the kids as well so

5:08

let's now talk children are there really

5:12

seven

5:13

children yes there are seven children

5:16

Lauren uh gave natural birth to both

5:19

Jack and Max uh both Jack and Max are

5:23

healthy they're kicking butt they're

5:25

great they're they're strong little boys

5:27

Jack's eight Zim

5:30

uh with me this was pretty cool and I

5:32

try to take Jack and maxing try to make

5:34

sure I could still spend one-on-one time

5:36

with them that's really important

5:38

because as they grow up I don't want

5:41

them to feel like they're shafted

5:44

because there are more children here's

5:47

Max with one of the twins that was born

5:52

in October so let's talk twins for a

5:56

moment Lauren had fertility issues for

5:58

Jack and Max uh she had to take this

6:01

drug called Clomid to even get pregnant

6:03

and there were shots involved in this

6:05

it's it's crazy but after Jack and Max

6:08

she actually stopped responding to any

6:10

kind of fertility treatment so it's like

6:12

okay you might end up being blessed with

6:15

two children and that might be it we've

6:18

always wanted to have more children

6:19

we've always sort of felt like only

6:21

children I've had um two half sisters

6:23

for example but they're like 11 years in

6:25

both directions so I always kind of felt

6:26

like I grew up as an only child and

6:28

through

6:30

uh and sort of other fertility measures

6:32

we're blessed with these twins these

6:35

twins are amazing this is Claire right

6:37

here healthy they both spent about 5

6:39

days in the NICU they were born in about

6:40

36 weeks on October 26th and uh these

6:44

they're absolutely adorable little girls

6:47

we see them both getting their own

6:49

little personalities here you could see

6:51

right here for example if I mess with uh

6:54

Ella look at her face over here look at

6:56

Claire's it's like this is too

6:58

suspicious sir

7:00

it's really cute it's really fun it's

7:02

amazing we're so blessed to have these

7:04

two and they're they're a super amazing

7:08

part of life like having children is so

7:12

amazing I I feel like I have my work

7:14

babies with amazing employees a great

7:17

team really shout out to the whole team

7:19

doing everything that's going on would

7:21

not be possible without the people

7:22

helping both me and Lauren Lauren's got

7:25

her own team obviously she needs it

7:28

because yes it is true we did not only

7:30

have twins on October 26th but then

7:33

also we had triplets on

7:37

2224 kind of a cool date but we had

7:41

triplets not on purpose within 3 months

7:44

and a week of having twins let's just

7:47

say we were getting really unlucky with

7:50

timing with fertility and how contracts

7:53

were working out and and babies not

7:55

sticking and and and things were just

7:56

not working and then all of a sudden

7:59

everything started working and the way

8:01

contracts were set up were not

8:04

anticipating that and it was either go

8:06

through or kind of lose all the money

8:09

and and progress you've already made in

8:10

fertility so we're like oh wow okay so

8:13

we might have two pregnancies going at

8:17

the same time and then all of a sudden

8:19

we get

8:20

eggslit situations we're like wait a

8:24

minute what long and short of it yes we

8:27

have seven children so so you met Jack

8:31

he's eight you met Max he's six you met

8:34

the twins Ella and Claire they're are

8:38

strong chunky girls we love them they're

8:40

so adorable it's so cute when babies

8:42

fatten up because when they're born they

8:45

they kind of look a whole lot more

8:46

meager and and not that strong now

8:51

you've got uh them learning how to roll

8:53

over and look at

8:55

them it's it's adorable but that's just

9:00

the part of the story that doesn't

9:03

involve the

9:04

intensity so then come the triplets now

9:07

some of you have already heard that we

9:09

had emergency surgeries involved with

9:12

one of them we're going to talk about

9:13

her in just a moment but first let's get

9:17

Jay and violet out of the way so Jay

9:21

he's you know he's got to add some

9:22

weight he kind of looks like a little

9:24

Grandpa right now but this is Jay he is

9:27

a one of the new five babies that we

9:31

have he's great he's really responsive I

9:34

just fed him took like 40 minutes for

9:37

him to feed he's super adorable right

9:39

before filming this video I fed him he's

9:41

great he actually got sick with RSV now

9:45

Ella and Claire they did not get the RSV

9:48

vaccine we felt they were far enough in

9:51

their age and their weights and their

9:53

progression and even though they were

9:54

born in October they did not get the RSV

9:57

vaccine uh some of the RSV vaccines have

10:01

been out a lot longer some of them a lot

10:03

shorter and everybody has to kind of

10:04

personally decide what they want their

10:06

children to get you know we're we're a

10:08

big fan of of the ogs you know like the

10:10

chickenpox and the hepatitis and stuff

10:12

but some of the newer stuff were were're

10:14

let's say we put more thought into it

10:16

right uh and that's this is not medical

10:18

advice for somebody to or to not get but

10:20

anyway he got the RSV vaccine and so did

10:22

violet now what's interesting is they

10:25

got it a day

10:28

before actually getting sick with RSV

10:31

now that's a little bit of a bummer

10:34

because it means you can't actually get

10:38

your immunity up the reason they got it

10:41

is because they're substantially smaller

10:44

Jay for example he's barely six lb which

10:48

is okay probably explains why

10:51

Jay he did pretty well with RSV got sick

10:55

one of the reasons we got him vaccinated

10:57

is because he did have a condition known

10:58

as num thorax basically means his lung

11:01

collapsed so his lung collapsed all the

11:03

air goes into his chest cavity they got

11:04

to puncture him uh with a needle to let

11:07

the air out and then they got to

11:09

basically rehabilitate the child and and

11:11

make sure his lung could expand again

11:13

he's healed x-ray everything good but

11:15

you

11:16

know viral conditions probably not great

11:19

with lung collapse we'll say he's been a

11:22

champ totally perfect Violet though

11:25

she's not even five pounds she's in the

11:27

four pound range and unfortunately she

11:31

was starting to have trouble breathing

11:33

so even though she required no support

11:36

after her being born she was on room a

11:38

from being born uh feeding tube for a

11:41

little while but they pretty much all

11:42

are at that age until they can feed she

11:44

pretty much needed no help but after

11:46

getting RSV she was having trouble

11:49

breathing and we decided it was best for

11:51

her to go to the hospital which ended up

11:52

being the right thing to do because

11:54

she's been there for 6 days now just

11:56

getting breathing support uh she's doing

11:59

fine she's going to be okay but it's a

12:01

roller coaster mostly because here we

12:04

are thinking like yay we're we're down

12:06

to one in the hospital no you're going

12:08

back in the hospital so Violet's in the

12:11

hospital she's going to be okay she

12:13

should be out hopefully

12:15

tomorrow uh but what happens with the

12:17

little ones when they have trouble

12:18

breathing they can their oxygen levels

12:21

can be okay but eventually the trouble

12:23

breathing wears on them so much to where

12:25

they're they're taking these deep

12:26

breaths their Skin's pulling under their

12:28

ribs if and and their lips kind of turn

12:30

in a little bit eventually their muscles

12:32

wear out and they're not actually able

12:35

to keep up with the excessive breathing

12:37

that they need to do to get past all the

12:38

congestion they have and of course you

12:40

do like the saline uh uh you know sprays

12:44

and and the uh extractions uh to try to

12:46

minimize the mucus they have but anyway

12:49

now we got to talk summer this is summer

12:52

now I've already broken down what

12:54

happened when she was born in a

12:55

different video quick catchup she had a

12:57

condition known as mcone ilas bonium

13:00

ilas is this blockage at the end of her

13:03

small intestine and it leads to

13:06

essentially all your kind of stomach

13:09

stuff getting stuck blocked and then

13:13

ruptures you get a perforation of the

13:15

small intestine it all spills out into

13:17

your gut this is her when she was born

13:20

this is not good it's really bad

13:23

meconium ilas essentially led her to go

13:27

into surgery right away way emergency

13:29

surgery and the surgeon called me and

13:32

said look there are three things that

13:34

can cause moonium ilas there's

13:38

malformation in other words the small

13:40

intestines were just they grew wrong

13:43

there's looping or cystic fibrosis which

13:48

often times is an an early death

13:50

sentence to your life you have trouble

13:52

breathing you have to have special diets

13:55

you could uh there are some treatments

13:56

for certain forms of cystic fibrosis

13:59

which could help you sort of get through

14:00

it it's generally deemed to be incurable

14:02

and a life-shortening disease and we're

14:05

like that's not good this is really bad

14:08

and really scary and this is also odd

14:12

because we're looking at this going hey

14:15

surgeon how is this possible if we're

14:17

both tested for cystic fibrosis and

14:20

we're both Negative they like well there

14:24

you know that that's good but there

14:26

could be a mutation in the child itself

14:28

and we've done like 23 and me and we're

14:31

negative on 23 and me this was my SEMA 4

14:34

scan from before as we were going

14:36

through uh fertility and it just says

14:38

reduce risk over here which I think is

14:40

just sort of like their You Know cover

14:42

your butt way of saying you you

14:44

shouldn't have cystic fibrosis or

14:47

shouldn't be a carrier of it anyway I'm

14:49

on the phone with a surgeon I'm like

14:51

well what about is there no fourth

14:54

potential option here you're saying it's

14:56

not malformation you're saying it's not

14:57

looping so so you're trying to point to

15:00

CF and I'm like what about stenosis

15:03

which would be like a narrowing of the

15:05

intestine which could be caused by

15:07

external stresses which could be caused

15:10

by a lack of blood flow to the area

15:12

something known as uh like anemic

15:15

Condition it's just a fancy word for

15:17

that and we're like this sucks like how

15:19

are we going to know like well you're

15:21

going to have to wait 9 days for the

15:23

newborn screen to come back and we're

15:26

like so for N9 days we're just in like

15:29

hell and Agony over like what are we

15:31

going to do because it's not just if she

15:35

has it we you know she she's got this

15:37

life altering condition we have to deal

15:39

with but she's a freaking identical twin

15:42

with Violet so that means the other one

15:45

has it and we're like oh my gosh this

15:49

this sucks I'm like why why why why are

15:51

you saying Mone so we're like you know

15:53

researching monei ilas freaking out for

15:56

9 days straight it is so so commonly

15:59

associated that is Mone Milas this

16:01

condition is so commonly associated with

16:03

cystic fibrosis that we were literally

16:05

getting people's flash cards coming up

16:07

on Google for medical like boards and

16:10

exams where it's like if meconium ilas

16:13

is present or child presents with

16:15

meconium ilas what is the likely cause

16:17

and the answer is always C cystic

16:19

fibrosis so we're like whoa this is this

16:22

is weird like this child could have had

16:25

a mutation or whatever even though it'

16:26

be like a genetic lightning bolt is

16:28

weird and the surgeons are saying it's

16:30

this so of course we're being the

16:33

Frantic parents and we're like but but

16:36

doctors there are studies that show it

16:39

could not be like for example here's one

16:42

I think this is from

16:43

1993 meconium ilas in absence of cystic

16:47

fibrosis meconium ilas is the earliest

16:50

clinical manifestation of cystic

16:52

fibrosis in 10 to 20% of affected

16:55

patients but it is a rare phenomenon in

16:57

patients who do do not have cystic

16:59

fibrosis in other words 10 to 20% of

17:01

kids with CF have monei milus but it's

17:04

really rare to have mumus without having

17:07

CF so they did a study and they found in

17:11

their study that

17:14

21.6% of newborns with meconium ilas did

17:17

not have cystic fibrosis and we're

17:20

like okay that means there's a 79%

17:23

chance the kid has cystic fibrosis

17:26

that's like if you're flipping a coin

17:27

you're eight out of 10 times it's cystic

17:30

fibrosis we're like wow that's not great

17:33

and so obviously uh oh it was a 1992

17:36

piece which is weird that's when I was

17:37

born but anyway uh then then we're

17:40

wondering like there there has to be

17:42

another potential reason what other

17:44

potential reasons could there be and so

17:47

I'm debating with doctors in rounds I'm

17:49

like well can't it be stenosis or some

17:53

form of lack of blood flow or this and

17:55

they're like well you know we'll we'll

17:57

do more test yes we'll wait for the

17:59

newborn scream meanwhile I'm hunting for

18:02

more potential reasons I find more

18:05

studies here's another example of one

18:07

where you get meconium ilas in absence

18:10

of cystic fibrosis all the doctors

18:11

meanwhile they're like whatever man you

18:13

could do all your research it's we think

18:16

it's CF so we're just going to keep

18:17

waiting for the results to come back so

18:20

Lauren and I we're Mega stressed and

18:22

we're like what are we going to do all I

18:24

can try to do is just do more research

18:27

and I found found one thing here that I

18:30

thought was really interesting first of

18:32

all this piece here indicated that out

18:34

of 55 newborns admitted there were

18:37

actually 16 so about 29% without cystic

18:40

fibrosis who presented with monei ilus

18:44

well something I saw in this that was

18:46

really interesting as well is they

18:48

suggested Associated risk factors for

18:52

mcon ilus were potentially maternal

18:57

diabetes Well come to find out that the

19:00

surrogate who was carrying these

19:02

triplets had maternal diabetes like huh

19:07

this is very

19:08

interesting so what happens N9 days go

19:12

by child's you know recovering from the

19:15

two surgeries she's been through she has

19:17

an osty bag which basically means she uh

19:21

has uh her small intestine hooked up to

19:25

a little bag so her small intestine

19:26

comes through her tummy

19:29

and there's a little bag and this was

19:30

the little presentation I got from

19:32

her she uh she's not very happy I think

19:36

in this situation I don't blame her at

19:38

all we love her she's so strong she's

19:40

getting through this and it's it's been

19:42

wild fortunately she's been off uh off

19:44

CPAP now for a few days this is her she

19:47

started actually um bottle feeding a day

19:50

ago but she not done yet it doesn't mean

19:52

she doesn't have CF cuz she's bottle

19:54

feeding it doesn't mean she doesn't

19:55

still have another surgery she does so

19:57

she's still the nicku so you know we we

20:00

pray for summer like please like stay

20:02

strong get through this just visited her

20:05

and held her yesterday she's adorable

20:07

she actually still got uh a pick line in

20:09

her as well if you by the way have not

20:11

seen what that is yet it's pretty wild

20:14

I'll explain that really quickly and

20:16

then I want to tell you the results of

20:17

the tests that came up but I just want

20:20

to

20:21

say mad respect to every person who has

20:26

to deal with either the medical

20:28

community or is working in the medical

20:30

community or has relatives dealing with

20:33

this sort of stuff we just had an uncle

20:35

in Canada three aortic aneurysms goes in

20:39

for surgery surgery goes well on that

20:41

and then

20:43

dies for breathing complications and

20:45

we're just like this this is all

20:48

happening at the same time it's kind of

20:49

one of those things where it's like when

20:51

it rains it poures and it's it's

20:53

terrible because you know shout out to

20:55

Brian we we love Brian Brian

20:58

great human it's it's so terrible at the

21:00

same time my dad goes in for hip surgery

21:03

and it's like ah can't walk anymore

21:05

because there's so much arthritis and

21:06

then he goes in for hip surgery and what

21:08

happens in the hip surgery they're like

21:10

good news the hip surgery is good bad

21:12

news his bladder doesn't work anymore so

21:14

now he's on a catheter and walks around

21:16

with a bag and it's like you got to go

21:18

visit a urologist and try to get through

21:20

this and it's like bro too much too much

21:23

of this so anyway I'm pulling up right

21:26

now an x-ray image of this is actually

21:29

probably the most the lat let me I'm

21:31

going to use this one right here so

21:32

we've got an x-ray image here and what's

21:34

pretty crazy about these x-ray images is

21:37

you can actually see what a pick line is

21:39

in case you've never heard of it before

21:41

uh it's basically uh a central catheter

21:45

and it provides nutrition to a child

21:48

directly to their heart this is crazy to

21:52

me but uh I'm going to show you this by

21:54

zooming in as far as I can look at this

21:57

this this right here in her arm is the

22:00

pick line it follows sorry like not

22:04

meant to be gruesome here but this

22:05

follows her veins going to her heart so

22:09

I know it kind of looks funky that's

22:11

because it sort of like the vein doesn't

22:12

necessarily follow a bone path but

22:14

anyway this gets fished through her

22:16

veins this line keep following this goes

22:20

all the way up right here and look where

22:22

it stops Boop right there you see that

22:26

this is her heart this is Summer's heart

22:30

and there's literally a line that could

22:32

give her nutrition directly to her heart

22:34

she's actually still has that pick line

22:36

in place she is uh off getting that tpn

22:40

uh it's like some form of uh nutrition

22:42

that they get I forget what it stands

22:44

for TPM total total perinatal nutrition

22:46

or something like that I've had way too

22:48

much exposure to medical terms and I

22:50

don't want it

22:52

anymore anyway so then we get the

22:55

newborn screen results and everybody at

22:57

the the hospitals like Kevin and Lauren

22:59

are freaking out they're having a

23:00

miserable time trying to figure out

23:01

what's going on with their child and

23:04

they just want to know like we just want

23:06

to know just give us give us the answer

23:08

because the weight is killing us and so

23:10

this is uh this is summer again so we

23:13

get the newbor screen they're like good

23:16

news newborn screen negative for CF

23:19

we're like oh my gosh thank God this is

23:21

so good and we're like ready to

23:25

celebrate let's go have drinks whatever

23:28

but wait we want to do more genetic

23:30

testing we're like no no no no no no

23:33

we're done we're done they're like come

23:36

into the hospital and we can explain I'm

23:38

like okay how are we supposed to be

23:41

excited when now you're saying come into

23:43

the hospital so you get so I go to the

23:44

hospital meanwhile keep in mind she's a

23:47

6 and 1 half hour drive away from

23:51

me go to the hospital I'm in the rounds

23:54

with the doctors and I'm like look Mone

23:58

milus in absence of CF this study 21%

24:01

this one

24:03

29% parents negative for CF newborn

24:06

screen negative for CF what is your

24:08

freaking problem why are you so

24:09

convinced it's still CF you're like well

24:13

Kevin here's the newborn screen it shows

24:16

she had elevated IRT levels supposed to

24:19

get a score of under 70 on this anything

24:21

over 70 you know is is an elevated level

24:25

and there's a little note on the newborn

24:27

screen that says negative for CF uh

24:30

however with the elevated IR levels

24:33

consider additional testing if parent

24:35

presents uh with uh CF conditions uh

24:40

family member has CF or child has

24:42

clinical condition of CF and and I'm

24:45

like okay we don't have family history

24:47

we don't have siblings they're like

24:49

Kevin mcone amilius clinical condition

24:51

I'm like no no not again like what are

24:55

you going to do well we're going to do

24:57

do a custom genetic panel uh through

25:00

invite hey who remembers that company

25:02

through invite to screen for CF I'm like

25:06

you're you this is like a lightning bolt

25:08

of lightning bolt of lightning bolt to

25:10

for for all of this to occur and for her

25:11

to have C if they're like well that's

25:13

just what we think and I'm like they're

25:15

so freaking by the book that they they

25:18

are are more focused on this like one in

25:20

a billion chance than trying to provide

25:23

some like relaxation to parents who are

25:25

freaking

25:26

out it's exhausting so

25:29

anyway I suppose there's this rare

25:32

chance that the child could have a CF

25:35

despite all of these conditions uh

25:39

suggesting that no and and really their

25:42

argument is hey IRT levels so I snap

25:45

back I I'm getting a little frustrated I

25:47

feel bad but it's just like it's so

25:49

stressful as apparent and again this is

25:50

where I've learned how to just be like

25:53

so much more chill with people and like

25:55

love and and you know don't let the

25:58

small things bother you because there's

25:59

so many like really big severe things

26:01

that can actually be major problems in

26:04

your life and it's it's not necessary to

26:08

sweat the small stuff when let's just

26:11

say there are a lot bigger issues that

26:13

could happen in life and so we're like

26:15

all right what are these IRT levels

26:18

snapping back going look she could have

26:20

high IRT levels for a whole lot of

26:23

reasons premature delivery check

26:27

premature she was born in 32 weeks how

26:29

about another one oh C-section delivery

26:32

she had that as well okay how about

26:35

another one how about stress at Birth

26:38

the child presented with Mone emilus and

26:40

all they hear is huh see that's why we

26:43

got to check for C like no anyway her

26:46

IRT score was

26:48

86 uh through research I found out that

26:51

generally uh if you have a cystic

26:53

fibrosis patient you're going to have

26:54

IRT scores in the range of 125 to like 5

26:57

00 it's like that number goes off the

27:00

chart so I'm like 86 all these

27:03

conditions present yes it's higher than

27:04

it should be this is still stressful

27:06

it's like we're trying to celebrate but

27:07

now we

27:09

can't yesterday finally I'm in with the

27:13

doctors again

27:17

finally we're

27:21

free but this has been like so like

27:24

hellish like I just like want to cry

27:26

over the experience and it's it's just

27:27

like it sounds weak but it I'll tell you

27:29

it's weakening going through uh like

27:33

look February was like hell uh this uh

27:37

you know we got this on yesterday so the

27:39

second but February was was just the the

27:41

month of Hell emergency delivery for

27:44

children you've got twins at home then

27:46

there's RSV one child has to go back to

27:49

the hospital you a family member who

27:50

dies you've got dad who's got

27:52

complications in the hospital we're just

27:54

like please be done uh and then

27:58

obviously the children of of work as

28:00

well so needless to say the last like

28:03

you know four weeks here have been

28:05

absolutely insane uh we are so grateful

28:08

that we could now hopefully be on the

28:11

men's we still have one surgery to go

28:13

for baby summer and at the same time as

28:17

we've got one surgery to go probably in

28:19

about 5 weeks for baby summer you know I

28:22

got a job to do so you get sellers who

28:25

are like oh just quick example the

28:27

I have to deal with sellers are

28:29

like oh yeah all units are renovated I

28:31

go into a unit I go bro one of them's

28:34

got mold literally growing in the poor

28:37

tenants cabinets and you're not taking

28:39

care of this tenant are you kidding me

28:41

give me money credits we joke in the

28:43

office

28:45

credits so needless to say house hack

28:49

has its fundraise going

28:52

house.com uh that is a that is the top

28:55

priority along with family second

28:58

startups a little candle that's going uh

29:01

and my goal is to try to provide some

29:02

more value in videos here by having an

29:05

earlier schedule but um wow I just want

29:09

to say through this experience I think

29:11

I've definitely mellowed out a lot with

29:16

with like don't sweat the small stuff

29:18

because it can get real serious really

29:20

fast it's uh I feel like Made Me Love a

29:24

lot more seven children are definitely

29:27

my purpose in life but so are my two

29:29

baby startups because you need a balance

29:31

I can't only do children I need work as

29:34

well that's my

29:37

sanity and um honestly that I I just owe

29:41

all of you a huge thank you so thank you

29:44

for being here I love you all and we'll

29:46

see you in the next one goodbye
