too little sleep or too much sleep I'm a
psychologist and both are linked to poor
mental health but which one is worse for
you I put both to the test and I was
shocked by the results week one I slept
for only 6 hours each night and week two
I let myself have 10 hours I tracked my
sleep using my Galaxy watch 7 and in the
first week I felt terrible my mood was
really low but the shock for me was in
the second week even though I felt
better having more sleep I could not
seem to sleep for more than 9 hours no
matter how hard I tried research
suggests if you're continuously
oversleeping it might be a sign of
underlying health issues but how about
