If You’re 30+, Do This for Your Brain Health

If you are 30 plus, start doing these
five things now. First, your body needs
protein, but your brain needs omega-3s,
vitamin D, and magnesium. Without them,
you will experience more stress,
anxiety, and forgetfulness. So, also eat
for your brain. Second, modern life is
full of pressure, career, family,
responsibilities, and constant
overstimulation. If you don't give your
brain breaks, it burns out. So train it
to be in silence. Reduce screen time and
learn mindfulness. Third, as you age,
hormones like uh estrogen, progesterone
and testosterone will drop and your mood
and memory will suffer. To tackle, you
need to work out and lift weights.
Fourth, if your mind is not fit enough,
nothing in life will work. So build a
mental fitness routine. meditation,
journaling, deep breathing, you do what
is working for you religiously. Fifth,
oxytocin, the love hormone, it drops as
we age. So, you will become more and
more uh lonely, irritated, and stressed
as you age. So, strengthen your social
brain from now on. Have real connections
and start building your tribe.
