Nano Hone Diamond Resin Short Strop Manual

This is a sharpening and maintenance tool designed to sharpen and maintain pocket knives

and working knives.

We use the sharpening strop in several ways.

One method is to support the end of the strop on a table or countertop and drag the edge

over the resin.

Treat it just like a piece of leather.

Another method is to hook the strop over the edge of a countertop and strop over the surface

this way.

Again treat it like a piece of leather, never push the edge into the resin.

The surface of the Nano Hone Diamond Resin Strop has a honeycomb pattern designed to

increase the speed of cutting and make it easier to clean and maintain the surface of

the resin.

We recommend applying a light coat of oil to the strop from time to time with a pad

just rub it on the surface and dry off the excess, and that's enough.

This will help clean and even out the scratches when sharpening.

The Nano Hone Short sharpening strop comes in seven grits: 1 micron, 3 micron, 10 micron,

25 micron, 50 micron, 100 micron, and a 200 micron not pictured here.
