FULL TRANSCRIPT

0:00

now we got to talk about Andrew Tate and

0:03

uh there's this guy Mario nafal on

0:06

Twitter who seems to provide a lot of

0:07

insights into what's going on with the

0:10

latest on the Andrew Tate situation uh

0:12

look you know what whether you're

0:14

fighting for the Matrix or against the

0:17

Matrix I think it's very clear that uh

0:20

everybody in the world deserves to know

0:23

what is the Romanian government holding

0:27

Andrew Tate for specifically what kind

0:31

of evidence is there and this is leading

0:33

to a lot of aggression on both sides on

0:36

one side you have individuals saying hey

0:38

there's plenty of evidence suggesting

0:40

that uh you know or that that reiterate

0:43

allegations of whether it's rape or

0:45

money laundering uh whatever it may be

0:48

uh and and folks on the other side say

0:51

Hey you know that's just a social media

0:52

Persona you can't arrest somebody off

0:54

stuff they say on social media

0:57

kind of interesting because at the same

0:59

time there's this guy Stephen McCullough

1:01

who apparently

1:03

was was live streaming while he ended up

1:07

murdering a a girl who was pregnant but

1:11

it ends up turning out that that live

1:13

stream he was playing was just a

1:15

recording of himself and he left a bunch

1:17

of hints like a total idiot in that live

1:20

stream that he was uh yeah you know

1:23

basically that this was no time to die

1:26

and I should do a separate video on it

1:28

but it's it's crazy like it's terrible

1:30

to think that that uh you know people

1:32

post stupid stuff on the internet and uh

1:35

they're almost sort of like hints that

1:37

look I I I'm Brazen about the way I

1:40

commit crimes uh that's what some people

1:43

are suggesting Andrew Tate is kind of

1:45

like kind of like that to some degree

1:46

that that murderer guy who who murders

1:49

somebody while pretending to be live

1:51

streaming while it's just a recording

1:53

and at the same time is leaving hints

1:55

about his criminal activity to sort of

1:58

like in a macho and Brazen way show that

2:00

off and so some people are connecting

2:02

that to Andrew Tate saying hey his what

2:04

he says online should be taken seriously

2:06

because you know he actually is uh doing

2:10

these things and he's trying to get away

2:11

with it basically so here's an

2:13

interesting sort of important update

2:15

they say here on the case against Andrew

2:17

Tate uh and uh Mario provides a quick

2:21

recap here he says before getting into

2:23

the developments after initial 30-day

2:25

detention period in January a Bucharest

2:27

Court extended the Tates Brothers

2:28

detention until February 27th keep in

2:30

mind that you can only be detained for

2:32

about 180 days uh in in Romania while

2:36

and then these have to be extended on

2:38

30-day periods generally you you can't

2:41

be arrested without being charged for a

2:43

crime the thesis though is that hey we

2:46

are going to charge you with a crime we

2:49

have not yet charged you with a crime

2:51

but we are going to do so in the

2:53

meantime we're going to detain you

2:54

because we feel if you are out of jail

2:56

you might manipulate or destroy evidence

2:58

by either talking to people and making

3:00

and threatening them and making them not

3:02

cooperate with authorities or destroying

3:04

evidence or or whatever that's sort of

3:06

the thesis but it's leading a lot of uh

3:08

people online to get very upset about

3:11

this idea that oh no Andrew Tate has

3:15

been taken by the Matrix and uh he's

3:17

innocent well uh I I think this is a

3:20

situation where

3:22

at some point and the demands become

3:24

louder and louder every day everybody's

3:26

just needs to see what the evidence is

3:27

and and then people can make up their

3:29

mind there are a lot of people uh you

3:31

know drawing conclusions right now on

3:33

the internet there's this one lady who

3:35

keeps ranting about Andrew Tate and one

3:37

of the things that she says is it's not

3:39

fair that the government is listening to

3:41

one person's testimony versus the other

3:43

and I'm thinking to myself how do you

3:46

know what the government is actually

3:47

listening to you know it makes for sort

3:50

of like a a viral clip uh for for this

3:53

podcast host uh arguing that uh uh the

3:57

the Romanian government is uh wrong for

4:00

listening to one person's testimony over

4:02

the other we have no idea what what

4:03

they're looking at or what kind of

4:04

evidence they have so that's where one

4:07

of the things that I look at is I don't

4:09

think and I'm not sure right we'll find

4:12

out but if the Romanian government were

4:14

to release Andrew Tate and uh there was

4:18

no evidence or there were no charges it

4:20

would be a massive embarrassment to to

4:22

the Romanian government whereas if the

4:25

Romanian government comes out with a

4:26

substantial case against entertaining

4:28

people look at the evidence and say wow

4:29

this guy really is a bad person then uh

4:32

then then all of a sudden people will

4:34

actually look at the Romanian government

4:36

with respect right and I don't think the

4:38

Iranian government wants to be

4:39

embarrassed so I I don't think you know

4:41

just by considering that solely I don't

4:43

think it looks very good for Andrew Tate

4:45

especially since the judge explained his

4:47

decision here the capacity of the

4:49

defendants to exercise permanent

4:50

psychological control over their victims

4:52

including by resorting to a constant

4:54

acts of violence is one of basically

4:56

explanations for why they're being held

4:58

their attorney Athena glandin who's

5:01

previously represented the boxer Mike

5:03

Tyson and singers Chris Brown and Kesha

5:05

have argued or has argued that the

5:07

Detention of the Tates for more than 30

5:09

days violates their international human

5:10

rights she's actually been on multiple

5:13

interviews uh she was just on with Piers

5:16

Morgan as well and she talks about how

5:19

basically these uh these these

5:21

detentions are relations of

5:22

international human rights and I mean to

5:25

some degree without evidence it is a

5:27

little frustrating in her talks though

5:29

she suggests that well it's frustrating

5:31

not for us publicly not to see what the

5:32

evidence is uh and it's it is she also

5:35

apparently is not getting that evidence

5:36

either but uh one of the things she

5:38

talks about is this how this

5:40

investigation has been going on since

5:41

April and she saw what implies that

5:43

they've been uh basically held against

5:45

their will since April when the reality

5:48

is they were arrested December 29th

5:50

don't get me wrong that's still a long

5:52

time to be arrested without uh evidence

5:54

but uh let's keep going here she said a

5:56

lack of evidence was shown for the fact

5:58

that or by the fact that there's still

6:00

no charges despite the brothers being in

6:01

custody for a month and police

6:03

investigating since April exactly

6:04

Glennon also said that Tristan Tate

6:06

which she implied that a little

6:08

differently on on her video uh glendid

6:10

also said that Tristan Tate has been

6:11

unable to meet his new three-week-old

6:13

child she has also denied the brothers

6:15

could flee Romania even though the judge

6:19

is suggesting maybe their passports uh

6:21

you know could be removed or they could

6:23

go under house arrest or whatever this

6:25

is basically her way saying hey just let

6:26

him out of jail just you know keep him

6:28

locked up at home or whatever despite

6:29

the brothers facing no trial some

6:31

providers are already starting to red

6:33

label them in effect sanctioning them

6:35

from using the banking system so this is

6:37

sort of like restricting their ability

6:38

to transact uh at banks for example

6:42

comply.advantage already displays a

6:44

bunch of red flags on Andrew Tate's name

6:45

under various categories this is sort of

6:48

uh when the finance uh when Finance

6:50

institutions operate with customers they

6:53

decide whether or not to restrict

6:54

certain activities based on red flags

6:56

that come up in international reports in

6:59

a video released in January the

7:00

brother's lawyer their old lawyer

7:02

complains that the Tate brothers are

7:04

being prosecuted on the basis of

7:05

extrajudicial evidence this basically

7:07

means reports that were not requested by

7:09

the courts in other words there's this

7:11

then this has been what circulating is

7:13

this idea that you know some

7:15

psychologist has made the conclusion

7:17

that these individuals are unsafe to

7:19

others uh and that a judge shouldn't be

7:22

holding them against their will solely

7:24

because of the report of an individual

7:26

or or multiple other individuals again

7:29

this is where I think I don't believe

7:31

the Romanian Court wants to be

7:33

embarrassed here and I would hope that

7:34

if they're actually holding folks uh

7:36

against their their will clearly and in

7:39

violation of potential international

7:40

human rights laws that they actually

7:43

have substantial evidence that maybe the

7:46

world just doesn't know about because

7:47

really what we have right now or or what

7:50

people believe about the Tates are just

7:52

sort of random uh clips of of him

7:56

suggesting uh things that just don't

7:58

sound very good now a lot of people say

8:00

these suggestions or these clips online

8:02

that don't sound very good are really

8:04

just him being uh Andrew Tate that's his

8:07

social media personality right and you

8:09

and you can't charge him for crimes for

8:11

things that he's talking about online

8:12

whether that's uh recordings like this

8:15

let's take a listen here for a moment

8:16

here you didn't like the I was thinking

8:18

I can do whatever I want to

8:21

that's what it is I'm the smartest

8:22

person on this planet that's a voice

8:25

well fast forward here a little bit I

8:27

just want to get to the clips here uh

8:29

shout out to the law and crime Network

8:30

for this uh I'm kind of just skipping

8:33

past your commentary and adding my own

8:34

but thank you for the audio here shout

8:36

out to you guys go subscribe to the long

8:38

crime Network because the more you

8:40

didn't like it the more I enjoyed it I

8:42

[ __ ] loved how much you hated it

8:44

turned me on

8:46

seriously so offended I strangled you a

8:48

little bit you didn't [ __ ] pass out

8:51

chill the F ow Jesus Christ I thought

8:54

you were cool what's wrong with you

8:56

yeah so some of that kind of audio that

8:59

sort of implies uh or or I mean

9:03

basically it's it's cut up audio but it

9:04

pretty clearly says hey oh you didn't

9:06

like that i r a p you know you uh that

9:11

that it just these things don't sound

9:13

very good now is that evidence enough to

9:15

hold somebody without charges probably

9:17

not because you know there are two sides

9:19

to every story and uh and of course

9:21

we've seen plenty of of of people come

9:24

out and actually defend the tape brother

9:25

saying no no like this is just play this

9:28

is all just you know for the show we do

9:30

this for social media Tate's a good

9:32

person you know he's done nothing wrong

9:34

uh that's that's the primary argument we

9:37

generally get from from Defenders of

9:39

tape here's uh what the attorney argues

9:42

with Piers Morgan let's listen in for a

9:44

moment how long can that process

9:46

continue before a charging decision is

9:49

100 pension order they're 8. diddly uh

9:52

bellowing his innocence as he's been LED

9:55

in and out of of these uh Court hearings

9:57

and so on

9:59

do you believe them do you believe that

10:01

he and his brother in a

10:05

at this point Pierce they've had this

10:08

investigation going since April we're

10:09

now February and there are not even

10:12

charges filed against them so this is a

10:14

huge Injustice the way we see it they

10:16

should not be detained at this point we

10:19

did did you notice she dodged the

10:21

question

10:22

Piers Morgan says do you believe them

10:25

and she goes right into talking about

10:28

how it's an injustice that they're

10:30

arrested now don't get me wrong if I

10:32

were her attorney like if I were the

10:35

Tates attorneys I would kind of probably

10:37

be doing what she's doing you do the

10:39

media circuit right what you're trying

10:41

to do is you're trying to build pressure

10:42

on the Romanian government right so you

10:44

play the media game you know you try to

10:46

go to jail you get kicked out because

10:48

you can't visit your client you go on

10:49

Piers Morgan and all the shows going

10:51

this is an international Injustice it's

10:53

basically a way for her to pressure the

10:57

International Community to pressure the

10:59

Romanian government to finally actually

11:01

release some evidence and some charges

11:03

or release the individuals right now one

11:06

of the things that has been kind of

11:07

interesting and we'll play a little bit

11:09

more of this in just a moment but one of

11:10

the things that has been kind of

11:11

interesting is there's been talk that

11:13

these individuals the Tate Brothers Well

11:16

we we've known this we've seen plenty of

11:18

clips of the Tate Brothers come out of a

11:20

sort of chord or or between court and

11:22

jail and and they'll Shout at the

11:24

cameras they'll talk to the cameras and

11:26

uh they'll they'll say things uh you

11:28

know to to sort of uh bolster their case

11:30

like for example this clip right here

11:34

take a listen to this this is this has

11:36

been pretty typical watch this is

11:38

America if you're rich they think you're

11:39

not rich

11:40

I think you're a businessman

11:42

you're rich they think you're a criminal

11:46

all right so in America if you're rich

11:48

uh you're an actor and uh Britain if

11:51

you're rich you're a businessman and in

11:54

uh Romania if you're rich you're a

11:56

criminal uh that's uh that's uh you know

11:59

he then he's made statements like this

12:01

regularly right regularly has he made

12:03

statements suggesting uh that uh hey you

12:07

know there's no evidence but what's

12:09

interesting is one of the more recent

12:10

videos of his Transportation it's

12:12

actually been completely silent look at

12:14

this this we'll just play this here and

12:17

turn the audio up on this too

12:20

is

12:23

so you can actually when they come out

12:24

you'll see they're completely silent now

12:28

I also want to know how they have like

12:29

so many different compartments in this

12:31

van like this van is like really

12:33

impressive I kind of want one of these

12:36

Taxi

12:39

you are okay hi

12:44

oh

12:49

[Music]

12:52

now that's pretty unusual right it's

12:55

pretty unusual because usually they say

12:57

something now some some folks are saying

12:59

that maybe uh the the judge in the case

13:02

is very upset that they've now been

13:05

classified as dangerous prisoners

13:08

because they try to talk to the media

13:10

when they travel uh the Tate Brothers

13:12

handed a particular note for example to

13:15

one of the reporters and shouted like

13:17

here take this take this uh and and

13:19

that's led to the judge being a little

13:21

bit upset uh uh over essentially their

13:25

communication with the media which is

13:26

not supposed to do but uh it's possible

13:29

maybe that's why they were silent uh

13:31

during that moment we could keep looking

13:33

through some of these items here uh here

13:36

you've got per the court documents women

13:38

were convinced to come from abroad and

13:41

were misled about the intention of Tate

13:43

to establish a relationship with those

13:46

women and either marry them or live with

13:48

them at the time when the this one

13:50

particular victim according to a court

13:52

document arrived in Romania the

13:53

defendant was not in the country and she

13:55

was told the injured person uh that she

13:58

would not be able to live in the

14:00

apartment

14:01

okay A little confusingly written here

14:03

instead the person would have to live

14:05

with the person who brought who bought

14:06

the plane ticket picked her up from the

14:08

airport and drove her to the building

14:09

which she was going to live blah blah

14:10

blah you get a lot of sort of this this

14:13

these anecdotes from both sides I think

14:16

ultimately uh the the the the goal here

14:19

of if there is a preventative arrest

14:22

there should be uh at some point here

14:25

hopefully soon a very clear list of

14:28

charges that the Tate Brothers could

14:30

actually defend right uh now again

14:32

they've hired a new attorney over here

14:34

and uh she's argued the one that you

14:37

just saw in the Piers Morgan show that

14:38

she's been refused entry to the jail

14:40

where the Tate brothers are being held

14:42

again this is part of sort of the media

14:43

Circuit of like you gotta put pressure

14:46

on the government so what do you do you

14:47

get kicked out of jail uh then you've

14:50

got

14:50

uh some you know seizures that happened

14:53

over the last few days such as 14

14:55

watches being seized 294 000 of Bitcoin

14:59

being seized Bucharest court of appeals

15:01

now it's interesting this is actually

15:03

important to know is it's not just one

15:06

judge who's holding Andrew Tate against

15:09

his will it's now a court of appeals

15:11

rejecting their Appeal on the uh

15:15

opportunity for the Romanian government

15:16

to hold them for an additional 30 days

15:19

we'll come back to this here in a moment

15:21

uh and uh and uh there's a BBC

15:25

uh journalist this guy Paul Kenyon and

15:30

he's planning on releasing a detailed

15:33

documentary or in or interview or

15:36

something tomorrow on February 8th he

15:39

talks about how he visited the Tates

15:41

house in Bucharest aside from this uh

15:43

metal Sentinel by the front door he says

15:45

it's pretty underwhelming an old

15:47

converted Factory near a cemetery

15:49

surrounded by Wasteland doesn't sound uh

15:52

doesn't feel like whole the home of a

15:54

multi-millionaire he says now obviously

15:57

this is going to get a lot of backlash

15:59

this this particular individual here

16:00

because you know hey like who are you to

16:04

sort of pass a judgment right but then

16:06

again you know he's just making sort of

16:08

the observation hey here's here's what

16:10

the home looks like in Bucharest

16:12

apparently it's uh uh it says here a

16:15

Norman Bates inspired meat factory uh

16:18

and he this this BBC author argues that

16:22

Andrew Tate has a fictitious chain of

16:25

casinos his webcam Empire is just two

16:29

girls in an apartment basically and his

16:31

home is basically like a meat factory

16:34

the person sounds a little biased no the

16:37

only reason I hit the like on this was

16:38

so I could eat I could quickly go back

16:40

to it for the purpose of of uh reviewing

16:42

this because I just look at the like

16:44

history see tweets by meet Kevin just

16:46

follow me on Twitter at realme Kevin you

16:48

can see all these things yourself I put

16:49

them there as sort of just documentation

16:51

of what we're seeing so uh and and this

16:54

BBC author or a journalist argues that

16:57

the irony for Andrew Tate is in order to

17:00

prove his claims about being fabulously

17:02

Rich he will need to show us his money

17:03

but if he does then the Romanian

17:05

prosecutors are going just going to uh

17:07

seize it which they have they've been

17:09

seizing almost all of his assets uh and

17:12

uh so right here this is where uh Paul

17:15

Kenyon says this is what I couldn't tell

17:17

you until today we have the first

17:20

British complaintant against Andrew Tate

17:23

a former girlfriend who alleges violence

17:25

and coercion she is helping Romanian

17:28

prosecutors with inquiries and so

17:31

apparently this is uh the the kind of

17:33

individual who uh uh is is potentially

17:37

contributing uh to why Andrew Tate is

17:41

staying arrested again that's led to a

17:43

lot of anger uh like this person here

17:45

pretty dang angry we'll go ahead and

17:47

play her clip here and this is where I'd

17:49

mentioned that one of the reasons well I

17:52

mean you'll listen to it yourself here

17:53

so let's let's listen to what why why is

17:55

she angry let's listen it

17:57

this is some sickness that you have two

18:00

women two women coming out and saying

18:02

and I've heard many many I've probably

18:04

heard five or six or seven now even

18:06

interviews conversations with Jasmina

18:10

she is coherent

18:12

she is intelligent she says her piece

18:15

she has said repeatedly I'm not a victim

18:17

they even asked her in one interview

18:18

they said if evidence came out that you

18:20

couldn't you couldn't refuse it was

18:22

there it was actual evidence would you

18:24

accept it she said yes

18:25

it's just not that's just not what

18:27

happened I was living there that is not

18:29

my experience my story how dare a

18:31

society how dare a society accept one

18:34

woman's statement as fact and ignore

18:36

another woman's statement because you

18:37

don't like one message and you want the

18:39

other message on a pedestal that is not

18:41

how a legal system should operate that

18:43

is corrupt

18:45

yeah so I mean that's uh that's

18:47

obviously a

18:50

statement there that's designed to evoke

18:52

emotion right because if what she is

18:54

saying is true then of course that's not

18:56

how a legal system is supposed to

18:57

operate but we don't know if what she is

19:00

saying is true we don't know if that's

19:03

why the Romanian Court uh is is

19:05

extending the Detention of Andrew Tate

19:07

right so at this point it seems like

19:10

there are a lot of people on social

19:11

media who will say anything in the world

19:13

to defend Andrew Tate because the army

19:16

of uh Tate supporters love that I tried

19:19

my best to take a neutral stance that

19:21

means I'm probably gonna you know some

19:23

people aren't going to like that but I'm

19:25

just curious like for me I just want to

19:27

see the evidence just show me the

19:28

evidence then then I can make my opinion

19:30

uh it now obviously here we're not

19:33

expecting the attorney to opine about

19:36

whether or not her clients are are uh uh

19:39

you know actually in trouble or have

19:42

committed any kind of wrong obviously

19:43

we're not expecting that so I want to be

19:45

clear when I said she avoided that

19:47

question uh it's just you know it was an

19:49

interesting question question by Piers

19:50

Morgan is maybe the way to look at it

19:52

but obviously that's that's something

19:54

that an attorney probably should Dodge

19:56

but then again a lot of attorneys will

19:59

come out and say I absolutely believe my

20:01

clients are innocent right and she

20:03

didn't take that opportunity but anyway

20:05

let's listen to just a little bit more

20:07

here and then we'll keep going you think

20:09

it's now crossed over to the point where

20:10

it's violating international human

20:12

rights law because the deprivation of of

20:16

your Liberty pre-trial is the most

20:18

severe form of punishment a state can

20:21

impose and that's what they've done in

20:22

this case and they've had a very lengthy

20:24

investigation with the government's

20:26

resources they've been analyzing and

20:28

looked looking at all of their devices

20:30

since April When They seized everything

20:33

and here we are February and charges

20:35

aren't filed so I think there's

20:37

absolutely no evidence that's been

20:38

presented

20:39

and that's our position

20:42

yeah and again you know this kind of

20:45

goes on and it goes in circles about

20:47

this idea of hey there's no evidence

20:48

that's been filed yet obviously and

20:51

again I want to just be very very clear

20:53

about this obviously

20:55

if tomorrow the tape Brothers get

20:58

released and the remaining Court's like

21:00

yep nope never mind we don't have

21:01

anything that'd be terrible that would

21:03

be so wrong it would prove essentially

21:05

his innocence and the family's innocent

21:08

it would hopefully restore uh Humanity's

21:12

faith in in uh you know essentially the

21:14

social media influencers because you

21:16

know they've got a pretty uh you know

21:18

pretty uh uh dare I say a volatile

21:21

reputation in that you've got some folks

21:23

believing every single word that they

21:25

say absolutely loving them and on the

21:27

other side you've got people hating

21:28

absolutely everything and generally when

21:30

you have that kind of divisiveness you

21:32

you kind of have almost like a trumpian

21:34

style environment where people will do

21:36

anything for the person and people will

21:38

do everything against the person and

21:40

then it's always a tough position to be

21:41

in because ultimately I think uh uh a

21:44

more balanced View and more nuanced view

21:46

is necessary but that's very difficult

21:47

to convey on the internet uh the balance

21:50

support or criticism of someone but

21:53

anyway uh if uh you know this detention

21:55

can continues as it's a rumored that it

21:58

will that this trial may not actually

22:00

complete until or really get going until

22:03

May

22:04

Brothers could be gone for quite a while

22:07

that's another three months away and

22:09

then you get into trial and then we're

22:12

going to be covering the evidence on

22:13

that the evidence is going to be quite

22:15

interesting so I'm very curious to see

22:18

what that looks like and we'll

22:19

definitely be covering it but at least

22:21

at this point all we know is we've got a

22:24

court that's holding someone no evidence

22:26

yet and we got a lot of people that are

22:28

very pissed off and a whole lot of other

22:30

people who are like finally some justice

22:32

for women we'll see
