Speak to Your Bank Account — Kenneth E. Hagin’s Financial Confession
FULL TRANSCRIPT
Hallelujah. Glory to God for his word.
Glory to God for the spirit who dwells
in us. Thank God we are never left
without help. Thank God we are not
abandoned, not left to chance, not left
to the world's economy, but given access
to the economy of heaven. Praise God
forever more. Now, listen carefully
tonight because what I'm about to share
is something most believers have
overlooked. They pray for money. They
hope for increase. They fast for
breakthroughs. But they never speak
directly to their money. They never
command their finances. They leave their
accounts silent when their mouths were
given authority. Tonight, I want to show
you how to speak to your bank account,
to call in provision that already
belongs to you. Not begging, not
waiting, not wondering, but declaring
with authority until your account lines
up with the word of God. Let me say this
right here at the beginning. Your bank
account has ears. Your wallet has ears.
Your finances respond to the words you
speak. Just like your body responds when
you command healing. Death and life are
in the power of the tongue. Proverbs
18:21. And too many of God's redeemed
ones are using that tongue to declare
lack, shortage, and fear. They're
saying, "I I never have enough. I can't
pay my bills. I'm always running
behind." And guess what? That account
obeys them. But you can flip the switch.
You can train your tongue to call in
increase. Now, the Bible says in Isaiah
55:11, "So shall my word be that goes
forth out of my mouth. It shall not
return unto me void, but it shall
accomplish that which I please, and it
shall prosper in the thing whereto I
sent it." That means when God speaks,
the word goes on assignment. It carries
power to accomplish what was declared.
And don't you forget this. You are made
in his image. The same spirit that
raised up Christ from the dead dwells in
you. The same creative power of speech
belongs to you as an heir of the
kingdom. That's why I tell you tonight,
when you speak to your bank account in
line with the word of God, your words
don't fall empty. They go forth and
accomplish. They bring increase. Look at
Romans 4:17. It says, "God calls those
things which be not as though they
were." That means God didn't look at
darkness and say, "Oh my, it sure is
dark." No, he said, "Light be." And
there was light. If God had spoken the
problem, the problem would have
remained. But he spoke the solution. He
called what was not visible into
existence. And as a redeemed one, you
are told to imitate him. Stop saying, "I
don't have enough." Stop declaring, "I'm
broke." Stop agreeing with the curse.
Begin to call your bank account what you
want it to be. If it says $10, you say,
"Account, you are full. Account, you
overflow. Account, you carry more than
enough. Glory to God." Now listen
carefully. Confession is not begging
God. Confession is enforcing your
covenant rights. When you command
healing, you're not begging God to heal.
You are enforcing what already belongs
to you. The same is true in finances.
Psalm 23:1 says, "The Lord is my
shepherd. I shall not want." Did you
hear that? Not maybe, not sometimes. I
shall not want. That's a decree. That's
a confession. And that's a righteous one
speaking in faith. You're not supposed
to be in want. You are not supposed to
live in lack. That doesn't mean life
won't try to bring shortage, but
shortage is not your covenant portion.
And the way you enforce that covenant is
by speaking to the mountain of debt.
Speaking to the drought in your account
and commanding change. Now, let me pause
right here and tell you something the
devil doesn't want you to hear. He
doesn't mind you going to church. He
doesn't mind you singing songs. He
doesn't mind you even giving your tithe.
But he trembles when you get a
revelation of authority. He trembles
when you open your mouth and command
finances to obey the word of God.
Because once you start speaking, once
you start calling in money, once you
start commanding overflow, you break out
of the system of begging and step into
the law of faith. And when you do that,
nothing can stop the supply of heaven. I
knew a woman once. She was a single
mother raising three children, working a
job that barely covered her rent. Every
month she would cry and worry about the
bills. But then she came to one of these
meetings and she heard me say, "Speak to
your money. Don't let your account
remain silent. Call it in." She went
home and looked at her checkbook. It was
empty. She held it in her hand and she
said, "In the name of God's word, you
are full. You are not empty. Finances
come. Bills be paid. Overflow show up."
She did it every night. People thought
she was crazy, but within a month, she
received a promotion, unexpected
bonuses, and even a debt forgiveness
letter in the mail. What happened? She
spoke. She called, and the word
performed. Now, let's go deeper. 2
Corinthians 9:8 says, "God is able to
make all grace abound toward you, that
you always having all sufficiency in all
things, may abound to every good work."
Did you catch that? always having all
sufficiency. Not sometimes, not in
certain seasons, always. That means when
inflation rises, sufficiency is still
yours. When jobs are cut, sufficiency is
still yours. When bills pile up,
sufficiency is still yours. But you must
put your mouth in agreement with that
verse. You must declare, "I always have
sufficiency in all things. I always
abound. I always overflow." Now, let's
practice this. Say it with me. Bank
account, you hear me now? You are not
empty. You are not lacking. You overflow
with sufficiency finances. You come now
by the authority of God's word. Oh,
hallelujah. I can sense faith rising
already. You see, this is how you break
the cycle of poverty. This is how you
stop living paycheck to paycheck. You
open your mouth and you decree what God
says. Job 22:28 tells us, "You shall
decree a thing and it shall be
established unto you." That's not
poetry. That's law. Decree it. Speak it.
Say it again and again until your
account gets in line. I'll tell you
another story. A minister once told me
he was traveling and ran completely out
of money. His bank account showed less
than $5 and he was scheduled to preach
in another city. Instead of cancelling,
he went to his room, opened his wallet,
and said, "Wallet, hear me. You are not
empty. Finances show up." He declared it
boldly, not once, but over and over.
That very night, someone knocked on his
door and handed him an envelope of cash,
saying, "God told me to give this to
you." He checked his account the next
morning and saw a deposit that he wasn't
expecting. He laughed and said, "It
works. It really works." Why? Because he
spoke and his finances obeyed. Now, some
people say, "Well, that sounds silly
talking to a bank account." But let me
remind you, Jesus talked to trees. He
spoke to the fig tree in Mark 11, and it
withered from the roots. If a tree can
obey words, don't you think money can?
Don't you think accounts can? Everything
created has ears. Everything created
responds to words. And you, as a
righteous one, must take your place of
authority. So, here's the principle
tonight. Stop describing your finances
and start decreeing your finances. Don't
say, "I don't have enough." Say, "I
always have more than enough." Don't say
I can't pay my bills. Say, "Every bill
is paid on time, in full, with money
left over." Don't say, "I'm in debt."
Say, "Debt, you are cancelled. You
shrink. You disappear. I owe no man
anything but to love him." That's how
you change the atmosphere. That's how
you bring heaven's economy into your
daily life. Let's say it again together.
Finances, I call you in. Money, come to
me now. Bank account, you overflow. By
God's word, I have sufficiency in all
things. Hallelujah. That's faith in
action. And faith never fails when it's
based on the word. Glory to God. Now,
listen carefully because this is where
most of the redeemed stumble. They hear
this teaching. They even get excited
about it. But when they leave the
service, they go right back to speaking
lack. They say, "Well, I'll try that for
a while and see if it works." But faith
doesn't try. Faith knows. Faith speaks
with certainty. Faith doesn't put an
expiration date on confession. Faith
doesn't say, "If it doesn't show up in
two days, I'll stop." No. Faith speaks
until it manifests. Faith speaks until
it sees. And let me remind you, beloved,
everything you see right now in your
life is the harvest of words you've
already spoken. If you don't like your
harvest, plant new words. Proverbs 18:21
says, "Death and life are in the power
of the tongue, and those who love it
shall eat the fruit thereof." You are
eating the fruit of your words right
now. Some people don't like what's in
their bank account. But it's not the
fault of the bank. It's the fruit of
their tongue. They've been sewing seeds
of I can't afford this. I'm always
broke. I'm drowning in debt. And the
account has produced accordingly. But
glory to God, you can change the fruit
by changing the seed. You can put new
words into the soil. You can call
increase. Romans 4:17 tells us God calls
things that be not as though they were.
Do you realize that's your pattern?
That's your model. Stop saying what is.
Start saying what shall be. Your account
might say 25, but you say you are full.
You hold thousands. You overflow.
Somebody says, "But isn't that lying?"
No. Lying is saying something contrary
to fact. Faith is saying something in
agreement with God. God says, "My God
shall supply all your need according to
his riches in glory." Philippians 4:19.
If he says supply is yours, and you say
it, too, you're not lying. You're
agreeing. And agreement with God
produces miracles. I'll tell you
something, the devil doesn't want you to
know. He doesn't care if you cry about
your bills. He doesn't care if you
complain about the economy. He doesn't
care if you stay up all night worrying
about money. In fact, he enjoys it. But
he trembles when you start opening your
mouth and declaring bank account you are
full. Finances you come, bills you are
paid, debts you are cancelled. Because
the moment you start speaking like that,
you step into the same spiritual law
that framed the world. God said light be
and light was. You say overflow be and
overflow comes. Glory to God. Let me
share a testimony with you. I once knew
a young couple who had more debt than
income. Every month the bills piled
higher. They said to me, "We tithe. We
give, but we still can't make it. I
said, "You've given, yes, but what have
you spoken?" They looked at me confused.
I said, "Your seed is in the ground, but
your words are digging it up. You water
your tithe with faith declarations. You
speak to your money." I told them,
"Every night, take your checkbook and
your bills, lay your hands on them, and
say, "In the name of God's word, you are
paid. Finances, you come in abundance.
Overflow, show up." They did it. At
first, it felt strange, but they kept
on. Within 3 months, they had paid off
two credit cards, received unexpected
refunds, and one of them was promoted at
work. They told me, "It's like our words
pulled money out of nowhere." And I
smiled and said, "No, your words pulled
money out of heaven's supply." Now, hear
me. Psalm 23:1 says, "The Lord is my
shepherd. I shall not want." That's not
just a verse to read at funerals. That's
a living promise. That means if he's
your shepherd, want has no authority
over you. Lack has no legal right to
stay in your house. Shortage has no
permission to sit in your bank account,
but you must enforce that. Just like a
shepherd drives away wolves, you drive
away lack with your words. You open your
mouth and say, "Want, you are not my
portion. Account, you lack nothing.
Supply, come, increase, come." Say this
with me now. The Lord is my shepherd. I
shall not want. My account shall not
want. My house shall not want. My life
shall not want. Hallelujah. Do you feel
that faith rising? That's the law of
confession in motion. Let's look at
another scripture. Isaiah 55:11 says,
"So shall my word be that goes forth
from my mouth. It shall not return void,
but it shall accomplish what I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing for
which I sent it." Now, don't miss this.
His word does not return void. And when
his word is in your mouth, it's just as
powerful as when it's in his. Did you
hear me? When you speak his word, you're
not just speaking human language. You
are releasing divine force. That word
runs swiftly and it prospers in the
assignment. So when you say account, you
overflow. You're not speaking opinion.
You're sending out God's word. And his
word cannot come back empty. It must
prosper. It must manifest. Beloved, you
are an heir of the kingdom. That means
heaven's resources belong to you. You
don't have to beg God for money anymore
than you beg him for air to breathe.
Provision is your covenant, right?
Deuteronomy 8:18 says, "It is God who
gives you power to get wealth that he
may establish his covenant." Notice it
doesn't say he gives you money. It says
he gives you power, ability, authority,
wisdom, favor, ideas, opportunities. And
one way you release that power is
through your mouth. You activate it by
speaking. I'll share with you a time in
my own life. I remember facing a
mountain of expenses in ministry, bills
for the building, equipment, travel
costs. In the natural, there was no way.
But I stood on the word. I walked into
my office, looked at the stack of
invoices, and said out loud, "Bills, you
are paid. Expenses you are covered.
Money you come." I didn't beg. I didn't
plead. I commanded. And within two
weeks, every bill was met. Unexpected
gifts came in. Partners gave. supply
overflowed. Why? Because I spoke to the
mountain and the mountain moved. Mark
11:23 says, "Whoever shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed and be cast
into the sea, and shall not doubt in his
heart, but shall believe that those
things which he says shall come to pass,
he shall have whatsoever he says."
Notice the emphasis. He shall have
whatsoever he says, not what he thinks,
not what he hopes, what he says. Your
account is waiting to hear your voice.
Your money is waiting to hear your
command. And when you believe in your
heart and speak with your mouth, you
shall have it. Say this with me now.
Mountain of debt, you move. Lack, you
leave. Bank account, you are full.
Overflow, you come now. Hallelujah. Now,
I'll tell you why many preachers miss
this principle. They focus on giving,
which is right, which is scriptural. But
they stop there. They tell you to sew,
but they don't teach you to speak. And
what happens? People sew seeds but dig
them up with words of doubt. They tithe
on Sunday and complain on Monday. They
give an offering in the morning and
declare, "I'm broke in the afternoon."
And then they wonder why nothing
changes. The seed is right, but the
confession is wrong. That's why this
message is vital. Your giving and your
speaking must agree. Your seed and your
words must be in alignment. That's when
miracles happen. Beloved, don't let your
account sit silent. Don't let your
wallet sit empty of words. Every day
speak to it. Lay your hands on it and
decree, "You are full. You are
overflowing. You supply my needs. You
pay every bill. You carry abundance." Do
it in the morning. Do it at night. Do it
until your mind believes it and your
spirit knows it. Because once your
spirit knows, your account will show.
Let's make another declaration right
now. Say this. God's word is in my mouth
and it will not return void. My words
are established. My account overflows.
My house is blessed. I have sufficiency
in all things, and I abound to every
good work. Glory to God. Now, let me
warn you of something. Don't cancel your
confession with casual talk. Don't speak
faith in church and fear at home. Don't
say overflow in prayer and I'm broke at
dinner. Stay consistent. Speak life.
Speak blessing. Speak increase. Because
as surely as negative words produce
lack, positive words produce abundance.
The law works either way. So, discipline
your tongue. Train it to agree with God.
Do you see it now? This is not wishful
thinking. This is not hype. This is
spiritual law. As certain as gravity, as
real as electricity, as sure as the
rising of the sun, your words produce.
And when your words are full of God's
promises, your life is full of God's
supply. Now, let me take you a little
further because some of you might be
thinking, "I've tried this before and
nothing happened." But hear me. Faith is
not trying. Faith is doing. Faith is not
a test drive. Faith is a lifestyle.
The word of God says in Habach 23,
"Though it tar, wait for it because it
will surely come, it will not tarry."
That means if your bank account doesn't
change the first week, don't give up. If
it doesn't shift in the first month,
don't throw in the towel. You keep
speaking until your words shape reality.
You keep declaring until what you say
becomes what you see. I'll tell you why
many stop short. They look at their
account and let sight override faith.
But 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, "For we walk
by faith, not by sight." Faith doesn't
deny the account balance, but faith
denies it the right to remain. You may
see $12 in that account, but you
declare, "This is not my end." I call
thousands. I call overflow. You may see
a mountain of bills, but you declare
these bills are paid in full. Finances,
you come. Provision, you show up. Don't
let the natural silence your spiritual
authority. Let me share a story. A
businessman once came to me in despair.
His company was failing. His accounts
were dry and creditors were circling. He
said, "I guess it's over." I looked him
in the eye and said, "It's only over if
you agree with lack. Stop agreeing with
failure. Start decreeing your future." I
told him, "Say, go to your office. Put
your hand on those financial records and
speak life." He did. Every morning he
walked the floors and declared,
"Business you prosper. Accounts you
overflow. Contracts you come. Increase
you show up." Within months, new clients
arrived. Old debts were paid. And his
business not only survived, it doubled.
Why? Because he spoke to it. He put his
words on assignment. Now, I want you to
notice what the word says in Luke 6:38.
Give and it shall be given unto you.
good measure pressed down, shaken
together, and running over shall men
give into your bosom. Did you hear that?
Men shall give. Not angels, not birds,
not falling from the sky. Men, that
means your confession pulls people into
position. Your words open doors. Your
decrees summon favor. You say,
"Finances, you come and God moves on
people, jobs, opportunities, and systems
to bring it to pass." But nothing moves
until you speak. Say this with me now.
Men are giving to me. Opportunities are
opening to me. Finances are flowing to
me. My bank account is running over.
Hallelujah. Listen, beloved. Don't
underestimate the power of your daily
declarations. Just as food nourishes
your body, your words nourish your
financial life. If you eat once a week,
you'll starve. If you speak once a week,
your finances will starve. Daily food,
daily words, morning, noon, and night.
Declare abundance. That's how you train
your account to obey. Some of you have
been sewing for years and you wonder why
the harvest seems delayed. The seed is
not the problem. The soil is not the
problem. The weather is not the problem.
The words are the problem. You've swn
seed, but you've watered it with doubt.
You've given offering, but canceled it
with complaint. But tonight, I tell you,
reverse it. From this day forward, speak
only abundance. Speak only overflow.
Speak only sufficiency. And watch how
quickly the harvest breaks through. The
Bible says in Psalm 81:10, "Open your
mouth wide and I will fill it." Glory to
God. Did you hear that? Open your mouth
and God fills it. That doesn't just mean
words. That that means resources. Open
your mouth with declaration and he fills
your account. Open your mouth with bold
decrees and he fills your house with
provision. Some people sit silent
waiting for God to do something, but God
is waiting for them to open their mouth.
Say it right now with me. I open my
mouth wide. I decree abundance. I
declare overflow. I speak to my bank
account. Be filled. Be running over.
Glory to God. Now, let's look again at 2
Corinthians 9:8. It says, "God is able
to make all grace abound toward you."
Notice that word abound. That's not
survival. That's not scraping by. That's
not just enough. That's abundance.
Abound means more than enough,
overflowing, spilling over. That's God's
plan for your finances. Not just paying
the rent, not just covering the bills.
Abounding, overflowing, running over.
Why? So you may abound to every good
work. That means you're not only
blessed, but you become a blessing. You
not only pay your bills, but you pay
someone else's. You not only live
debtree, but you help others get
debtree. That's the covenant plan. But
it begins with your words. It begins
with you looking at that account and
saying, "You are not empty. You abound.
You overflow. You carry more than
enough." And when you speak it long
enough, strong enough, and consistent
enough, you'll see the evidence. Let me
remind you of something the devil hopes
you never grasp. He wants you to think
confession is silly. He whispers, "Why
talk to money? Why speak to accounts? He
wants you silent because he knows words
are weapons. Words frame your reality.
Hebrews 11:3 says, "Through faith, we
understand that the worlds were framed
by the word of God. If words frame the
world, don't you think words can frame
your finances?" Of course they can. Of
course they will. That's why he fights
to keep you quiet. But when you rise up,
when you open your mouth, when you
decree the word over your money, his
grip is broken. Now, I'll tell you
another testimony. A minister I knew had
a church account that was constantly in
the red. They prayed, they fasted, they
pleaded, but nothing changed. Then one
day, the pastor stood on the platform,
lifted the checkbook, and said,
"Account, you are full. You are
overflowing. You pay every bill. You
supply every need." The congregation
thought it was strange, but he kept
doing it. Week after week, month after
month, he decreed abundance. And one
day, a businessman walked in and wrote a
six-figure check. Another family gave
land to the church. Within a year, the
church was debt-free. It didn't happen
by accident. It happened because the
pastor put his mouth on the money.
Beloved, you can do the same. Don't wait
for someone else to speak over your
finances. Don't wait for a preacher to
lay hands on your wallet. You lay hands
on it. You open your mouth. You declare
it. Because your faith, your words, your
authority are enough. Let's practice
again. Say this boldly. Debt, you are
canceled. Bills, you are paid. Finances,
you overflow. Bank account, you are
full. I walk in abundance. I live in
sufficiency. I abound in every good
work. Hallelujah. Do you feel that
strength rising? That's faith taking
root. That's boldness replacing fear.
That's authority awakening in your
spirit. And once it awakens, nothing can
stop it. Now listen, some of you have
been speaking, but you stop too soon.
You say it once or twice and then you
get discouraged. But remember Mark
11:23. It doesn't say you'll have what
you say once. It says you'll have what
you keep saying, what you consistently
say, what you declare until it takes
root. Faith is not seasonal. Faith is
daily. Keep speaking until your account
bows to the word. And don't forget this,
confession works both ways. If you speak
lack, lack comes. If you speak
abundance, abundance comes. The law is
impartial. It doesn't care if you use it
for good or bad. It produces what you
plant. So guard your tongue. Refuse to
speak defeat. Refuse to speak shortage.
Refuse to speak debt. Speak only life.
Speak only abundance. Speak only
victory. Say it with me one more time.
My words are life. My words produce
increase. My bank account obeys the
word. I decree overflow. Now glory to
God. Now listen beloved because what I'm
about to say may shock you. Your bank
account is not the source of your money.
Your job is not the source. Your
business is not the source. They are
channels but not the source. God is the
source. Deuteronomy 8:18 says it is God
who gives you power to get wealth that
he may establish his covenant. Notice it
doesn't say your paycheck gives you
power or your employer gives you power
or your government gives you power. It
says God. That means if one channel
closes, God has a hundred more. If one
door shuts, God can open 10 more. But
here's the key. You release that power
with your words. When you decree
account, you are full. You're not
relying on the bank. You're relying on
the covenant. When you say of finances,
you come now. You're not depending on
the stock market. You're depending on
God's word. Men may fail, systems may
fail, banks may fail, but the word never
fails. Glory to God. Now, let me show
you something. In Job 22:28,
you shall also decree a thing, and it
shall be established unto you, and the
light shall shine upon your ways. That's
a divine law. Did you hear that? Decree
a thing, not think a thing, not wish a
thing, not cry about a thing, decree a
thing, and it shall be established. Not
maybe, not hopefully, it shall. That
means when you open your mouth and
declare bank account overflow, bills be
paid, debts be erased. You set a decree
in motion that heaven backs. But here's
why many miss it. They decree once, but
then they cancel it with doubt. They
declare, "My bills are paid." But then
tell their friends, "I don't know how
I'll make it." They say, "My account
overflows." But then tell their spouse,
"We're broke." They undo with casual
talk what they established in faith.
Beloved, you can't play tugofwar with
your own words. You can't sow abundance
in prayer and so lack in conversation.
Your tongue must be consistent. Your
decree must be unwavering. I'll tell you
something the devil doesn't want you to
hear. He doesn't mind if you go to
church and clap your hands. He doesn't
mind if you shout hallelujah. He doesn't
even mind if you give offerings. But he
trembles when you realize your mouth is
a throne of authority. He trembles when
you stand in your living room and say,
"Account, you are full. Finances, you
come. Overflow, you belong to me."
Because once you start decreeing, he
can't stop it. He can fight it, but he
can't stop it. He can resist it, but he
can't overturn it. Why? Because the
decree is established. Say this with me
now. I decree abundance. I decree
sufficiency. I decree overflow. My bank
account obeys the word of God.
Hallelujah. Let me give you an
illustration. A young man once told me
he needed $5,000 for school fees. He
didn't have it and his family couldn't
help. He said, "I prayed and nothing
happened." I asked him, "Have you have
you spoken to your account? Have you
decreed the provision?" He said, "No." I
told him, "Go home, write down the exact
amount you need, hold your hands on that
paper, and speak to it. Decree it until
it manifests." He obeyed. Every night,
he said, " $5,000 you come. Account you
hold it. Finances you arrive." Within
two weeks, a family member he hadn't
heard from in years called him and said,
"I don't know why, but I feel led to
send you some money. It was exactly
$5,000." What happened? The decree was
established. Now, hear me. Don't be
vague with your confession. Don't just
say, "Money, come." Be specific. Call it
in. If you need $200, decree it. If you
need $10,000, decree it. If you need a
house paid off, decree it. Call the
exact thing. Romans 4:17 says, "God
calls things that be not as though they
were." He doesn't just say something
good. He calls light. He calls nations.
He calls names. You call amounts. You
call increase. You call houses paid,
cars paid, debts canled. The more
specific you decree, the more specific
the harvest. Say it with me. I call in
the exact money I need. I decree every
bill paid. I decree debt canceled. I
decree overflow in my accounts. Glory to
God. Now, let's touch on another
scripture. Psalm 34:10 says, "The young
lions do lack and suffer hunger, but
they that seek the Lord shall not want
any good thing." Did you hear that? Not
some things, not certain things, any
good thing. That means if it's good, if
it's needed, if it's in line with God's
word, you have a right to it. You don't
have to live in want. You don't have to
live in shortage. You are an heir of the
kingdom. And the word says you shall not
want. So stop speaking want. Stop
confessing lack. Start decreeing
sufficiency. Now let's practice again.
Say it out loud. I shall not want. My
account shall not want. My life shall
not want. Finances you come. Overflow.
You stay. I abound in every good thing.
Hallelujah. I'll tell you why some
believers stay broke. Even though they
tithe. They tithe but they don't talk.
They sew but they don't speak. They put
seed in the ground but never water it
with confession. And then they wonder
why nothing grows. But when you combine
giving with speaking, sewing with
decreeing, seed with word, increase
becomes unstoppable. Let me share a
testimony. A woman came to me and said,
"I've been tithing faithfully for 10
years, but I've never seen
breakthrough." I asked her, "What are
you saying over your tithe?" She looked
puzzled. I said, "Every time you tithe,
you should decree. Every time you give,
you should speak. Don't just drop it in
the basket. lay your hands on it and
say, "This tithe opens the windows of
heaven. This tithe calls in abundance.
This tithe fills my account." She began
to do that. Within months, her business
doubled. She said, "For years, I was
giving silently. Now I give with
declaration, and the results are
undeniable. Why? Because giving without
confession is like planting without
watering. The seed is there, but the
words make it grow. Beloved, your words
are the rain. Your decrees are the
water. Every time you say bank account
overflow, you're watering your seed.
Every time you declare bills are paid,
you're nourishing your harvest. Every
time you decree, I shall not want,
you're strengthening the roots of
abundance. Keep watering and the harvest
must come. Say this now. My seed is
alive. My words water it. My harvest is
unstoppable. My account is overflowing.
Glory to God. Now, let me expose another
lie of the enemy. He tells people, "It's
selfish to talk about money. It's greedy
to decree finances." But that's a trap.
Money is not evil. The love of it is.
And you don't love money. You use money
to love people, to spread the gospel, to
bless your family, to advance the
kingdom. God doesn't mind you having
money. He minds money having you. And
the way you keep money from mastering
you is by mastering it with your words.
You don't serve money. You command it.
You don't chase money, you call it. You
don't bow to money. Money bows to you.
I'll give you another scripture.
Ecclesiastes 10:19 says, "Money answers
all things." Did you catch that? Money
answers. That means it has ears. That
means it responds. That means when you
say, "Money come," it answers. When you
decree account overflow, it obeys. Don't
you see? Money is not your master. It's
your servant. And servants take
commands. Speak to it. Direct it.
Command it. That's how you keep it in
its place. Say this with me now. money.
You are my servant. You obey the word.
You come when I call. You go where I
send. You multiply in my account.
Hallelujah. Beloved, let this sink deep.
You are not at the mercy of the economy.
You are not at the mercy of inflation.
You are not at the mercy of job cuts or
rising prices. You are at the mercy of
your mouth. If you speak lack, you'll
live in lack. If you speak abundance,
you'll live in abundance. God has
already given you power to get wealth.
Now use it. Open your mouth. Command
your finances. Decree your overflow. Say
it boldly. I am not subject to this
world's economy. I am subject to God's
economy. My account is full. My finances
obey the word. I walk in abundance.
Glory to God. Now, listen closely
because everything we've been laying
line upon line, precept upon precept,
comes to a head right here. You've heard
the scriptures. You've seen the
testimonies. You've practiced the
declarations. Tonight is not just about
information. It's about impartation.
It's about receiving something in your
spirit that will never leave you the
same. I want to remind you again of Job
22:28. You shall also decree a thing and
it shall be established unto you. That
is not a suggestion. That is not a
possibility. That is a law. When you
decree, it is established. Not in the
natural first, but in the spirit. And
once it is established in the spirit,
the natural must bow. That's why I've
pressed you again and again to put your
mouth on your money, to speak to your
account, to decree over your finances.
Because the word in your mouth is the
force that shifts your life. Let me say
this plainly. You don't need to wait for
someone else to bless you. You don't
need to wait for a preacher to lay hands
on you. You don't need to wait for a
prophet to call your name. You can bless
yourself with your words. You can decree
your own breakthrough. You can prophesy
to your account and watch it obey. Say
it now with me. I decree overflow. I
decree abundance. I decree sufficiency.
I decree debts erased. I decree bills
paid. I decree my bank account full.
Hallelujah. Now, let's look at
Philippians 4:19 one more time. But my
God shall supply all your need according
to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Did you hear that? According to his
riches, not according to the economy,
according to his riches, not according
to your salary. according to his riches,
not according to inflation. That means
there is no shortage in heaven's supply.
If your account is empty, it's not
because God's supply ran out. It's
because your decree ran dry. Open your
mouth again. Keep it flowing. Demand
supply according to his riches and watch
it manifest. Now, listen, beloved. Some
of you are about to step into the
greatest shift you've ever seen in your
finances. Why? Because you're no longer
silent. You're no longer waiting. You're
no longer begging. You're decreeing. And
decrees produce. Let's take another
scripture. Mark 11:23. You've heard me
quote it, but hear it again with fresh
ears. Whosoever shall say unto this
mountain, "Be removed, and be cast into
the sea, and shall not doubt in his
heart, but shall believe that those
things which he saith shall come to
pass, he shall have whatsoever he
saith."
Did you hear the repetition? Three times
it says, "Say." One time it says,
"Believe." That means you're saying is
just as important as you're believing.
You must believe yes. But you must say
and keep on saying until the mountain
moves. Tonight I declare the mountain of
debt is moving. The mountain of lack is
moving. The mountain of unpaid bills is
moving. The mountain of empty accounts
is moving. Say it with me now. Mountain
of debt be removed. Mountain of lack be
removed. Mountain of shortage be
removed. I cast you into the sea. I
decree abundance now. Glory to God. Now
let me tell you something. I sense in my
spirit. Some of you have been under
financial attack for years. Every time
money comes, it disappears. Every time
you get ahead, something breaks. Every
time you save, an emergency drains it.
That's not coincidence. That's
resistance. That's the enemy trying to
silence your decree. But tonight, we
break it. Tonight, by the authority of
the word, we declare an end to financial
harassment. No more cycles of loss. No
more devourer eating your seed. No more
paycheck disappearing into thin air.
From this day forward, your decree
holds. From this day forward, your seed
multiplies. From this day forward, your
account obeys. Say it boldly. The
devourer is rebuked. My seed multiplies.
My harvest increases. My account obeys.
I walk in overflow. Hallelujah. Let's go
to Psalm 112:3.
Wealth and riches shall be in his house,
and his righteousness endureth forever.
Did you hear that? Wealth and riches
shall be in his house. Not might be, not
could be, shall be. That's your
covenant. That's your inheritance.
Wealth and riches in your house. But it
won't just jump in there by accident.
You've got to call it. You've got to
decree it. You've got to speak it until
it fills every corner of your life. Say
it with me. Wealth and riches are in my
house. My account is full. My storehouse
is overflowing. My finances are blessed.
Glory to God. Now, let me lead you into
a prophetic flow. This is not just
teaching now. This is declaration. I'm
going to decree over you and I want you
to receive it in your spirit. Lift your
hands, open your mouth, and agree as I
speak. I decree debts are erased. I
decree bills are canceled. I decree
mortgages are paid. I decree loans are
forgiven. I decree checks in the mail,
deposits in the account, refunds
released, promotions granted, bonuses
given, opportunities opened. I decree
sudden overflow. I decree supernatural
provision. I decree money that has been
held back is being released right now. I
decree wealth transfer. I decree
increase that cannot be explained but
cannot be denied. Say it with me. I
receive it. I decree it. I establish it.
My account overflows now. Hallelujah.
Beloved, I want you to leave this place
with your faith on fire. Don't let the
fire die when the service ends. Keep
speaking. Keep decreeing. Keep
commanding. Every morning speak to your
account. Every night decree over your
finances. Every bill declare it paid.
Every debt declare it gone. Every
account declare it full. And as surely
as God's word cannot return void, your
finances will obey. Say this one last
time loud and strong. Account, you are
full. Finances, you obey me. Bills, you
are paid. Debts, you are canceled.
Wealth and riches are in my house, I
shall not want. Glory to God forever
more. Now lift your hands because I'm
going to seal this with a prophetic
blessing. I decree over you right now
financial breakthrough. I decree new
streams of income. I decree ideas that
produce wealth. I decree favor that
opens doors no man can shut. I decree
contracts, clients, promotions,
inheritances, and opportunities. I
decree supernatural debt cancellation. I
decree houses paid off, vehicles paid
off, businesses thriving, ministries
flourishing. I decree you will always
have sufficiency in all things and
abound to every good work. I decree this
week, this month, this year will be
marked by financial testimonies that
prove the word works. And I declare over
you no more shortage, no more lack, no
more begging, no more scraping by. From
this day forward, you walk in covenant
abundance. From this day forward, your
account overflows. From this day
forward, you decree and it is
established. Say it with me one final
time. I decree overflow. I decree
abundance. I decree increase. I decree
my account full. I decree my life
blessed and it is established.
Hallelujah. Thank God for his word.
Thank God for the spirit who lives in
us. Thank God for provision that never
runs dry. Glory to God forever more.
