attending Secondary School in my country

Afghanistan and today I want to tell you

about the rights equality and

empowerment as I experiened them I

remember the first time I said in front

of the computer screen in a cafe in

herat the first time I experienced a a

world where the knowledge wasn't locked

away where the ideas TR fle and where

opportunities was no longer limited by

geographia that computer changed my life

it introduced me to power of technology

and set me on the path to pursue

education in Islam and Entrepreneurship

something that was unheard for the woman

in my country at the time with access to

technology we didn't just dream of a

better future we build it my company

used digal tools to work with the client

internationally proving that women no

matter where they are they can lead

businesses bring Innovations to the

market and have local to Global impact

today millions of the girls in

Afghanistan and Beyond where I stand

where I was stood but they are denied

the same opportunities to thrive their

schools remain remain closed there

screens dark their future is stolen and

their voice silenced education is a

fundamental rights we must equip young

people especially young women with right

skills of today so they are not left

behind technology defined Workforce of

Tomorrow consider what inaction cost us

all think of medicine undiscovered the

algorith unri in and the solution never

created because a girl with answer sit

in a Darkness we will not allow this

step to continue technology is a great

equalizer a girl in Refuge camp or in a

conflict Zone can learn in coding and

start online business the all girls

robotic team that I created proved to

the world that Innovation and talent

knows no gender no border only

Wars that the shortage of digital

technical skills will leave 85 million

jobs unfilled by 2030 we know the

solution the government and private

sector must step up to invest in digital

education ensure internet access and

protect wom rights to learn and create a

urgency of those who understand that

every girl's denied education today

becomes tomorrow's missing scientist

absent entrepreneur and silence leader

we are at the Crossroad of the crisis

and an opportunities we must close a

digital divided for all guests for all

women for rights for equality for
