that house was so bad I'm getting the

hell out of here in this video I'm going

to tell you why I absolutely hate open

door and why I would never buy an Open

Door property now it's just my opinion

if you're a home buyer I haven't even

been inside this house yet first things

I see they left all the rot of course

they did because they're cheap fix and

flippers this is like the definition of

cheap out here didn't even finish the

Landscaping what kind of curb appeal is

this it's not curb appeal it's trash

it's gross and this is the typical that

I find and look at this I just feel bad

look at this what is

this that's an expensive water bill I'll

try to help them

out can't even close it all the way

sometimes you do a little twisty there

just comes breaking off is that like

what these aren't even exterior screws

they're using pathetic sidings all

damaged over here I haven't even gone

ins died yet of course you got the paint

drips you got the 99 C laminate and then

you got look at this to make it look

like oh it's a new door it's a new door

seal they just screwed on like a $10

whatever here but look at the underneath

how nasty who does this it's like the

most janky work you could possibly find

so just in this spot we got three

different types of flooring we got the

99 cent lenium or sorry this is a like a

99 cent lamin this is not a this is a

laminate yeah there you go see you

didn't even put uh a nice transition

strip here this is how you finish the

job with the you know overspray

obviously you got to get the overspray

cheap carpet smells like form Malahide

smells like cancer in here God Dam I

Lord obviously we left the acoustic

ceiling because it's an Open Door job

let's see what else we got okay so they

added can lights in here that's I'm

guessing but that drywall job holy

smokes it's a little scary had two

agents come through here pretty low blow

on the sh they left the original uh

cabinet paint Scheme they could have

sold for so much more money if they

actually painted these oh but they

started painting them see cuz look at

that tape job uh fail job good Lord they

didn't even patch it they just removed

the blinds that were here and then they

left the damage for it man and imagine

just how cheap it but it's not even

screwed in all the way what is this this

is why this is how you you don't buy

homes from flippers I mean there are

some good flippers don't get me wrong uh

the prior homeowner probably did this

this is a bonded copper line over here

it shouldn't be wobbling like that mind

you this right here copper lines in

there nice and tight so that's good

we've got yeah you got the little

connect this is a new garbage disposal

and whoever installed it didn't even get

the bracket to secure this so so when

you're you have wet fingers and after

time that metal AB braids the uh wiring

that's there and you're wet from you

know doing dishes or whatever other

things that get you wet and excited in

the day uh you come down here you

accidentally rub up against this you're

going to get

the I don't bet it's even grounded right

the grounding might save your life but

ain't you're going to have a shocking

that Open Door sucks ass at renovating

homes and that's it's legal to have an

don't want them to sue me but if they do

I'll sue their asses back cuz they suck

and people deserve to know about it this

freaking disgusting man you know how

much a new box like this costs not that

much it's like 30 bucks good

Lord what else we got over here I don't

know if you need seismic strapping in

Colorado uh but you don't have it you

got the sediment trap here this looks

okay but these systems have been here

they didn't install these systems if

they did they're already old but they

didn't install these systems so I don't

think Open Door touched any of that

which is fine come on man that's how

you're going to leave the toilet with

can look at the overp that's nasty

that's janky and nasty along at that

drywall you can check out the beautiful

Open Door drywall P I still see the mesh

going to do your hinge repair work cause

more damage while you're at it oh no no

must have had the door in a position

where they're painting the door like

here and they spray over there and they

didn't spray the inside of it of course

not all right okay access panels all

janked up got to leave the uh spare

toilet paper roll there and I don't

actually mean the toilet paper roll I

mean the thing that holds the roll don't

mind the dead moths around counted about

three dead moths rooms are really hard

to f up because they're usually just

paint carpet bro another one my goodness

nobody's been in this house forever this

looks janky is this on backwards it's

proba they probably installed this shelf

backwards when they assembl the

furniture usually my recommendation is

if you're going to buy a house you want

to buy a fixer because then when you do

the renovation work you know if it's

bull crap or not or you buy a house that

uh is heavily over improved or it's new

construction that's an option oh they

didn't do anything in here other than

clean it

out they came to plug in their stuff and

didn't even clean the the stuff I don't

even want to open that fridge because

there's probably a body in there

what we got okay I guess that door

doesn't even lock all right so this is

our Landscaping obviously sort of the

typical not maintained Open Door style

there was a patio cover here so they

left that ledger board uh and then just

got rid of probably the patio cover they

didn't even take out the metal brackets

that's pathetic uh and then they covered

up the doggy door on this side bunch of

debris and dead ants or whatever over

here but they left it on this

side oh my Lord that's

disgusting oh

janky uh this company it should have

gone bankrupt in the last cycle I'm

surprised it didn't this is uh our

original unlabeled electrical panel so

of course they didn't do any kind of

system upgrades because why would they

they this is what we call a blow and go

that's what this is honestly that's what

Open Door is is a company they buy like

3 4,000 homes try to rip people off by

selling them trash at market prices uh

and then rip people off by charging them

the six or 7% uh fee on the sale which I

get it you know other agents are going

to charge a fee as well

but their whole pitch is oh don't pay

the real turn like Okay so

they're going to take the fee then again

outside hasn't been painted this right

here by the way uh it might be okay but

realistically this should be pushed away

from the house so when you drain over

here uh and then wait a second is this

whole post sitting on this oh my Lord

inch by moving down in or when the water

rots this away because you're not

diverting away uh but some kid comes

wobbles this away or whatever over time

this whole front corner of the house

moves down an inch now whether that's

enough for that to collapse I don't know
