hi this is Joe
Tracy and welcome to this guided
meditation on finding your life's
purpose now before we get
started it's important to know that in a
state of self-
hypnosis you're not
asleep or
unconscious you're actually
very
aware of your
surroundings and you can't be forced to
do
anything anything that's against your
will and don't worry about outside
sounds or
distractions because you'll soon be able
to relax
completely and you can even use those
sounds to deepen your
trance and you're always the one in
control and you can
accept or reject the
suggestions as you
wish so just allow yourself to absorb
the
suggestions without
evaluating or
analyzing and don't worry if your mind
drifts
off because you'll still still gain the
benefits from the
suggestions and when you find
yourself focused on other
thoughts gently remind
yourself to focus on my
voice and the
suggestions and don't worry about
getting it or doing it
right just allow yourself to feel com
comfortable and
relaxed now take a deep
breath and as you
exhale allow your eyes to
close and imagine a
cord attached to the base of your
spine and imagine it traveling all the
way
down to the center center of the
earth
good and really anchor that chord
now into the center of the
earth wrapping the ends
around anything solid that you can
find and allow the cord to
expand to a size as comfortable for
you and now release any stress
tension
anxiety or even
negativity down that
cord and you can release any unfinished
projects or any
people who may want your
attention and just acknowledge any
thoughts that may come into your
mind and for
now just release them down you're
grounding and take another deep
breath and hold that
breath and exhale through your
mouth with a
sigh as you're relaxing even
deeper feeling so
calm and so tranquil
and with your third deep
breath once
more comfortably feeling your
lungs hold the
breath and as you
exhale allow that remaining
stress and
tension to flow out of your
[Music]
body and it's not
necessary to hear any outside sounds
or anyone else's voice
now and you can
enjoy the comfort of
drifting into a deep state of
relaxation and this is the most
important process for you to be
doing and the most important place for
you to
be just allow yourself to let
go and to
relax and now Focus your
awareness on the muscles on the top of
your
head and begin to feel a wave of
relaxation flowing from the top of your
head down over your forehead
and into your
eyebrows moving around your eyes
now bathing your eyes with
comfort and
ease and feel yourself drifting deeper
and
deeper focusing in on the sound of my
voice and feel yourself drifting deeper
and
deeper and
relaxed and now feel that wave of
relaxation moving across your
nose and down into your
cheeks and the muscles are melting
down just like
butter melting on a warm stove
drifting
deeper as the muscles around your mouth
relax and that
relaxation flows into your
jaw and into your
tongue and your teeth May separate
slightly and that's perfectly
fine and now allow that wave of
relaxation to flow from the top of your
head down over the back of your
head around your
ears
temples and on down into your neck
muscles as those muscles begin to melt
and
blend and just feel yourself drifting
deeper and
deeper with each easy breath that you
take as you relax
completely and all outside
sounds
noises even your own
thoughts cause you to drift and go
deeper deeper and
deeper and let that relaxation flow
into your
shoulders and feel how your shoulders
begin to droop and
sag with a comfortable
trouty feeling of
relaxation just allow those muscles to
let go
completely and notice how much
more relaxed you are right
now than you were
just a few moments
ago and as that wave of
comfort and ease begins to flow across
your
shoulders and down your
arms feel the
relaxation moving into each and every
muscle into each and every
nerve and
tendent as youing relax and let
go and feel the muscles melting
effortlessly and
easily
good and your
shoulders and the back of your
neck melt
completely and now that
tingling soothing wave
moves around your
elbows and down into your
forearms and now surrounding your
rest with comfort and
ease and on down into your
hands and clear out to the very tips of
your
fingers relaxing
more with each easy breath that you take
and as you
relax allow the stress and
tension to drain out to the very tips of
your
fingers as you relax and let
go and now feel that wave of
relaxation spread from your shoulders
down into the broad
muscles of your back

and all
discomfort and
[Music]
disorder serving no useful
purpose leaves your
body and as you
relax and drift
deeper even
deeper and as that wave
travels down your back
and around into your chest
muscles feel yourself
relaxing and drifting even
deeper even
deeper that wave of relaxation
flows around your waist
now and on
down into your hips and
thighs and feel those muscles melting
as you allow yourself to
relax and you may
feel a pleasant tingling
now starting at the top of your
head flowing
down through your entire
body as that wave of relaxation
spreads down to your
thighs and down around your
knees bathing your
knees with
comfort and
ease and now on
down into your
calves and feel those calf muscles
melting
down
completely as you
relax deeper and deeper
and feel that relaxation
flowing around your
ankles bathing your
ankles with
comfort and
ease and that wave moves on
down into the heels and arches of your
feet flowing along the soles of your
feet and clear out to the tips of your
toes
and now allow any remaining
stress and
tension to drain right out of the very
ends of your
feet removing all aches and
pains that are serving no useful purpose
now in just a
moment I will begin to
countdown and with each descending
number your level of relaxation will
double want that to
happen and allow that to
happen
five sinking deeper and deeper
down four
so
calm so
peaceful and so
relaxed
three letting
go and it feels so good to just let
go
two getting even closer
now
one now
peacefully and comfortably relax

next and continuing to breathe
now and to drift
and you may
notice as you drift more
deeply and relax more
deeply that your
subconscious is beginning to come to the
Forefront and that your conscious
mind is willing to take a step
back just for this
time and let your wise subconscious mind
mind move to the
Forefront to provide
support and
insight and
images
Sensations
thoughts are all taking on the semblance
of a
dream a dreamlike
[Music]
quality and you can enjoy that
as the dreamlike
state unfolds for
you just riding along with
it down into that
state of
surrender and maybe being
curious I
wonder can you find a sense of
curiosity about what you'll find
here and wherever you go
and however this dream
unfolds your
subconscious is forming just the right
experience for
you just the right
experience to give you the answers you
need and the support that you
seek perhaps you're one of those people
that we meet from time to
time you
know those people that some
call old
souls you will
know because you will feel that you were
born to do
something to accomplish
something and you may have
searched for what it is that you're
meant to do
and this journey that you and I are
taking
now as you listen to the sound of my
voice is to help
you find your Soul's
purpose and I wonder if you've asked
yourself
that if you've asked what is my
purpose and I wonder
if you've ever felt a little
lost because you couldn't answer that
question but as you
breathe growing more relaxed with every
breath you can just listen to the sound
of my
voice and follow the
suggestions that seem right to
you and discover your Soul's
purpose just that easily
that's
right and you can discover your Soul's
purpose just by
surrendering into this
experience and following my
voice and seeing where my
voice and your own deep
wisdom lead you
because you're on a journey to becoming
fully
evolved fully
human and fully
wise you are becoming that
person and once you become that
person you'll know your Soul's
purpose and here's the
thing in this place place of deep
relaxation and
insight you can transcend
time that's
right and you can step out of this
time out of the
now and into a
time where you have
evolved and you know your Soul's
purpose and you can visit the self
you're becoming
your future
self and ask it what you want to
know and it's so
easy just find yourself in a safe
place some place where you feel
safe and
strong perhaps a place in
nature or a home
where you feel
loved or a place in your
imagination now in your mind's
eye find yourself in that place right
now
and in this
place there is a
chamber and when you step through that
door of that
chamber you'll see a
being cross- laed on the
floor of the chamber
and it's your evolved
self yourself from the
future the self that knows
all that has reached your full
potential and I wonder what you
see or what energy you
feel from the Evolve
self take a
moment to explore the this
chamber with all your
senses and this being that has come
here out of its love for you
[Music]
now take a seat on the floor
as near to your evolved self as you
would like to
be and leaving whatever distance between
you that you're comfortable
with and gazing at this other
self become aware of your own
heartbeating
that's
right can you allow
yourself to feel the pulse of your
heartbeat in your
body or in the body of your imagination
and send a thread of light from your
heart to the heart of your evolved
self good you're doing good
now your hearts are
connected and you can exchange
information and your extended
self offers to show
you what your Soul's purpose
is and if you're
willing open to whatever your extended
self has to show
you let yourself fully experience this
Vision with all of your
senses what part of your body is drawn
to this vision
what is the quality of light
here is this place in nature
are there other
people and take these next few
minutes to let this Vision unfold for
you letting it be just as it is

and the vision is coming to a close now
and you're fully aware
again of being in this
chamber with your extended
self across from
you what are you
feeling and if it feels right to you
let your extended
self know that you honor its
wisdom and that you're
[Music]
grateful and if you're
willing let yourself fully understand
understand the love and respect your
extended self holds for
you and let yourself
know that you're
honored and if if you're drawn to touch
your extended self
now by way of
goodbye or to embrace your extend
self do that
now and say whatever last
things need to be said
and your time here is
ending notice how you
feel as your extended
self begins to leave this
chamber leaving for
now but always available for
you should you wish to
return leaving you for now
with
Insight
wisdom and a sense of
purpose and over the next days or
weeks be aware of any
signs
dreams or maybe even
guides who come to
you or cross your path
your Soul's
purpose is making itself known to
you and will
become more and more
clear and
compelling in the days and weeks to
come now take a deep
breath and feel yourself
fully in all your wholeness
and

beingness and rise and leave the
chamber and step back into this
time the present
moment and perhaps you're grateful for
this
gift at
peace that your purpose is
known and will be
known and understood
taking from this
experience whatever resonates for
you whatever calls to
you remembering that you're not alone in
this
[Music]
Quest that what you're
seeking is seeking you
as
well now in just a
moment I will invite you to return from
your
experience and as you return you'll
bring back your experience with
you feeling both calm and
refreshed one
feeling
returning to your fingers and
toes
two all energies in complete
balance etheric body
closed
three feeling more confident and
control realizing things that used to
bother you in the past have now been
released four feeling as if you're
eyes have been bathed in cool Clear
Water
five realizing you're
now aware of your Soul's
purpose eyes
open fully aware
