finally sit down. Your body is
exhausted, but your mind won't stop. You
start to scroll and distract yourself by

stress eat. But why? Because the moment
you actually stop, something feels
uncomfortable within. So, how do you
stop struggling from within? How do you
bring your inner world back? Awareness.
Once you are aware, you give your inner
