when my daughter stopped eating stopped

talking and wouldn't leave her room I

knew something was wrong she'd always

been the bright spark in our house

captain of the debate team the kind of

kid who made pancakes on Sundays but it

wasn't until I found her diary that I

understood why her teacher the one who

won teacher of the year had been hurting

her after school I'm a defense attorney

I know exactly how the system works how

Predators walk free I also know every

corrupt cop and criminal in this city so

I made some calls the kind of calls you

can't take back 2 Days Later a former

client visited my office remember when

you got me acquitted he asked time to

return the favor I slid him a photo no

words needed he looked at it and said

I nodded for my daughter there was no

line I wouldn't cross some monsters need
