0:05

Now I'm going to start talking about the

0:06

equipment and inventory. So this is

0:10

mostly going to focus on the aiology

0:12

because the DHH do have inventory and

0:16

equipment. Theirs is not as much and

0:19

they could just personally talk to you

0:21

about it and just kind of tell you

0:23

things where I want to go over

0:25

specifically with the aiology equipment

0:27

because this is a lot more. So, as we

0:30

are in the Google Drive, you can see

0:32

that we're under the aiology shared

0:34

drive. So, where you're going to be able

0:37

to access a lot of the equipment

0:39

inventory is in one databases. So,

0:42

you're going to click that

0:44

and then as you can see in here, there's

0:47

aiology equipment, BVDH students, and

0:51

then hearing assist of technology. So,

0:53

we're first going to go into hearing

0:55

assist of technology. This is the one

0:57

that you're going to be going into the

0:59

most. Now, as you can see, this will

1:03

have the school if it's in stock, and

1:06

that just means that it's in the

1:08

cabinets in the uh audio booth or if

1:13

things are out for repair. And you could

1:15

see that sometimes in here, but also

1:19

you're going to see some of the names of

1:21

the students, which the equipment is

1:24

being used for, the vendor, what um kind

1:28

it is, the serial number, and then some

1:31

of the updates or also warranties that

1:35

the equipment have. So, right over here.

1:39

So, this is going to be important

1:42

because when one of the equipment is

1:44

broken, this is where you're going to

1:46

come in. You're going to search for it.

1:48

So, let's just come down and go to one

1:52

of the Inspir. So, like, as you can see,

1:55

this one says it's retired. This one

1:57

says that it's missing. Um, so you have

2:01

things like that. Uh, this is where

2:04

you're going to put things like repair.

2:07

So, if it says stock or a student, put

2:10

repair. If it has a student, for

2:12

example, let's go up. Like for this one,

2:15

you're going to take this out. Put

2:17

repair all in caps. Take out the

2:19

student. Keep this. Take out this one.

2:24

And then you're going to update it by

2:25

putting the date that you put um repair.

2:30

And also, when it comes back, just

2:33

rename it as stock. and then put the

2:36

date which you got that uh back.

2:39

So I want to show that and then

2:43

over here I want to be able to show

2:47

the aiology equipment. So this

2:50

specifically is for the screeners. This

2:53

is used for the blue valley screening

2:55

and these are the machines that

2:58

screeners would use uh or the nurses

3:01

would be using for the students. And

3:04

this is a great way to be able to make

3:06

sure that we know where things are. And

3:09

this is new. So like this for example, I

3:12

put in how

3:14

this is in stock, it is in uh Hilltop

3:19

and the reasons for it. Like this one

3:21

was recently purchased and this one was

3:23

just found and then a date. So then we

3:26

keep track of that.

3:28

Oh, and just to go back to hearing

3:31

assistant technology, as you can see

3:33

below, it has all of the years um that

3:38

we have recorded it. And so the aiology

3:42

team is going to request for you to make

3:44

a new spreadsheet for the next year. And

3:47

that's going to be really easy. What

3:49

you're going to do is you could click

3:51

the down button or you could just

3:52

rightclick. And then you're going to

3:54

press duplicate. Once it duplicates over

3:57

and you see copy 2025 to 2026, just put

4:01

the new year and you'll be all good. And

4:04

that will be the same to apply over

4:05

here. So where it says 2025 2026,

4:09

just duplicate it. Where it says copy

4:11

2025 to 2026, you're going to put the

4:14

next school year.

4:16

And so the next one I want to show you

4:18

is BB students.

4:20

Now, this is something that you're not

4:24

going to go into as much, but Judy, uh,

4:29

the one aiologist that is working here

4:32

is she will want a list of students who

4:36

have hearing assisted technology. So, as

4:38

you can see, here are the u assisted

4:41

technology right here and some of the

4:44

notes about the kids and the kids and

4:46

what schools. This is to help for the

4:48

screeners so that they know who uh

4:52

already has a hearing loss because it

4:54

wouldn't make sense if a kid already has

4:56

a hearing loss to have to do a hearing

4:58

test. So, I need to make sure that you

5:00

know that. And with uh this, this is how

5:05

we're able to know where our stuff is.

5:08

And this is also a great place for you

5:14

to um actually I'm going to go back to

5:16

hearing assisted technology because I

5:18

want to show

5:20

sometimes

5:22

if you're unsure because you have to do

5:25

a repair of who the student is because

5:28

let's just say oh I accidentally deleted

5:32

um this space. So you can select it and

5:36

then you're going to rightclick

5:38

and it should be show edit history. So

5:42

click on this and when you do that of

5:45

course it says for me that I put that

5:47

there but these arrows will help you see

5:51

all the previous edits for it. So,

5:54

that's going to help you for students

5:56

when you're putting in that requisition

5:58

form or if you just need certain things

6:01

that you totally forgot or accidentally

6:03

deleted. This is a great tool to be able

6:06

to use.

6:08

And

6:10

for the most part, a lot of the other

6:12

equipment stuff is stuff that you're

6:15

just going to do in the booth. you'll

6:16

see how everything is set up and Judy

6:18

and Trisha will help you let you know

6:21

how they want things organized, where

6:23

they want things. Um, but this is

6:25

important to know so that you know how

6:27

we're inventorying
