Donald Trump is Suing Me.

hey everyone me Kevin here this is

terrible I just got served paper

standing outside

we're just getting ready to go skiing

this sucks

um

Donald Trump is not happy with the

videos that I've been making and damn it

I

I try to stay so neutral too

so there was one particular piece that I

did and I'll break down what it was but

the papers that we just got are um our

complaint they're a lawsuit uh Donald

Trump is uh threatening to sue us for uh

400 million dollars

because He suggests that potentially the

biggest Smoking Gun of evidence in the

Stormy Daniels case is something that

I've basically thrown a highlighter over

and and uh he thinks I've uh

violated Trade Practices by doing so

when it's it's terrible because we I

took Jack here for father-son trip and

it's freezing and all I wanted to do was

spend time

with Jack and we have to worry about

this this is

it just sucks it just sucks so okay so

so what what is what is the piece what

is the piece so here's the Scoop

basically

you know how Stormy Daniels basically

alleged that at first she had sexual

relations with Trump which he denies

then she said she lied and she actually

did have sexual relations and she was

paid hush money to not say she had an

affair with Donald Trump because that

would be bad because he's running for

president and obviously he's married

Donald Trump is married Donald Trump

still denies the affair Michael Cohen

was apparently as Donald Trump's fixers

head up to make this go away by paying

Stormy Daniels Daniels 130 000 Michael

Cohen's attorney uh wrote a letter and

said look

Donald Trump

was not involved in this Michael Cohen

he got in trouble for doing whatever

stuff he does and fixing things and he

took awful he takes all blame Donald

Trump did nothing wrong and Donald Trump

not only did nothing wrong Donald Trump

didn't even know about these hush money

payments and not only that but Donald

Trump also

I believe him in this

Donald Trump also

denies ever reimbursing Michael Cohen

except the letter that circulated

vigorly on Twitter made it very clear

that Donald Trump did not reimburse

Michael Cohen through two different

entities one the Trump Administration

that did not reimburse Michael Cohen and

number two the Trump campaign well I

made a video hold on

oh I'm so cold

why is this happening why is it

happening sorry okay so Donald Trump

oh

Donald Trump made a video and I made a

video the letter the letter all edges

the Trump Administration uh did not

reimburse Michael Cohen and not only the

Trump Administration not reimburse Cohen

but uh the Trump campaign did not

therefore there could not be a campaign

fight Finance violations

but what's the real problem the real

problem is I made a video suggesting

that come on nobody else seems to be

picking up on this but the reality is

you don't need the Trump Administration

or Donald Trump's political action

committees to actually reimburse Michael

Cohen

Michael Cohen could have been reimbursed

through the Donald Trump Family Trust

now nobody's actually talking about that

how that could have easily been exactly

what happened

but

I did

and so I made a video about it

I'll go up here and we'll talk about it

so I made a video about it and I said

hey

this is basically a scam Donald Trump is

tricking everyone and I'm trying to do

this in in as neutral of way as possible

because ultimately Jack you want to come

hang out with me in my video so trying

to do this in the most neutral way

possible because that's always what my

goal is like hey how how neutral yes

that's very cool thank you Jay how

neutral uh can can I be in the coverage

of this so I said look maybe Donald

Trump didn't reimburse Michael Cohen

maybe maybe that never happened

the problem is

it it seems like that is a possibility

and because that's a possibility and I

mentioned it just trying to be neutral

again I'm not trying to be like

anti-trump or pro-trump I'm just saying

like hey this is a whole

I wasn't expecting

especially not here or like a winter

wonderland Jack we're supposed to be

going skiing today we're preparing fun

today we just got fitted for skis and

now this this happens okay Jack Jack

snap I got I seriously okay I gotta take

care of this this is it's a very

important business right now

so where do we go from now okay well

obviously first things first thank God I

so lawsuits begin when you're served

once you're served lawsuits begin and

now you basically have to immediately

retain counsel once you retain counsel

you have to answer the complaint so we

have to now come up with a legal

precedent for how we we can protect the

commentary that we're making online and

obviously we're going to go with the

First Amendment and journalistic

privileges of being able to have an

opinion but see it's the process that's

the punishment so they've also sent us a

settlement offer and suggested look take

down all videos with Trump in the name

and never talk about Donald Trump again

and we will make this go away otherwise

you're going to have to pay to fight us

for the next two years and that's the

problem with the judicial system now you

could sue back and counter Sue and argue

hey well this is a frivolous lawsuit but

because of this rule known as the

American rule in America anybody can

really Sue anybody and it actually is

very very difficult to sue people back

uh for for like counters to people and

actually win it's very very difficult

especially if you're suing for basically

saying oh somebody shouldn't have sued

for a frivolous lawsuit the standards

for that are very very high now you can

counter Sue like for example like

Gwyneth Paltrow she counter suit for a

dollar that uh you know she was actually

the one who was injured uh and uh

therefore should be compensated by uh

you know the dude who crashed into her

uh but that's different because that's

that's like compensatory damage uh you

don't it's it's much harder to win an

award for a compensation for for actual

damage or pain uh for just saying oh my

pain is the fact that I got sued that's

very difficult because the way the

American legal system is set up is that

yeah people can literally sue you and

then drag you through the mud for two

years and then they drag you through the

mud for two years and then they end up

settling 95 of cases anyway it's a

complete crap shoot it completely sucks

so that's why most of the time people

just get pushed into a settlement

because they're tired of how exhausting

the process is look how beautiful it is

out here by the way this is nice

really does so so that's why most cases

end up just settling but then they

settle under some kind of NDA where you

settle under an NDA we're never allowed

to talk about the person again not only

are you never allowed to talk about the

person again but then on top of that uh

you're not even allowed to talk about

the case anymore oh speaking of case

those are some cool playing card books

that's very very nice so so anyway it's

like a complete disaster the last thing

you want is this kind of stuff and it

just this is how Free Speech gets

restricted in America and it's just

ah I don't know what to say other than

it's April 1st and I'm not actually

getting sued by Donald Trump I did make

a video about that commentary and I'm

gonna keep talking about Donald Trump
