0:00

Well, I have to say I am shocked. Hamas

0:03

actually went for Trump's 20part deal.

0:06

This is, first of all, amazing.

0:08

Everyone, Democrat, Republican, should

0:10

be happy by this. This is fantastic. I

0:13

think there's a reason for this. And I

0:16

want to start with that because you may

0:18

have already heard some of the generic

0:19

info that's out there, but you know me,

0:22

my goal is as much as possible to try to

0:24

give some unique perspective. So, what I

0:26

actually think this has to do with is

0:28

almost specifically the Trump nuclear

0:31

program uh attack on Iran. Uh consider,

0:36

for example, what's going on with Pickax

0:38

Mountain. There's a lot of talk that

0:40

Pickax Mountain is starting to see

0:42

construction development again. But if

0:44

you actually look at some of the recent

0:46

Institute uh for science and

0:48

international security research on

0:51

what's going on at Pickax Mountain,

0:53

because remember the United States

0:55

bombed via Operation Midnight Hammer uh

0:58

Forom and other facilities deep inside

1:01

of Iran with the B2 bombers, famous

1:03

attack. A lot of folks thought, okay,

1:06

well, we never hit Pickax Mountain. Is

1:07

that because that is a deeper facility?

1:10

Can our weapons not reach that facility?

1:12

And if you look at what the Institute

1:13

for Science and International Security

1:14

says, they actually suggest that while

1:18

there is continuing construction

1:20

facility activity going on at Pickax

1:22

Mountain, it is in line with activity

1:25

that was really going on before the June

1:27

war, suggesting there hasn't really been

1:29

any kind of acceleration of building at

1:32

Pickax Mountain, suggesting maybe Iran

1:34

is not going to be quite as capable of

1:36

rebuilding parts of its destroyed

1:38

nuclear program that previously people

1:41

feared that Iran would be able to. Mind

1:43

you, uh the Israelis in coordination

1:46

with the United States also assassinated

1:48

a significant portion of the Iranian

1:50

nuclear science community by

1:52

specifically targeting scientists and a

1:54

simultaneously simultaneous attack in

1:57

multiple locations throughout Iran. One

1:59

of the ways they can do this is by

2:01

actually launching missiles from uh

2:03

F-35s or other aircraft and the missiles

2:05

can actually rest in space uh you know

2:10

circulating waiting to time their

2:12

attacks at the same time. It's it's

2:14

really a phenomenal form of uh human

2:16

ingenuity and technology to be able to

2:18

pull this off. But anyway, I believe

2:21

that Iran's

2:24

failure

2:25

or potential loss in their nuclear

2:28

science program has made them realize we

2:30

got to eat some humble pie here. See, if

2:33

Iran told Hamas, "Don't take this deal

2:37

with Israel. We will send you more

2:39

money. We will send you more weapons."

2:43

Then Hamas wouldn't take this deal. I

2:46

actually think Donald Trump proposed

2:47

this peace plan realizing that Iran

2:51

wasn't going to back Hamas. And when

2:54

Hamas picked up the phone to call Iran,

2:56

nobody answered. And then that's where

2:59

Hamas goes, well, I guess we don't have

3:01

a leg to stand on anymore. Let's go

3:03

ahead and take this deal that was

3:04

negotiated sort of on our behalf without

3:07

Trump even talking to Hamas, right?

3:09

Which initially led to a lot of

3:11

skepticism, rightfully so. But you also

3:14

have to understand there is a precedent

3:16

for what Trump wants to do in Gaza and

3:18

it does deserve praise. First of all, a

3:21

lot of Hamas's leadership is dead. So

3:23

there's really no centralized

3:25

leadership. Although you know what's

3:26

left of Hamas so far, they're accepting

3:29

the framework of this deal. Uh and the

3:31

framework of this deal has some really

3:33

cool precedents in Kosovo. So in Kosovo,

3:38

we had what was called uh in in the late

3:40

90s in the early 2000s after, you know,

3:43

the sort of devastating ethnic cleansing

3:46

that took place in the late '9s over

3:47

there under um uh Believe, you ended up

3:52

getting the Kosovo transition

3:55

governance. Now Kosovo is like twice the

3:57

size of the Palestinian territories,

3:59

smaller population, so more spread out

4:01

population over there. But anyway, what

4:04

you ended up having is after this this

4:06

ethnic cleansing that took place and

4:08

then this guy ended up getting sent to

4:09

the, you know, hog, you know, he got

4:11

indicted by the uh international

4:13

criminal court in 99, ended up dying in

4:16

custody in 2006. Terrible ethnic

4:19

cleansing. What he ended up getting was

4:21

the UN MIK, the interim mission in

4:24

Kosovo, and it demilitar demilitarized

4:27

Kosovo. and set up an interim

4:30

administration to manage reconstruction,

4:32

opened global trade, and you got a bunch

4:35

of agencies from all around the world to

4:38

set up free and fair elections. Norway

4:40

came in to establish a police force.

4:42

America helped build a banking and a

4:44

justice system. America helped provide

4:47

NATO troops. The European Union funded

4:50

reconstruction and business support for

4:51

Kosovo. And now according to Gallup,

4:55

Kosovo is considered one of the safest

4:58

places in Europe. Tony Blair actually

5:03

had a lot of experience as part of uh

5:07

this this sort of transition in the

5:10

Middle East uh in addition to

5:14

sort of his work in power while this was

5:16

occurring in Kosovo. Now, what a lot of

5:19

people are very excited about is they

5:21

look at a PLA today, a Palestinian

5:24

authority today that has very little

5:26

power, and they look at this Kosovo deal

5:28

and Trump's 20point plan as a way to

5:31

potentially pull a Kosovo 2.0 in the

5:35

Gaza Strip. See, right now, eight Muslim

5:39

countries back Donald Trump's 20point

5:41

plan, and now Hamas has accepted it. Uh,

5:43

and this is a really big moment because

5:45

it could mean that the same thing that

5:47

happened in Kosovo that made Kosovo now

5:50

considered to be one of the safest

5:51

countries in Europe could potentially be

5:53

what ends up happening in the Gaza

5:54

Strip. Just think about that. That would

5:56

almost be like Donald Trump's

5:57

Mediterranean paradise coming true in

6:00

the Gaza Strip, which would be great for

6:01

the Palestinians. But what also

6:03

motivated Hamas to potentially take this

6:06

deal was the fact that BB backed off the

6:10

annexation of Gaza. There was a lot of

6:13

belief that BB was going to go for a

6:16

full annexation of not just the West

6:18

Bank but also the Gaza Strip and you

6:20

would never have a Palestinian homeland.

6:26

Trump's announcement of this 20point

6:29

plan in cooperation with BB suggested

6:31

that BB was backing off the idea of

6:34

completely eradicating Palestine and

6:36

instead agreeing for there to be the

6:39

establishment of a Palestinian state.

6:42

This 20point plan includes not only the

6:45

72-hour,

6:46

you know, release of the 20 remaining

6:48

hostages, which Donald Trump expects to

6:50

happen Monday or Tuesday, which is a

6:51

little bit more than 72 hours, but

6:52

whatever. Uh, it includes a withdrawal

6:56

of troops from 70% of Gaza for for, you

7:00

know, behind Isra lines that have been

7:02

agreed upon with Israel and Hamas. Uh,

7:05

moving troops out of 70% of Gaza is a

7:07

big deal. The war immediately ends. No

7:09

more bombardments, which is great.

7:11

Israel is going to release 1,700 Gaz and

7:13

detainees and they're opening the Rafa

7:17

crossing which is huge because the Rafa

7:20

crossing has been an issue for

7:22

Palestinians to get food aid since

7:24

really day one. The Rafa crossing has

7:26

been shut. Palestinians can't leave so

7:28

you can't really go anywhere. You've got

7:30

refugee camps that are getting bombed

7:32

because there are suspected Hamas

7:34

terrorists inside these groups. And so

7:37

people are dying. Children are dying

7:39

like crazy. got 67,000

7:42

gazins that have died in this war on top

7:45

of obviously the 1,200 uh Israelis that

7:48

died on the October 7th attack, about

7:50

another 450 uh Israeli soldiers who have

7:54

died. You have a lot of death in this.

7:56

So, it's no surprise that people are now

7:58

calling for a Nobel Peace Prize for

8:02

Donald Trump because this is actually

8:04

pretty incredible that Donald Trump

8:05

pulled this off. This is this is very

8:08

impressive. Like you got to give him

8:09

credit. Like when do you see

8:12

adherence to you know Islam so Muslims

8:16

hugging Jewish folks? You know you've

8:18

got the Qataris and the Israelis

8:21

hugging. This is unprecedented.

8:25

This is like the definition of of world

8:28

peace. This is fantastic. So this is

8:31

really really good. Uh and and that's

8:34

not to say this is going to be easy.

8:37

There's going to be a lot of hardship in

8:39

actually making this come together. But

8:42

this is the foundation for getting Gaza

8:44

not only governed but rebuilt. So I have

8:47

to give a lot of credit here. I was very

8:49

skeptical. I'm like this is bull crap.

8:51

Donald Trump's announcing deals before

8:52

there, you know, there's even talk with

8:54

Hamas.

8:56

And to me, the reason it worked is

8:59

because Iran is cooked. I think Iran ate

9:03

the humble pie and Hamas realized they

9:06

have nothing to stand on. And when they

9:09

realized there was nothing to stand on,

9:10

they had to go for this. So, uh, the

9:13

Israeli cabinet is obviously expected to

9:16

stamp off on this deal. We'll start

9:19

seeing army troops withdraw within 24

9:21

hours following the signing and the

9:23

approval of the truths. 2,000

9:25

approximately, slightly less, I think.

9:28

Jailed Palestinians uh will be released

9:31

as well.

9:32

At the same time, calls for the Nobel

9:34

Peace Prize for Donald Trump uh are

9:37

being encouraged because of this uh

9:40

Israeli deal. Zalinski is saying, "Hey,

9:42

if Trump gives us tomahawks, we'll lobby

9:45

for you to get a Nobel Peace Prize as

9:46

well." Now, Zilinski wants Tomahawks so

9:51

he can strike deep inside of Russia, but

9:52

he really sees it as an opportunity to

9:54

negotiate with Russia. That's at least

9:57

the sales pitch. I won't I won't shoot

10:00

the Tomahawks yet. I'll just use him to

10:01

bring, you know, Putin to the

10:03

negotiating table, whatever. But anyway,

10:05

it's not a surprise a lot of people are

10:07

very excited about Donald Trump

10:08

potentially getting a peace prize here.

10:10

This, by the way, the Rafa crossing

10:12

opening is so incredible because it does

10:14

mean the United Nations can actually

10:16

provide the appropriate food aid that's

10:18

needed uh to the starving people and the

10:20

famine that's going on uh in the Gaza

10:23

Strip. So, I'm very very happy about

10:24

this. Uh the Palestinian people, Hamas

10:27

official says the Palestinian people

10:29

deserve life and the right to

10:30

self-determination and establishment of

10:32

their state on occupied land. They do.

10:34

And so this actually represents a

10:37

scaling back of the aggression of Hamas,

10:39

saying no deal. Uh, and they're pulling

10:42

this back because

10:45

they realize that Israel is finally

10:46

walking back the idea of annexing the

10:49

Gaza Strip and instead

10:52

they're willing to create a two-state

10:55

solution here. Now, Trump did say in his

10:57

press conference he doesn't quote have a

10:59

view on the two-state solution. Let's be

11:00

clear, this is a two-state solution.

11:02

This is the beginning of a two-state

11:04

solution. So, yes, like as is said here,

11:07

if you're skeptical, you have every

11:08

reason to be skeptical. of course,

11:10

but this is a great step in the right

11:14

direction. Now, we know that Trump and

11:16

Tony Blair and some people from uh the

11:19

Palestinian Authority are actually going

11:21

to be sitting on this sort of peace

11:22

board that Donald Trump calls and

11:24

there's a lot of work to do to see how

11:26

this ends up working out. you know,

11:27

you'll have a lot of people like, you

11:28

know, the Black Rocks and the

11:30

Blackstones and real estate developers

11:32

or whatever wanting to build, you know,

11:34

you know, buy wedge deals, I guess, in

11:36

the Gaza Strip and uh and rebuild it

11:38

over there. But honestly, like the

11:40

Palestinian people need the injection of

11:42

money and investment to increase to

11:44

actually create a GDP over here. And the

11:47

fact that

11:48

is Iran is basically creamed

11:52

which is evidenced by the lack of

11:54

support for Hamas here is probably the

11:56

best part best argument for world peace

11:59

right here that we could possibly hope

12:01

for. So I'm very very enthusiastic about

12:03

this. Uh I'm very impressed too because

12:05

I I will say I was extremely skeptical

12:08

of this. I'm like how could you announce

12:09

a deal if you haven't even talked to

12:11

Hamas yet? And the only way it was going

12:15

to work was if Iran had no leg to stand

12:19

on. And the fact that it's working to me

12:21

is a sign that Iran has no leg to stand

12:23

on. And I could not be more enthusiastic

12:27

about this. See what some of your

12:29

comments are over here. Uh let's see

12:31

here. Beachside Trump Hotel in Gaza.

12:34

It's going to happen.

12:36

Yeah. Uh let's see. Should we build

12:38

skyscrapers and small German villagers

12:41

now immediately?

12:43

I don't know what you're saying, but

12:44

very well. Uh, house act should invest

12:47

in Gaza, says someone. Reinvest in Gaza.

12:51

Uh, famine is caused by Hamas. The

12:53

pictures of Gaza people today show.

12:55

Yeah, I mean, people debate this all the

12:57

Listen, there is a food crisis in in the

13:00

Gaza Strip. You know, people pick up

13:02

their propaganda as there they will. A

13:04

war torn region is always going to have

13:06

a food crisis. And of course, you know,

13:09

some of it is going to be that a

13:11

weaponized Hamas can take control of

13:14

food supplies because they have the

13:15

guns. That's how it works when there's

13:17

crisis. Uh but the fact that Hamas will

13:20

now be demilitarized is is the best

13:22

possible thing that could happen for the

13:24

Gaza Strip. Uh and so I'm optimistic by

13:28

this or or in this. I'm very very

13:30

excited. And uh I've got to give Trump

13:33

credit as much as there are so many

13:35

things to poop on Trump about. Like I

13:37

hate what's going on with this. Hey, if

13:39

you whistleblow or you say something bad

13:41

about the Trump administration, you're

13:43

going to get fired. You know, that's

13:45

what's being talked about with FEMA

13:46

right now. FEMA whistleblowers uh send a

13:49

letter uh to the Trump administration

13:51

and now all of a sudden and to Congress

13:53

and now all of a sudden FEMA is telling

13:55

staff that if they don't name all of the

13:57

people who are part of this letter,

13:58

they're going to get fired. To me, I

14:00

think that's fascist and dictatorial.

14:03

You know, this is very much in line with

14:05

Pete Hegsth firing people who who don't

14:08

align with exactly what what he wants in

14:12

his Department of War here. Hex says

14:14

firing of Navy official compounds

14:15

culture fear inside Pentagon. I'm not a

14:18

fan of this, but if they can get results

14:20

like this in Hamas, I get it. So

14:26

I I I won't condone this culture of

14:28

fear, but I will say I'm I he Trump

14:32

deserves praise for what's going on in

14:34

Hamas. And if they can pull off a Kosovo

14:36

2.0, I am all for this because Kosovo

14:39

sets a great precedent for this.

14:41

Somebody here actually wrote it. Gallup

14:43

Global Safety Report 2025. Kosovo scores

14:47

94 out of 100 on Law and Order Index.

14:50

Thank you for posting that in the chat.

14:51

You crypto nicks. I appreciate you

14:53

saying that. Somebody else says, "Uh,

14:55

got to set up house hack in Gaza." Yeah,

14:58

I don't know. I might I might need a

15:00

bigger plane to get there. But anyway,

15:03

uh yeah, this is this is that is a like

15:06

you if there's anything you take from

15:08

this, you should take from this what

15:10

happened in Kosovo was a

15:14

joiner of international support. Norway,

15:18

the European Union, America, England,

15:21

Tony Blair, whatever, it doesn't matter.

15:22

It was a joiner of American and

15:25

international support for to end

15:29

suffering

15:31

uh in a region that uh that was war torn

15:35

and ethnically cleansed.

15:38

You know, it was an anti- you basically

15:40

anybody who wasn't a Serb was getting

15:42

cleansed. It was terrible. Uh and you

15:46

know to some extent you could say there

15:47

was ethnic cleansing going on in

15:49

Palestine you know Palestinians are

15:51

getting cleansed you know under the

15:54

guise of ah there's a Hamas guy kill

15:56

everyone around like the amount of

15:58

collateral damage and child like

16:00

children who got killed here or maimed

16:02

it's disgusting

16:05

but now it's ending and and that

16:09

deserves praise.

16:14

that deserves praise.

16:16

So uh very very very uh fascinating uh

16:21

and and very impressive. So anyway

16:23

stocks market says why the sudden

16:26

yesterday we did a full video on house

16:28

hack. So if you want complete details on

16:30

that it's actually leading to like a

16:31

surge of investors uh like throwing

16:34

money at house hack which you know will

16:36

be deployed very appropriately uh and we

16:39

thank you for your your support. But if

16:41

you watch the video I posted yesterday,

16:43

it's right here on the channel. It's

16:44

house hack funding and AI update. If you

16:47

watch this update, uh it'll give you a

16:49

very very clear um breakdown of of

16:53

exactly why and what is going on uh not

16:57

only with our artificial intelligence uh

16:59

but just broadly with uh with the

17:01

company uh funding updates um you know

17:04

income expense updates, things like

17:05

that. Right? So, uh, anyway, there's
