Thruster flame - blender tutorial

hello guys in this tutorial I'm going to

show you how to do customizable Thruster

flame inside blender add a plane go to

Shader editor delete the principled

Shader add a emission Shader and a

transparent Shader

add a mix Shader

connect the transparent and emission

Shader to the mix Shader

add a gradient texture connect the color

to factor

select the gradient texture and click

Ctrl T before that enable node Wrangler

add-on connect the object to vector

change linear to spherical

go to options

change blend mode to Alpha blend and

Shadow mode to none

go to edit mode

click r y 90.

click G minus 1 Z

select the bottom vertices and grab it

down

go to the mapping node enter 0.1 in the

z-axis

select all vertices click shift d

click r z 90.

select all vertices click shift d

click r z 45

add a plane

add a color ramp

change linear to B spline

move the black color to the middle

add a color move it to the left change

it to Black

add a color ramp

connect the gradient to the color ramp

change linear to B spline give any two

color as your wish

connect the color ramp to emission

Shader

increase the strength to 10.

go to World Properties change the

background color to Black

go to render properties enable bloom

select the flame go to object properties

enter a keyframe in the z-axis in the

scale change the Shader Editor to graph

editor

Click N Go the modifier add a noise

modifier

you can change the color of the Flame by

changing the colors in the color ramp
