He didn't have time to do the job that

0:01

he was elected to do on behalf of

0:02

taxpayers and now he suddenly got time

0:04

to to travel to India.

0:06

>> Is Carney the most arrogant politician

0:08

we've ever had in Canada? Welcome back

0:09

to Moose and Loose. My name is David.

0:11

Today, Mark Carney putting his arrogance

0:13

on full display. Just oozing it out all

0:15

over the place. Get this guy mop. Clean

0:17

him up. Pier Polyv absolutely hammering

0:19

Mark Carney. We also got Blanchett

0:21

hammering Mark Carney. Got some other

0:22

stuff here. Let's jump into this.

0:24

Starting this one off, we got table salt

0:25

posting this. Statistics Canada advance

0:27

results indicate that total

0:29

manufacturing sales in Canada have

0:30

decreased by 3.3% in January. This would

0:33

be the largest monthly drop in history

0:36

outside of the world event. Is this the

0:38

elbows up that Mark Carney's been

0:39

talking about? We've got this one from

0:41

Elon Musk. Restore Britain is already at

0:43

7%. So Restore Britain is their new

0:46

party to take back the country.

0:47

Essentially deport all the illegals. We

0:49

can see Restore Britain there already at

0:51

7%. They just started this party. So,

0:53

this is the UK's chance to have their

0:55

country again. I mean, they're already

0:56

too far gone, I think, but who knows?

0:58

Maybe they can have a chance once again.

1:00

And as they said, 10 days in, they have

1:02

7%. So, buckle up. We're going to see

1:04

something happen here in the UK. Moving

1:06

ahead, we've got Franco Terzano with

1:07

this one poll. 80% of Canadians oppose

1:10

the April 1st MP raise. You bet they do.

1:13

This is not just conservatives. It's

1:14

Liberals. It's NDP. It's probably more

1:17

NDP than Liberals, but there's no reason

1:19

for politicians to be getting raises

1:20

when things are so bad. They should have

1:22

results. It should be based on results,

1:24

how good things are going. With a

1:25

declining country year-over-year, it

1:27

should go opposite. There should be a

1:29

retraction in salary 10 or 15% every

1:31

year. And then once it hits a certain

1:33

point, then it's an automatic election.

1:34

And that party who just ran the country

1:36

into the ground should be void from

1:38

running in the next election. How about

1:39

something like that? So we see here net

1:41

support 13% of people 17% men, 9% women,

1:45

18 to 34. This group here is the most

1:47

uneducated about well the political

1:49

system. Net oppose 80%. It's kind of

1:52

basically split here. 76% 83% women. And

1:55

the age brackets here, 83 and 86% the

1:58

highest. You know full well that this

1:59

group here is all old stock

2:00

conservatives saying no more pay raises.

2:03

There was someone saying in here that MP

2:04

payraises are tied to inflation. Well,

2:06

if the government is increasing

2:08

inflation, then they're increasing their

2:09

salary. Thus, it doesn't affect them,

2:11

but it affects everyone else. That's why

2:12

the system has to be completely changed.

2:14

I think the conservatives need to come

2:15

out. Pier needs to come out and say no

2:17

pay raises across the board. This is

2:19

such an easy win. Like, I get it. They

2:21

probably want a pay raise. Everyone

2:22

wants a pay raise. But I mean, like,

2:23

this is such an easy win to say. I get

2:25

that the Conservatives or any other

2:26

party does have control over this, but

2:28

it sends a big message that they're for

2:30

the people. Optics do matter. Jumping

2:32

back to the house here. Finally, we have

2:33

Mark Carney and Pierre Polyv squaring

2:35

off once again cuz as we know, Mark

2:37

Carney's about to jet off to India and

2:40

Japan. He's actually bringing Matt Geru

2:41

with him. Mr.

2:42

>> Mr. Speaker, Canadians deserve good

2:44

quality healthcare. But after a decade

2:47

of this Liberal government, 6 million

2:50

Canadians do not have a family doctor.

2:53

Part of the reason is that mass out of

2:56

control Liberal immigration has

2:58

overwhelmed the system. And many of

3:01

those resources are going to people who

3:02

are here illegally and have been

3:04

rejected. There has been a 100, sorry,

3:07

the 1,000% increase in the cost of

3:10

providing deluxe benefits to many people

3:12

who are here illegally. Will the prime

3:14

minister reverse this policy, support

3:16

our motion, and put Canadians first for

3:19

healthcare?

3:20

>> The right,

3:22

>> Mr. Speaker. Yes, Canada is not America.

3:25

Yes, Canada provides essential health

3:27

care to everyone in this country.

3:34

>> It's amazing his first statement there.

3:35

Canada is not America. This guy's

3:37

invested 91% in America. Tim Hodgson is

3:40

an American. This is the one-two combo

3:42

here. Running Canada. Who are they

3:44

really in it for?

3:47

>> The increase in costs in this program

3:49

referenced in the opposition motion is a

3:52

result of the increase in applicants for

3:55

that program. Now, what has this

3:58

government done? This government has

4:00

taken back control of immigration. This

4:02

government has reduced uh the number of

4:04

temporary uh workers in this country by

4:06

50%, the demanders of uh asylum seekers

4:10

by one/ird and we're moder.

4:14

>> He's getting laughed out of the room.

4:15

You hear that? As soon as he announced

4:16

that there's just an outburst of

4:18

laughter from the conservative side.

4:19

What Carney's doing here though is he's

4:21

trying to steal more conservative

4:22

policies to look like he's doing the

4:24

things that people want. I think Pier's

4:26

got to come out here with a bigger

4:27

swing, saying 15% tax for all Canadians

4:30

across the board. do something big that

4:32

Mark Carney can't touch. Obviously, he

4:34

can keep pushing cutting the industrial

4:35

carbon tax because that goes against his

4:37

net zero agenda, but he needs another

4:38

big swing here. Mr. Speaker, the problem

4:40

is that this government is not taking

4:42

care of health care for the Canadian

4:44

people. 6 million do not have a family

4:47

doctor. 100,000 people died on waiting

4:51

lists since the Liberals unleashed out

4:54

of control immigration. There are

4:56

currently literally thousands of people

4:58

who are waiting for procedures as we

5:00

speak. And the prime minister claims

5:02

he's getting it under control, but it's

5:04

all an illusion. He's just another

5:07

Liberal. There has been a 3,000%

5:10

increase in refugee claims under his

5:12

outof control system. Will he reign it

5:14

in, support our motion, and put

5:16

Canadians first?

5:18

>> Right.

5:19

>> Mr. Speaker, I'm looking forward to

5:22

coming up to my oneyear anniversary as

5:24

prime minister.

5:28

and join that indeed.

5:29

>> Why is that something to stand and clap

5:31

for? If he said, "You know what? I've

5:32

cut poverty by 50% or something that's

5:35

worthy of clapping for." Him being prime

5:37

minister for a year is nothing. It's

5:38

just like that lady running for the NDP

5:40

saying that she's indigenous. Like, who

5:41

cares? What have you done?

5:42

>> During that time,

5:44

>> very much

5:45

>> during that time, non new refugee claims

5:48

during that time. New asylum claims have

5:50

gone down by onethird. During that time,

5:54

temporary stu students have gone down by

5:56

60%. During that time, temporary workers

5:59

have gone down by 50%. We have the

6:01

immigration system under control and

6:03

we're supplying the healthcare of

6:05

Canadians

6:05

>> here. Here.

6:06

>> No, they are not. So, he's bringing the

6:08

immigration down from whatever it was

6:09

450 500,000 down to 300 and whatever it

6:13

was 70,000 390 something like that. When

6:15

you're only building 250,000 homes a

6:17

year, and you're bringing in 390,000

6:20

people, and that's just immigrants, plus

6:21

all the temporary foreign workers and

6:23

students, it's well up into over 2

6:25

million, 2.5 million people. And while

6:27

not all those people will stay, a good

6:28

portion of them will stay. We're so far

6:30

behind our backlog of housing, it's not

6:32

even funny. So to make such a statement

6:34

that he's got control of immigration is

6:36

just absolutely ludicrous. Is

6:38

>> the system under control? Obviously,

6:41

he's just another liberal. He thinks

6:44

it's under control. when the cost of

6:46

deluxe supplementary benefits is up by

6:50

a,000%.

6:52

And the number of refugee claims is up

6:55

by 3,000%.

6:57

Meanwhile, under his leadership and

7:00

after 11 years of Liberal government, we

7:03

have 6 million Canadians who cannot find

7:06

a a family doctor. Will he get his take

7:09

his head out of the stand, vote for our

7:11

motion, and give Canadians back the

7:13

healthcare they deserve?

7:15

Mr. Speaker, 11 years I just got here.

7:19

The member opposite the member opposite

7:22

has been here his

7:26

>> Look at that. He's got that cheeky

7:27

little smile again. He's been here his

7:30

whole life. Look at his cheeky little

7:31

smile. He is so arrogant, this guy.

7:43

There's absolute madness in the house

7:44

here. Look at this.

7:46

>> I just I just want to remind the member

7:48

for Selkerk.

7:49

>> If you'll notice, they put Chris Dramont

7:51

on the front row. There he is. The guy's

7:53

giant. Surprisingly enough, I don't

7:54

think Matt Generoo is there. Unless he's

7:56

sitting next. I don't know who that is.

8:00

Oh, maybe that is Matt Generoo right

8:02

there. Maybe they put all these guys. Is

8:04

Michael Maw on the front row here, too?

8:05

Oh, he is. This dirty dog. Look at this.

8:07

They got Michael Maw, Chris Drammont,

8:10

and I think this is Matt Generoo. There

8:11

hasn't been any camera angle to show

8:13

him.

8:16

>> Mr. Speaker,

8:18

I just got here. The leader of the

8:21

opposition has been here his entire

8:23

career with one exception. Now, during

8:26

the time that Canada's new government

8:28

has been here, we have reduced uh asylum

8:31

seekers by onethird. We have reduced

8:33

temporary foreign workers by 50%. And we

8:36

reduce new students by 60%. And we are

8:38

putting in place in front of this house.

8:41

>> Thanks Pierre.

8:42

>> In C12 and C and C2 an ability to end

8:46

the abuse of the silent system. We look

8:47

for there somewhere.

8:49

>> The honorable leader of the speaker. The

8:51

prime minister may pretend he just got

8:52

here like he's a temporary foreign

8:54

worker or something. But in reality,

8:57

it's the same Liberal House leader, the

8:59

same Liberal finance minister, the same

9:01

Liberal justice minister who was the

9:03

immigration minister that broke the

9:05

entire system that are running it into

9:07

the ground today. And it's not just

9:09

healthcare that where there's two

9:10

tiered. Mr. Speaker, this prime minister

9:13

keeps in place laws that allow foreign

9:15

criminals who are visiting Canada to

9:18

have less time in jail after they commit

9:20

crimes. Will he get rid of the

9:21

two-tiered system so that we can lock up

9:24

serious criminals and then kick them out

9:25

of our country when they're done their

9:27

time?

9:28

>> The

9:30

Mr. Speaker, Mr. Speaker, I would

9:32

encourage in the spirit of the member

9:34

opposite question, support for C2 and

9:37

C12, which will help to address some of

9:39

these issues. That's the first point.

9:40

The second point, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Mr.

9:45

Speaker, when someone commits a crime in

9:49

this country, they should serve the time

9:51

in this.

9:52

>> We're here.

9:53

>> Instead, what do they serve as? Prime

9:55

Minister.

9:59

>> There's more pandemonia in here.

10:00

>> We need to restore order and fairness in

10:03

Canada's immigration system. And

10:05

Conservatives have a clear proposal to

10:07

end the two-tier health care system

10:09

where failed to silent claimants get

10:11

access to premium health care while

10:13

Canadians who have paid into the system

10:16

wait in overcrowded emergency rooms.

10:19

There is no reasonable justification to

10:21

oppose fairness for Canadian taxpayers.

10:24

So why are the Liberals voting to

10:26

protect a system that puts failed

10:28

claimants instead of in ahead of

10:30

Canadians?

10:32

>> Government, Mr. Speaker, it is very

10:34

interesting to us. The prime minister

10:37

outlined all of the ways in which

10:40

temporary Canadians, asylum seekers, and

10:42

others, those levels are going down and

10:45

going down quickly. But it's very

10:47

interesting to us that after a week away

10:50

to lick their wounds, the Conservatives

10:52

returned to Parliament and punched down

10:55

at some of the most vulnerable people in

10:58

this world, including on this most

11:00

solemn of anniversaries

11:03

a amputee child from Ukraine who comes

11:06

seeking health care in Canada that they

11:08

would deny that person.

11:10

>> This is disgusting here what McKinnon is

11:13

doing. amputee child from Ukraine using

11:15

this kid as a political prop if this kid

11:17

even exists. So him bringing up the

11:19

anniversary, it's the four-year

11:20

anniversary of the conflict with Russia

11:22

and Ukraine. And what did Carney

11:24

announce today

11:25

>> uh that we are um tightening um

11:28

sanctions uh including on the shadow

11:30

fleet, additional 100 vessels in

11:32

Russia's shadow fleet. This is the fleet

11:33

that effectively u uh facilitates

11:37

illegal uh exports of crude oil. Uh so

11:40

we're tightening that lifeblood uh from

11:42

the Russian economy along with our

11:44

allies. Also additional financial

11:46

sanctions, a lowering of the oil price

11:48

cap in um in coordination with the EU

11:51

and the United Kingdom. Uh in addition 2

11:54

million2 billion, pardon me, $2 billion

11:57

of additional aid. U there it is $2

11:59

billion more of Canadian tax dollars

12:01

going over to Ukraine. Why would he give

12:03

Ukraine so much of our money when we

12:04

need it so badly here right now? I get

12:06

it. They've got their conflict over

12:07

there and they have to sort that out.

12:09

America's given them hundreds of

12:10

billions of dollars at this point, too.

12:12

We can't bankrupt our own country to try

12:14

to save them. That's not a logical thing

12:16

to do for our own country. I mean,

12:17

that's ludicrous.

12:19

>> And do you think that your government

12:20

will support the conservative motion

12:21

today to like review the asylum

12:23

benefits?

12:24

>> I doubt that.

12:25

>> Why do you say that? Why do you doubt

12:27

that? I I I don't uh look the um uh

12:33

it is very

12:34

>> he just realized uh oh this makes the

12:36

government look bad as in they're not

12:38

even trying to work with the other

12:39

parties. He stuck his foot in his own

12:41

mouth before he realized it.

12:42

>> Revealing to me that um conservatives

12:45

went away for a week and tried to uh

12:47

think of an issue and the first uh thing

12:50

they think of is to punch down at some

12:52

very very vulnerable people.

12:54

>> They keep saying that. John Frasier said

12:56

that as well. They had a scrum and said

12:58

whenever possible we use the word punch

12:59

down and say vulnerable people. These

13:01

are just dirty tactics. They're trying

13:02

to manipulate Canadians minds and

13:04

obviously they know this works because

13:06

well look at the polling data. Canadians

13:08

are easily bamboozled by this nonsense.

13:10

>> Minister, what about Matt Generon? He's

13:11

going on this trip. What's what's his

13:13

role? What will he bring?

13:14

>> Yeah, look I have tremendous amount of

13:15

respect for Matt. We sat on the trade

13:16

committee for a number of years together

13:17

and so he's always leaned forward for

13:19

Canada. Anything comes up at committee.

13:21

I have tremendous working relationship

13:22

with him and so he's wellversed in the

13:24

economic side of things of course on the

13:26

security side of things as well and so I

13:28

I welcome uh any help on these trips and

13:30

it'll be nice to see him on the trip.

13:31

>> Is it a present for crossing the floor?

13:33

>> Absolutely not. He he brings much value

13:35

to the team. I've s I've seen that

13:36

firsthand at trade committee and so I'm

13:38

happy that he's coming along because we

13:40

can use the help. Thank you very much.

13:41

>> That's a lie. And I'm guessing the

13:42

Liberal Party is paying him $50 to

13:44

$100,000 extra per year for that

13:46

position. And that's why Chris

13:47

Dontrammont looks so pissed off

13:49

yesterday in the House of Commons

13:50

because he realized he got nothing. This

13:52

face here from yesterday. This is the

13:54

face of a guy realizing he got nothing

13:56

while the other guys are getting

13:57

something. Oh, we've got Bradshaw

13:58

posting this here. So somewhere in the

14:00

House of Commons, there was a quick shot

14:02

of Matt Generoo and there he is. This is

14:03

his body language. This is the face of

14:05

shame right here. This guy knows he just

14:07

threw his morals out the window. And

14:08

here we got Andrew Shear grilling Matt

14:10

Generoo.

14:11

>> Going on this crossworld trip.

14:13

>> Well, you have to ask him, you I mean,

14:15

here's a guy who said that uh he didn't

14:16

have time to do the job that he was

14:18

elected to do on behalf of taxpayers. Uh

14:21

now he's suddenly got time to to travel

14:23

to India. So, you'll have to ask him why

14:25

why he thinks that that's uh what his

14:28

taxpayers why his constituents uh want

14:30

him to do that.

14:30

>> You didn't seem to

14:31

>> Yeah, money speaks. That's why Matt

14:33

Jenner is getting something from Carney

14:34

from the Liberal Party. Next up, listen

14:36

to the block here. Carney is so

14:38

unbelievably arrogant. The sponsorship

14:41

scandal cost around $330 million. The

14:46

Quebec scandal 1.1 billion. The infamous

14:49

Phoenix, which is still not over, $5.1

14:51

billion. And Kurum has now gone from 1.6

14:55

billion to $6.6 billion. Is the prime

14:58

minister proud of presiding over the

15:01

worst financial scandal in the history

15:03

of Canada? The project started in 2017.

15:07

At that time, I was the governor of the

15:10

Bank of England. Number one.

15:14

Number two.

15:19

>> Look at this grease ball. This slimy rat

15:22

has to be thrown out of power.

15:29

>> All of the money was budgeted for,

15:31

including the $6 billion.

15:33

>> Even just his body language, you see his

15:35

little like just be gone, peasant. Be

15:36

gone, little peasant. This guy thinks

15:38

everyone is so much less than him.

15:40

>> Oh, it's not my fault, Mr. Speaker.

15:42

Well, in 2019, the Blabaqua asked for

15:44

there be a purchasing power adjusted

15:46

adjustment for retirees. And then after

15:48

that, there was the pandemic and

15:49

post-pandemic inflation, which made it

15:50

even harder for retirees to make ends

15:53

meet. Also, discrimination between

15:55

retirees over 75 and under. And now we

15:58

have Kurum, which is causing 85,000

16:01

retirees to have errors with their

16:03

checks. Does this prime minister realize

16:05

that his government has mistreated has

16:07

mistreated retirees? I'm sure there are

16:09

retirees in Talban who are wondering

16:11

that.

16:11

>> I like these examples that Blanchett

16:13

uses cuz they're very specific and it

16:15

puts Carney on the spot.

16:16

>> Mr. Speaker, we have strengthened

16:19

Quebec's health care system. Number one.

16:21

Number two, we have strengthened the

16:23

dental care system in Quebec. We have

16:25

strengthened Medicare, Pharmarmacare

16:27

rather, in Quebec.

16:31

>> Look at this arrogant posturing here.

16:33

this guy has got nothing. We've

16:34

strengthened this. We've strengthened

16:35

that. Blanchett gave him very specific

16:37

examples, talking points that he wanted

16:39

him to address and he's not addressing

16:41

anything. Just these arrogant motions

16:43

you see here.

16:44

>> Pharmarmacare rather in Quebec.

16:47

>> Look at this guy. He's so cavalier. His

16:50

arrogance is oozing all over the place.

16:51

He's getting to the point now where he's

16:53

been in the house long enough he just

16:54

doesn't care. The real car is coming

16:56

out.

16:57

>> Mr. Mr. Speaker, because Kurum is the

16:59

biggest financial scandal in the history

17:01

of Canada because retirees purchasing

17:05

power has been going down since these

17:08

Liberals, these are the others, they're

17:10

all the same. Given that this is the

17:12

case, will this prime minister who says

17:14

it's not his fault? Will he at least

17:15

cast light on the Kurum scandal and call

17:17

for an independent inquiry just like all

17:19

the others had their own scandals? The

17:21

right honorable prime minister, the

17:23

Kurum project has already been reviewed

17:27

by the public accounts committee

17:30

and by

17:31

>> he's reading it all off a sheet here.

17:32

Came with his pre-prepared notes.

17:34

>> The auditor general of them have

17:35

reviewed the project. Everything has

17:37

been budgeted for period.

17:39

>> Carney doesn't want to address any of

17:40

this stuff. His arrogance is

17:42

unbelievable.
