hi everyone so today we are here at spgn

school of Global Management Mumbai

campus we are here to understand the

Journey of the institution so far the

leadership philosophy and the program

offerings also as we know we have a new

campus in place so we will obviously

showcase the state of- the art

infrastructure and the facility what the

campus offers to all the

we have got radika meta with us who is

the CEO and the head of the campus for

mbile location uh so welcome on board

and so pleasure to talk to you this

morning so radika we keep getting the

quedes from all the students who come to

us at IMs uh specific for the MBA

programs that you offer uh so we thought

why not we come and talk to you in

person and get the details sure okay uh

to begin with if you can share some

light on the Journey of the whole

institution so far right from the

Inception to what it is of what stat it

is as of now since you mentioned about

the history we've started with our first

campus in Dubai in 2004 then we started

our campus in Singapore in 2006 and

which was followed by our campus in

Sydney Australia in 2012 and then the

campus in Mumbai in

2015 uh the entire philosophy of spgn is

that if businesses can go go Global uh

the business school also should be

Global and uh we should always stay in

touch with the international business

world so with this uh background and

this philosophy in mind uh We've

launched programs which are purely

International and Global we do not have

any student who studies in one campus uh

the USP of the programs are that

students go to different countries uh

they not only get the exposure to the

international world of business in

different in different countries but

they also get a very strong cultural

immersion into the country and uh you

know to fit in into the nuances of

working in the country uh so we have a

number of programs we start with

postgraduate programs very well and

highly reputed uh which is our masters

in global business MGB as a popular

acronym and our Global uh business

management program

gmba so we know that the global programs

of sp sp School of Global Management is

really really immersive unlike other

business schools who will just do a

semester exchange or a module exchange

or send some of the students for the IV

it is not the same philosophy what SP

Global actually inculcates in its DNA

right I believe student here at least

spends one cour of the entire course in

different campuses if I'm not wrong

right yeah so um you're right that uh

the the transfer of students across

different geographies and different

countries is a part of the design of the

program it's a part of the entire uh

curriculum so for example in our

bachelor's program which is a four years

Bachelor's in Business Administration uh

the students can start their first year

either in Mumbai or S Singapore uh so we

have two batches starting the cohort

start in both these locations uh then

the entire batch merges together for the

second year in Dubai and then the batch

travels to Sydney for the third and the

fourth year and then they graduate with

an Australian degree we have students

who are now originally we were known as

the Tri City model uh so we could do

three cities uh it's actually come to a

stage where students are also taking

even in the first year they're taking

the option of doing one semester in

Mumbai and one in Singapore which is

allowed and then going to Dubai and

Sydney so they' also made it like a four

City model and uh which is really the uh

the unique part of the program similarly

for our uh master's program which is a

one-ear uh MGB um we have one four four

month term in starting in Singapore then

going to Sydney and then to Dubai so

four four and four is the composition

for our uh Master programs so these are

actually our Flagship models SOA now if

you can share some more light about the

recent uh Global rankings uh position

that you've got for the schol school of

management yeah um we're very happy and

proud to share that very recently only

last week uh Bloomberg Business Week

declared its uh rankings and we've been

ranked number seven as the uh among

Business Schools in Asia Pacific so Raa

before we start showcasing the the state

of-the-art infrastructure for the new

campus I have just one last question uh

how do you inisar the vision of svgn

global School of Management in India and

abroad so uh the underlying philosophy

again and the values that drive us are

futuristic Global and Innovative uh this

is what we really focus on in everything

that we do uh we want our programs to be

always uh in line with future

requirements and that's why we are

launching a lot of uh New Age programs

uh technology remains an underlying uh

driver in the entire space that we

operate uh when you see the

infrastructure you will see a lot of it

implemented but even in our classroom

pedagogy uh in our teaching methodology

everywhere technology plays a very big
