5 How To Get Out of Your Mind

at things from a mind level is to
actually
get into your body
and to really change your breathing
patterns into like this simplest fastest
way

or you can get like the pause breath
work app. It's like 25 bucks a month or
it's like 125 bucks for the year. But
like the Wimhof thing is just so easy.
And like I promise you the more you do
it, the more your window stretches.
And a lot of the time you will forget
what you were even thinking after you've
done the breath work. And there'll be
resistance, right? There'll be so much
resistance like I don't want to sit down
10 minutes. I want to just lie down and
breathe like things to do. But like just
do it. Just [ __ ] do it. like if
there's anything that you have to do,
it's that like that's the one thing that
you have to do. It's just like breathe
and just play with like the exhales. And
so, um, if you're noticing because you
don't have to always do like the 10
minutes, right? But like get into the
habit of doing that when you're in that
state. But like if throughout the day
you're noticing that there's a thing.
It's like sometimes I might be in
conversation with someone and they'll be
anxious and they'll be stressed and I
can feel their energy. And so like I'll
co-regulate them by just like extending
my exhale.
And so like they'll be talking and
they'll be all like worked up about
something and I'll just be like Mhm. And
I'll be like
and I'll just keep doing that and I'll
just really pay attention to my
physiology and I'll just notice a change
and then I'll notice them change.
And so it's like you don't always have
to go and do like you know 10 minutes.
You can sometimes just with a very
subtle thing do that and that'll just
change and it'll just be like ah like
that's cool and that'll just bring you
back to here to center.
Um, and then you won't even need to do
the mindset work.
So, it's rather than like how can I feel
good or how can I feel excited or how
can I calm down or how can I stop
feeling stressed just focus on being
really really present
and extending your exhale and getting
into parasympathetic being in your body
doing a bit of movement shaking it out.
Um, and then take a break. Like if you
can go for a walk or like do something
to just kind of change environments,
scenes, and then come back and be like,
"Cool, what do I want to do now?" Once
you're in like that state, ask yourself,
"What do I want to do now?" And then do
that. And you might you might find that
from there you want to work. You might
find that from there you want to
continue to play. But ask yourself, what
do I want to do now? And follow that.
