Ledger Nano X *COSMIC PURPLE* Complete Unboxing

was good in my G's and welcome back to

another video this video is going to be

super exciting for me to make because I

finally got my ledger Nano X in and this

is not just any regular Ledger Nano X

this is the cosmic purple Ledger Nano X

if you've been watching my videos you'll

know that I always invest into Solana at

the end of every single one of my

doordash and Spark shifts that is

because I believe that Solana is going

to go up in price in the future I sell

it at that point and make a really good

profit on that and I always I don't know

if I mentioned this always but there are

times where I say uh and people have

commented to me like why am I buying it

on Robinhood and my am I keeping my

salon on Robinhood where do I actually

move it to actually keep my

cryptocurrency safe and The Ledger Nano

X is not just for Solana you can get

Bitcoin you can get ethereum I think you

can actually get like 100 100 different

tokens on this no over 5 500 assets and

Counting including coins Tok tokens

stable coins and nfts so if you guys

want to get anything that will help you

keep your crypto safe it's definitely a

ledger Nano X there are other wallets

out there I just use I mean I got it

right here I got the other Ledger that I

use but this one's Cosmic purple so I'm

going to go ahead and unbox this one

let's see what the cosmic purple Ledger

Nano X actually looks like so here is

the Box up close it says Ledger Nano X

keep your crypto and nft secure it is an

orange box there is a blazing orange

color fur Ledger uh this one is

definitely Cosmic purple because I

bought it from Best Buy there was a

sticker on here that said it was Cosmic

purple this is the bottom of it's just

so you can see that it is secure there

was a little bit of a rip right here uh

when I got it but I don't think anyone

tampered with it Best Buy is a

legitimate reseller for ledgers so we're

gonna go ahead and get into this I might

as well just go in from where it was

actually ripped and then we can see the

inside content sense of the box and make

sure that everything is good and it just

definitely wasn't tampered with because

you do not want to get these I would not

recommend getting these on eBay or maybe

even Amazon for that matter I would

trust Best Buy I would trust Ledger

themselves the problem was that ledger

they don't have it in stock so that's

the reason I got it from Best Buy so we

just took off the plastic looks good

from here nothing nothing out of the

ordinary at least what is this on my

thing oh that's just a little stain okay

so we're gonna go ahead and slide this

out

okay that's a little tough there is The

Ledger right there again nothing else

what is this right here though what is

that tampered nah looks good to me okay

hold on now my eyes getting itchy of

course it's getting itchy when I'm

trying to do the unboxing man I'm trying

to keep this professional so it's kind

of like an iPhone where you uh slide it

up very easy nothing there and there is

The Ledger itself let me go ahead and

flip it around so same thing you can see

on the outside this is my uh Ledger that

I previously had so you can see the

cosmic purple from this angle is not

really that different from this one so

we'll go ahead and keep this one off to

the side right there and we will take

this one out maybe we could just do it

like this get a nice little pull action

on it and I can already see that purple

that purple is looking super super nice

so there is The Ledger right there you

can see the purple hopefully the light

is hitting it I'm gonna try shining it

on the light as best as I can so you can

see what it looks like in its True Glory

it is a little darker than I thought it

was going to be I thought it was going

to be a more vibrant purple this is more

of a darker purplish and there it is uh

hold on the light's not hitting it too

well there we go ah there we go maybe

the light can hit it better like that

one thing I am noticing is I don't know

if the light will pick it up but it's

kind of dirty it kind of it has like um

little things on it but it still has the

paper right here if you can see that

where my thumb is I'm gonna go ahead and

try peeling that off and then we'll see

let me go ahead and get some peel action

all right very nice we're gonna throw

that off to the side and there it is the

cosmic purple Ledger Nano X on the back

you can see right there

now this is kind of throwing me off as

well I don't know if the lights will

pick it up it might just be the light

kind of shining off of it but it says

resilience by Design This says uh Ledger

Nano X made in France they actually just

beat I believe it was Poland to keep

advancing in the world cup and that's it

that's pretty much it I don't want to

really click the button right now

because I don't want it to turn on and

turn onto the um the whatever it's

called I'll I guess I can show you guys

on my other Ledger right here so when

you turn on The Ledger basically this is

what happens yup just turns on Ledger

and then you would have to input your

PIN which I'm not going to do of course

but if you want to go and turn it off

you just do that and then you go over to

power off and it Powers off so this is

the big difference uh this is the purple

next to the black I think it looks

really really beautiful really really it

you'll you'll definitely stand out I was

talking to a couple people on my Discord

that were saying you know why why even

bother getting a purple one because this

is something that you're not going to

want to keep out this is something that

you're not going to want to show off to

people even though Drake actually has an

iced out Ledger in nox but uh this is

the side view of the black and the

purple one thing I mean it looks Slimmer

if you really look at it maybe try let

me flip it around maybe see if it's just

a light

I don't know yeah I think it just might

be the light definitely looks a little

Slimmer here is the back of the Ledger

Nano X's

I'm going to be transferring my Solana

from this Ledger I actually bought this

one on eBay which again I don't trust

which is the exact reason that I bought

it from Best Buy so that's it right

there but again no one really will tell

oh one thing that is different uh this

one says vires in numens or numeris that

means uh strength in numbers I believe

whereas this one's actually in English

so that's actually something interesting

if you want to be uh cooler than your

friends you can be like yeah mine says

resilience by Design yours is a

different language but both are very

cool let me know what you guys think but

this is the contents of what comes

inside of the box so you do have your

welcome little pamphlet packet stuff

like that you can see it says Ledger

start your crypto Journey with Ledger

live you have the getting started guide

you have recovery sheets which is this

is what you actually put your seed

phrase on and you always want to make

sure that these are m empty you don't

want to get a ledger and someone else

wrote on this because if they did that

then you're probably going to get your

crypto stolen so definitely go through

all of these you can see none of these

have anything written on them which is

good and then you have your use care

regulatory statement and then I believe

this is ledger stickers right here yeah

these are Ledger stickers you have one

that's white you have one that's black I

think right I mean what is this white

one this one this is definitely like a

white sticker right yeah it's a white

sticker so if you want to put that on

something man let people know that you

are a big baller and then lastly inside

of the Box you're going to have the

charging cable now a lot of people

struggle with this charging cable you

can get any I think like this is USB 2

or USB 3 I don't really go through all

that but uh if this is ever giving you

problems any other USB cable that looks

like this uh you should be able to plug

it into the Ledger and it will work

other than that there is one last thing

in the Box you can see right there they

kind of hide it from you it actually

fell hold on now this is the little

keychain type of thing

um so if you want to put it on like your

key or something like that I don't

recommend doing that because if you lose

your keys you lose your Ledger you won't

necessarily lose all of your crypto but

then you're gonna have to buy a new

Ledger right and never keep never keep

your recovery sheets on you like this is

this is made to be saved this is made to

be stored in a safe place so this is

kind of something that I wouldn't even

use it would just go back inside of the

Box just like that put that back in

there and there we go nice and clean

again I'm going to try to answer some

questions before they even come in now

number one is where should you buy The

Ledger Nano X the only two places that I

would say you should buy it from is one

Best Buy I trust Best Buy is especially

if you do curbside pickup the less hands

that are on this the better the less

chance that it can get tampered with and

I don't think Best Buy employees are

really I'm not saying they're dumb but I

don't think they're smart enough to sit

there and uh tamper with ledgers because

if they were doing that if they were

smart enough to do that they would

already be hacking exchanges for 50

million dollars so if you can do

curbside pickup from Best Buy definitely

I mean why not they're an authorized

reseller the only other place that I

would recommend getting this is from

Ledger themselves now there is a weight

I waited for so long waited a week I

think to try to get a purple one and it

just was never coming back in stock so

depends I mean it depends how safe you

want to be you could get it from eBay

but it has a chance to be tampered you

could get it from Amazon has a chance to

be tampered with so uh definitely it's

better to just be safer than sorry or

safe than sorry the other thing that I

do want to mention is that both the

black and the colored ones are the exact

same price so if you just want to stick

with the black I mean it's going to be

like 149 I believe or something like

that 179 uh oh by the way one thing yeah

if you do get it with Best Buy you can

get the Geek Squad

like protection plan because these

ledgers are not really the greatest when

it comes to their batteries a lot of

people say that their battery just ends

up dying or something happens to it you

pay thirty dollars of Geek Squad and

then you have protection for two years

so if the battery ends up dying they

can't fix it which I wouldn't even let

them I wouldn't let them open this I

would say no I would want a new one so

you literally get a brand new one for

free basically if you get the Geek Squad

protection but it's the same price I'm

I'm loving it uh don't ask me how to set

it up there's videos online that I

literally am going to have to watch

myself because I don't know how to like

especially for Solana Bitcoin and

ethereum are a bit easier Solana is a

relatively newer crypto so there's a lot

a lot a lot but there's a little more

that goes into setting it up to actually

stake your Solana and have that

accumulating uh for future Millions so
