The Top Place to Visit in Germany!! (Bavarian Alps is breathtaking)

guys this is why you come to germany

do you realize it was so beautiful

i feel like these are always my favorite

moments when we decide to go do

something it doesn't really work out

look at that view

good morning everybody morning welcome

back to germany we're currently in the

bavarian alps so in the southeast of the

country and we're going to be exploring

the mountains for the next couple of

days but before we go and explore we

need to show you where we are staying

when we walked into our room i swear our

jaws drop oh and quickly very quick

disclaimer when we were in slovakia if

you checked out our series we stayed at

a kampinski hotel in the high tetris and

the people here in germany might have

seen our videos and invited us out here

so it feels very special that we're

currently staying in this enormous

enormous room

let's have a look at our room

whoa there's stairs what do you mean

there's stairs

oh you're right those stairs wow

okay oh my let's go explore this

together

first of all there is a bed here so the

question is what's upstairs

oh let's first have a look at the view

oh it's so nice we have a balcony

look at this they're like in the woods

so we've driven about what 15 minutes

outside of the town yeah in the middle

of nowhere and we're just surrounded by

the woods i'm pretty sure there are

mountains over there but at the moment

it's kind of misty wow this is so fresh

i'm so intrigued what is upstairs

oh my goodness

there's another balcony what's that view

of

wow

oh my goodness

that we are out in the middle of nowhere

the door is closed are we locked in do

you have the keys

wait what was downstairs is that there's

like another room

so we have a lounge room here another

nook

mini bar the views from the bed are

amazing

wow this is so

too nice this is too nice wow

oh my goodness when i thought the

bedroom bathroom wait it keeps going

there's a light come on look

look at the bathroom there's rubber

duckies and they're dressed like in the

little traditional outfit

oh this might be accidentally falling

into our luggage sure and again

amazing views

wow

oh my

okay

too nice this is way too nice

um the kind staff just dropped off a

smorgasbord of snacks i mean

i don't even know

where to start this all looks so good

they've been so kind to us

because we are so high up and the way

that the clouds are forming around the

mountain it feels like we are high above

on cloud nine what a morning to wake up

to but i know we can stare at these

hotel views all day

i think we should probably go and do a

little bit of exploring

so we're currently driving to our lunch

spot and

what an epic drive

where are we going i don't know but for

some reason

we need to literally get onto that road

right there there's no way there's no

way of doing okay so we basically wanted

to go to lunch and we saw that there's

this really cute farm that you can go to

so we're driving along driving up into

the mountains it was so beautiful we are

five minutes away and then we came

across this which is padlocked we just

padlocked so we're just dumping our car

walking the arm walking the last two

kilometers in a nasa hoodie with a dress

and sandals very interesting outfit but

uh i didn't pack a jacket

so you just hiked to a little town

i think we're the only australians that

have probably ever come here

we're parked in austria

and the um

the little restaurant is in germany

i'm back into deutschland

i feel like these are always my favorite

moments when we decide to go do

something it doesn't really work out as

we planned but now we are hiking up in

the mountains we're currently over 1100

meters up did not expect that that's

where the farm was going to be we really

didn't have no idea we just saw a

picture in a magazine i was like oh

that's kind of a cool restaurant at a

farm but i'm going mountain hiking i

think these guys are on yelp

definitely not

seriously best unexpected view ever

guys this is why you come to

germany do you realize it was so

beautiful

and is just this the best

placed

bench

in the world

that's a million dollar view right there

so we ended up finding the farm it's

just over there

and there's actually no way to get here

using a car so in the end we didn't walk

two kilometers there was a 500 meter

path it just leads from here and takes

you right to the farm so if you do want

to come here i'll leave a link below but

now we need to go and find some animals

that's just adorable i don't know how we

found this place

it's in the middle of nowhere there's

like nothing around at all

okay good thank you it's hard it's done

oh yeah yeah

so we successfully in german ordered

some hot chocolates and we are looking

out at the view cheers

worth it

worth it the journey to the farm the

journey to the farm

but honestly guys just this is what

we're talking about have you been to a

cafe with that view

wow so if you wanted to grab lunch here

it's pretty much farm food all fresh so

they do their own cheeses they're in

milk they have their own meat so you can

just have a bunch of picnic food english

just assume there's no english yeah so

just come in here kind of point to

something that you want and then just

enjoy

all right we've made it back of the

mountains and driven back to just normal

level now back in civilization and i

think we've probably come out to the

most popular spot to see in birches

garden we come out to oh

how do you pronounce this

so that's why i'm not sure

koenigsegg lake quinoxy like it's like

the number one thing when you come here

so we can't miss out and a bunch of you

have already sent us photos of this

place and i was like okay that is on our

list so we've currently come to the lake

and we are waiting because we have to

wait for our boat to take us out to the

viewpoint because there's this beautiful

little

trip it's like a church this beautiful

little church on the lake and has like a

little red roof and looks very very cute

so we're going to jump on the boat now

and head on out

dreamt of today

he waits and he hopes that she'll

be his lady

okay if you come out to this lake you

have to do one of the boat rides so

where the boats come

it's beautiful but it's not as beautiful

as when you're on that boat and it turns

the corner and you are surrounded by

mountains and then in the distance you

see this little dot and it gets closer

and closer and closer and it is the

little church that's just behind us

literally breathtaking this right here

is the european milford sound that's

what i'm calling it because you've got

the sheer mountains just here

surrounding the lake also quite a bit of

an experience on the boat we needed to

be shown by our driver just exactly what

the echo was like here

he whipped out his trumpet

um

i am constantly blown away at the views

we've been seeing up here in the

bavarian alps i mean is this even real

so they say that this is one of the most

cleanest lakes in all of germany that

boats go on because they're all electric

so when you're cruising through the lake

it is

quiet because there's no sound of an

engine he's softly going through

the breathtaking

we scenery

it'd be

it wasn't in our wildest dreams but here

we are

here we are

so we're back at the hotel hopefully i'm

not making anyone dizzy we're back at

the hotel and we're on the way to date

night at dinner and we found out the

hotel has a swing

and i have the best view in the house

right now date night is how's it going

it's going good especially because they

have very very good bread at this

restaurant

i don't know how they do it but they

somehow bake a white and a brown bed in

there but before we had the tastiest

king prawn stuffed dumplings amazing

it's so weird we're having dumplings so

we're having pasta that's what we feel

like and the sun has just set this is

the restaurant we're in at the moment

amazing views

and he has dinner that you're so good

good morning guys it's our final day

here at the hotel and also our final day

in germany but there's one spot one

extra spot we wanted to show you at the

hotel at the kimpinsky hotels the couple

we stayed at probably the highlight of

staying here has to be

the pool

[Applause]

look at that view

wow

honestly that

reveal walking from the inside of the

pool the doors opening up

and then coming outside

to that

view

jeez that is just breathtaking what a

place to put a pool with the mountains

just out there

panoramic views

this is just the perfect way

to start our final day here in germany

okay so the last time we saw us we were

checking out of the most amazing hotel

and we drove up to munich dropped off

our rental car and we spent last night

in an airport hotel ready for our next
