0:00

other than taking that income that I

0:01

make from YouTube and squandering it on

0:03

sitting in my backyard and doing nothing

0:05

I want you to know that I'm taking the

0:07

money that I earn and I'm using it to

0:09

give back to society that's what excites

0:12

me so I'm not squandering the money I

0:14

make so I can sit around and do nothing

0:17

and enjoy passive income I'm reinvesting

0:19

oh boy it feels like we are right back

0:21

to old school YouTube where Finance

0:23

YouTube is now convinced that the best

0:26

thing you could do in your life is think

0:27

about passive income and retiring early

0:30

in financial Independence the fire

0:33

movement and all these exciting ideas of

0:36

living on a beach and never working

0:38

another day in your life and guess what

0:40

it's all

0:43

here's exactly why I believe that as

0:46

desirable as that sounds it's just not

0:49

what humans like take a listen to this

0:52

and you'll maybe see a little bit more

0:54

wine and I think by the end of the video

0:55

not only are you going to learn a lot of

0:57

really cool things but you'll see why I

0:59

purposefully am not saving a dime this

1:02

year so let's go back to the 1920s when

1:06

John Maynard Keynes suggested hey

1:09

we believe that because of Technology

1:11

we're going to end up seeing people

1:14

become so productive in their lives that

1:18

they'll only work 15 hours per week but

1:21

they'll actually have a wealth a real

1:24

income that is inflation adjusted that's

1:26

around five to seven times as high as it

1:30

is now

1:31

and guess what within the next 50 years

1:34

John main arcanes was correct on one of

1:37

these

1:38

we were actually as a result of

1:40

Technology substantially more well-off

1:42

the standard of living had grown

1:45

significantly people were no longer

1:47

living in dirty nasty cities with 50

1:49

percent of all children dying before

1:51

adulthood we could now afford a car live

1:54

in suburbs afford technology cities are

1:57

somewhat cleaner and most children

2:00

actually survive to adulthood now thanks

2:01

to health care and the technology we

2:03

have that make us a lot more functional

2:06

so John Wayne arcanes was correct we're

2:09

a lot more of a functional and Rich

2:11

society today than what we were 100 or

2:14

150 years ago in fact 150 years ago

2:16

almost all of society solely worked in

2:20

agriculture to put food on the table for

2:23

society today maybe only about one to

2:26

three percent of society Works in

2:28

agriculture putting food on the table

2:30

and that frees us up to work on other

2:33

things that are more productive or

2:35

useful in our lives which is fantastic

2:37

it greatly increases what we are able to

2:41

accomplish in our lives and this is very

2:43

exciting and we'll get to more of this

2:45

later but what's really incredible is

2:48

that John made arcanes was actually

2:49

wrong about his other argument this idea

2:53

that humans would go from working around

2:54

40 hours a week which has been true for

2:57

the last about 1 000 years

2:59

and it would go down to 15 hours per

3:02

week because if technology was

3:04

completely wrong in fact

3:08

people continue to work on average 40

3:11

hours per week the amount of time that

3:13

people worked did not go down despite a

3:17

skyrocketing in the standard of living

3:19

this is incredible why would that be

3:21

well economists argue that this is

3:24

because just like a lack of money when

3:27

you just don't have enough to pay the

3:29

bills can lead to stress and depression

3:32

on the other hand a lack of purpose and

3:35

a lack of drive for success or in other

3:38

words sloth also leads to negative

3:42

health effects and depression

3:44

Ben Franklin once famously said that a

3:48

used key does not rust

3:51

but an unused key like sloth

3:54

becomes incapable of functioning it's

3:57

fantastic and I probably slightly

3:59

butchered the quote because I pulled

4:00

that one from memory but I think it's

4:03

really incredible because it goes to

4:04

show without as humans at least based on

4:07

historical data and historical quotes

4:09

both data and anecdotes it's important

4:12

to Note data also shows this

4:14

people don't necessarily want to work

4:17

less than 40 hours a week in fact what

4:19

do really wealthy people do well they

4:22

end up retiring retiring from their job

4:25

and then what do they do they work on

4:27

stuff they want to work on maybe that's

4:29

a charity a foundation or writing a book

4:31

or a new startup usually don't see

4:33

people completely disappear and when you

4:36

do they tend to I hate to say it and

4:39

this is not statistical this is just

4:40

sort of what I see it seems to be when

4:42

people actually officially retire and go

4:44

towards doing literally nothing and have

4:47

no purpose left their body shuts down

4:49

and they die it's almost like the cells

4:52

in our body are designed to turn us off

4:56

when we are not being productive in

4:58

society it's kind of like there's a kill

4:59

switch in here that's like okay you're

5:01

no longer adding value to society you're

5:03

dead I don't know it's a suspicion that

5:06

I have and I think it's a suspicion why

5:08

Warren Buffett still works to this day

5:11

because he realizes hey not only am I

5:13

happy and fulfill doing what I'm doing

5:15

every day even though of course one of

5:17

the richest people in the world doesn't

5:18

need to but he does because it provides

5:21

him fulfillment and that actually keeps

5:23

him alive

5:24

so this of course leads to a lot of

5:27

people saying oh but Kevin you know I

5:29

hate my job I want to work less and this

5:33

may be true we might want to work less

5:35

at a job we hate and that's the beauty

5:37

that investing can bring you such as

5:39

investing in real estate which can make

5:41

you Ridge slowly but much quicker it

5:43

could lead to a much quicker retirement

5:45

retirement from what you don't like than

5:47

any other investment now this isn't to

5:50

say that okay you've got to just invest

5:52

in real estate forget everything else

5:53

like socks I love stocks as well and

5:55

this really isn't an investing video but

5:58

the point of this video is to show you

5:59

there's a lot of time in the day beyond

6:02

work consider this for a moment because

6:05

a lot of people don't believe me when I

6:06

say this but a lot of people suggest it

6:09

would be crazy to think that you have

6:10

more time for family than you do for

6:12

work when you work 40 hours per week and

6:15

that's because most of us haven't

6:16

actually sat down and thought about how

6:17

many hours there actually are in a week

6:19

there are 168. so what happens when you

6:22

sleep eight hours a day well you're left

6:24

with 112 hours in a week well if you

6:27

work 40 hours in a week that actually

6:30

leaves you with a lot of time for

6:34

friends family and fun and leaves you

6:36

with 72 hours if now you sleep eight

6:39

hours a day and let's say you sound like

6:42

a workaholic and you work 72 hours a

6:46

week well you'd actually have 40 hours

6:48

left for family and fun

6:50

quite frankly another job if you wanted

6:52

one it's kind of incredible in theory

6:54

you almost have enough time in your day

6:56

for two and a half jobs per week which

6:59

is remarkable

7:00

but what usually happens is we squander

7:03

a lot of the time in our day and so it

7:04

doesn't feel like we actually have this

7:06

much time see the right answer for many

7:09

of us is probably somewhere in the

7:10

middle we could sleep excuse me we could

7:12

sleep eight hours a day we could play 55

7:15

hours a week and we could work for 50

7:18

hours 55-ish hours a week that gives you

7:20

about an extra two hours there with

7:22

quick simple math point is there's

7:25

actually a lot of time in the week

7:28

the problem is we waste it we waste it

7:32

getting ready dithering and planning

7:35

about it oh

7:36

standing at the water cooler I gotta get

7:39

ready for that meeting

7:40

gotta get ready for work uh gotta get

7:43

ready for that commute uh can't find my

7:47

phone phone battery's dead can't find my

7:50

keys gotta make the bed gotta do the

7:52

laundry we waste time doing things that

7:55

quite frankly we could systematize and

7:58

simplify I'll give you some examples

8:00

I've made refinements in my life that

8:02

make sure I can maximize those 112 or in

8:05

my case probably closer to 130 hours a

8:08

week that I have because I choose to

8:10

sleep less than eight hours a day this

8:12

has led to making a lot of refinements

8:14

we talk a lot about these refinements in

8:16

the courses on building your wealth but

8:18

I'll give you a few examples here

8:19

remember those courses are linked down

8:20

below my office is a 55 second go-kart

8:24

ride away I really don't waste time on

8:27

commuting I literally take a go-kart at

8:29

23 miles per hour and I get there in 55

8:32

seconds

8:33

it's great I also find that other people

8:36

do the same thing one of my hardest in

8:39

office workers lives a two-minute

8:41

commute away my hardest the probably one

8:44

of the next hardest working individuals

8:46

I've ever seen is one of my pilots and

8:48

this guy's brilliant he bought a place

8:51

three minutes from the airport brilliant

8:54

actually I don't know if he bought he

8:55

might be renting but either way he's

8:56

either renting or buying but he can

8:58

afford to do whatever he wants but he

8:59

got a place three minutes from the

9:01

airport brilliant why waste your time on

9:03

a commute another amazing employee of

9:06

mine who works so incredibly hard did

9:08

just buy a townhouse about two minutes

9:10

away from our office and probably about

9:13

eight minutes away from our work sites

9:15

where usually he had to commute about 25

9:17

minutes to work so eliminating that

9:20

commute really useful also when I wake

9:23

up I like to have my dress shirt my tie

9:25

because everything's ready to go right

9:27

there every single day I can grab it on

9:30

my way to coffee and I'm already ready

9:32

to work I'm not not wasting time looking

9:34

for laundry or trying to go through the

9:36

closet because I've organized it in such

9:37

a way that it's ready to go

9:39

also this might sound crazy but I have

9:42

five different workstations and they

9:43

each make sure I'm most productive in

9:45

each place I'm in for example I have

9:48

this studio which honestly I don't like

9:50

sitting here and doing research because

9:51

it's not that comfortable to work in

9:53

it's really cold because I don't like

9:56

sweating when I'm on video and it's not

9:58

the most ergonomical for doing research

10:00

but it's fantastic for filming in fact I

10:05

really love this studio for filming it's

10:07

really really good and very functional I

10:09

can do a lot of things with just the

10:11

push of a button without moving my body

10:13

at all if I want to watch the bike show

10:15

I can do that right here I want to throw

10:17

up my iPad I could do that I want to

10:18

throw up what I'm doing on my computer I

10:20

can any of these things with a touch of

10:22

a button without even moving okay grab

10:24

remotes from this drawer I could grab

10:26

other products that I need from this

10:28

drawer whatever I coffee machine right

10:31

there after all literally right here I

10:33

can push the unbutton on the coffee

10:34

machine because I've tried to make my

10:37

office as functional as possible but I

10:39

also have a second Studio which has its

10:41

own functional purposes because who

10:43

would dare want to have to go through

10:44

another 55 second commute but it

10:46

actually is a different style of office

10:47

it's that office with a black screen

10:48

where I could write on it but I have a

10:51

separate desk set up at that office as

10:52

well as another quiet space that I'd

10:55

like working in here where this studio

10:57

is not in this room in a different room

10:59

but in that room I could sit down I can

11:01

listen to the birds chirp and I usually

11:02

do a research or accounting it feels

11:04

more like a warm homey space that I

11:07

could actually get functional productive

11:09

work done without being bothered by

11:11

either other people or children or

11:13

whatever

11:13

then I have a fifth bag or a fifth setup

11:16

I should say all of these by the way

11:18

have a computer and some a lot of them

11:21

have a computer and an iPad ready to go

11:23

so yeah I've multiplied the amount of

11:25

devices I have but that's because I

11:26

don't want to take all of these devices

11:28

and constantly be missing dongles or

11:30

Chargers oh I lost the charger oh I lost

11:33

the dongle oh I lost the security key oh

11:36

I lost why

11:37

I take that stress out of my life and

11:39

I've just duplicated it and make sure my

11:42

phones are in the same place every

11:44

single day they're right here standing

11:45

in my little charging base that's where

11:47

I keep them when I go to sleep I put one

11:50

in the hall bathroom and one by the TV

11:52

stand and then I use my Watch to wake

11:54

myself up so that way my watch wakes

11:56

myself up and then I have to turn those

11:58

phones off before they wake up the

12:00

family and so I'm motivated to get out

12:02

of bed and then by the time I actually

12:03

turn off both of those devices surprise

12:05

surprise I'm actually awake it's these

12:07

little refinements and tricks that

12:08

prevent me from sleeping in when I'm not

12:10

supposed to but I also have a travel bag

12:12

that is literally a duplicate of

12:14

everything I have how many times have

12:15

you gone on a trip and be like oh I

12:17

forgot a toothbrush oh I forgot a razor

12:18

oh I forgot you know hairspray or gel or

12:21

deodorant or whatever I basically never

12:23

pack that's because I have a box that

12:26

has a duplicate of everything it has a

12:28

duplicate iPad a duplicate computer it

12:30

has duplicate clothing it has duplicate

12:32

uh toiletries it has his own toiletry

12:34

bag everything that I would need to

12:36

travel is in one box so right now I

12:38

could go on a three-day vacation if I

12:40

needed to wearing what I got

12:42

grab the bag and go

12:44

that eliminates a lot of the junk that

12:47

ordinarily you have to do in your daily

12:49

lives now of course at some point it's

12:52

nice to get to the point where you're

12:54

willing to spend money on a cleaner

12:56

maybe once a week who does the laundry

12:57

for you and cleans the house but

12:59

obviously you've got to get your income

13:00

to a point where you're comfortable

13:01

doing that obviously there's some chores

13:03

that we have to do for example the other

13:05

week I had a debate with some

13:06

individuals who are like okay well Kevin

13:08

I gotta go to the grocery store I need

13:09

time for that and I'm like why

13:11

get a Walmart Plus Membership it's

13:13

literally free delivery for groceries

13:15

doordash a little expensive I agree with

13:18

that unless you're getting Costco then

13:20

sometimes it's worth it because you know

13:22

they they can go to Costco and deal with

13:24

all those crazy lines over there and

13:25

you're still saving so much money to

13:27

where it generally makes sense

13:29

but the point is Outsource some of this

13:31

junk and focus on the things that matter

13:33

family and fun now I want to get to the

13:36

part of the video where I talk about how

13:37

much I spend on everything that's going

13:39

to be really important spending is a big

13:42

part of what I'm doing this year and

13:44

there's a reason for that and I'm going

13:45

to explain that but I just want to be

13:47

clear that my feeling of trying to have

13:49

a place for everything and everything in

13:50

its place extends to everything I want

13:54

tools to be in the same spot where they

13:56

always belong if I need a scissor it

13:58

needs to be in the same spot otherwise I

13:59

got frustrated I have little remote

14:01

control holders because I hate losing

14:03

remote control so I put them where they

14:04

belong I don't like not knowing where a

14:07

drill is or the drill bits are for it so

14:09

I have a rack that holds them and it has

14:11

a charging Bay plugged into it so it's

14:13

always charged it's always ready to go

14:15

it's the same for Nerf guns I want the

14:17

goggles on a hook so they're ready to go

14:19

so when I want to play I can throw a

14:22

goggle on I know right now exactly where

14:23

it is I know where the Nerf bullets are

14:24

and I know where the Nerf guns are

14:25

because they're all on a hook in their

14:28

own special place it it's these little

14:30

things that have helped me get rid of so

14:31

much wasted time in the week that allow

14:33

me to spend more committed time with

14:35

family and more committed time when I

14:37

work as a result I get a lot more done

14:39

because I'm not wasting time wondering

14:41

why is my phone not charged or where is

14:43

it so this is all very very important

14:47

and it's quite literally all what I'm

14:49

doing right now but a lot of people

14:51

wonder Kevin why are you spending all of

14:54

your money in 2023 I mean shouldn't you

14:57

be focused on making money and then

14:58

investing it so you could retire early

15:01

well I've actually resigned to the idea

15:03

that I'm never going to retire and I

15:05

actually don't think that's a

15:06

resignation I've actually decided to

15:09

just live as if I'm retired now

15:13

but still work on what I want to work on

15:16

that sounds crazy but the way I do this

15:19

is when I go travel with my family I

15:21

dedicate all my time to them I live as

15:25

if I'm retired but when I'm in that at

15:28

home period I do what I want to do which

15:31

is make my Youtube videos or grow my

15:34

startups because if I'm retired retired

15:37

in the future which I don't think I ever

15:39

will be because I'm really happy doing

15:42

what I'm doing I've come to accept I'm

15:43

going to be working 40 to 50 hours a

15:45

week whether I'm retired or not which I

15:47

know sounds crazy but again look at the

15:49

people who 100 retire they end up

15:52

finding some kind of project to do they

15:54

just do something they want to do I

15:55

already have the freedom to do what I

15:57

want to do so I feel as though I'm

15:59

retired in that sense I get to do what I

16:02

want to do what I want to do is build

16:04

these companies if I want to go on a

16:06

vacation to Canada for 10 days I'll do

16:09

that in fact that's what I'm going to do

16:10

in about a week from now I want to spend

16:12

four days in Northern California with my

16:14

family and just play Nerf guns at

16:16

different parks with my family I can do

16:18

that and I can do it at any point I want

16:20

to that is wonderful but why then am I

16:23

spending all my money am I spending it

16:25

all on extravagant vacations a bigger

16:27

home or Rolexes or watches hell no I'm

16:30

spending it all on either time with my

16:33

family or businesses and see that's what

16:36

I really enjoy see this year I expect to

16:39

spend about a million dollars just on my

16:41

financial advisory business investing

16:44

into it so we can launch more ETF

16:46

products following the great success of

16:48

my first ETF in fact if you follow me

16:51

I'm heavily investing in my team around

16:54

me this year I expect to take all of the

16:57

interns that are working with me all six

16:59

of our our in-house staff members that

17:02

are working with me and we're all going

17:04

to become licensed financial advisors

17:06

and Series 7 Brokers right now I'm a

17:09

licensed financial advisor but I'm going

17:11

to bring them all up to the same level

17:12

as me and we're all going to become

17:14

licensed Securities brokers and that's

17:16

going to help us with our startup I've

17:19

never had an in-house attorney before

17:20

and I'm looking for an in-house attorney

17:23

now but I want to bring one in-house so

17:25

if you're uh someone who just passed the

17:27

bar and you want a job or you're an

17:28

intern who's considering hey you know I

17:30

don't have experience but I'm interested

17:31

uh send an email to jobs at me kevin.com

17:34

the biggest thing we're looking for

17:35

right now is an in-house attorney

17:37

because we've never had one before so

17:39

we'd like to have someone in-house

17:40

that'd be kind of cool you don't need

17:42

any experience you just need to have

17:43

past the bar that's it basically or the

17:45

bar in your state because you could just

17:47

pass it in our state but you'd have to

17:48

relocate if you're going to work for me

17:50

you have to be in SoCal so need not

17:52

apply if you're asking to be remote it's

17:54

not going to happen then I finally

17:56

teamed up with an amazing Editor to help

17:58

me edit uh travel videos want to

18:00

interview people like Barbara Corcoran

18:02

or Kevin O'Leary or Ron Paul I just

18:04

really have found I don't like editing

18:05

and so I either don't edit my videos or

18:08

I give them to him then there's house

18:11

hack my real estate startup this is a

18:13

unique one because I'm so afraid to

18:14

spend a dime of investor money that

18:17

we've basically only spent money on

18:20

Securities attorneys for that company an

18:22

accountant

18:23

a marketer who handles like the website

18:25

and the fundraise stuff uh Auditors and

18:29

a little bit of rental car money and a

18:31

little bit of Hotel money that's it

18:33

that's basically all that company has

18:35

spent money on oh and there's also a

18:36

programmer uh that that works on some of

18:39

the the apps that we've got building for

18:41

that so that's exciting but it's like a

18:43

fraction of the money you would think

18:44

that a company like a you know a startup

18:46

that's raised over 25 million dollars

18:48

would spend money on it's I mean we are

18:50

making way more money just milking

18:52

treasuries with the cash we have until

18:53

we go buy real estate which is fantastic

18:55

but I'm really afraid to spend other

18:57

people's money and so along that vein

18:59

I'm taking my media business and the

19:01

income that it generates to pay for

19:04

making me the best CEO possible that is

19:07

I'm able to get where I need to be very

19:10

quickly I can get around very quickly I

19:13

can make sure I'm as efficient as

19:14

possible in every business that I'm in

19:16

and my media business pays for that so

19:18

in other words my media business pays

19:20

for a plane that I bought so I can get

19:23

around and invest in these businesses as

19:25

best possible neither of my two startups

19:28

the financial advisory business or the

19:29

real estate startup neither of them have

19:32

paid I'm sorry the uh well yeah the

19:33

housing startup a house hack neither of

19:35

them have paid a dime towards my plane

19:38

not a single dime and I've been flying

19:40

for these various different businesses

19:42

over 200 hours already this year and

19:44

we'll probably double that by the end of

19:46

the year so we'll probably be flying

19:47

somewhere around four to five hundred

19:48

hours this year and I'll pay every dime

19:51

of that not my other businesses and

19:54

that's exactly what I love I love being

19:58

able with a successful business and

20:00

successful Investments that have made

20:02

reinvest into new businesses because I'm

20:05

convinced that I will never not have a

20:08

project but I feel so happy today

20:10

because I don't need to do any of these

20:13

nobody is forcing me to do any of these

20:15

businesses I'm legitimately excited

20:18

about doing them I wake up and I'm like

20:20

this is great we're moving the uh the

20:23

ball forward with the housing startup

20:25

we've got a reggae launch coming up and

20:27

then we're going to be buying soon after

20:28

that Q3 Q4 we just sent out all the

20:30

stock certs audited stock certs and

20:32

warrants for all the existing investors

20:34

already and the next round is coming up

20:36

we're so excited for launching that the

20:38

this stock hack business don't even get

20:40

me started on some of the plans we have

20:42

for this you'll be hearing about them in

20:43

the future but it's going to be

20:45

incredible they're running two startups

20:47

here it's really really fun uh and it

20:49

just gives me excitement to come and

20:51

share it with you so

20:52

I could be retired today you could be

20:54

living off passive income and you know

20:56

playing with I don't know uh sitting in

20:59

the backyard and and soaking up the Sun

21:01

or something like that but that doesn't

21:02

give me as much excitement as these

21:04

things give me excitement for so yes it

21:07

is exciting to have the freedom to do

21:09

what you want but for me that freedom

21:12

isn't buying Rolexes or Lambos or a

21:14

bigger house I still live in the same

21:15

2300 square foot house that has no

21:18

driveway and is probably too small for

21:20

us especially since we're about to

21:22

expect twins which is really exciting

21:24

knock on wood that all works out but I

21:26

don't I don't want a bigger house I love

21:28

the house I love where we live I don't

21:30

want to glambo I don't care about that I

21:32

want to invest my businesses I want to

21:34

invest in my team I want to make it so

21:35

that they can be as successful as

21:37

possible and they don't need to stay

21:39

with me forever I know that people will

21:41

end up growing up and moving on or you

21:44

know whatever I mean hopefully they stay

21:45

with me for as long as possible because

21:47

we've got some really cool irons in the

21:49

fire that could be wildly profitable for

21:51

everybody who's here but yeah I'm never

21:53

going to be in a situation again where

21:55

one person leaving can sandbag my

21:57

companies I had made that mistake in the

21:58

past it's never going to happen again

22:00

but I think the bottom line conclusion

22:02

out of all of this is

22:05

I've gotten to this point of acceptance

22:07

and it's not even like acceptance almost

22:10

sounds like it's a bad thing I've gotten

22:11

to this realization that even if I

22:13

retire I'm going to work anyway I'm just

22:16

going to work on the things I want to

22:18

work on so now when I spend time with

22:20

family I'm wholly present and wholly

22:23

committed this is my family time and I

22:25

segment that family time out Nerf guns

22:27

go-karts uh cyber quads travel whatever

22:30

that's dedicated family time and I will

22:32

be the best dad when it's time for a

22:33

dedicated family time but when it's time

22:36

for dedicated work time I'm focused on

22:37

dedicated work time I'm not dithering

22:39

between a commute or sitting around

22:41

doing different things and even when I'm

22:44

commuting so to speak on my plane I've

22:47

set myself up so that I can get work

22:49

done on the plane we just bought

22:50

starlink for the plane for example

22:52

that's gonna like 10x our activity on uh

22:54

productivity on the plane but I have set

22:56

myself up to make sure I'm I'm capable

22:58

of being productive even now while

23:00

flying uh but anything I can do to make

23:03

sure I could spend more time being

23:05

productive on my startups actually gives

23:06

me substantial happiness especially

23:09

since then I can flip it over to

23:11

Dedicated family time and so segmenting

23:13

these and being fully committed that my

23:17

version of retirement is being able to

23:19

go on a 10-day vacation with my family

23:22

still get the minimal work done that I

23:24

would have to get done but then spend

23:25

dedicated time with the family that's

23:27

exciting to me as well as hey if I'm

23:30

retirement I'm in retirement I want to

23:31

take the knowledge that I've built and

23:33

do something with it like I want to give

23:34

back whether it's a startup or the

23:36

future maybe it's a non-profit or

23:38

whatever I want to give back and I want

23:39

to grow the people around me the team

23:41

members around me I want to elevate them

23:42

I want to elevate uh the the

23:45

productivity we can share with Society

23:47

the value we can provide to society that

23:49

gives me great happiness and so yeah I

23:51

mean right now my burn is probably about

23:53

twelve thousand dollars a day which is

23:55

pretty insane burning twelve thousand

23:57

dollars a day I'm probably way under

24:00

charging my real estate startup and my

24:02

uh my my stock startup but I am so

24:06

afraid of spending other people's money

24:07

I just it's like no no I'll pay it oh

24:09

that's not me that's not me that's not

24:11

me I gotta I gotta normalize that a

24:13

little bit because I'm a little extreme

24:14

right now but honestly I'm not worried

24:17

about the small dollar because I'm so

24:18

optimistic about the future of of these

24:21

businesses that that I'm investing in

24:23

and the value that I can provide to them

24:24

so I don't know maybe I'm just like kind

24:27

of giddy right now and like knock on

24:29

wood you know I I I like I don't want

24:32

anything to go wrong and I hope it

24:34

doesn't like I feel so grateful

24:35

everybody's seems happy healthy uh kids

24:39

are great you get twins on the way again

24:41

knock on wood like so many bad things

24:42

can happen in our lives right but I'm so

24:45

grateful and I have to give a huge

24:47

thanks to all of you because it's

24:48

enabled me to be in this place but I

24:50

want you to know if there's one thing

24:52

that's different about me then maybe

24:54

somebody else is that I'm not taking the

24:58

money that I make because you're so

25:00

generous with your time to watch my

25:01

videos and hopefully you get value out

25:03

of them uh and that helps me make an

25:04

income but rather than taking that

25:06

income rather than taking that income

25:08

that I make from YouTube and squandering

25:10

it on sitting in my backyard and doing

25:12

nothing I want you to know that I'm

25:14

taking the money that I earn and I'm

25:16

using it to give back to society by

25:18

building startups that are going to make

25:20

Financial advice more attainable to

25:22

people with artificial intelligence that

25:24

are going to make housing and rental

25:26

properties a higher quality product and

25:30

I'm going to give back to society that's

25:32

what excites me so I'm not squandering

25:35

the money I make so I can sit around and

25:37

do nothing and enjoy passive income I'm

25:40

reinvesting it into the people who work

25:42

for me the employees around me or really

25:44

the beneficiaries of the companies we're

25:46

starting so we're not slowing down we're

25:49

going full steam ahead and if that means

25:51

I have to take every dime I make this

25:53

year and reinvest it and so be it

25:56

because that gives me great happiness

25:57

now I want you to know this when it

25:59

comes to AI

26:01

time is what's going to make you money

26:03

and if you can prove that value to an

26:06

employer you'll always be able to be

26:08

employed so this is another way of

26:10

making sure that you don't get replaced

26:13

but

26:17

foreign
