0:06

hello babies my name's ed Hughes I'm a

0:08

senior risk engineering consultants with

0:10

Zurich on the west coast's operator and

0:13

Sacramento basically everywhere like the

0:15

rest of us I wanted to introduce Titan

0:19

HST it's a program I ran across last

0:23

year while servicing some hospitality

0:25

accounts and it's something that's very

0:28

timely right now considering what's

0:30

going on and concerned that the wave of

0:32

personal identification and personal

0:35

emergency location is going on with the

0:37

hospitality and industrial and medical

0:39

professions so briefly the presenter for

0:44

this will be Vic rosy on he's the

0:47

founder and the CEO of titan health and

0:50

security technologies incorporated the

0:53

platform they use is ideal for business

0:55

continuity during all kinds of

0:57

emergencies and is deployed at all

1:00

verticals and oh when they go through

1:02

the introduction and the demonstrations

1:06

you'll see it's it's pretty amazing

1:08

system one quick notice that in 2019

1:12

Titan HST platform was used for over 200

1:17

million views or emergency responses

1:20

emergency actions messages so it's a

1:23

pretty amazing system and they'll be

1:26

able to give you some real-life examples

1:27

it'll really show you how it can help

1:29

all types of industries that's basically

1:32

about it I don't want to get much of

1:33

their time and at the very end of this

1:35

after they give their presentation we'll

1:37

have time for some questions and answers

1:39

that are available for anybody that has

1:42

anything they want to throw at them so

1:43

I'll throw it over now to Vic sounds

1:47

great thank you for the introduction and

1:49

good morning all I hope everyone's week

1:50

is going as well as can be in these kind

1:52

of odd times what I'm gonna do is just a

1:55

quick high-level overview of time each

1:58

st and then my colleague serene don't to

2:02

be one part of VPS is going to be

2:04

jumping in with a quick demo off the

2:07

platform so you can see it in use so if

2:10

I take a step back tiny HST is

2:12

essentially an

2:13

emergency two-way communication platform

2:16

and there are a number of things that

2:18

make it really unique and we've got some

2:20

pretty cool customers we'll talk about

2:22

it into the use cases so when you come

2:25

to the emergency occasion market largely

2:29

it's a one-way plication system which is

2:33

fine but it takes a while to get and it

2:35

should top for them to then send mission

2:38

everyone and those have historically

2:42

taken hours or days to get through

2:43

common examples being during the

2:45

California wildfire some of our top

2:48

competitors took point two and a half

2:50

hours to push out to 2,500 notifications

2:54

there's a lot of business a lot of

2:56

cities that are bigger than 2,500 people

2:58

and two and a half hours for that is

3:00

pretty um you know pretty crazy our

3:03

system was able to push out hundreds of

3:05

thousands and at some sites millions

3:07

where it was needed instantly so the

3:11

first piece of the pie is that you know

3:14

we've built a system that first of all

3:16

is accessible across pretty much

3:18

everything it's accessible via iPhone

3:20

Android iPad also though via text

3:25

message email web social media phone so

3:28

we'll catch you every which way then

3:31

when it comes to notifications were much

3:34

faster and way more secure actually also

3:38

being independently audited by one of

3:41

the companies that also audits the FBI

3:43

and CIA for data security on top of that

3:47

we are far more accessible than

3:49

competing systems other systems if you

3:52

read their accessibility statements it's

3:54

just a bunch of exceptions our system is

3:56

so accessible for people who are hearing

3:59

and visually impaired that we actually

4:01

hold the contract with the California

4:03

Department of Education for the schools

4:06

for the deaf and blind in the state so

4:08

that's level of accessibility we have

4:09

and when we dive into a lot more of it

4:13

because we're a tech company at heart

4:15

there's some stuff that we knew that's

4:17

really really cool so apples apples were

4:20

faster and more reliable than anyone

4:22

else at that one way push notification

4:24

but we do so much more

4:27

we first of all have QA communication

4:30

and we have Asian based services

4:33

confined and map where people are in

4:36

real-time

4:36

now we don't ever ever ever attract

4:39

anyone without their consent because we

4:41

are privacy by design we also never

4:44

share the data we don't sell the data

4:46

but if you opt in during an emergency

4:49

you can share your safety status and

4:51

your location so we can find you and by

4:54

we meaning specifically the site

4:56

administrators and security teams and

4:58

send responses accordingly now the other

5:02

thing that's really cool is if we go one

5:05

step further than the apples to apples

5:07

comparison we've got a few features that

5:11

we actually hold over a dozen core

5:13

patents on and those things include

5:17

augmented reality which allows you to

5:20

see through walls smoke and fire to find

5:23

where people are we've got bill time

5:27

translation across 13 different

5:29

languages so we're able to bridge

5:31

language and perhaps the cool thing

5:35

behind all of that is one of our

5:37

technologies called dual channel mesh

5:39

networking that allows phones to talk

5:42

directly from device to device to device

5:44

to device even when cell networks and

5:48

Wi-Fi networks are overloaded or framed

5:52

down or inaccessible so we literally

5:55

work where nothing else works our

5:59

technology is so cool that we hold a

6:02

number of high profile contract if you

6:06

go into entertainment venues and

6:07

stadiums we also if you go to my

6:10

hospitality sector have peak contracts

6:13

including profile companies like

6:14

Tropicana casinos where and other

6:17

systems not only did not work but where

6:20

they had panic buttons they couldn't

6:22

even find the floor that the panic

6:24

button was triggering we were able to

6:28

deploy them in under 48 hours when we

6:30

took over the product we were able to

6:33

find them down to the exact room and

6:35

floor that they're in and our panic

6:38

buttons work were no other panic button

6:40

using our mesh technology so it even

6:43

works in areas like back of the house or

6:46

in rooms and I saw all networks and

6:48

Wi-Fi are kind of suspect but that is a

6:51

very high-level overview of our platform

6:54

it's the most robust two-way

6:56

communications out there completely

6:58

customizable faster and more secure than

7:01

anything else more accessible than

7:03

anything else and works where nothing

7:05

else works at a high level this system

7:09

has allowed us to save our life within

7:12

20 minutes of deployment we have helped

7:16

half deepers and other people including

7:18

in a tells some of our panic buttons

7:21

have been reprogrammed to 88 buttons

7:23

that they've given to guests so we've

7:25

been able to reduce liability exposure

7:27

by finding people down to the room and

7:29

floor immediately include some sense of

7:33

even pre-programmed if you take a look

7:34

on the screen right here you can see

7:35

there are those nine different icons

7:37

that you can select which are all

7:38

customizable by the way some of the

7:40

hotel clients have actually programmed

7:42

those as one of them is a narcan button

7:44

so we've been able to move over dosed

7:47

quickly get help drug it's a narcan to

7:51

prevent death we've worked where 911

7:54

dispatch panels have failed

7:56

we've worked where cell networks have

7:58

gone down in fact our technology is so

8:00

cool and so resilient and we are the

8:04

only private entity meaning only

8:08

non-governmental entity who has hardware

8:11

we've got these mesh networking gateways

8:12

that fill in if the phones are not close

8:14

enough

8:15

let me get priority access so with that

8:18

I'm gonna ask the ring to dive into a

8:19

quick demo she'll also give some

8:21

real-time examples of ways the system

8:24

has been used when highlighting certain

8:25

features and then from there we'll dive

8:27

into a Q&A

8:37

you

8:43

okay can everybody see my screen yes

8:47

okay perfect

8:49

so as Vic mentioned the system is

8:52

extremely robust we have a lot of

8:54

different features many of which have

8:55

actually been requested by our customers

8:58

however the system is extremely

9:01

customizable so everything you see here

9:03

you can think of it like Legos you can

9:05

add and remove whatever pieces you want

9:07

or don't want and every roll can have a

9:09

slightly different view based on that

9:11

sites need now at the bottom of the

9:15

screen I have five tabs those will take

9:17

me through the different portions of the

9:19

app we are also accessible via web so an

9:22

administrative user or security could

9:24

use the system via web or mobile app an

9:27

end user meaning an employee a guest

9:30

somebody at that level doesn't need to

9:33

have the app at all they can receive

9:35

notifications from their administrators

9:38

and security via text email phone call

9:42

even social media and they can even

9:45

request help via text message so they

9:47

don't need to download any apps now

9:50

starting off on this main screen this is

9:52

my SOS this is where I as the end user

9:55

can request help a report and incident

9:57

to my administrative team these alerts

10:00

can also be routed to whatever teams I

10:02

want so for example if I have medical

10:05

staff on-site

10:06

I can have medical go directly to them

10:08

maintenance can go directly to

10:10

maintenance sorry about that can go

10:12

directly to maintenance whereas the

10:14

security related things can go to

10:15

security in this case if I want to

10:18

select one of these icons which are also

10:20

customizable I can have whatever

10:21

pictures and words I want as many or as

10:24

few as you'd like we even have a site

10:25

that has a goat icon so they have

10:27

apparently a goat problem at their

10:29

location but all I do is I select one of

10:31

these icons I press send and this then

10:34

goes out to my administrative team that

10:36

goes out immediately I can see here on

10:39

the administrative end I have this inbox

10:41

where all of my alerts come through and

10:43

this now allows the administrative team

10:47

and the person requesting help to enter

10:50

into a two-way group conversation via

10:52

group text group audio call and I can

10:56

even live video stream

10:57

the incident as it's happening and the

10:59

system has been designed to be super

11:01

easy to use because in an emergency it's

11:04

tough to navigate things even that you

11:05

use on a daily basis so what you see is

11:08

what you get I just tap on the icon that

11:09

I want to begin chatting with and I

11:12

start my communication and this is all

11:14

done without sharing phone numbers once

11:17

an alert is sent the person's location

11:19

is also shared only for the duration of

11:22

that incident as Vic mentioned we're

11:23

privacy by design and so only with your

11:26

consent will we share your location a

11:28

couple other things you can do here with

11:31

these SOS alerts you can geofence them

11:33

so you can set it up so that certain

11:36

rules can only send an SOS alert

11:39

requesting help if they're on the

11:42

premises so if they're on vacation or on

11:44

the weekend and they send out an SOS

11:47

alert that organizations administrators

11:50

are not liable for what happens they

11:52

don't need to respond the end-user will

11:54

receive an auto text or a pop-up that

11:57

tells them that they're out of the

11:58

geofence so they know that it hasn't

12:00

gone through but that's that's how the

12:02

Geo fences work you also have the

12:04

ability to set up anonymous tips which

12:06

was heavily requested by a lot of our

12:08

sites these will typically get routed to

12:10

HR and again an end user doesn't need to

12:13

have the app to be able to send out and

12:15

I'm an anonymous tip they can do that

12:17

via text as well and another thing that

12:20

was requested pretty heavily is the

12:22

ability to also dial nine-one-one from

12:24

within the app and so the way that it

12:26

works takes the same number of buttons

12:28

that it would take to actually call

12:29

9-1-1 is we can set it up so that an

12:32

icon like shooter once sent then gives

12:35

the user a big red button that tells

12:38

them call my won-won if they press that

12:40

button they'll be connected in with

12:43

police dispatch while having an auto

12:45

text response simultaneously go out to

12:47

your administrative team letting them

12:49

know that you're on the phone with

12:51

police so without having to gather any

12:53

additional information I know who's

12:55

sending this alert I know what the

12:57

emergency is and I know where it's

12:58

coming from and that it's been escalated

13:01

to the police level so then I can then

13:03

take my necessary actions and warn

13:05

others and go on lockdown or whatever my

13:07

procedures would be in the event of

13:10

something like a shooter incident so

13:14

that's the reporting piece I'm gonna

13:16

bump over into mass notifications here

13:20

you can send out mass broadcast messages

13:23

with general information and updates

13:24

about what's happening during a specific

13:26

incident

13:27

lockdowns to just let everybody know the

13:30

site is on lockdown

13:31

you can even physically lock your doors

13:34

if you have automated door locks beyond

13:35

the app and safety status request which

13:38

will allow you to pull your your users

13:41

and ask them if they're okay or not as

13:43

well as getting their locations so you

13:45

know where to send help to the people

13:46

that are unsafe or injured starting off

13:50

with a broadcast messages you can see

13:52

they're broken down into two emergency

13:53

and regular the only difference between

13:56

these two is that emergency broadcast

13:58

will let you override the sound settings

14:00

on a person's device so whether their

14:03

volume is really low or completely

14:05

silenced you can send out this

14:08

notification at full volume so if

14:10

there's something like a fire that's

14:12

taking place in your building you can

14:14

send out emergency broadcast because you

14:16

don't really care that everyone's phone

14:17

is making noise and it's loud whereas if

14:20

it was something like a shooter incident

14:22

the regular broadcast will adhere to the

14:24

sound settings so everybody can remain

14:26

quiet and again these are set up exactly

14:28

the same I can send out either a voice

14:31

recorded message if my voice is

14:33

particularly soothing at that time I can

14:35

even include a written description so

14:37

anyone who's hearing-impaired will see

14:39

that via text or I can type a brand new

14:42

message from scratch say whatever I want

14:44

to say include an attachment whether

14:46

that's a photo video document and then I

14:49

can choose how people receive this it

14:52

always will go through the app and web

14:54

but I can also select email text message

14:56

auto call I can even connect to our

14:59

Facebook Twitter and we're even adding

15:00

Instagram based on heavy requests as

15:02

well and then all I do is hit next and

15:05

choose the roles I want this to go to

15:06

the roles are completely customizable as

15:09

well depending on the site so if it's

15:11

something like a hotel we were talking

15:13

about hospitality earlier you might have

15:14

a different message go out to your

15:15

guests as opposed to the one you would

15:17

send out to your general staff or our

15:20

security team you can even upload preset

15:23

message

15:24

so you can have your security team

15:27

upload a whole bunch of messages for any

15:29

incident that could ever take place at

15:31

the site and then you could have legal

15:34

clear that message so in the event of

15:36

that incident whoever has the ability to

15:38

send a mass notification can just tapped

15:40

on this pre-approved message it fills in

15:43

my form for me if I have additional

15:46

information I can add it to the message

15:48

however my attachment is there whether

15:50

that's a map for evacuating or lockdown

15:53

protocols and then I just hit next

15:55

choose who I want this to go to and

15:58

that's immediately sent out I've had

16:00

several different sites when I demoed

16:02

the system say oh well that would have

16:03

been really handy because we had an

16:05

incident and we had several typos that

16:07

got pointed out and even broadcasted on

16:09

the news which was pretty embarrassing

16:11

so here you would have had time to type

16:14

out your message it has everything that

16:16

you want to instruct people to do in

16:18

that incident and there's no typos so

16:20

that's a cool feature as well the last

16:23

two mass notifications you do have to

16:25

lock down and this is super simple it's

16:27

just a very quick way to tell everybody

16:30

that the site is on lockdown and again

16:32

if you have automated door locks all I

16:34

would do is I would select the door

16:36

locks of that specific win or that

16:38

section of the building or the whole

16:39

building and those would automatically

16:41

lock as well it'll also send everybody

16:44

text email app and web notification

16:46

letting them know that you're on

16:47

lockdown now I know that I mentioned in

16:50

terms of staff that they can just text

16:52

their request for help and they can

16:55

receive everything via text guests are

16:57

the same what sites will typically do is

16:59

they'll either have a text opt-in code

17:02

so that will be posted in different

17:04

locations where they can text a unique

17:06

code for that particular site and being

17:09

enrolled and you can even set that on an

17:11

automatic timer so the site can say I

17:13

don't want anybody anybody to be in the

17:17

system for longer than 48 hours or 72

17:20

hours otherwise they have to re-enroll

17:22

you can set it up that way you can even

17:24

set up QR codes so all I have to do is

17:26

scan a code and then I get loaded in

17:28

another way is with hospitality what

17:31

they can do is we can link automatically

17:33

to their check-in system so when a guest

17:36

checks in

17:37

they're automatically enrolled for the

17:39

duration of their stay one final way you

17:41

can do this is if different companies

17:45

have their own native app for example a

17:47

stadium or a hotel that has their own

17:49

hotel or stadium app they can actually

17:52

use our SDK to integrate directly into

17:54

their so if I'm a guest and I already

17:56

have that app if I need help or

17:58

something's going on and a message is

18:00

getting sent out I'll receive it

18:02

directly via that native app of the

18:05

organization so a lot of different ways

18:07

that you can get into the system

18:08

including temporary guests the last mass

18:12

notification piece I have here is the

18:13

safety status request this is set up

18:16

just like lockdown I choose the roles I

18:18

want this to go to and press send and

18:19

that's it this automatically sends

18:22

everybody a text app and web

18:24

notification asking them if they're safe

18:26

or not safe you can even do custom

18:29

polling so you can send out you know are

18:31

you injured are you not injured or you

18:33

know in the event of the the kovat virus

18:36

a lot of people are sending out things

18:37

about quarantine have you been

18:39

quarantined are you showing any symptoms

18:41

what symptoms are you showing so totally

18:43

customizable in this case I just want to

18:45

know if you're safe or not safe I'm

18:48

gonna go out here into one of these that

18:51

we had done earlier with some data in it

18:53

so you can see what it would look like

18:54

in a real-life scenario administrative

18:57

users have this report section so I can

18:59

see how everybody has responded my safe

19:02

my not safe my no replies and any

19:04

comments that have been left including

19:06

timestamps I can also see a map view

19:09

that shows me where they are and I can

19:12

see red pins here for not safe blue pins

19:15

for safe I can get directions straight

19:17

to their locations and I have different

19:19

map views here I have my standard I have

19:21

my satellite hybrid view and I even have

19:24

my augmented reality view and this is

19:26

really cool so it's just like a camera

19:29

and in the bottom right corner that's

19:30

like my compass and I'm the white dot in

19:33

the center on the perimeter you can see

19:35

these little red and blue dots that's

19:37

where all the responses are coming from

19:39

and as I pan around I can see now okay

19:41

this is the direction that I need to

19:43

start running in and the distance is

19:46

about four and a half miles now

19:48

something else that's really cool is we

19:50

also have Mike

19:51

location beacons if you have those

19:53

installed in addition to being able to

19:55

see distance and altitude and their

19:57

locations on the standard and satellite

19:59

maps I'll see the exact floor and room

20:02

that they're in down to a broom closet

20:04

or back of the house area where you

20:06

typically would have portable GPS so

20:09

that's something that's really cool as

20:10

well and again this also will only track

20:15

their location for the duration of the

20:17

safety status request and something else

20:19

that's pretty cool is you can also

20:21

respond sharing your location via text

20:24

message and so what will happen is

20:26

whether you are somebody who has not

20:28

downloaded the app or you have a really

20:30

old flip phone or something like that

20:32

and you do need help you can share your

20:34

location directly from text message and

20:36

that aggregates for the administrative

20:38

users within the app in that map so now

20:42

we've gone over the reporting piece

20:44

we've gone over the mass notifications

20:46

the general messages lock downs and

20:48

safety status requests here you have one

20:51

unified inbox where you can see all the

20:54

mass notifications that have come

20:55

through the alerts if you're an admin

20:58

and the tips a non administrative user

21:00

and again it's super customizable but

21:02

typically they only have SOS so the I

21:06

need help button and the messages

21:08

portion of the inbox so all the

21:10

notifications that have been sent out to

21:12

my specific role and victim mention that

21:15

we have translation Jen we do automatic

21:19

translation so if your app is already or

21:21

sorry if your phone is already set to a

21:24

different language you'll automatically

21:26

receive the messages within that

21:28

language and I can even message back and

21:30

forth with people in my language they

21:32

can be messaging in their language and

21:34

it'll translate automatically if I don't

21:36

have translations already set I can

21:38

manually translate this here by tapping

21:40

on that translate button so very simple

21:42

to do last couple things I'm going to

21:45

highlight for you here you do also have

21:47

the option to store documents and

21:48

materials whether those are evacuation

21:50

routes or kovat protocols which I have

21:53

in here right now or active shooter

21:55

things you can have documents videos and

21:58

they can all be role specific so in this

22:00

exam

22:01

I have this evacuation map that I've

22:03

only made accessible at all times to

22:05

admin and security but let's say now

22:07

there's a fire in the building and I

22:09

need everybody to evacuate I can very

22:12

quickly broadcast this out by tapping

22:14

that little arrow it drops that map into

22:18

the broadcast form for me I can tell

22:21

everybody to refer to be attached and

22:23

now immediately I have let everybody

22:26

know how to evacuate from the building

22:29

via text message email all those

22:30

different ways last couple things I'll

22:34

highlight for you here is the group chat

22:36

and our team ed feature group chat was

22:39

something that was also pretty heavily

22:40

requested this is a custom group

22:42

conversation that you can have with

22:44

specific individuals so whether you have

22:46

multiple properties and you want the

22:48

admins of each of those properties on

22:50

one one consolidated group conversation

22:52

or you have like a safety and security

22:54

chat which I have right here this is a

22:57

group chat without having to share phone

22:59

numbers so we can text each other back

23:01

and forth again without sharing numbers

23:04

we can include photos videos documents

23:06

whatever attachments we want to send

23:08

within this chat and you can even have a

23:11

group audio call just like the SOS with

23:13

up to 250 simultaneous callers over both

23:17

cellular and Wi-Fi we've had many sites

23:20

on power outages where their landlines

23:22

went down they were so able to

23:23

communicate here and you even have

23:25

two-way video calling via this with up

23:29

to 50 people at a time which is more

23:31

than other platforms and bridging device

23:34

types so right now if I want to FaceTime

23:36

with with my family members everybody

23:38

has to have an iPhone Android everyone

23:40

has to have the same app with this we

23:42

can have people on iPhones Androids

23:44

laptops tablets desktops whatever all

23:47

joining in and seeing what's going on in

23:49

real time around their different

23:51

campuses and here I'm gonna just

23:55

highlight our hardware for a second I

23:57

did mention the micro location beacons

23:58

we also have panic buttons these are

24:01

very useful in the hospitality sector

24:04

where there are actually rules and

24:06

regulations about housekeepers needing

24:08

to have panic buttons we also see a lot

24:11

of this in healthcare so specifically

24:15

in low-income areas what we're hearing

24:18

is that the reception desks they have a

24:20

lot of hostile patients or family

24:24

members and things like that and they

24:25

want a really quick and discreet way of

24:27

notifying security that they need help

24:29

so with this what you're able to do is

24:31

just a triple click it and this

24:33

automatically tells our security team my

24:36

exact location down to the room who is

24:38

sending this alert and they'll be able

24:41

to get to me very quickly very precisely

24:43

a really good example of our actually

24:47

top competitor in this space is and I'm

24:50

thinking of one specific example that I

24:52

got which I thought was unbelievable

24:54

from a hotel and casino and what they

24:57

said is they were using this competing

24:58

product however it did not tell them the

25:02

location of where the person was they

25:04

told them generally which side of the

25:06

hotel it was at and they had a lot of

25:09

false alarms so what they would have to

25:11

do when they received this they would

25:12

have to send their security floor to

25:14

floor room to room

25:15

to find the housekeeper that pressed

25:18

that alert and 85% of the times they

25:20

were accidental so just bumping into

25:22

things here and there which is bound to

25:24

happen if you're cleaning a room ours

25:26

takes a deliberate press it's not

25:29

difficult to press but you do have to

25:30

actually deliberately press it and it's

25:33

gonna tell you the exact room that is

25:35

invaluable because imagine if you

25:37

actually needed help you press this and

25:39

security went floor to floor room to

25:41

room to find you not only does that not

25:43

look good to the guests that security

25:45

has to go knocking to find some

25:47

housekeeper that might have been

25:48

attacked but also a lot can happen by

25:51

the time they actually get to you so

25:53

this has been you know received very

25:55

very well by all the different

25:56

industries Vick also mentioned ad a

25:58

hotels have also been giving this to a

26:00

DA guests also different businesses in

26:03

general when they have a DA visitors

26:05

they've been handing these to them too

26:06

if anything were to happen if they fall

26:08

or whatever the case may be and they

26:10

press this security team administrators

26:13

whoever it's routed to automatically

26:15

knows that it's an 88 guest and where

26:18

the incident took place and they can

26:20

respond to them right away which has

26:22

proved to be a really big also for

26:25

marketing that they can share this with

26:27

people so 88

26:29

feel comfortable and safe coming to

26:31

their location as opposed to the one

26:33

down the street so just to chime in on

26:38

what serene has said at a really high

26:41

level and again the system is built like

26:43

Legos you can have whatever features you

26:45

want or not have the features you don't

26:47

want but at its heart it allows an

26:50

individual to request help either via

26:54

their own app or they can text message

26:57

in a shortcode or via a panic button so

27:00

you have three different ways that

27:02

someone can request help on the mass

27:04

notification side you can send out

27:06

massive broadcasts a lockdown or a

27:10

safety status inquiry to find or polling

27:13

to ask people questions and/or see where

27:15

they are safe or not you've got a

27:17

unified inbox where everything comes

27:20

into one place you've got emergency

27:22

materials documents etc and you've got

27:26

group chatting and again these features

27:28

first of all they're more secure than

27:31

other settings and other and other

27:32

platforms second they offer real-time

27:35

translation and third when you're

27:37

looking at things like this chat

27:38

whatever it works via that mesh

27:40

networking too so if the power's out in

27:42

a building or whatnot you can run around

27:43

using the system and it'll still allow

27:46

you to stay immobilized now because the

27:48

system is so secure and it is

27:50

independent from the oral infrastructure

27:52

of any given site we have also used when

27:56

sites have come under way and some where

27:57

attacks or things like that we've been

28:00

used to remobilize the IT infrastructure

28:02

and removal sites so you can use as much

28:05

or as little or as few of the systems as

28:08

you want and the other thing I'll

28:10

mention as well is our micro location

28:14

technology is so good that while it's

28:17

sold as an emergency communication

28:19

platform we are also the only emergency

28:22

communication platform that is also

28:24

revenue generating we have a number of

28:27

signs that have taken pieces of art what

28:30

we refer to as api's SDKs and they've

28:34

incorporated it into portions of their

28:36

own app whether it's a football stadium

28:38

whether it's a casino whether it's a

28:40

school whatever

28:41

and with that they're able to use some

28:44

of our key technologies including

28:46

location services to give you an idea of

28:49

how good our technology is there the FCC

28:52

has requested three meters vertical

28:55

accuracy two years from now we're able

28:58

to do one meter instead of three one

29:01

meter and so what that means for a site

29:04

is if you incorporate a piece of our app

29:07

into your native app whatever it is your

29:09

maybe your movie theater app wonder

29:10

whatever it is Hospital app we can then

29:14

give you directions you know through the

29:16

augmented reality and or help guide you

29:19

to various things inside your site

29:22

whether it's a concession stand there

29:24

it's a bathroom whatever it is

29:26

furthermore if you're in the native app

29:28

if someone is hanging out by you know

29:31

say the Tiffany's store at Caesar's

29:32

Palace or you're at hanging out by the

29:36

bar at a Marriott something like that

29:38

via their app because we never track in

29:41

the background but if you put our code

29:42

in your open native app of that site it

29:45

can say hey you know getting a 5,000

29:47

points or get a dollar off your drink

29:49

whatever a lot of sites are excited by

29:51

to the fact that the emergency

29:53

communication system can be revenue

29:55

generating for the sites

30:01

yeah absolutely that's definitely been

30:04

received really well I'm going to go

30:06

ahead and I'll just show you really

30:08

quickly the teaming portion of the app

30:11

as well this is something that's been

30:14

received extremely well especially right

30:17

now we have a lot of providers we've

30:20

been inundated with calls and emails

30:22

from providers that are having to

30:24

frankly just shut down because the

30:27

examples we're getting is you know I

30:29

used to see 50 patients a day and now

30:31

everybody's canceling I'm down to four

30:33

and I can't keep my doors open I can't

30:35

keep my staff employed so what they're

30:38

able to do with the team end portion of

30:40

the app and this can be integrated also

30:42

with the security system just going back

30:44

here I as this admin do have the team a

30:47

tap here so if you're something like an

30:50

event venue or a stadium as an example

30:53

that Vic mentioned or even a school that

30:55

has medical staff on-site or that's

30:58

employed by you you can have any kind of

31:01

medical alerts routed into the the

31:03

medical provider for your site if you

31:06

are a medical office what you can do is

31:09

you can enroll all of your patients so

31:11

that they can do visits with you

31:13

virtually as opposed to having to go

31:15

into the office potentially infect

31:17

additional people and it's proven to be

31:22

really well I'm gonna just log in here

31:24

as a patient and I'll show you both ends

31:30

of this in addition it actually costs

31:33

less per visit than the cost of PPE for

31:35

just one in-person patient visit so it's

31:38

cost effective it's keeping people safe

31:40

and it's keeping businesses open so as

31:44

you can see the patient view is really

31:45

simple I have this inbox where I'm

31:47

receiving the personalized messages from

31:49

my provider's office including

31:51

personalized videos updates with health

31:53

tips and things like that

31:55

updated office hours those are the kinds

31:57

of things that we know it's been used

31:58

for and I have this team ed button where

32:01

I can start a consult all I have to do

32:03

at the time of my visit is click consult

32:06

and I am now placed into my providers

32:08

virtual waiting room I'm gonna bump over

32:11

into the provider view now and I'm gonna

32:13

show this on the the web portal we the

32:17

mobile app is accessible to to medical

32:19

providers as well and a lot of them do

32:20

use iPad but most of them we found use

32:23

the the web console so now what I have

32:25

is it's it's been designed to be super

32:28

simple I have my waiting room I have the

32:30

section for treating patients so here's

32:33

where we can see all the patients

32:34

treating in our clinic and who they're

32:35

treating with and we have the section of

32:38

discharged patients including the

32:40

history of that visit I can record the

32:42

video if I want so that's all there for

32:44

us here if I want to start my visit all

32:47

I do is I tap on the patient's name I

32:50

decide if I want to begin recording or

32:52

not in this case I'm not going to and

32:54

now I can see myself I'm waiting for the

32:59

patient to join the call as well I'm

33:01

gonna meet myself here and so now we're

33:04

entered into this two-way video call

33:06

something else that's cool is that we

33:09

start off with HD video most of the

33:12

competitors don't have HD at all or if

33:14

they do you have to go and find the

33:16

setting to set it and typically it

33:18

doesn't work anyways a lot of the other

33:20

systems from what we've heard is they'll

33:22

just drop off so the connection is

33:24

really poor they can't maintain a

33:26

constant video stream the whole time

33:28

they have to they get kicked off have to

33:30

hop back in so we've we've been hearing

33:32

of a lot of issues you can maintain a

33:34

text conversation here as well so as the

33:37

patient if I'm in my waiting room I can

33:39

write out all my symptoms what I'm here

33:41

for in advance or we can communicate

33:44

back and forth shared attachments with

33:46

each other tips stretches depending on

33:48

the provider I can also view the

33:51

location of the patient once that's sent

33:53

so I can ensure I'm not practicing over

33:55

state lines and if some sort of

33:57

emergency were to happen if the patient

33:59

falls hits their head or anything like

34:00

that I know where I need to send help to

34:05

we can end the visit place the patient

34:08

on hold send them back to the waiting

34:09

room or reassigned to another provider

34:12

so most clinics urgent cares things like

34:15

that they'll have a nurse or an a PA

34:19

actually check in with the patient

34:21

before the doctor sees them so I'll tell

34:23

them my symptoms

34:24

everything like that this allows them to

34:26

maintain their regular workflow and keep

34:27

that going you can also have multiple

34:30

providers join a visit at a time so if

34:33

you have multiple specialists working on

34:34

a particular patient they can all join

34:36

the call at the same time in this case

34:38

I'm just gonna end the visit and that's

34:42

it it's been designed to be super simple

34:44

right now and all the time providers

34:47

don't really want a system that's really

34:48

convoluted that they have to learn and

34:50

integrate their other existing systems

34:51

with this allows you to maintain the way

34:54

that your practice is normally run and

34:56

just allows you to have a reliable

34:58

connection to your patient so that they

35:00

can continue to see you while they're at

35:02

home you can also of course send out

35:04

those personalized messages to them and

35:06

you can upload different documents and

35:08

materials that you want them to have at

35:09

all times

35:11

enrollment is another reason that people

35:13

love us is extremely simple all I do is

35:16

I can import all of my patients and

35:18

staff here with an excel file click send

35:20

to invite email and that's it they all

35:22

get an email telling them what team it

35:25

is that they've been enrolled how to log

35:26

in and how to use the system although

35:28

most people don't end up using those

35:30

instructions because it's so intuitive

35:32

that if you've ever used an app you just

35:34

open it up and it's pretty clear to see

35:36

what you need to do so as far as the

35:39

demos that's it

35:42

we'd love to take the time to dive in

35:44

deeper into any features that I may have

35:47

gone a little too quickly for over or

35:49

that you're particularly interested in

35:51

or answer any questions that you might

35:53

have

36:02

you

36:11

this adheres I've got a real quick

36:14

question

36:15

can you just basically give a typical

36:18

example how this might work in you know

36:22

just a basic hotel so you have a hundred

36:23

room hotel and 40 staff in there what if

36:29

we were produced providing this to our

36:32

what kind of services could they

36:34

normally what would be a basic thing

36:36

what would you normally want to tell

36:37

them that would be great for them I mean

36:39

obviously there's a few different things

36:40

that we do for the hotels the most

36:42

common use cases in the hotels I'm doubt

36:44

whether you're referring to staff or to

36:46

guests if you're talking about staff the

36:49

most common use of it is the panic

36:52

button feature and that actually is

36:55

mandated by a lot of states now and more

36:57

increasing you know the reason why our

37:00

system is so great there is a fall it is

37:04

very hard to trigger for a false alarm

37:08

in our system other systems and the

37:11

sites forgetting a few dozen false

37:13

alarms per month and on top of that

37:16

because they didn't know where it was

37:18

from like ours it tells you what room

37:20

it's coming from

37:21

so not only you're getting false alarms

37:23

which our system doesn't throw but then

37:25

you don't know what a Grumman's coming

37:26

from so you're through a hundred

37:29

different hotel rooms trying to find who

37:31

it is who's been assaulted and more

37:33

often than not I'm thinking but no one

37:35

was assaulted so you're just knocking

37:36

down doors so that's a common use case

37:40

for us another common use case is giving

37:42

it as an ad a accessible button two

37:44

guests are coming in to the hotels that

37:47

have events conferences they generally

37:51

put a QR code or a short code that you

37:53

can text message to enroll via via the

37:56

phone number you don't even have to have

37:57

app and that way the hotel can mass

38:00

notification to them hey if parkings

38:02

impacted the event is going long to stop

38:04

whatever so those are probably the three

38:06

most common use cases of it the other

38:09

one that's pretty heavily used in

38:11

hospitality sites is medical so

38:14

depending on where the hotel is what's

38:15

going on if there's drug overdoses that

38:16

narcan button gets used pretty heavily

38:18

alternatively it used to coordinate

38:20

responses so those are the most common

38:23

at day to day uses matter

38:25

and non-medical off the platform in a

38:28

hotel setting backing off that with

38:31

medical something that I've heard from

38:33

several of our clients is that they do

38:35

have guests fall quite often whether

38:38

they're fainting or they tripped over

38:39

something and what one specific hotel

38:43

that I'm thinking of resort actually was

38:46

saying that most of the time they're too

38:48

embarrassed to want to get an ambulance

38:51

and I guess it's the hotel's protocol

38:54

that that's what they do they call an

38:55

ambulance if you fall and they think

38:56

you're injured and so most guests just

38:58

get up and walk away with this what

39:00

you're able to do is you're able to time

39:02

stamp when it happened what you what

39:05

actions you tried to take so if in the

39:08

event that later in the evening

39:10

something worse happens to that patient

39:12

maybe it wasn't just you know I just

39:14

fainted and it was no big deal because I

39:15

was hungry but something more serious

39:17

was going on then you have that

39:20

documentation of the actions that you at

39:23

least attempted to take and if you have

39:24

T med something else that's really great

39:26

is you can actually have the medical

39:28

provider tell you what to do they can

39:31

give you their opinion and say oh you

39:33

know what yeah they just need to I don't

39:35

know rest or eat something whereas they

39:39

could also say no you know what this

39:41

looks like it's a serious thing we need

39:42

to call an ambulance or they need

39:44

someone needs to drive them to the

39:45

hospital then the liability is also

39:47

lifted off of the hotel staff and then

39:50

put on the medical provider which is a

39:52

really big selling point as well and I

39:54

can see we have one question in a chat

39:55

from Yvonne about the t med web portal

39:58

live translation can I just dive in for

40:01

a second with an example you were giving

40:02

by the way just one more thing is in

40:04

speaking with medical we also have a lot

40:06

of hotels and a lot of enterprise that

40:08

uses the system as a requirement for any

40:11

work comp injury

40:12

so now you've automatically created a

40:15

time-stamped geo-located incident

40:18

reports with location pictures video

40:22

messaging and everything so you can help

40:24

fight fraudulent work comp claims so

40:26

that's another heavy use of it in that

40:27

hospitality sector now while we're

40:29

saying work comp it could also be used

40:31

of course if a guest slips or Falls or

40:33

something like that a to the point

40:35

serene sense again care but also to

40:37

demonstrate the love of the injury

40:39

or lack thereof that actually happened

40:41

so that there's not a fraudulent claim

40:42

later on

40:43

so with that Trina sorry and let's send

40:45

it back to you oh yeah no problem I

40:47

didn't really break between those

40:48

sentences of live translations yes our

40:51

team ed system also includes live

40:54

translations as well as the emergency

40:56

system and that's actually a really cool

40:59

thing because no other telemedicine

41:01

platform has real-time translation the

41:04

closest thing to it would be having to

41:06

schedule a translator to join the call

41:08

with you which you can do with ours as

41:10

well however with a lot of the sites

41:12

especially things like urgent cares or

41:15

you know or just providers that don't

41:17

necessarily where the patient doesn't

41:19

really want to pay for a translator

41:20

they're able to log in right away see

41:23

the doctor and translate in real-time

41:25

what the issues are as well as videoing

41:27

in to see what the injury is whether

41:30

it's pink eye or swollen ankle or

41:32

whatever the case may be

41:49

what other questions

41:51

might be out there and in terms of while

41:57

we wait for questions in terms of

41:59

selling the system it really is it's not

42:02

that difficult

42:03

I mean two-thirds of our customers have

42:05

actually switched to us from competing

42:07

system when they've completely failed or

42:09

just haven't worked quite as promised

42:10

and in today's world these aren't things

42:13

that are you know oh maybe that would be

42:16

nice to have at some point mass

42:18

communication is a must for for any

42:20

business you have to have a way to be

42:22

able to warn people if something's going

42:24

on

42:25

disasters are inevitable unfortunately

42:27

whether they're natural disasters or

42:29

man-made and so being able to quickly

42:32

warn people of what's going on can save

42:34

lives can save damage to property it's

42:36

just it's it's it's a must and so our

42:39

system is the most reliable no other

42:42

system out there has the mesh networking

42:44

so that's I mean if you comprehend that

42:46

that's being able to work when nothing

42:49

else works it's pretty incredible we've

42:51

taken military-grade technology and put

42:54

it into everybody's pocket that has a

42:56

smartphone so this will work on this net

43:01

using and this will work on an apple

43:02

it'll work on a you know I don't know

43:06

other very brands out there looks like

43:07

that right it'll work on we it'll work

43:10

on any Apple or Android device with an

43:13

asterisk like 99.999% I mean you might

43:16

find one that it doesn't work on but

43:18

every Apple iPhone that out is out there

43:20

works with Android there's literally

43:22

tens of thousands of different models so

43:24

but it works across all the Samsung the

43:25

LG's like but anything that's common it

43:27

works on yeah right

43:29

and I'm seeing a couple questions here

43:32

in one of them if somebody has an

43:36

account under a different parent company

43:37

a company under the parent company yeah

43:40

they would be able to see all of them

43:41

under their one login so you don't have

43:44

to log out to see all the your different

43:46

sites and get the notifications from

43:48

them and request health from all of them

43:50

you'll see exactly where they're coming

43:52

from under one unified app so it's very

43:54

easy you never have to log out something

43:56

else that's pretty cool that

43:57

specifically staff employees really like

43:59

is it takes like no battery usage if you

44:03

look at the battery

44:04

and we run demos all day long in my in

44:07

your Settings app it takes less than 1%

44:10

which is pretty incredible considering

44:12

all these other kind of silly apps take

44:15

up a lot of a lot of usage Instagram

44:16

probably takes up the most of my usage

44:18

actual email does so and then I'm seeing

44:21

another question

44:22

during a panic response err Internet are

44:24

you able to take a photo and upload yes

44:26

absolutely not only can you take a photo

44:28

and upload it into your just general

44:31

documents and materials but you can mass

44:32

broadcast it out to whatever roles you

44:34

want so and speaking a photo something

44:37

that's actually pretty common is missing

44:40

child so whether it's an event or hotel

44:43

or you know whatever business where you

44:45

might have guests if a child goes

44:47

missing typically what will happen is

44:49

the parent will let the security know

44:51

hey I can't find my kid I turned around

44:53

it was gone and what they'll do is

44:55

security will take a photo of a photo of

44:58

the child on their parents phone and

45:00

blast that out to all employees and

45:02

security members and it's able to allow

45:05

them to basically have eyes and ears

45:07

everywhere and so we've heard from

45:09

hotels and also schools with

45:11

specifically special ed students they're

45:14

able to find them in a fraction of the

45:16

time that it would take had they not had

45:18

the ability to to mass broadcast the

45:20

photo and as you can tell from the

45:25

examples there's just an infinite ways

45:27

that this can be used any kind of issue

45:29

that you can think of this will be able

45:32

to speed up the time in which you get it

45:34

resolved in Surrey and I'm seeing a

45:36

couple more questions I'm going to dive

45:37

it answer those real fast I see Dave is

45:40

asking has this been used on large

45:42

construction projects yes it's actually

45:44

used up the LA stadium construction

45:45

project and so that obviously is a

45:48

massive massive construction project and

45:50

they've been using that there for quite

45:53

some time and then we'll be using it

45:54

moving forward once the stadium opens

45:57

and we'll in there they've used it for

46:01

many things from dehydration alerts to

46:02

medical etc without getting into too

46:04

many of the specifics and then I see Tim

46:08

it has a steve question will this app

46:11

help with social distancing in place

46:13

yeah you can definitely use it for that

46:16

because what you can

46:17

you can send out so there's two

46:20

different ways you this first you could

46:22

actually have different maps and like

46:24

seating charts and things like that or

46:25

cubicles or whatever it is and

46:27

designated hey you have to be sitting

46:28

every other one or things like that as

46:30

well as sending out mass notifications

46:32

and I send out mass notifications you

46:34

can direct and instruct them how to

46:35

operate you can also a polling feature

46:38

to find out how many people are coming

46:39

in on an eight-day or just ask any

46:42

custom question and have people provide

46:44

their responses and it aggregates all

46:45

those answers and so that way you're

46:48

able to see you know what the responses

46:50

are how many people are coming in what

46:51

they're doing so so that's another piece

46:54

of that as well too

46:55

I'm also you seeing another question

46:56

about concerns with zoom and how and

47:00

tighten so let me dive into that zoom as

47:03

you guys may know has a whole set of

47:06

issues just to highlight some of them

47:08

which you may or may not know about they

47:10

are under federal state and FBI

47:13

investigations they sold data to

47:16

Facebook they ran servers to China where

47:18

all the data was accessed that had

47:20

employees accessing the data they stated

47:22

they were end-to-end encrypted but we're

47:24

actually not encrypted the list goes on

47:27

and on and on we do not have any of

47:29

those issues for a few different reasons

47:30

first of all we are privacy by design

47:33

and stood by being privacy designed we

47:36

don't share cell data anything like that

47:38

because it's not part of our business

47:39

model

47:39

second we're independently audited I

47:42

wanted same entities as I mentioned it

47:44

also audits the FBI and CIA for data

47:46

security

47:46

so we're above and beyond the level of

47:49

security that other platforms have and

47:52

lastly well I guess it was like that's

47:56

kind of come to the point so those are

47:57

the answers I would give to that

48:06

that's great thank you very much Rick

48:10

for answering the questions we

48:13

appreciate all the time you guys have

48:15

devoted to this and look forward to

48:18

hopefully have a nice strong partnership

48:20

with Zurich to let everybody out there

48:21

know I have been named as one of the

48:23

champions for this and if you have

48:26

additional issues you feel free to send

48:27

me an email I've got information on

48:29

Titan I can send you plus it can also

48:32

contact Titan direct if you got the

48:34

questions or issues I'm sure they'd be

48:36

more than happy to work with you in any

48:38

way they can

48:39

absolutely well great well thanks again

48:43

thanks to everybody for the questions

48:46

and for tuning in and everybody be very

48:49

safe out there maintain your distance

48:50

and hopefully we'll all be back at work

48:52

here on May 1st keep our fingers crossed

48:54

absolutely thank you all take care have

48:56

a great day have a great day everyone

48:58

bye-bye
