hey everyone meet Kevin here I need help
in fact I need a whole lot of help
here's the reality
we've got Kevin who's trying to operate
a company called stock hack which we'll
be launching in ETF we've got a company
called House hack which is doing some
amazing work in the real estate space
we're fundraising pretty incredibly for
that this is going to revolutionize the
hospitality industry especially for that
upper middle class executive
then we've got the meet Kevin brand for
making YouTube videos research stock
analysis you name it and then we've got
uh probably two or three other verticals
over here
that uh that we're still working on
launching which are going to be some
pretty incredible opportunities the
reality is I need help so I am looking
for many uh potentially anywhere between
five
to 10 for now apprentices
now the beautiful thing about this
apprenticeship
so you're going to learn a lot
the goal is to have five to ten
apprentices for a year and from these
folks not only are we going to teach
them everything that we know from Real
Estate to finance to construction to
fundraising you name it but we're going
to be looking for the best from this
group to hire from within and
potentially after a year offer over six
figure salaries and stock comp and even
other potentials
what are you expected to learn probably
one of the most important things in any
kind of internship
so we would expect that anybody who
would be able to come work for me for a
year would learn a lot first we would
expect you would learn a lot about real
estate you're going to learn a lot about
finance and a financial analysis whether
it's stocks or research or maybe even
becoming a series 65 or licensed
Securities researcher or even a CFA
while you are here heck maybe you even
become a real estate agent while you're
here and we pay for your licensing maybe
you learn about construction you learn
about property management these are very
important things to the future of
especially house hack and the great
thing is since I'm going to be employing
these apprentices these individual
companies of well well at the house hack
at least and stockhack won't be paying
for these apprentices I just want to
make it clear for people who are like
investors of house act my search is me
paying for the apprentices or meet
Kevin's paying for the apprentices right
but these are things you would learn
anyway in the future you might end up
Landing a position at one of the other
companies either the ones that are not
announced yet or these companies so
we'll see
real estate Finance construction
property management
videography editing right and and we
expect really for people to be able to
become cross-trained in all of these
things we're not looking for anybody
with experience we're really just
looking for somebody who's willing to
work hard and is willing to learn so if
you're able or interested in learning
about customer service or you're
interested in learning about funds or
fundraising or hedge funds or
institutional Investments whatever it
might be whatever we get into virtual
virtual
Venture Capital whatever it might be
heck maybe you're even into coding or
you're into Tech right remember no
experience necessary for this but these
are these are things that we would
expect somebody could learn while
they're here and then prove that they
can become an integral part of the
various different companies and
Endeavors that we have now some of the
benefits that we could offer for these
apprentices uh and interns essentially
is is what this is this is an internship
right this first uh year is not
something that's designed to make you a
lot of money it's designed to teach you
at the same time it seem if you're
willing to fit in and work with us so
we'd have some expectations and there
would be some benefits so uh certainly
an expectation that we would have is
that you're here so you must be local
you must be present so I would say
pretty much as a guarantee if you send
us an inquiry and you ask if you can
work remotely we're just going to delete
your inquiry it sorry it's just not
going to work you've got to be local
because you've got to be willing to
travel with us and now we'll of course
pay for your travel but if we're going
to learn real estate construction and
we're going to learn Finance we're going
to travel to events throughout the
country we need you to come with us and
we've got to be local so we're all going
to work together and travel together and
of course we would have the expectation
that you're a hard worker what does it
mean to be a hard worker specifically it
means you show up early you stay late
you go above and beyond the Call of Duty
and you don't necessarily need to have
experience to do that you just have to
be somebody who's ambitious and willing
of course it's helpful uh very helpful
probably some of these things are almost
necessary but you've got to have some
kind of literacy uh with computers right
so I would say uh comp lit English
proficiency would be quite useful and
and if you could type fast that'd be
great too but you know but by the time
you apply and get here you could always
take some typing schools online and
really improve that kind of proficiency
it's amazing how uh how how
um under uh under taught this is in
schools today is something that I
remember learning in middle school and
I'm surprised how few schools today
actually teach that but anyway uh these
would be our expectations right now you
don't actually have to have any kind of
license right so no license no
experience I don't care what your
religion is your gender is your work
experience just don't be a criminal and
uh you know you'll have to obviously uh
submit to some form of a background
check which you know this is just sort
of generic application kind of stuff uh
okay so we've got this out of the way
now what could you expect to get from us
uh and then what what should you do how
can you apply well let me first say how
can you apply you can apply by going to
metcaven.com jobs and you'll see a
MailChimp form that we'd like you to
fill out completely make sure you
include an unlisted YouTube video link I
mean if you want to make it public you
can it doesn't matter to us but if it's
unlisted nobody else can see it unless
they have the link so just paste that
YouTube link in there if you've never
done that before you just go to
youtube.com and use a Gmail or Google
account and upload a video you'll list
it as unlisted put your name in the
title and you you know John Smith
apprenticeship meet Kevin apprenticeship
application and take that link paste it
into the MailChimp if you don't send us
a link it's a sign that not really
paying attention to instructions and
that doesn't do well you ask us to work
remote it's also a sign that you didn't
listen to this video or read the
instructions and that's just not going
to work we're not making exceptions on
that sorry
so uh that MailChimp link I think will
be relatively self-explanatory your
information what you should put in that
video that 60 second video of course
would be a little bit about yourself and
we'd like you to answer a very simple
question
and that question is where do you see
yourself in five years that's it so ask
yourself that and and think about that
but when you go to uh met Kevin I know
there's a missing e in there okay I hear

where
do I
see myself and you want to answer this
in the video
in five years okay that's the question
you have to ask
and answer
in the video that you said
so what
are the benefits like why why would you
want to work uh as an apprentice uh for
Kevin because if you suck you're gonna
get fired and you'll get replaced by a
different Apprentice
and this isn't designed to make you a
lot of money this is designed to be an
internship for you to learn grow and
prove that you can be an integral part
of no matter what comes in the future
so what kind of benefits are we
expecting uh well here are some of them
so in terms of Benny's we'll call them
you will get a desk you will get a chair
and you do not get to keep this okay
this stays in the office so if you get
fired I'm keeping my desk in my chair uh
you'll get an iPad Pro
you'll get uh noise canceling Mac the
Mac Pro headphones or whatever the air
pro had like the over-the-ear ones right
uh noise Mac Pro headphones you'll also
get a uh probably a MacBook Air I really
like the MacBook airs uh with the M2
processors I think they're phenomenal
they do so much right so you're going to
get a desk a chair iPad Pro you get the
stylus and keyboard obviously as well
the cool thing is you can extend the
desktop screen to the MacBook to this so
it's kind of like you have two screens
you get the headphones uh you'll have
Office Space
office space uh we'll be in the office
obviously together then you're going to
get uh an in-house Chef so we will have
an in-house Chef so that way your costs
are actually reduced because we'll have
somebody here uh providing meals which
is kind of cool in addition to that you
will get a free health care
you'll get access to our gym
you'll get access to our Whirlpool spa
you know this is just sort of for uh
employee purposes for us to use together
uh or you alone or whatever you don't
have to go to the spa with me if you
don't want to don't matter uh you'll
also get free corporate travel we kind
of mentioned that in the other one but
uh travel is going to be kind of
important and so obviously we will pay
those costs so really you're going to
have very low expenses you'll have to
find a place yourself so uh you know
it's possible that you end up rooming
with you know maybe uh some of the
apprentices or whatever get together and
rent a house and everybody kind of rents
rooms to kind of keep the costs down or
whatever uh but uh that'll probably be
on
everybody else to sort of figure out
together when they come here we expect
again somewhere between five to ten uh
and and we don't know how many permanent
positions that could turn into in the
future it could turn into three it could
turn into eight uh it's all going to
come down to how well everybody does
together and how well we grow these
businesses together right because when
the number one thing to remember when
you're an employee is if you make the
company money the company can make you
money right it goes both ways like you
you show up every day for work you're
like I want to make this company money
and you do you become more valuable and
critical to that organization so you
make more money if you're not getting
paid for my at your company then
obviously you're not valued right then
that's that's a different problem uh
that would be uh definitely a problem
that you would want to discuss and it
looks like I just recently lost my mic
so hopefully
I didn't lose that mic for too long
so uh free healthcare gym Spa Corp
travel uh you know any kind of obviously
uh events would be another thing that we
do kind of went to a different color
pencil there a pen uh then we would also
uh probably pay uh this would be a Min
wage kind of job so uh it'd be paid but
it'd be nominal you know I mean we're
talking 15 bucks an hour don't don't
come here for the money uh you know it
it's you're going to be living off rice
and beans and a place to live but you're
basically getting a paid for free
education and the opportunity uh
hopefully of a lifetime
so uh in the future again the potential
for permanent position potential equity
and incentives 401K profit sharing
whatever we will have uh expect to have
an in-house Chef so that way we have
food here drinks here Spa gym Health
Care uh licensing right free licensing I
think that's actually a pretty big thing
because it really gives you
um
the potential to to see how you're going
to fit in in the future now now what
would you really be doing on a daily
basis well it could be a lot of things
and we expect that everybody will be
relatively cross-trained on almost
everything so this could be as simple as
uh Hey Kevin somebody in Discord has
this question and I think uh you should
answer it here film this 60 second video
and then uh you know they cut that up
and post it on Tick Tock or Discord or
wherever they want to post it that's
just an example or hey we're all going
on a road trip together and we're
looking at these five houses to figure
out which one we think is a wedge deal
and how does our AI wedge finder fit
into what we see in person hey how does
our ability to expand in offering
software to our course members a look
and what expansion opportunities are
there there hey we all got to go to
Seattle or a Salt Lake and look at some
real estate and and build a Hospitality
business in this area and build an
outpost for house hack and start making
connections with with contractors and
vendors and working with electricians
and plumbers and learning about
construction hey you know today this
week we're all doing finance and we're
working on the Bloomberg terminal
together and we're working on the
Reuters terminal or everybody's working
on that individually researching
themselves and then we come together and
do a group meeting and decide okay what
kind of content do we have cool great
what content is being provided hey that
needs some more work here are some
questions for you or wow this is great
let's take this I'll take this I'll take
it back to the studio and make some
content out of it or maybe Hey Kevin you
know we should really add a course
lecture on this some course members are
asking for it here's potentially an
outline of some things that you can hit
great we film it edit boom goes really
ultimately we want everybody to be
cross-trained in everything from simple
video editing simple filming techniques
learning about real estate and
construction learning about Finance
actually understanding how to do real
fundamental analysis Certified Financial
Analyst kind of a level uh Concepts
writing research reports learning about
construction property management
customer service learning about funds
probably honestly not going to teach
coding here because we don't do that but
I mean if you had some coding background
that could be useful for for some things
but but that that's unclear again we're
not looking for anyone in particular
we're just looking for somebody who's
who's willing to work that's the most
important thing so if that's you and
you're willing to move
to Ventura
California you might not work here
forever because a you could get fired or
B you might end up taking a post at one
of these companies in a different state
you could end up in Texas or Salt Lake
or Seattle or whatever I imagine that
would come up for discussion you know in
a year from now or you might be stuck in
Ventura I don't know but for now that's
what it is and the goal here is to be
very very transparent we're looking for
hard workers and we're not here to try
to make you rich the first year we're
trying to educate people for the first
year and if you are a very good hard
worker and you're capable of learning
and expanding your mindset and and
contributing to the growth of the
companies then you'll probably be
offered a permanent position but that's
not guaranteed maybe maybe not it's all
going to depend so anyway if that sounds
