Never Do THIS In A Relationship

I'm a psychologist and he's a common

mistake to look out for in relationships

be aware that when you think you're

being kind to your partner you're not

actually just appeasing them you're not

betraying your own needs or your dignity

or your own values just to avoid

conflict or difficult

conversations doing that too much will

eat away at your relationship because

every small appeasement sets a precedent

for what will simply be expected from

you in the future so it will only get

harder and harder to assert yourself and

a relationship that only prioritizes the

other person will eventually fill you

with resentment
