i quit

hey everyone meet kevin here this is

tough

so here's the scope since february 2020

i've been focused on providing a lot of

news to you that's because news has been

something that's

rapidly evolved on an hour-to-hour basis

in this country and

really around the world i mean think

about last year and how insane it was

from

circuit breakers in the stock market to

china and then italy getting coveted and

then coming over here and

and then us thinking about massive

lockdowns and

martial law and the insanity of

stimulus that came afterwards and are we

going to get support what's going to

happen with the real estate in the stock

market and then the election and

oh my gosh we have been through

so much uncertainty and

madness over the last 16 months

and i've been reporting on it every step

of the way

with over a thousand videos

but things today are

a little different things today are much

calmer

we don't really hear from our president

or maybe we do but

nobody really pays attention because

things are pretty calm right now

it's not a political slam it's just

things are a lot more chill right now

things are reopening things are kind of

going back to normal

the markets are much more stable you

know

cool the s p fluctuates like a quarter

of a percent a day

and uh ultimately the biggest fear we

have now is

is there going to be inflation or not

but this is a

longer term issue we're not going to

know until towards the end of this year

september and october and beyond and so

the level of

uncertainty right now across the board

is relatively

low i think a lot of us are doing very

quite well at least or

certainly better than things were last

year now that's not to say there

isn't news with the latest momentum

stock to catch up on but

right now we don't have this

need for hour hour news updates and all

of the

maddening changes that are going on and

over the last

year for me work has been non-stop i had

one day off in the last 16 months to go

play

airsoft one day well actually paintball

airsoft is what i want to apply but

anyway painful one day

and while i've worked an average of 13

hours a day

the pattern of providing quick news just

isn't necessary

quick news has really led to reactionary

and less in-depth reporting fewer

detailed videos

and more quick videos and this is

kind of the opposite of how i really

work

because honestly the news on a

day-to-day basis is relatively boring

and

i like to go deep on what's actually

happening what are

what are the deep new ways to understand

how to

build wealth and to work in real estate

or to renovate and make money and invest

in real estate or to invest

in stocks and which company is

fundamentally going to outperform

the next one and so that to me

is much more important than day to day

my new news updates which have also made

it more difficult to spend time with

family to exercise and focus on

the real detailed research i think we're

all looking for

and so i need to acknowledge that just

doing the same thing every day

when the underlying environment that

we're in has changed

is stupid i've gotta change with it

so with that i quit i'm quitting

i'm done i'm making a big change

first i'm ending all live streams

for at least one month this means

no market open no market close no news

live streams

and even yes even a break from the

course member live streams

instead i'm going to focus my time on

researching

high quality deep detailed information

and i'll package this to present it in

the best way possible in an

edited and consolidated video that

provides you the most value

per minute when you're watching this

means i'll likely be posting one to

three times per day not

four to seven times per day now in

return to

course members for the next month i'm

also going to be focusing

on making a lot of new detailed lectures

in all of my programs that means adding

new well thought out content

which i've always promised comes with

all of the programs

is lifetime access to all future content

that i make

like new content in the real estate

investing course the sales course the

youtube course the property management

and renovations course
