legal papers now the good news is this

is not a lawsuit against me

this is a subpoena against me which

means i have to provide documentation

this particular lawsuit actually has to

do with the ceo of g-tech holdings right

here podcast episode 22 that i conducted

and i will be compelled to provide which

i actually have already provided but i

guess i'll have to provide it under oath

my twitter conversation with the ceo and

email conversation with the ceo

in which i never got paid i've never

been paid by the company

don't hold stock in the company have had

no involvement in this company even when

i

filmed the video you can see this we'll

hop in here

there were some people who were

wondering i made a comment i think the

top comment here four months ago

and you can see it's not edited either

four months ago ps just for clarity

i do not and have not owned stock in

this company that was

shortly after the interview but anyway

it's worth noting that i've never been

paid for an interview

and i will never be paid for an

interview because i don't want to

interview people just because they pay

me

i do it because i'm interested in

learning about a certain industry in

this case that was learning about

cannabis

now i did get paid a youtube ad revenue

for the interview but stay

tuned for the end of the video when i

show you how much i made

for the interview in terms of youtube

advertising revenue

and how much this is actually probably

going to cost me now

this is what it's like to get sued uh

well it's not really sued because i'm

not really named the lawsuit but i have

to compel evidence

so i get subpoenaed from a canadian

court it's just a pain in the butt

because you stop to get your attorneys

involved and stuff like that

people run from this i totally get it

it's uh it's just a matter of time

and and then it's honestly it's worse

for the courts anyway the courts hate

seeing that kind of stuff

i can't answer that yeah yes

ad revenue airing that interview that

got 127

000 views uh the view count here is a

little glitched it's 127

000 views but anyway it made 1447

my deductible for my insurance policy is

around 5 000

which means i am going to be upside down

3 500

on this particular interview solely

because

somebody wants to compel me to provide

evidence that no i did not get paid

which is no problem with me

i don't care in fact i already provided

the evidence but now they want me to

provide it under oath anyway so it's

like

okay whatever thanks for wasting my
