EE-02 (Simply Cornhole Self Scoring Cornhole System), Innovation Day 2021
FULL TRANSCRIPT
hi my name is allison stewart and i am
part of group two of the ee 491 capstone
project course
have you guys ever tried to play
cornhole if you have you might have
noticed that the scoring is a little bit
wonky
you do have to subtract each player's
score from each other in order to
calculate the final score
for each round for each player this can
be very confusing for new players as
well as young players
so we decided this was a perfect
opportunity to create a solution called
the simply cornhole self-scoring
cornhole system
we'll be using an arduino uno which is a
very cheap and easy to use micro
controller
we will also be using a simultaneous
rfid reader that has the capability to
read
all the rfid tags in each of the
cornhole bags
at the same time and assign scores
accordingly we will then
display the score using an app that we
have designed using the mit
app inventor we really look forward to
showing this invention to the world
thank you for your time and thank you
for listening to our presentation
