whenever you try to change your life i
want you to expect two things number one
the people around you your friends your
family your partner they're actually not
gonna like it and they're not gonna be
supportive and there's a reason why this
happens and the reason why it happens is
because as you start to change your
habits you're no longer eating red meat
you're no longer eating gluten you're no
longer drinking yourself into the ground
every single weekend but you're working
on your goals you're no longer sleeping
until 11 you're getting up and you're
going to the gym you are creating a gap
between where you used to be and where
you are now and guess what that gap it
is inspiring to you it is confronting to
your friends and family because the gap
between where you used to be and where
you are now it's highlighting the fact
that your friends and your family
they're kind of stuck they got stuff
they want to work on and it's a lot
easier for them to criticize you or drag
you down than it is for them to look in
the mirror and do the work too so i want
you to expect no support and i want you
to simply ignore it when they criticize
you because that criticism that's about
them that's not about you
