showing you how to properly assess the

head and neck of the patient but before

we start guys let me show you what are

the equipments that we'll be needing for

today's video so without other further

the procedure that I'll be doing to you

I'll be assessing your head and neck and

for me to be able to assess that uh I'll

be able to touch the certain parts of

your body specifically in the head and

neck part so is it okay with you ma'am

completely confidential with me and the

sending physician that I'll be referring

you to so ma'am um do you have any

on the head or neck that do not heal or

curtain to provide privacy for the

patient and I'm done doing the hand

I just check from the back

box okay ma'am I observed that um your

he is symmetrical it is round it is

erect it is in the midline and you are

normos falic which means uh your head is

appropriate and your body um I don't see

any lesions scars masses that is present

in your head also um there are no

parasites present like lices and I

haven't observed any Alo facia so um

next one m'am I'll be checking your

facial Symmetry and your facial movement

symmetry so okay I'll just observe okay

so next one maam I'll be checking your

cranial nerve number seven which is the

facial nerve so um please um do the

things that I'll tell you to do so can

you please raise your eyebrows
