0:00

look like this because I heard that

0:01

kamla Harris might want to run for

0:03

governor of California we have a lot to

0:05

cover in this video hey so apparently

0:07

Democrats like Governor Gavin Nome are

0:09

freaking out about Donald Trump's

0:12

Victory calling an emergency session

0:14

we'll touch on that in Trump's response

0:16

in just a moment but also I want to dive

0:18

into the campaign spending comparison

0:20

between Donald Trump and KLA Harris some

0:23

people on social media are claiming that

0:25

Harris is $20 million in debt after

0:28

raising a billion dollars in losing all

0:30

of the Swing States uh let's analyze

0:32

some of these claims and just get right

0:34

to the truth uh first it is true that

0:37

Gavin Newsome has called a special

0:39

session in Sacramento for December 2nd

0:43

to quote unquote Safeguard civil

0:46

liberties Environmental Protections and

0:48

Reproductive Rights in anticipation of

0:50

col policy conflicts with Donald Trump

0:53

uh now this is first of all a little odd

0:55

to me because like if you really want to

0:58

call a special session you just do it

1:00

now like why do you why wait until

1:02

December 2nd like just call the session

1:04

and then hey here's how we plan to deal

1:07

with it but Democrats in California

1:08

aren't really big on actually giving you

1:10

plans they just say they're going to do

1:12

things and then it doesn't really get

1:14

done now I feel like I've earned the

1:16

right to say that after running for

1:17

governor in California and trying to

1:19

take down Nome myself with an actual

1:21

detailed plan uh and actually winning in

1:24

San Francisco which was crazy I mean

1:26

that place needs the most help against

1:27

Larry Elder uh and then of course um uh

1:30

putting out a full detailed plan which I

1:31

thought was very very useful I mean how

1:33

how controversial is it to have

1:36

Financial education in schools how

1:38

controversial is it that nobody should

1:40

sleep on our streets I I feel like I was

1:42

running on on pretty controver or

1:44

uncontroversial things uh things that

1:46

would have been good for California but

1:47

oh well we got stuck with more Nome uh

1:50

anyway Nome one of the reasons he's

1:52

talking about this idea of clashing with

1:54

Trump on let's say Environmental

1:56

Protections uh is is is heavily due to

1:58

California having basically here are the

2:01

EPA guidelines okay and let's actually

2:04

put them like right here for oil and

2:07

natural gas and utilities uh and then

2:10

like here's California they make it

2:12

really hard to actually grow uh in

2:16

regulated spaces uh and so that actually

2:19

increases the cost of doing things like

2:21

building homes or natural gas

2:23

infrastructure oil infrastructure EXT

2:26

astronomically and that increases the

2:27

cost of living in California which

2:29

basically increases the welfare state

2:31

that you have in California gavan usum

2:34

and I think their cronies they they stay

2:36

in power because they have all the

2:39

friends in the right places like when I

2:41

went to court uh of fighting during the

2:43

campaign I was advised by lawyers who

2:47

deal with Sacramento judges all the time

2:49

that the whole point of being a

2:51

Sacramento judge is not to be a

2:52

Sacramento judge it is that the governor

2:55

of California often goes on to become

2:56

president and then the president can

2:58

appoint you to a federal seat so the

3:02

Sacramento judges always take care of

3:03

the California governor H maybe that's

3:06

what they call the Deep State uh anyway

3:08

uh you know and this idea about calling

3:10

an emergency session for in anticipation

3:13

of policy conflicts with Trump regarding

3:14

Reproductive Rights I think Trump has

3:16

made it pretty dang clear that he's

3:18

leaving rights to the states in fact

3:21

Florida just rejected abortion uh

3:24

protections uh for women in Florida

3:26

Beyond uh you know for abortions Beyond

3:28

6 weeks which actually came as a

3:30

surprise because even Arizona passed

3:33

abortion protections uh but uh you know

3:36

I want to show you Donald Trump's

3:38

response to Nome after that I want to

3:41

show you kamla Harris's campaign

3:43

spending we actually have the real

3:45

document here uh including what you

3:47

won't believe a well maybe you would

3:49

believe it $1 million to Oprah

3:52

Winfrey and potentially

3:56

$100,000 now this one is a little hard

3:58

to corroborate because it's just not

4:00

like clearly itemized on there but

4:02

potentially as much as

4:06

$100,000 for kamla Harris to have a

4:09

custom set on the call me or call her

4:13

daddy podcast yeah uh this

4:18

$100,000 for a one-time used throwaway

4:22

set

4:24

what could have bought a cyber truck

4:27

come on man come on support Elon oh wait

4:31

that's the other side ah whatever uh

4:33

anyway uh so just continuing on this uh

4:37

California is basically threatening to

4:38

challenge Trump legally uh you have the

4:41

governor of Washington even saying look

4:42

we sued uh Trump 97 times and we only

4:46

lost two cases while in office they said

4:49

that uh then the Wall Street Journal

4:51

actually broke this down and they were

4:52

arguing that the first Biden

4:54

administration had 60 lawsuits by

4:56

Republican attorneys with 60% wins the

4:59

first Trump administration had 160

5:01

lawsuits against it and Democrats won

5:03

83% of those now a little different than

5:06

that reference from that uh Washington

5:08

governor who was basically implying a

5:09

win rate in the 80 or you know 97% range

5:13

uh but uh whatever Gavin Nome says he

5:15

wants to be the heart of resistance in

5:18

Donald Trump's first term and actually

5:20

you know what's what's really

5:21

fascinating about that is if you look at

5:25

how California has changed it's actually

5:27

starting to lean more to the right

5:29

talking to my dad about this with dinner

5:31

the other night and you know one of the

5:32

things that he was saying is he's like

5:34

I'm I wouldn't be surprised if

5:35

California becomes Republican at some

5:37

point in the future they have 53

5:39

electoral votes they would be the

5:41

biggest swing state I mean they make up

5:43

as many electoral votes as like five of

5:46

the normal swing States like w Wisconsin

5:48

Georgia Michigan uh you know

5:51

Pennsylvania whatever uh actually

5:53

California I think is 54 electoral votes

5:55

and the next five combined are 53 that's

5:58

more of the accur Through Math but

6:00

anyway look at this shift to the right

6:01

over here it's pretty incredible this

6:03

was 2020 over here you know during co uh

6:06

where everybody basically was was afraid

6:08

to vote for a republican because they

6:11

were going to kill you was the pitch

6:13

back then I had to deal with it in 21

6:15

too uh they're like they they labeled

6:17

Larry Elder as to the right of trump and

6:19

he's going to kill your children it's

6:21

when like the Delta variant was going

6:22

around and everybody was getting sick

6:23

with Delta and masking was back it was

6:25

it was just a disaster uh anyway Donald

6:28

Trump responded to this Governor Gavin

6:30

nuum is trying to kill our nation's

6:31

beautiful California for the first time

6:33

ever more people are leaving than coming

6:35

in uh it got clarify this a little bit

6:39

yes a more people have left California

6:41

during the covid years but what you're

6:43

finding is you're getting sort of a

6:44

concentration of poverty uh more lower

6:48

income folks are leaving the state and

6:50

more higher income folks are coming in

6:53

potentially du to uh du to business or

6:56

job opportunities uh and we can cor

6:58

corroborate and dispute these things in

7:00

in really different videos but uh

7:03

there's a lot more Nuance to be broken

7:05

down here but look I get it people hate

7:06

on California I still think there's hope

7:09

in the state but trust me the California

7:10

state politics are very very broken uh

7:12

and and we need a lot of change out here

7:14

okay we need help uh good people are

7:16

still here okay it's just the

7:17

politicians in the system is

7:19

rigged don't even get me started on how

7:21

the media exposed the Newsome

7:24

Administration when I was running for

7:25

governor but whatever uh he is using the

7:27

Trump uh the term Trump proof Trump

7:29

proof California as a way of stopping

7:31

all of the great things that be can be

7:33

done can be done to make California

7:35

great again but I just overwhelmingly

7:37

won the election people are being forced

7:40

to leave due to his and others insane

7:42

policy decisions people are leaving

7:44

because of Newsome's decisions this is

7:45

true like the ridiculous rerouting of

7:47

millions of gallons of water a day from

7:49

the north into the Pacific Ocean rather

7:51

than using it free of charge for towns

7:54

cities Farms dotted all along California

7:56

they're making it impossible to build a

7:59

reasonable priced car the unchecked uh

8:02

and unbalanced homeless catastrophe the

8:04

cost of everything it's true the cost of

8:06

everything is UN is high in California

8:08

Homeless control situation is out of

8:10

control also as an agent for the United

8:12

States of America on voting in elections

8:13

I will be demanding voter ID and proof

8:15

of citizenship that are necessary

8:17

components of the voting process oh well

8:19

that might almost uh certainly uh you

8:23

know um how should you put it uh turn

8:25

California to the right by the way that

8:28

argument from Trump on the diversion

8:30

comes from this this is a New York Times

8:31

piece which obviously leans left in a

8:33

drought California is a watching water

8:35

wash out to sea heavy storms have

8:37

flooded parts of California but the

8:38

state has been unable to capture

8:40

billions of gallons of water that are

8:41

flowing unchecked into the ocean La is

8:43

embarking on an ambitious new program to

8:45

change that La built what is widely

8:48

considered one of the most sophisticated

8:49

Urban flood control systems in the world

8:51

designed to hold Waters back from

8:53

massive Pacific storms like the ones

8:54

that have recently Stam slammed the

8:56

state after a series of downpours over

8:58

the week uh dumped up to 9 Ines of rain

9:01

from the mountains some 8.4 billion

9:04

gallons of water were impounded behind

9:06

14 large dams easing floods and building

9:08

up valuable stores of water but in a

9:11

state that is weathering a crippling

9:13

multi-year drought this was in 23 uh

9:15

much larger streams of water estimated

9:17

at tens of billions of dollars have been

9:19

rushing in recent days straight into the

9:20

Pacific Ocean a devastating conundrum

9:23

for a state whose future depends on any

9:25

drop of water it can get the era of

9:28

great dam building has passed long ago

9:30

blah blah blah blah basically the

9:32

argument Donald Trump is picking up on

9:34

is there yes there is a natural flow of

9:36

water from the mountains you know

9:38

California has mountains right on the

9:39

edge like you you literally within like

9:41

a 10-minute drive you go from mountains

9:43

sometimes with snow on them to houses to

9:48

Beach and so when it rains yes they you

9:51

know water flows off the mountain goes

9:53

through Banas and out to the ocean this

9:55

this is actually pretty normal but

9:56

anyway let's get to kamla Harris's

9:58

campaigns bending so in addition to this

10:01

call her daddy thing I wanted to point

10:03

out a few things over here so first of

10:05

all uh she had

10:07

$997 million in total dispersements

10:10

authorized this is about a billion

10:13

dollar uh to various different

10:15

committees and otherwise uh the Wall

10:18

Street Journal has a little and this is

10:20

straight from the uh uh the FEC the

10:23

Federal Election Commission uh this is a

10:25

little different because than what the

10:28

Wall Street Journal is outlining here

10:31

and I think that's because they have

10:34

supposedly per the Wall Street Journal

10:36

some money left over uh that uh the

10:39

Harris Administration raised a billion

10:41

dollars and they still have $2200

10:43

million somewhere in coffers this is a

10:45

little challenging to determine exactly

10:48

because then you have the New York Post

10:50

that is claiming based on rumors that

10:52

they heard uh that uh there are up to

10:55

$20 million of debt that have not been

10:59

paid yet the New York Post is actually

11:01

just referencing this tweet uh from

11:05

Christopher over at political the

11:07

California bureau chief and he just

11:09

references a rumor here that Cela

11:11

Harris's campaign ended with at least 20

11:14

million in debt per two sources familiar

11:17

uh and Harris raised over 1 billion and

11:19

has about 118 million in the bank as of

11:21

October 16th which you know it's

11:24

probable that that 118 was spent right

11:25

before so it's possible uh so it's I'm

11:29

going to call this one unclear as to

11:31

whether they still have money left over

11:33

or not but I do think it's really

11:36

interesting to go through some of the

11:38

specific campaign spending for Harris

11:40

maybe we'll do this for Trump separately

11:41

as well uh some of the things that I

11:43

wanted to highlight over here is you see

11:45

Gusto right here $34 million in payroll

11:48

for a campaign that was like what 3

11:49

months long that seems like a lot I mean

11:53

in a 3-month period I mean just

11:55

annualize that payroll for a moment If I

11:57

multiply 34.4 * 4 it's about $137

12:01

million in payroll so if I divide that

12:05

by let's say an

12:07

$8,000 uh salary so

12:10

$137 million 137 divided by uh let's see

12:15

here how am I going to do this the

12:16

numbers are too big $

12:18

137

12:21

million there we go divided by an

12:24

$80,000 salary just to get it annualized

12:26

here right uh there we go that'd be

12:28

about

12:30

1,700 staff it's pretty remarkable I

12:33

mean I guess maybe it just it seems like

12:35

a lot 17 million just to facilitate

12:38

donations it's like a 1.7% fee I guess

12:42

uh Advanced Aviation so $7 million in

12:44

private jet fees uh you've got National

12:47

Urban League you're going to see this a

12:49

lot this is a civil rights organization

12:51

most of these civil rights organizations

12:53

are contributions to uh you know

12:56

nonprofits or institutions or groups

12:59

that basically are trying to elevate

13:02

impoverished areas which are more likely

13:04

to be black uh and this is

13:08

understandable I mean KLA Harris is half

13:09

black and but you're going to see a lot

13:12

of these sort of contributions and

13:13

donations here's a million dollars to

13:17

Oprah Winfrey's production group I

13:19

thought that was really interesting Omni

13:21

Chicago she did a rally there like on

13:23

August 20th you even see August 20th on

13:26

the date here and apparently just travel

13:27

and lodging was $520,000 a half a

13:30

million for lodging at the Omni now I

13:34

know they didn't an event there but they

13:35

didn't cite it as event expense that's

13:37

in other things that's just travel and

13:39

lodging that's crazy uh anyway National

13:43

Action Network here's another

13:45

$500,000 to uh as a donation to another

13:48

Civil Rights group uh vote to live

13:51

action fund $275,000 Institute of uh

13:54

Church administration that is for

13:57

specifically black churches

13:59

uh oh stop coming up adobe you suck I

14:01

hate Adobe Detroit Unity fund that's

14:03

another one that focuses mostly on a

14:06

black I don't understand this Amtrak

14:09

$180,000 like how do you spend that much

14:11

money on trains in three months whatever

14:14

Shutterstock just for photo licenses

14:16

dude how do you spend $192,000 on Photo

14:19

licenses like it's just not that

14:21

expensive to have a Shutterstock account

14:23

black economic Alliance another 150k

14:25

black church 150k contributions

14:28

donations Casa in action this is for

14:30

Latino 120 SOS vonis I think that's

14:34

another Civil Rights group a Latino

14:36

group uh right there you've got National

14:39

Bar Association voto Latino carious

14:42

democracy project 100K 100K 100K you're

14:45

kind of just like sort of throwing money

14:47

at various different funds living United

14:49

for change in Arizona these are just

14:51

things that I noticed that I thought

14:53

were worth highlighting and if you look

14:55

at the Wall Street journals analysis

14:57

they break it down like this K Harris

14:59

spending $

14:59

7435 million at least maybe even a

15:02

little bit more at this point uh and

15:04

still losing Donald Trump spending about

15:06

426 million and as a result of this now

15:08

you've got Donald Trump posting on Truth

15:11

social that uh he will pay kamla

15:14

Harris's back $20 million as a form of

15:16

unity I think that's really just another

15:18

troll which is act just honestly it's

15:21

hilarious so funny for Donald Trump KL

15:25

Harris probably does have the cash you

15:27

know left in the bank somewhere the

15:29

question is where is the rest of that

15:30

money going to go and some people are

15:32

actually speculating that she might run

15:33

for governor in

15:35

California

15:36

please no no no more no more Pelosi Nome

15:41

Democrats in California please please

15:42

please I'm sorry I'm trying to sound

15:44

neutral but I ran for governor in

15:45

California and we need some serious

15:47

change in California all right that's

15:49

just my take uh as far as media buys I

15:51

did think it was interesting too Donald

15:53

Trump did not spend as much money on

15:55

media VI maybe that's because uh Elon

15:57

musk's pack spent a lot of money I don't

15:59

think this funding right here includes

16:01

the spending by like um Elon Musk so he

16:04

spent like 120 million bucks but he got

16:06

paid back you know tens of billions of

16:10

dollars uh in uh in Tesla stock

16:13

appreciation so congratulations anyway

16:15

if you found this useful consider

16:16

subscribing and folks we'll see you in

16:17

the next one thanks so much goodbye good

16:18

luck do not advertise these things that

16:20

you told us here I feel like nobody else

16:21

knows about this we we'll try a little

16:23

advertising and see how go

16:24

congratulations man you have done so

16:26

much people love you people look up to

16:28
