to be honest. I am making fried egg

cupcakes cuz I love eggs. Hoping to egg

s Amelia's topping her cupcakes with

apricot yolks sat on Swiss mering

buttercream egg whites. I'm I'm

struggling to find the flavor in this.

Oh, what? What? So, you don't like

vanilla? No, it's fine. But you got

vanilla with Swiss buttercream. Yeah, it

is quite um plain, right? All right.

Yeah, there's not really a flavor cuz

vanilla is very bland and then you've

got the Swiss mering buttercream on the

top which is bland. I quite like bland.

already made jam, hasn't he? Yeah. If

I think it's um informal. Great. That's

what I was going for. It's not my

favorite spice level. I think you needed

more ginger and less of the mixed spice.

so overall probably just needs a little

bit more polishing. Yeah. Even though

not everything went to plan, I've still

had the best time.
