OneDrive Google Drive

Hello. Now I'm going to go over your one

drive. So you're going to have two

different one drives, but usually when

people talk about one drive, they're

talking about the Google drive. So where

to be able to access a lot of your one

drives on Google. You're going to go to

shared drives

and then you're going to be able to

access the aiology

and DHH audio team. And so the aiology,

this is where a lot of your

documentations are going to be. So, the

database, which is really huge, student

files, which is where we keep a lot of

student information, and then you have

the whole other files that are for all

these different things. But I'm going to

go over them a little later. I just want

to make sure that you know where the one

drive is and what it is and how, you

know, each one drive will have different

information and different things that

you need to put in. But this is the

aiology one and this is the main one

that you're typically going to be on

because you're going to need to save a

lot of student reports. You're going to

have to um put in purchases. So then we

have record of that. And then over here

we're going to go back to shared drive

and then we're going to go down to the

DHH.

This one is only for DHH. So just know

that because even though it's also with

the aiology,

when it's only aiology stuff, keep it in

the audiology one drive. If it's DHH

stuff, keep it in the DHH drive. And if

you're ever unsure about where things

are, I made this little document,

and this will pretty much take you to

any and all the things that you need.

So, just use this as a good help.

And then to go over your cloud, you're

going to click on this little file

and you're going to see it right over

here. This is your iCloud. And so, this

is important because you're going to

need to access scans. So, with a lot of

your scans, these are going to be things

like medical documents or even just

material that DHH wants or needs or

um things to be able to send to them.

So, you need to know where to access

this. So, this would be within your one

drive. And another thing that you need

to know is that when you go to the

printer, you will see an option for one

drive and Google drive. Personally,

I like One Drive. So, One Drive is going

to go into here. So, it's going to go

into this scan folder. And as you can

see with scan job one, that is where I

was able to scan and it saved onto my

computer.

The other place that you can scan it and

save it is in your Google Drive. Choose

whatever you like. Um, I just personally

like it this way because it helps and

I'm able to save some of my stuff into

the downloads. But I just thought I'd

make sure that you knew where each

little thing is.
