**WTF** New REPORT: Secret Service had "1 Hour of Training" | Trump Butler Shooting

he had it called tech support what man

the Secret Service failures were bad

according to a senate committee report

from the homeland security and

governmental Affairs highlights oh boy

the oopsy dupsies at the Secret Service

were worse than thought apparently there

was a secret service agent that was in

charge of drone equipment that only had

about one hour of training ended up

calling a tollfree tech support line to

try to get help with his drone after his

requests to get more help from Secret

Service agents who actually knew what

they were doing with drone equipment

were apparently declined there were also

apparently multiple Central

Communications centers which is

mind-blowing because usually a central

Communication Center means there's one

central Communication Center but

apparently there were two and they

didn't talk to each other the Secret

Service we already know this was also

aware of the suspicious person 27

minutes before the shooting and we know

that the Secret Service Advance Team

knew that the very rooftop the shooter

used was a specific threat now what's

also really remarkable which this is the

first time I'm hearing about this but

apparently the Secret Service was in a

position where whoa we knew there was a

threat against this event and this was

one of the rare times they actually

actually provided a counter sniper team

so at most of the events before the

butler shooting Trump would go to the

event without a counter sniper team so

the counter sniper team the presence of

them was considered unique due to a

credible threat and you typically don't

get this before you're officially

nominated or there's some additional

Threat Level this is crazy because

imagine had the counter sniper team not

been there nobody would have had a shot

on this guy people could see the shooter

from the sides but we saw law

enforcement running around going what

where and the One Cop who got up on the

building fell off the building as soon

as the guy with a rifle turned around

and pointed at him which I mean I don't

really blame CU if you're halfway

pulling yourself up building and

somebody's pointing an AR at you you're

like oh I'm going to go back down yeah

it's like it kind of reminds me of that

clown show uh where the cop sees the

bank robbers uh in uh in those clown uh

costumes uh or or nuns or whatever

what's that scene uh the bank robbery

scene yeah yeah yeah yeah this this is

it the town this is a good one reminds

me of this you know they're getting out

of the car with their rifles and the

cops

like you know what um on second thought

uh I'm just going to pretend I don't see

uh you

that was a great movie but anyway like

I'm laughing but it's also like so

horrible and so ridiculous that the

Secret Service should basically be

creating their own movie not called the

town but it should be called the

clown yeah and and I don't blame the

individual agents blame the fact that

they asked the advanced teams asked for

more resources better trained people

with drones and no it was all denied

apparently the reports find that there

were also miscommunications on radio

channels and frequencies and there was a

massive Gap in between the coordination

between the law enforcement officers and

Secret Service agents see I was under

the impression that if I had an event

like this I would have everybody on the

same freaking Channel and the same

radios so basically if everybody at an

event whether your secret service DHS uh

you know I don't care the local sheriff

office or whatever uh everybody should

be on one radio system and then

everybody should tune in to the one

channel that everybody is on if your job

is that event why do you need to listen

to you know an accident that happened 5

miles away let your main Patrol handle

that on a different Channel or a

different radio system it's not that

hard you pretty much plug your little

earpiece into any radio everybody should

be on the same freaking radio so that if

one guy goes shootter spotted get Trump

off they can actually take him down

what's even worse is

apparently the counter sniper saw

officers running guns

drawn and this was deemed to be

suspicious but not enough of a threat

level

yet to encourage that Secret Service

Officer to tell the team to get Trump

off the stage

this is not good this is a pretty ugly

report now the report also suggests that

this was not specifically a money

problem even though the Secret Service

is now asking for uh a full $3 billion

budget and an increase in funding it

looks like uh you've got uh multiple

Senators sort of divided on whether or

not more money would actually make a

difference now Congress is mandating or

calling for the mandating of recording

of all secret service Transmissions at

protective events they didn't apparently

record transmissions in the last one

which is pretty easy to do on digital

radios the new acting director accepted

responsibility for the lapses Rand Paul

Senator Rand Paul says this was a human

error not a resource problem Senator

Blumenthal says more money is

needed uh you know there were also the

questions over why did Jill Biden had

substantially more coverage than Trump

and you know there's been some argument

over well he's not the president presid

yes but he was a former president and he

is the Republican choice for president

it's just shocking apparently there was

also a Secret Service agents radio who

is legitimately just not working which

is also really sad because it's like

what was it like a Hezbollah radio or

something like that like it's not that

hard to make a radio freaking work oh

man uh anyway there's a new independent

investigation going into the golf course

shooting as well uh you've got uh uh you

know this this poor planning really by

secret service we already know that's a

pretty uh clear issue uh Trump also

apparently had requested ballistic glass

and uh a counter assault liaison uh at

the rally but uh apparently uh was uh

was was denied quite a few upgrades here

uh no reason cited is the argument and

uh again even though the sniper was

credited with uh taking the kill shot

apparently they did see cops running

guns drawn and that was not enough to

suggest that maybe just maybe in a

precautionary manner we should take

Trump off the stage just shocking to me

apparently the shooter flew his drone

for 11 minutes that day but again the

Secret Service couldn't detect it

because they couldn't get their

equipment working they thought the local

police department was on that building

that was identified as a threat and

thought it was covered but never checked

that the police department was actually

covering it and when the police were

asked they said no the Secret Service

was covering it honestly it's just a

complete disaster Blumenthal made this

really great reference I thought where

he refers to this almost like an Abbott

and Castello skit if you haven't seen

that before it's pretty funny here's um

the Abbott and Castello sort of

positioning uh the person it's like a

baseball game and the person on first

base if you haven't watched it yet go

watch it on YouTube but uh the person on

first base his name is who second base

is what third base is I don't know left

field is why and then you kind of keep

going with these confusing names just a

quick example of it and it's a great

analogy to just the disaster that was

going on over there who's on first

what's on second I don't know who's on

third that's what I want to find out I

want you to tell me the names of the

fellas on the St Louis team I'm telling

you who's on first what's on second I

don't know's on third you know the

fellow's names yes well then who's

playing first yes I mean the fellow's

name on first base who the fellow

playing first base for St Louis who the

guy on first base who is on first what

are you asking me for I'm not asking

you

it's I I it's it's just ridiculous but

it's a good example of just how it's

also kind of insulting but it's it's

rightfully placed here it's like how

stupid who's got the building yeah

that's what I'm wondering now who's got

the building I don't

know it's oh gosh anyway uh this is sad

this is a sad briefing uh that reveals

some new information specifically that

now you have a secret service operator

uh a who needed to call Tex support cuz

he had 1our training and B you have uh

the sniper team alleging that they did

see police running with guns and

apparently that wasn't dangerous enough

to want to pull Trump off insane why not

advertise these things that you told us

here I feel like nobody else knows about

this we'll we'll try a little
