YIKES: The Actual Georgia Call that *JUST* Got Trump Indicted.

won the election so you know it's it's

very simple we won the election and the

only people that like you are people

that will never vote for you you know

and the truth the real truth is I won by

400 000 votes at least and everyone's

going to look very good if the truth

gotta talk about the Trump indictment in

Georgia because this one hits a home I

covered this election related phone call

over and over again two years ago you

is play some highlights I've watched

this back I'm gonna play some highlights

here to give you some framing as to what

this Georgia indictment is really about

we know that Trump is now on his fourth

criminal indictment New York why are

fraud being number one Florida documents

and marlargo we've got the Jan 6 for

Washington we've got the Georgia find

votes phone call which we actually

covered here just three days before j6

right but it's been really coming up on

two years here to bring these cases

before the public and now I think

everybody agrees the public would like

to know all right you know what are the

facts and circumstances around all of

these various different indictments on

one hand people folks or folks now

believe that uh our judicial system is

rigged against Donald Trump emboldening

their support for Donald Trump uh other

folks are disillusioned with Trump uh

even as they had previously supported

him uh and then others just absolutely

hate Trump's got so you've got a whole

Spectrum here but what I want to do is

keep this as non-biased as possible here

and try to focus on some of the actual

things that Trump said so I'm going to

go to some timestamps here and we're

going to play them and I want you to

listen to the way that Donald Trump is

working to convince since the officials

and the governor's staff and whatever

else in Georgia

to reiterate that not only does Trump

believe he won the election which

remember courts have decided it is legal

for Trump to speak a lie thanks to free

speech but it is illegal for him to try

to twist somebody's arm into acting on

that lie like let's say overturning

election results because Donald Trump

believes that he won and therefore you

should too and what we want to listen to

is what Trump specifically says and how

he tries to convince his opponents in

this case Georgia

to change the election results like no

rises to a criminal level

Donald Trump referring to the finding of

11 700 votes now this is it's probably

one of the more damning pieces right

here this is generally not what you want

to say so we just need to find eleven

thousand eight hundred votes let's

listen I just want to find

uh 11 780

votes which is one more that we have

because we won the state and flipping

the state

is a great Testament to our country

because

you know there's there's just it's a

testament that they can admit to a

mistake or whatever you want to call it

if it was a mistake I don't know

so this is important here they basically

first of all there are two things to

know here number one he's specifically

using this number because even though he

argues that there are hundreds of

thousands of fraudulent ballots he

specifically uses 11 780 roughly 11 800

because that's really what he needs to

win Georgia and this would be critical

in him actually winning the presidency

and holding on to power

so he basically argues that even though

there are hundreds of thousands of

fraudulent ballots in his opinion we

just need you to find eleven thousand

eight hundred

so his opinion is we just need you to

find eleven thousand eight hundred but

now he's inducing Georgia to say look

go look for eleven thousand eight

hundred and if you have to call it a

mistake or you have to put somebody's

head out and blame it on somebody then

you need to do what you need to do but

basically flip these votes

because that's what I'm asking you to do

Okay let's listen in a little bit more

on this uh at uh 57.03 we get some

entertainment as well so we're gonna

jump on over there uh and again you can

watch the full recording of this but uh

these are some of the the highlights

here so 57 other here we go that's not

accurate Mr President

huh what is accurate

the the numbers that we are showing are

accurate

about about early in the morning Ryan

when the woman took the you know when

the whole gang took the stuff out of the

from under the table right

do you know that though do you know who

those ballots you know who they were

made out to do you know who they were

voting for

now context here what Trump is talking

about are the ballots that were taken

out in the suitcases and that was a way

of storing them in the middle of the

night it does look a little weird that

ballots are coming out of suitcases but

there have been over 50 lawsuits that

have already been dismissed over their

election fraud claims and these things

have been litigated and reviewed by

judges and juries throughout the country

that have proven to be false now there

are still people who believe that juries

and the Judicial Systems are rigged and

and maybe that may be the case maybe not

I'm not going to make a conclusion on

this is really up to you to conclude but

at this point I mean you're even getting

like Newsmax and oan admitting that the

election was not stolen Ryan so now we

know this two years later but at this

time it really does seem like Donald

Trump believes that he won

and so he makes these arguments about

pulling out basically every stop he can

to say well what about these ballots

that are showing up here what about

so-and-so when they bleep out they're

bleeping out names what about you know

so and so Stacy Abrams or whomever right

they're they're rolling up with Vans of

ballots look we have video of ballots

showing up late at night with uh you

know coming out of the back of hands

which actually is normal if you go drop

off the ballots by the election deadline

time in States like California for

example you can drop them off by seven

eight or nine PM depending on your

jurisdiction then a van goes around and

collects them all kind of like a post

office truck and then they go count them

a lot of these things have already been

disproven but what you want to hear

listen to is what matters for Trump and

that's his demeanor in trying to

convince this turnaround listen to this

line here why do you keep fighting this

Donald Trump says ready for this listen

this one but I'm just curious

why wouldn't why why do you keep

fighting this thing it's just doesn't

make sense we're way over the

17779 right we're way over that number

and

just if you took just

where over that number by five five or

six times when you multiply it out times

three

uh and every single ballot went to

Biden

and

and you didn't know that but now anyway

so these allegations go on that these

every single ballot went abide and so on

these These are allegations Trump is

making things that ultimately ended up

being disproven and in courts and trials

and that but again you're listening to

Trump's demeanor here it's very clear

it's like come on come on man like what

about this what about this it's pulling

from every angle possible to argue like

no no ultimately I win in fact in the

next 30 seconds here you're gonna hear

him say specifically this like I won so

just change the results already and this

is again what this whole Rico violation

is about and a RICO potential claim here

is not great for Trump because the

burden of proof in Rico

let's just put it this way you just have

to prove uh that there is a as a jury or

a judge you just have to prove that

there is a pattern of racketeering

activity

or a pattern of you trying to induce

others to commit crimes like uh Sydney

Powell coming into a call and saying hey

you know look we're just we're just

looking for 11 000 votes man come on man

just looking for a little less

or you put together Donald Trump's

pattern here come on man I won we all

know that

this is all going to contribute to this

RICO case against Donald Trump

it's listening right here hey Brad why

wouldn't you want to check out

and why wouldn't you want to say hey if

if in fact

president Trump is right about that then

he wins the state of Georgia just that

one incident alone without going through

hundreds of thousands of drop ballots

you just say you stick by you I mean

I've been watching you first you know

you don't care about anything your

numbers are right

but your numbers aren't right they're

really wrong and they're really wrong

Brad and and I know those phone call is

going nowhere other than

other than ultimately you know look

ultimately I win okay because Mr

secretary you guys are so wrong and

you've treated this you've treated the

population of Georgia so badly you

between you and your governor who

wouldn't who was down at 21 he was down

21 points

and like a schmuck I endorsed them and

got he got elected but uh I will tell

you he's a disaster and he'll never I

can't imagine the people are so angry in

Georgia I can't imagine he's ever

getting elected again I'll tell you that

much right now but but why wouldn't you

want to find the right answer Brad

instead of keep saying that the numbers

are right

because those numbers are so wrong you

can see that pressure Trump is creating

I came in and I endorsed you when you

were lagging and this is how you repay

me you owe me to make sure you flip

these votes because everybody knows I

won

well now if it's possible to argue that

that was an opinion that was wrong but

you were twisting the arm of government

officials to do what you wanted because

you're trying to manipulate them into

doing what you want because you endorse

them or otherwise

then this creates a potential danger for

Trump that

the Georgia indictment might be the most

sweeping and dangerous for Trump yet

of wire fraud in New York

not the strongest case a little weak

with the check fraud and the payment to

women it's not the strongest okay I

think everybody on all sides agree

agrees with that one you know the the

documents

yeah look you know there are really

stringent rules for document secrecy in

America that thousands to hundreds of

thousands of Americans have to adhere to

on a daily basis

maybe there could be some stretch for

over the presidential office where you

know okay maybe papers are circulating a

little more than they should then again

you know Trump's own audio of him

bragging about I probably shouldn't have

this and showing it off

as sort of a memorabilia item probably

no good idea right

okay this right here is going to be

something where clips of Donald Trump

are going to be played

and then this legal standard will be put

in front of a jury

or a judge and this is where this

becomes very difficult because of course

Republicans uh who love Trump are going

to defend him no matter what Republicans

who become disillusioned with Trump are

going to be a little bit more Curious

and then of course those who hate Trump

she's going to continue hate Trump But

ultimately

a jury will probably have to

adjudicate whether there is a quote

pattern of racketeering activity or a

pattern of potentially organizing those

around you

to induce others to commit crimes like

sending in Giuliani or Meadows or Sydney

Powell

and the question here is

do comments like this from Donald Trump

contribute to potentially racketeering

and this is uh this I would say is

probably going to be one of the weakest

phone calls of uh the indictments

against Donald Trump so I believe this

phone call Will almost certainly be the

core of any case against Donald Trump

and that's why I actually find some of

these these clips so impactful now this

is the last part that I want to show but

I want you to remember what we've set up

so far right Donald Trump argues Hey

look

we just need 11 000 votes do the right

thing man I endorsed you help me out and

now listen to this where Donald Trump

says it's simple we won after all so let

the truth comes out hey if it's a

mistake it's okay man mistakes happen

but you know what ultimately you gotta

flip this election because you know you

got you got election coming up here in a

few days and you guys uh you guys might

lose if uh if you don't take care of me

listen in to this right here

just want the truth it's simple

and uh

and everyone's gonna look very good if

the truth comes out it's okay it takes a

little while but let the truth come out

and the truth the real truth is I won by

400 000 votes at least

that's the real truth but we don't need

400 000 votes we need

less than 2 000 votes so what do you
