0:00

hey it's me Tevin in this video I'm

0:02

going to talk about 2023 everything that

0:05

I have planned for 2023 and how I want

0:07

to make 2023 and even more awesome year

0:12

than 2021 was yeah I skipped over 2022

0:16

because 2022 wasn't great in the market

0:19

and there was some other little bit of

0:22

you know scars that happened in the

0:24

meantime so we're gonna work on making

0:27

2023 awesome and this video is going to

0:29

be all about how let's go hit New York

0:31

we'll talk about it

0:34

foreign

0:36

make sure you turn the lights off okay

0:38

energy crisis

0:45

oh it's a bear Market you want to be in

0:48

the video it's not bad you watch your

0:50

wife watches tell me I started watching

0:52

New York when I was in Berlin I moved to

0:54

Spain I thought I invest in crypto oh my

0:57

gosh

0:58

oh my God he'll be back it'll be back

1:02

ready to come back

1:04

one of the biggest things I've noticed

1:07

studying other entrepreneurs other

1:09

creators people who have come and gone

1:11

is that most people don't get canceled

1:14

they actually

1:15

self-cancel think about that for a

1:17

moment that sounds really weird what do

1:18

you mean self-cancel just cancel culture

1:21

is you make a mistake and then you'll

1:22

get canceled and then you stop posting

1:24

because you stop getting attention but

1:26

the reality is most people cancel

1:30

themselves whether they're on social

1:31

media or not in other words they make a

1:34

mistake they become pessimistic they

1:37

lose hope they lose enthusiasm they you

1:40

they lose what made them them the energy

1:42

the excitement the optimism and when you

1:45

lose what makes you you of course you're

1:48

gonna fail and I believe I strongly

1:51

believe this that no matter who you are

1:53

watching this video If you believe

1:56

that you can make 2023 a better year

1:59

than 2022 behind us

2:01

you're gonna make it happen now how can

2:03

you practically take that into your own

2:05

life I believe it all comes down to a

2:08

risk risk versus stability and security

2:10

most of the time we think that's it this

2:13

is all I'm destined for

2:15

13 years ago I would have never in my

2:19

life thought that I would have had my

2:21

baby on this building never in my life

2:23

would I have thought that would have

2:25

been possible but it was only possible

2:27

through taking risk and I think in 2023

2:30

my plan needs to be to keep going I

2:33

don't want to just Coast I don't just

2:35

want to make videos and play it safe

2:38

make sure everyone perfectly likes me

2:41

you know I'd like for 80 percent of

2:42

people to like me and like my content

2:44

right I don't have to appeal to all the

2:45

extremes but if I can provide value to

2:48

80 of people while taking risks that I

2:51

can actually expand my business then I

2:55

want to be that symbol of Hope for you

2:57

that if you take risks even if you mess

3:00

up think about all the times I've messed

3:02

up you can also still succeed and that's

3:05

really really exciting tomorrow by the

3:07

way I'll be in the New York Stock

3:08

Exchange again for the opening bell

3:10

which is really exciting I've got an

3:11

interview inside and I've got my nice C

3:14

jacket ready to go

3:19

thank you

3:23

now in the next part we're going to talk

3:24

schedule and productivity one of the

3:26

biggest things about productivity I've

3:28

noticed is when you wake up in the

3:30

morning it's weird that if you stay in

3:33

sort of your gym clothes you know your

3:35

junky kind of clothes uh your casual

3:37

sleeve clothes

3:38

productivity goes in the toilet so I'm

3:41

actually gonna go back to Old School

3:43

cabinets old school Kevin had a

3:45

reputation for always being in a suit

3:47

now I've tried getting away from that

3:50

because people have this impression oh

3:51

you're just a suit but I realize the

3:54

people who say that don't know what the

3:56

hell they're talking about ask them if

3:58

putting on nobody

4:01

club gets me more productive in

4:03

the day

4:05

can be lost like when you wake up at

4:06

seven or not seven I wake up at four I'm

4:09

thinking seven eastern time because I've

4:10

been waiting up at seven here which is

4:11

four over there anyway I wake up at four

4:13

California time and I get to be more

4:15

productive worth it so that's change

4:17

number one going back to Kevin sleeping

4:21

in a super basically now what are some

4:23

practical reasons for that well there

4:25

are a few number one it's almost

4:26

impossible to just roll back into bed

4:28

after you do your morning meeting right

4:30

so you're awake for sure thanks you're

4:33

not just some dude anymore you're not

4:35

only dressing for every circumstance but

4:37

people can take you obviously and in

4:39

every circumstance

4:42

now one of the best dress tips I have

4:44

and it's what I'm going to be

4:46

implementing for 2023 white shirt jeans

4:50

it's versatile jeans you can get great

4:52

ones for 49 to 69 bucks you don't have

4:55

to worry if they get stained because

4:56

your seven-year-old son dropped Pizza on

4:58

your favorite hunter green pants

5:00

that may have just happened to me and I

5:02

can't get a replacement of them but I'm

5:04

working on ideas to get that oil out but

5:06

jeans look great very professional

5:09

and you can change the light kind of

5:13

contrast with any kind of jacket all day

5:15

long you want to dress it up wear a vest

5:18

wear a jacket want to dress it down wear

5:20

a little bit of a sports sweater but it

5:22

works with everything tire no time but

5:24

either way when you wear a jacket and a

5:26

white shirt that contrast just looks so

5:28

good gives you that confidence makes you

5:31

look professional in every setting and

5:33

love that productivity remember we don't

5:34

just want to be some guy on YouTube we

5:37

want to be some professional guy on

5:39

YouTube next what about productivity

5:41

probably one of the biggest sins of

5:43

being an entrepreneur is feeling like

5:45

you're wasting time you gotta do more

5:47

with last time how do you do that

5:50

you gotta know thyself now that sounds

5:52

weird but it's actually practical advice

5:54

I know that I do my best video filming

5:57

when I'm high on coffee okay that's all

6:00

I do it's just coffee coffee coffee

6:01

coffee coffee and it works the best when

6:04

I wake up at four and I film to about 10

6:06

11. I get sit in the sue you I can read

6:08

I could study I I could go through I can

6:10

fly through Ernie's calls I could fly

6:12

through earnings statements financial

6:14

statements but boy oh boy as soon as

6:16

that clock hits post lunchtime usually

6:19

it's actually right when I eat my lunch

6:20

which I'm starving if I skip my

6:22

breakfast I'm starving by the time is

6:23

lunch as soon as I ate that food within

6:26

30 minutes I'm like damn I need to take

6:28

a nap this sucks so what am I gonna do

6:31

with my schedule to hack that I know I

6:34

work really well in a studio doing

6:36

numbers you know boring kind of Finance

6:39

stuff making videos cranking out thin

6:42

CBI news in the morning what am I gonna

6:44

do with the next half of my day to make

6:46

sure I can juggle all of my businesses

6:49

and what are my business expansion plans

6:51

looking like including employees and

6:54

interns all of that next first we gotta

6:58

get to fit fast okay JK not on Fifth Ave

7:02

yet but let's talk my schedule and my

7:04

actual game plan for how am I to be able

7:07

to coordinate my life and be productive

7:09

running three incredible different

7:12

companies remember and I think you're

7:14

going to be able to learn some

7:15

productive things from this as well

7:16

remember my goal is always to provide

7:18

value and if you provide value you too

7:20

can succeed in America

7:22

I don't know why I use that accent but

7:24

anyway

7:25

Michael

7:26

is 4 AM to 10 maybe 11 ish with course

7:29

number live stream

7:31

office only filming that's it ideally

7:34

take a break around lunch I rarely take

7:36

breaks but take enough of a break for a

7:38

little bit of a headspace reset 45

7:40

minute run 15 minutes for food grab

7:44

another afternoon or drive the first

7:45

afternoon cup of coffee boom now what's

7:48

next okay this is the cool part so I

7:52

have always always been basically solo

7:57

man show and when I did Real Estate

7:59

everything was solo I didn't want an

8:00

office I didn't want anything I wanted

8:01

to do everything myself I realized that

8:03

in 2015 when I got really busy as a

8:05

broker it was really difficult to do

8:07

everything myself and the same is true

8:10

now I've pretty much done everything

8:12

myself when it comes to research

8:14

production I've tried other people to

8:17

help with researching in the past but

8:19

I've pretty much done 99 of the videos

8:21

that you've seen on this channel

8:22

completely by myself and what I realize

8:25

is I don't need an editor I don't need

8:28

somebody to hold the camera

8:29

what I do need is a team to help me get

8:33

the best possible information that I

8:36

don't have time to hunt for beyond the

8:39

information that I already looked for

8:41

and so the second half of the day is

8:44

going to be dedicated to looking at the

8:47

information that my team gets for all

8:50

three businesses content production

8:52

research research or our exchange traded

8:55

fund that I managed after all I'm a

8:57

licensed financial advisor right and

8:59

number three making sure that anything

9:02

that has to do with house hack gets done

9:06

in the afternoons so that way I'm really

9:08

going to segment my day first half of

9:10

the day dedicated to filming content

9:13

creation second half of the day team

9:16

what do we need to know about properties

9:18

what do we need to know about research

9:20

for the next day of filming so that way

9:21

I'm prepared to film and I can really

9:23

then travel in afternoons and on

9:25

weekends to our real estate portfolios

9:27

making sure that I'm personally the one

9:29

who's pulling the trigger on doing these

9:32

real estate deals for house hack anyone

9:35

like BlackRock or Invitation Homes can

9:37

send somebody out to go look at and

9:39

Scout a real estate deal but not

9:42

everyone is meet Kevin going around

9:45

looking for wedge deals themselves and

9:47

that's what I'm going to be doing with

9:48

house hack so I've surrounded myself

9:51

with three amazing interns who have

9:55

officially been chosen and they will be

9:58

starting January 5th next they'll be

10:01

joining someone who's already core to

10:04

three of my business an amazing worker

10:06

one of the hardest working people I've

10:08

ever seen I mean like I think he Rivals

10:11

my hard work and the amount of time that

10:13

I work anyway McKay they'll be joining

10:15

him in the office he'll be joining the

10:17

four amazing construction team

10:19

individuals that we have who are

10:21

actually with me at the podium ringing

10:23

the bell at the New York Stock Exchange

10:25

foreign

10:31

and then of course we have our uh our

10:34

team for CPA investor relations

10:36

marketing and design but they're less of

10:39

sort of a Hands-On with me on an

10:41

everyday basis they're there when I need

10:42

them right so this is going to be my

10:46

plan for 2023. now in the next part of

10:49

the video I want to talk about

10:50

specifically some of the things we plan

10:53

to do and what things and lessons you

10:55

might be able to take away from those as

10:57

well now before we talk about scaling

10:59

those three businesses and lessons that

11:01

you can learn that might help you scale

11:03

your business let's understand how I

11:06

practically expect to get around but

11:09

first I have to go patronize Hugo Boss

11:12

Columbus Circle that's because when one

11:15

of my sons was having a tantrum in their

11:16

story yesterday rather than kick us out

11:18

they gave him cheesy popcorn and that

11:22

kid ate the entire back maybe he was

11:25

having a tantrum because he was hungry

11:26

okay I don't know he's four years old

11:28

certainly didn't tell me but maybe a

11:30

clue was that he was chewing on his

11:32

hands the whole time all right learning

11:34

over here but now let's go patronize

11:37

them and then let's talk about things

11:39

you could learn from how I'm planning to

11:41

scale my businesses because folks

11:44

we want house hack to own one of those

11:45

in future

11:55

wow that's really nice all right now we

11:59

gotta talk Logistics what the heck is

12:02

going on logistically how am I going to

12:04

scale all of these different businesses

12:06

so here's exactly what we're going to do

12:08

first of all we've subcontracted a lot

12:11

of the

12:12

support services that we need for the

12:15

ETF so in other words I make decisions

12:18

in terms of allocations I handle

12:21

research right I handle research review

12:23

uh the analysis and all of that but the

12:26

extent of my additional effort on the

12:29

ETF is actually very very little which

12:31

is beautiful because the research that I

12:34

do or potentially our team does is

12:38

research that I use and share with

12:41

course members and on YouTube for free

12:43

and in the future we're going to be

12:45

updating our meet Kevin app which is

12:47

available in the Android and Apple App

12:49

Stores we'll be updating that to give

12:51

free pdf versions of our research which

12:56

is really cool because not everything

12:57

makes it into videos that way we'll sort

12:59

of have a Daily Dump of research on

13:01

there and we'll have a very very

13:03

transparent ETF which I'm very excited

13:05

about sharing all that information but

13:08

the the core here is that what I've

13:10

actually done and this is a lesson that

13:12

you can take away is I've created two

13:14

businesses out of essentially the same

13:16

work see if my job is researching stocks

13:21

and sharing insights into financial

13:24

instruments or real estate or whatever

13:26

specifically in this case stock

13:28

companies that research that applies to

13:32

the ETF is information that also allows

13:35

me to create content so that's where the

13:38

first half of the day is essentially

13:40

content generation and and research the

13:44

second half of the day is essentially

13:46

going to be all about house hacking

13:49

house hack real estate touring homes

13:52

weekends will probably be a little bit

13:54

more real estate heavy and then the goal

13:57

is evenings and the second half of most

14:01

of the weekend days family now I've got

14:04

to talk about the structure for that

14:05

because that is going to be a little bit

14:07

tricky

14:08

so how do you scale a house hack okay

14:11

look there's an easy and lazy way to do

14:14

it and then there's the real way to do

14:16

it I'm going to reveal the real way to

14:18

do it right after this really noisy

14:20

ambulance goes by God bless you I hope

14:23

okay wait we're gonna park there no okay

14:26

they're still gone I'm like they're not

14:28

going by they're just gonna stay if

14:29

you're wailing at me but anyway best

14:31

wishes to them you know that's another

14:33

thing that I think a lot of us watching

14:35

this take for granted is uh our actual

14:38

ability to do things right we're not

14:40

dead uh I I hope that the vast majority

14:43

of us are not impaired to the ability

14:45

where we can't and of course we try to

14:47

help those around us who can't right but

14:49

if we can it's almost like a waste not

14:52

to use it right anyway nothing like

14:54

going to Vlog in Central Park at night

14:57

in the rain so what do we need to talk

15:00

about well we need to talk about scaling

15:03

a real estate Empire when I say that I'm

15:06

sharing that Empire that's not mine

15:07

right I'm sharing that with our

15:09

househack investors so

15:11

the way you could do it is you visit

15:15

maybe 20 different cities and areas that

15:18

you want to invest in you pick your top

15:20

free three not saying that like a

15:22

four-year-old uh you pick your top three

15:24

and then uh when deals come up you have

15:29

local matterport scanning individuals or

15:31

Representatives that they can kind of

15:33

vet the properties for you and uh you

15:36

you're a little bit hands off

15:38

I don't like that that method would

15:41

generally call for maybe visiting each

15:43

area if you're picking three major areas

15:46

to invest in equally like let's just say

15:49

I'm gonna make these up uh let's say

15:51

it's uh Denver or I don't know San

15:54

Antonio and Salt Lake City just to say

15:56

right or or maybe Tampa or South Florida

15:59

whatever it is that doesn't matter

16:02

you pick those areas once you've picked

16:04

those areas maybe you go out and sort of

16:06

like check in on things every couple

16:07

months

16:08

I actually think that's a really bad way

16:10

to scale house hack and make sure we're

16:13

getting the best wedge deals and I have

16:16

that solution I'm going to talk about

16:18

that solution once I sit down because

16:20

walking is cold

16:24

that I personally

16:26

these properties is because I think any

16:28

company like in Invitation Homes or

16:29

whatever can send somebody who doesn't

16:32

really care that much at the end of the

16:34

day because it's not their company right

16:36

they're not the executive running it to

16:37

go buy and pick real estate or look at

16:40

matterport scans and do analysis I think

16:42

real estate is a people business and by

16:44

being the individual who myself

16:46

interacts as much as possible for as

16:49

long as possible with real estate agents

16:51

and contractors and locations with my

16:54

team then when it does get to the point

16:55

where we scale beyond my ability to see

16:58

every property which probably won't

16:59

happen for the first few hundred

17:00

properties right maybe once we get to

17:02

like 501 Properties Plus we've got a

17:05

model that we can really copy and paste

17:06

without me but without me there all the

17:09

time right but at least we build that

17:12

relationship and that reputation the

17:15

areas where we're buying with me first

17:17

once those areas go into autopilot I can

17:20

move into the expansion mode of okay

17:22

well now Kevin's gonna be boots on the

17:23

ground in the new areas we're expanding

17:25

to but do think that personal touching

17:28

real estate like the guy who's making

17:29

the decision is actually the guy showing

17:31

up and introducing themselves to

17:34

contractors meeting real estate agents

17:36

and learning from real estate agents I

17:37

think that goes a really long way there

17:41

are ways that you can very inexpensively

17:44

travel short distances by plane whether

17:47

that's turbo prop or whatever it is

17:49

inexpensively get to destinations that

17:52

are up to say maybe two hours away and

17:54

get back especially if you have multiple

17:58

people with you that are being trained

18:00

you can inexpensively get back and forth

18:02

in the same day without actually missing

18:06

out on family time or content production

18:08

time and so that's what we're working on

18:10

right now full details of that whether

18:12

it's fractional ownership or what uh and

18:15

the tax benefits of all that are going

18:16

to be coming I do want to be very clear

18:18

that at least for the very long initial

18:21

period of time all of the expenses of

18:23

whatever travel I choose initially

18:25

you're going to fall on me and that's

18:28

because I'm going to use whatever way I

18:30

travel as a way to also produce content

18:32

and make sure that I could still run my

18:35

initial business right my media business

18:37

as possibly as possible while expanding

18:39

house hacks so stay tuned for more

18:42

insight on that I'm really really

18:43

excited to share it and we'll absolutely

18:46

make sure that all of our travel

18:48

accounting is 100 Trans 100 transparent

18:50

as well uh the uh the things we're

18:53

looking at right now let me just put it

18:54

this way it is more reasonable than

18:58

commercial Aviation like commercials

19:00

like which you might say there's no way

19:04

oh there's a way and it's really really

19:06

cool and I'm so excited to share that so

19:08

stay tuned for that but wait a minute

19:11

what about the first business right that

19:13

Core Business the media business what's

19:16

the goal there and what can we learn

19:19

from what I want to do with that Core

19:22

Business let's talk next all right so

19:24

I've been thinking a lot about this look

19:26

as a Creator and somebody who runs any

19:30

business I believe it's extremely

19:31

important that everybody always focus on

19:34

what is their number one most profitable

19:37

business and obviously for me that's not

19:39

house hacked because that's a long-term

19:41

play right that won't make me a dime

19:43

until after an IPO so it'll probably

19:46

take six seven years hopefully sooner

19:48

but who knows we want to make sure when

19:50

we get to IPO it's perfect right it's a

19:52

great company uh so we've got time there

19:55

and patience there uh and so when I say

19:57

it's important to focus on the number

19:58

one most profitable business and

20:00

thinking about how to expand that many

20:02

folks I believe especially Entre openers

20:04

get stuck in this trap of oh you know

20:07

what this is good enough like I'm I'm

20:10

doing good I'm able to get by I can pay

20:12

my bills so I can take vacation why

20:14

would I take a risk right risk is scary

20:17

because if you take a risk maybe you

20:20

could make more but what if that risk

20:21

leads you to go to zero and I've just

20:25

found that my entire life ever since I

20:28

was 17 standing outside that New York

20:30

Stock Exchange to 13 years later so

20:32

that's already my entire life 13 years

20:34

of sort of my adult life

20:36

I've just found that I don't know what

20:39

it is but I get bored and I've got to

20:43

always be expanding and I think that's

20:45

actually a great thing for the

20:47

businesses right that's great for house

20:48

hack that's great for the ETFs that's

20:49

great for the media business and my hope

20:52

is that at some point in the future we

20:54

can rival companies like CNBC and other

20:58

mainstream media and actually provide a

21:01

better service in other words rather

21:04

than providing the same thing that feeds

21:06

True Media does providing really good

21:09

perspective that provides extreme value

21:12

but is done so in a neutral manner what

21:15

I don't want to do is and it's not to

21:18

bag on these folks right these are

21:20

actually very successful people and it's

21:22

a compliment to them I don't want to do

21:24

the Ben Shapiro Tucker Carlson model

21:27

where you cater to one audience one

21:30

political affiliation and that's it what

21:33

I'd really like to do is that middle 80

21:36

right left 10 right 10 might hate you

21:39

whereas 10 of people might hate you no

21:41

matter what anyway they don't like the

21:42

way you look or they think your face is

21:44

punchable or whatever

21:46

but if we can focus on blowing up our

21:49

top core business with that schedule

21:52

that productive schedule I talked about

21:55

in the morning while also potentially

21:56

vlogging kind of like this are real

21:59

estate ventures in the afternoons and

22:01

being really transparent with everything

22:02

we're doing in real estate then I think

22:04

we have a really good chance

22:06

to Triple or 5x or even 10x the

22:11

viewership that we had in 2022 in 2023

22:15

and if this model Works which so far in

22:18

my testings

22:20

it works if this model continues to work

22:24

2023 is going to be awesome but 2024 and

22:28

5 when we really go into expansion mode

22:30

not just for house hack in the second

22:31

half of the day right but also for the

22:33

media business it's gonna be freaking

22:35

amazing now what about family time

22:38

important What I've Done seems a little

22:41

regimented and it's like wait why do you

22:43

have to do this with your family time

22:44

but what I actually did is something

22:46

that I think would be even better and

22:49

more time efficient for the time that I

22:52

spent with family watch this on an

22:54

ordinary basis maybe I'll spend a couple

22:58

hours a day with the family kids make

23:01

stuff however but sometimes that time is

23:03

actually distracted so I'll be with the

23:06

family but I'm not really present

23:07

because maybe I'm on my phone or

23:08

whatever so that means it's a not really

23:11

good 14 hours a week right quick aside

23:14

this is Trump Tower and back in the

23:17

early 2000s The Apprentice was actually

23:20

a show that I found really inspiring I

23:23

didn't love it when it turned into

23:24

Celebrity Apprentice and I think Trump's

23:26

lost his mind a little bit recently I

23:29

think this is probably time for new

23:30

folks like a DeSantis or something like

23:32

that look I I don't want to get

23:33

political in this video but I just

23:35

wanted to come by here and stop by

23:37

because this actually was an inspiration

23:40

for me and I I gotta honor that gotta

23:43

honor that okay but now back to that

23:45

family question this is a pretty neat

23:48

solution and I think you'll like it as

23:49

well so the rough game plan with family

23:52

time is that I dedicate at least two

23:55

week days starting at 2 p.m doing fun

23:59

things with Dad Lauren kids right all of

24:02

us together so that way starting at 2PM

24:05

to about 10

24:06

pure family time oh those days which

24:09

days those will be will be dependent on

24:11

what we've got going on for travel for

24:13

house hack or kids schedules or whatever

24:15

but that way at least that works out too

24:18

15 hours during the week just for family

24:21

and that's going to be dedicated time so

24:24

rather than potentially an interrupted

24:26

14 it's actually a real

24:28

16. on top of that starting at roughly

24:32

noon on weekend days even if we travel

24:35

somewhere I take either a child or or

24:38

Lauren or whatever and then the second

24:40

half of the weekend days also gets

24:43

dedicated to family so I count to about

24:45

10 p.m so 12 to 10 works out to about 10

24:49

hours that's 20 hours on weekends plus

24:52

16 during the week that's 36

24:54

uninterrupted family hours versus a

24:57

previous

24:58

embarrassed to say it but 14 not that

25:02

committed that's a problem it's

25:04

something I've got to work on but in

25:07

doing this I think I've got a schedule

25:09

that takes me from somewhere about

25:11

9 30 10 ish right to about four in the

25:15

morning on a daily basis I operate

25:17

pretty well on about six hours of sleep

25:19

it now gives me dedicated and scheduled

25:23

family time but it also gives me time to

25:26

operate and expand three businesses the

25:29

first two have a massive overlap in the

25:32

mornings and the second is dedicated to

25:35

afternoons and those mornings on

25:37

weekends so the last piece of this whole

25:39

time might actually be a little bit of a

25:40

surprise but 2023 I want to make a year

25:43

about reinvesting everything that I make

25:46

for my business into my businesses into

25:48

all three of them so even if most of

25:50

that comes from social media it's going

25:52

back into all three of them and that

25:54

also includes the people and that's

25:56

probably the most important part that I

25:59

think if there's one thing I haven't

26:00

done as well as I could it's making sure

26:03

that I am tripling down on my

26:08

commitment to other people making sure

26:10

that we we keep hiring we keep expanding

26:14

I've really got to get off of this train

26:16

of uh oh it's only Kevin's gonna do

26:19

everything

26:20

I think there is something about

26:24

having a team that camaraderie that I

26:27

miss I had that during the campaign and

26:29

for a bit after since about April I feel

26:32

like it's only been really myself most

26:34

of the time with a little bit of help

26:37

from from others on the team now but not

26:40

that that core camaraderie that we had

26:42

during the campaign days and I want to

26:44

get back to that so that's why we're so

26:46

excited about investing in people again

26:48

and expanding to our interns so that's

26:50

going to be very very Epic

26:54

thanks so much
