you live in here's what I'm looking for

I gotta know what are the best

neighborhoods where you live what are

the best schools where you live what are

the best activities to do and why do

people live in your area what kind of

jobs are there why do people come why do

people leave I want to see all of this

in person why do I want to see this in

person well I want to see this in person

for house hack my real estate startup I

want to learn everything I can in 2023

about every area that I can get my hands

on so I can figure out where's the best

place to invest for Real Estate outside

of California because we got to

diversify away from California to make

sure we have good spread risk so what

I'm looking for is if you are a real

estate agent or maybe you're not a real

estate agent but you know a lot about

the area that you live in I'm hoping

dealership and you can tell me about the

people in your area or you just want to

meet up for a little bit send me an

video so this could be like an unlisted

that's going to increase your chances

substantially of me seeing it if you

tell me some things like hey look

there's some great neighborhoods to

invest in some new neighborhoods to

everything now I am hoping that you can

help us as well because I'm going to be

traveling a lot over the next six months

your area maybe we'll do an activity

that way when we come with a Plane full

of people we could just load people

kind of activity whatever so this is

Utah Colorado Seattle

Washington Oregon different parts of

California uh whatever right that's

going to be the priority however if

you're in Texas or you're in New York or

you're in Florida there's a good chance

I'm going to be exploring your areas as

well because I have a feeling that come

2023 my wedge deal model could expand

pretty well pretty aggressively and we

want to make sure that we do it in areas

that we really believe in and the best

thing to do is find areas that you like

find areas that you don't like and then

you start realizing okay here's why we

like these areas here's why we don't and

we want to become an expert so I'm going

to be visiting these areas multiple

times at least the ones I like if I

don't like it sorry I probably won't

come back so no guarantees but if you're
