*WTF* LEAKED Jan 6 Documents Tucker Carlson *hasn't* Yet Covered

we have documents that show what the

federal government's charges were

against the Q Anon Shaman whom we just

saw from Tucker Carlson peacefully

walking through the Capitol Building

well how does what Tucker Carlson showed

aligned with what our government told us

the Q Anon Shaman did let's take a look

specifically at those documents then

we'll look at what Tucker Carlson showed

us a quick note before I do that this

right here was my live stream from

January 6 two years ago it has over 1

million views it's over 10 hours long

and it literally shows me covering the

Trump rally and everything as it

happened but we didn't have the

privilege of having inside video footage

so we were left with only essentially

what the media and Twitter was showing

well now we have some insight from

literally the inside but first we need

to take a look at the criminal complaint

and supporting acts against the Q Anon

Shaman who was sentenced to a 41-month

conviction for violating the following

two civil code sections one knowingly

entering or remaining in a restricted

building or grounds without lawful

Authority and violent entry and

disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds

now I want you to ask yourself after

what I read you and then what I show you

if the Q Anon Shaman violently entered

the capital and if he was disorderly on

the inside remaining within the inside

maybe there could be an argument made

here but I want you to specifically

think about this violent argument

because I'll tell you I live in

California and they're pretty violent

people out here and guess what they get

nothing they get a sorry don't do it

again and what happens you get

businesses closing down because you keep

getting robbed you get Walmarts leaving

all of Portland Oregon because they're

tired of the lack of policing support

the same thing starting to happen in San

Francisco with stores closing down

because there's so much crime and that's

actually violent crime now don't get me

wrong I was devastated when I covered

the Insurrection I'm not here to be

super right-wing or super left wing I

try to be in the middle I ran for

governor in California under the premise

that I would be in the Middle with all

of my coverage but I'll tell you I feel

a little frustrated based on what I see

in this document right here take a look

at this summary of offense in support of

guilty plea okay ready for this I want

you to listen to this

by 1 50 PM the defendant the Q Anon

Shaman Jacob was among the members of

the crowd at the police line on the

Western Front of the U.S Capitol

building where the U.S Capitol Police

and metropolitan police were standing in

a line behind a temporary bike rack

style barricade okay bike rack so we're

using a bike rack as a barricade got it

the defendant was dressed in a Viking

hat with fur and horns with shirtless

wearing red white and blue face paint

and carrying an American flag tied to a

pole with a sharp object at the tip now

this is also kind of interesting because

flagpoles tend to have sharp Eagles or

some form of points at the top because

after all that is what a flagpole does

but In fairness to uh the uh the

complaint here they are correct there is

what looks to be a relatively pointy and

sharp object at the top you could see

that in this picture here okay fine but

no other guns or weapons that we're

aware of let's see what the allegation

continues the defendant climbed the

media tower erected for the inauguration

directly ahead of the police line

holding rioters back at approximately 2

pm certain individuals in the crowd

forced their way through up and over the

barricades and officers of the U.S

Capitol Police and the crowd Advanced to

the exterior facade of the building the

crown was not lawfully authorized to

enter or remain in the building okay

let's keep going here the defendant was

with the mob that approached the first

floor of the U.S Capitol building on the

Senate side other members wait a minute

so the document literally says other

members not him

other members of the crowd broke two

windows and crawled inside the building

at approximately 2 13 PM those rioters

then broke open the door to the U.S

Capitol Building between the two broken

windows setting off a loud alarm the

defendant then entered through the

broken door okay but wait a minute the

criminal complaint here says violent

entry so actually it literally in the

government's own documents they're

making it clear the defendant didn't

actually violently enter the building

the only thing that maybe was violent

was the fact that he had a pointy

flagpole so far that's the only thing

that I see that's violent in the

countries own in the government's own

allegations

the defendant then entered through the

broken door the defendant was one of the

first 30 rioters in the building and

approximately 216. listen to this in a

clearing on the second floor the

defendant and other rioters were met by

a line of U.S Capitol police officers

instructing them to peacefully leave the

building the defendant challenged the

U.S Capitol Police specifically officer

KR to let them pass ultimately using

this his bullhorn to rile up the crowd

and demand that lawmakers be brought out

now apparently the defendant climbs into

the gallery of the Senate and screams

obscenities and inside the senate floor

once again encounters that same officer

who apparently once again asks him to

leave the building the defendant

insisted that others were already on the

senate floor and he was going to join

them the officer followed the defendant

onto the senate floor where again the

defendant was taking pictures and

refused to vacate the uh essentially the

the front Podium when the officer the

loan officer of the chamber asked him to

do so the defendant or the officer was

had again then asked the defendant to

vacate the position or his position

within the senate gallers in light of

the dangerous circumstances caused by

the unlawful entry into the U.S Capitol

including the danger posed by

individuals who had entered the U.S

Capitol without any security screening

or weapons checks Congressional

Congressional proceedings could not

resume okay so so far based on the

government's own allegations

I could make the argument that you

probably shouldn't have stayed in the

building now does staying within the

building call for a 41-month conviction

probably not violent entry doesn't sound

like that's even what's alleged

disorderly conduct well I don't know

unfortunately a lot of this starts to

fall apart when we actually look at the

inside footage that Tucker Carlson broke

just last night take a watch of

specifically the Q Anon Shaman and align

with what you just heard about the Q

Anon Shaman with what we actually have

from footage thanks to Tucker Carlson

and of course this footage was released

as a bargaining chip to get Kevin

McCarthy elected as Speaker of the House

keep that in mind this was a political

tool let's listen into this these are

not rioters these are people who

wandered over from a political rally we

will not let them silence your voices

after the rally they walked down

Pennsylvania Avenue where organizers had

secured a federal permit to hold a legal

rally on the grounds of the capital I

know that everyone here will soon be

marching over to the Capitol Building

to peacefully and patriotically make

your voices heard once at the Capitol

Building Things began to get chaotic

Capitol police officers fired tear gas

into the crowd a few at the front of the

herd broke Windows someone opened the

doors and many hundreds of up this by

the way we just read about right windows

on left and right broken doors opened

there's the shaman in the Middle with

the flag but Watch What Happens

afterwards because remember there's this

idea that he's repeatedly asked to leave

now we don't have audio in the

surveillance footage but listen it

others just walked in

of course they did make it the story and

at the center of it the single most

famous person arrested that day was a

Navy veteran from Arizona called Jacob

chansley often referred to as the Q Anon

Shaman the so-called Q Anon Shaman Q

Anon Shaman someone named Q Shaman Jacob

chansley became the face of January 6th

a dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed

in outlandish costume who led the Island

Insurrection to overthrow American

democracy for these crimes chansley was

sentenced to nearly four years in prison

far more time than many violent

criminals now receive what did Jacob

chansley do to receive this punishment

to this day there is dispute over how

chansley got into the Capitol building

but according to our review of the

internal surveillance video it is very

clear what happened once he got inside

virtually every moment of his time

inside the capital was caught on tape

the tape show that Capitol Police never

stopped Jacob chansley they helped him

they acted as his tour guides here's

video of chansley in the Senate chamber

Capitol police officers take him to

multiple entrances and even try to open

lock doors for him

we counted at least nine officers who

were within touching distance of unarmed

Jacob chansley not one of them even

tried to slow him down

chancelly understood that Capitol Police

were his allies video shows him giving

thanks for them in a prayer on the floor

of the Senate that right there is really

weird because throughout the rest of the

coverage I'm thinking to myself is it

potentially potentially potentially

possible that these officers are saying

hey stop stop okay you need to leave and

they're not trying to be aggressive

they're just being weenies okay is it

potentially possible to just you know

kind of little passive like hey man come

on dude yeah no no no this door is

locked you can't go in here okay all

right okay but this watch this again he

opens the door they don't stop him from

opening the door and then they hold the

door open for him okay like all all of

my personal potential counter argument

of are they asking him to leave I mean

unless that's the exit I don't see why

they'd be holding the door open for him

and it doesn't look like an exit door

take a look again guys video shows him

I'm giving thanks for them in a prayer

on the floor of the Senate watch

contrast the real quality of what Jacob

chansley did even right here

where's the officer

plain is standing next to him supposedly

telling him leave

hid in the Capitol building on January

6th the indisputable facts recorded on

video some of which has never before

been seen with the depiction of Jacob

chansley that you've seen in the media

for more than two years he's a terrorist

they said he should be killed shoot him

shoot him like if it you burst into the

United States

is dressed like Bin Laden would you ever

shot him and see that right there is the

problem with unfortunately the

mainstream narrative the mainstream

narrative argues look how terrible this

is from the outside looking in don't get

me wrong many of us who watch the news

on this day on January 6th were very

upset with what was happening because we

only got the pictures there's a of what

was happening on the outside we didn't

actually see what was happening in full

on the inside we know that Ashley

Babbitt was obviously shot on the inside

but the media once again had their way

with the narrative with Brian sicknick

see the U.S Capitol Police ended up

accepting findings from the medical

examiner then officer signic actually

died of natural causes and there's a

video footage of him walking throughout

the halls of Congress and photos of him

afterwards showing that he actually

wasn't injured or beaten with a fire

extinguisher as it was alleged at least

not to the point where he was visibly

injured or in capable of actually

walking anymore now the mainstream media

argued that officer signic died from

injury sustained quote while physically

engaging with protesters but the

Washington medical examiner later ruled

that he had died of natural causes

multiple Strokes that occurred hours

after his confrontation at the riot and

his death being ruled one of natural

causes now is it possible that the

anxiety of that day led to a death or

stroke absolutely in fact Benjamin

Phillips was another individual who died

of a stroke afterwards he was an

attendee at the event just like Ashley

Babbitt who was shot by a capital police

officer Kevin Gleason also died of a

heart attack collapsing on the sidewalk

just west of the Capitol on January 6.

Roseanne Boyland appeared to have been

crushed in a stampede by fellow rioters

as they surged against police that

particularly a quote from the mainstream

media now five people also died in the

weeks after the event officer Jeffrey

Smith ended up killing himself after the

attack along with Howard liebengood who

also died by Suicide four days later

after that you had two more suicides six

months later so yes there were multiple

deaths associated with the day but at

the actual event the Capitol Police did

not suffer deaths who suffered deaths

were two individuals who had Strokes at

the event and Ashley Babbitt who was

shot by a capitol police officer

other individuals did die afterwards

also from cases deemed either heart

attacks due to natural causes or a

stampede obviously a potential trampling

would be something that could end up

leading to the compression of your chest

and therefore a heart attack

unfortunately people have died as a

result of the event that happened and

blame will continue to circulate over

who is responsible for these deaths But

ultimately when we look at somebody like

the Q Anon Shaman the actual documents

the government presented against the Q a

non-shaman alleged q and on Shaman which

just call him Jacob at this point Who's

now spending 41 months in jail getting

for getting escorted around the inside

of the Capitol Building at no point did

it look like he was actually being asked

to leave and what we've just seen and

witnessed is how the media can

re-portray somebody who actually died

after the event as somebody who died at

the event by being beat with a fire

extinguisher even though they were

perfectly capable of walking away from

the event and ended up dying of natural

causes later it's really unfortunate

what happened and in my opinion it's

very unfortunate and it's borderline

criminal that it seems like video is

telling once again a different story

than what the mainstream media and even

our own government is telling us and I

hate to put on the tinfoil hat because

I'd like to see myself really is being

able to see both sides but today I'm

frustrated and I'm disappointed
