press release uh from Joe Biden it's a

letter saying he will address the

country later in the week with more

details he says he is going to stay in

his capacity as president he's going to

focus on his duties as president uh but

he's going to step down from camp

painting he did not endorse Kam Harris

as a replacement he thanked K Harris for

working with him this means we are

probably as we heard earlier this week

it's just taking a little longer as

usual everything politics takes longer

this means we're probably going to have

an Open Primary so you're probably going

to see the likes of uh Whitmer uh Nome

and obviously kamla uh and some people

are even speculating Hillary Clinton

going in for the open Prim Mary this is
