Signs Someone Is Lying To Themselves

I'm a psychologist and here's three

signs someone is lying to themselves

without knowing it number one they avoid

friends and family that they know will

be honest with them about their actions

they can only be around people who

reinforce their behavior number two as

soon as someone questions their choices

they become defensive aggressive or even

shut down completely and avoid them and

number three they play Down ignore or

completely deny the damage they're

causing around them
