whenever i wake up and i feel stressed
or anxious these are the things i do
number one i put my hands on my heart i
call this giving my heart a high five
and i say these three sentences i'm okay
i'm safe i'm loved number two when i
wake up stressed and agitated do not
lie in bed and stare at the ceiling and
think about your problems i say i'm not
thinking about that use a five second
rule five four three two one and i roll
out of bed number four high-five
yourself in the mirror send yourself
into the day with the encouragement that
you need
go get them
number five a journal that's it get all
that stress out of your mind and down on
paper and then with a clear head i write
down the five things that i really want
or that i'm dreaming about and that way
you bring the stuff that you dream about
from the back of your mind to the front
of your mind and it guides your day high
