0:00

This might just be the easiest way to

0:01

get a client for your AI creative agency

0:03

and start earning in the new year

0:05

because this market is massive. In the

0:07

US alone, the restaurant industry is

0:09

[music] projected to reach $1.5 trillion

0:11

in sales in 2025. And there is one thing

0:14

that every restaurant needs, great

0:16

photos of their food. But most

0:17

restaurants are small. They don't really

0:18

have the time nor the investment range

0:20

for professional food photography.

0:22

Because of this, their Instagram and

0:23

Google Maps listings usually look like

0:25

this, [music] this, and this. Even when

0:27

the food is genuinely great, the photos

0:29

fail to show how good it really is. And

0:31

so, this is where you can step in.

0:33

[music] Because with AI, you can fix

0:35

this problem for them in minutes by

0:36

using free tools without a studio or a

0:39

camera, where you turn unappetizing food

0:41

shots into visuals that sell. And you

0:43

build trust with your clients by showing

0:44

these restaurants how incredible their

0:46

food can look. Then you can offer this

0:48

as an AIdriven brand refresh and [music]

0:50

turn them into a long-term client. So,

0:52

in this video, I'll show you exactly how

0:54

to find clients for this service, how to

0:56

package it properly and professionally,

0:58

[music] and when you're ready to deliver

0:59

and scale, I'll also show how to

1:01

automate the whole thing using creative

1:03

AI and automation tools. So, if you're

1:05

looking for a simple AI service that you

1:07

can start selling right away without

1:08

getting too technical, then this video

1:10

is for you. Let's get started.

1:15

Hey, if you're new here, my name is Jay.

1:17

I spent a decade in creative and

1:18

marketing work and half a decade leading

1:19

data teams. I'm now operating our AI

1:22

creative agency and RoboNuggets our

1:24

education arm where we have several

1:25

hundred members all AI practitioners

1:27

across the globe and here our mission is

1:29

to make creating with AI easy to learn

1:31

for anyone with AI training and

1:32

certification that most people join for

1:34

but most members stay because of the

1:36

strong community we have built. Okay

1:38

friends, so what we're going to cover in

1:40

this lesson is two parts. First I'll

1:42

show you the easiest and free way to do

1:44

this using Nano Banana Pro and Gemini

1:46

Tree. But I'll also show you how you can

1:48

do things faster if you learn about

1:49

automation using a tool like N8N. And if

1:52

you stick till the end, I'll also show a

1:53

few bonuses for you to learn, which is

1:55

how you can potentially expand your

1:56

service from beyond just food photos.

1:58

And also another nugget which we'll save

2:00

near the end of the lesson. But firstly,

2:02

I'll show you how easy it is to do this.

2:04

Because if you go to Google and you just

2:05

type something like restaurants in my

2:07

area or a specific area like in this

2:09

case in Crows Nest, Sydney, and you can

2:10

see just by viewing the maps here,

2:12

there's already a lot of potential leads

2:13

that you can offer this to. But for you

2:15

to narrow it down, there's a few things

2:16

you can keep in mind to find your ideal

2:18

client. This local restaurant, for

2:19

example, what you want to do is to view

2:21

their menu. Because for customers trying

2:23

to find a place to eat, usually what's

2:24

the customer journey is the fact that

2:26

they open Google Maps, look at the

2:27

options around them, and browse their

2:29

menu to see if the food is appetizing or

2:31

not. And for this restaurant,

2:32

unfortunately, I don't think they have

2:34

invested much into their menu listings

2:35

here. So, this seafood pa mixa, I've

2:38

actually tried this, and this is really

2:39

good. But if you just view their photo

2:40

here, I don't think it does justice to

2:42

how good this dish actually was. And

2:44

this obviously isn't really the

2:45

restaurant's fault because usually they

2:46

don't have the time nor the required

2:48

investment range in order to hire a food

2:50

photography studio to upgrade this for

2:52

them. But with AI, it's actually easy to

2:54

upgrade these food photos. Now, it's

2:56

just that not a lot of people know about

2:57

it yet. And to show how common the

2:58

problem this is for restaurants, this is

3:00

another example where if you go to their

3:02

menu, it's the same thing where the food

3:04

shots here can definitely be optimized.

3:06

And the other thing is if you go to

3:07

their Instagram, it's the same story

3:08

where their food may taste great, but

3:10

these photos don't really do it much

3:12

justice. And so what we'll do now is to

3:14

message them on Instagram showing an

3:16

example of how we can turn their current

3:17

food photos into more appetizing shots

3:19

that will surely bring in more customers

3:21

for them. And the way you do this is

3:22

actually very simple right now. You can

3:24

just browse their menu for a photo that

3:26

you want to upgrade. Let's say this one.

3:28

And once you have this photo, you can

3:29

just go to Google Gemini here in this

3:31

URL. You can copy that image by doing a

3:33

right click, paste it here, and we can

3:35

just send this prompt where we're asking

3:36

Gemini to turn this photo into a

3:37

premium, professionally styled food shot

3:39

of the same dish. I have a couple more

3:41

details around the prompt here which you

3:42

can copy or adjust which this prompt I

3:44

also just uploaded in the link below so

3:45

that you can just copy it and what you

3:47

want to do is just set it to thinking

3:48

mode so that you can use Nano Banana Pro

3:50

and under the options here you want to

3:52

select create images and just go ahead

3:54

and send. Now I'm at the free version of

3:56

Gemini here so you can do this even if

3:58

you don't have the Gemini Plus plan and

4:00

also remember that Google Gemini has a

4:01

mobile app and so this is perfect if

4:03

you're comfortable to pitch on the spot

4:04

the next time you dine out. What you can

4:06

literally do is take a photo of their

4:07

food with your mobile phone. use this

4:09

prompt to turn it into a shot like this,

4:11

which now it just finished, and then

4:12

show and share it with the owner for

4:14

free to see if it's something that

4:15

they'd be interested in to upgrade their

4:17

whole menu. So, after a few seconds,

4:19

Nano Banana Pro, which is the model we

4:21

used in Gemini, was now able to turn

4:23

this photo into a much more professional

4:25

shot. And you can see it retains all of

4:27

the ingredients. And overall, it just

4:28

makes it look better and more appetizing

4:31

for the consumer. Do note that in

4:33

Gemini, there is a small watermark here,

4:34

but in part two, I'll show how to get

4:36

these images without the watermark

4:37

whenever you generate them. And just to

4:39

show you another example, I also sent

4:40

the same prompt for this paella image

4:42

and Nano Banana Pro was able to give us

4:45

this more professionally styled food

4:46

shot. And so now what you want to do is

4:48

to go to their Instagram and send them a

4:50

message. And we can just expand this so

4:51

that you can see. And you can just take

4:53

a screenshot of that image you generated

4:55

without including the watermark if you

4:57

like. And you also want to save the

4:58

original reference image. Attach both of

5:00

those to your message and send them a

5:01

message like this. which if you break

5:03

down this message, you essentially have

5:05

this hook at the top, which is important

5:06

because if you look at your DMs on

5:08

Instagram, it shows you the preview of

5:10

your very first line. So the goal of

5:11

that first line is for the receiver to

5:13

open your message. So you can use a

5:15

simple hook like misleading food shots

5:16

in your Google listing, but in the very

5:18

first sentence, we clarify that and say

5:19

that we saw their menu on Google Maps

5:21

and thought they were misleading. You

5:22

introduce yourself by saying you're a

5:24

local creative studio owner in the area

5:25

and say that you know that their food

5:27

looks better than what they have in the

5:28

photos online. You then give them some

5:30

free value by showing a before example

5:32

of how they can be enhanced and that

5:34

they can use it in their socials if

5:35

they'd like. And then the last sentence

5:37

here gives them an idea of what you're

5:38

offering by saying that you're currently

5:40

working with a small group of local

5:41

business owners to give them a social

5:43

media brand refresh. And if they want to

5:45

be part of that small group, then they

5:46

can respond to your message here. So

5:48

that's just a simple example where you

5:49

have a hook, you have an offer, and you

5:51

also introduce a bit of scarcity by

5:52

sharing the fact that you are working

5:54

with only a small group of local

5:55

business owners. And that's part one. a

5:57

very simple and easy way for you to

5:59

start offering services using your

6:00

knowledge of AI. But now the question

6:02

becomes once you're ready to deliver

6:04

that work or if you want to do things

6:05

faster and at scale, how can you now

6:07

automate that whole process? And so this

6:09

is one example of how we did exactly

6:11

that where you can see we automated the

6:13

sourcing of the leads that will offer

6:15

the service to automated the download of

6:17

our reference images which we

6:19

transformed into two images this time so

6:21

that we have more options. And if we

6:22

look at these images, you'll also notice

6:24

that they don't have the Gemini

6:25

watermark, which is perfect for us when

6:27

we're dealing with production work. So

6:29

you can imagine if you're doing a whole

6:30

makeover of their menu and let's say you

6:32

have 30 items, you can just load all of

6:34

them here, run your automation, and

6:36

you'll instantly get these images back,

6:37

which you can package and provide to

6:39

your client. And apart from that, you

6:41

can also use this automation for scaling

6:43

your Instagram DM outreach. Because

6:45

apart from creating the images, we can

6:46

also use this system in order to get

6:48

their Instagram URLs so that we can do

6:49

that same process of reaching out to

6:51

them via socials. And that automation is

6:53

all powered by this system which we

6:55

built in N8N which for this next part

6:57

I'll show how it works so that you can

6:58

decide if you want to learn it as well.

6:59

But in case you're new, N8N is a no code

7:01

automation builder similar to Zapier or

7:03

mate.com. But what's great about N8N is

7:05

if you're watching this and you're part

7:07

of the community, you can just get this

7:08

template from our resources page here.

7:10

And when you download that and import

7:12

that file into N8N, it will load that

7:13

whole system for you from scratch. And

7:15

the way this automation works is quite

7:17

simple because we practically just have

7:18

two parts here where we first get the

7:20

restaurants where we can offer the

7:21

service to and then we create the images

7:23

for them. This purple section is more of

7:25

just a bonus if in case you want to

7:27

expand beyond images and create videos

7:29

for your client as well. And for us to

7:31

start, if you want to get multiple

7:32

restaurants that we can offer this

7:34

service to, we just click execute

7:35

workflow here in the very first row.

7:37

That will open up a form where we can

7:38

just declare how many listings or

7:40

restaurants we want. In this case, we'll

7:41

do 10. Let's say we want to get two

7:43

images per listing. And the location we

7:45

want to search in is Sydney, Australia.

7:47

So once we click submit, what it's now

7:49

going to do is to run that automation

7:50

for us that will scrape for restaurants

7:52

within Google Maps in that location that

7:54

we asked for. And when that has finished

7:56

processing, it now stores all of those

7:58

listings into this tool called Air

7:59

Table, which was the tool we were

8:00

viewing earlier that functions quite

8:02

similar to Google Sheets, except that

8:04

you can load media, photos, and videos

8:06

into the individual cells so that you

8:07

can preview them. So, it's much easier

8:09

to work with it. And they also have a

8:10

really generous feed here. So, you can

8:11

use this tool as you're getting started.

8:13

But you can see when our get restaurants

8:15

automation ran in Air Table, it gave us

8:16

the name of the restaurant, some

8:18

information about that business such as

8:19

their address, their website, and

8:21

importantly, their Instagram handle. And

8:22

we also got photos of some of their

8:24

dishes straight from Google Maps, which

8:26

we are about to turn into AI enhanced

8:28

photos all at the same time. And by the

8:30

way, this Air Table template, if you're

8:32

watching this and you're part of the

8:33

community, remember that you can just

8:34

access it in this link so that you can

8:36

duplicate it and it's much easier for

8:38

you. But just to give you an overview,

8:39

the way we got those listings is through

8:41

this tool called Appify, which if you're

8:43

completely new, Appify is basically a

8:45

collection of scrapers where you can see

8:46

here there's options on Tik Tok, there's

8:48

options on Instagram. The specific one

8:49

we use for this automation is this

8:51

Google maps scraper where you can

8:52

basically provide inputs to it like what

8:54

we did here in the form around how many

8:56

listings we want to source and the

8:57

location from which we will source that.

8:59

And whenever this node runs in N8N that

9:01

will return all the listings for us to

9:03

use in our automation. And so if we open

9:05

this node to inspect it if you're

9:06

curious in N8N you basically have the

9:08

inputs to this node here at the left.

9:10

You have the configuration here in the

9:11

middle and you have the output of this

9:12

node here at the right. If you're

9:13

interested about how we configure this

9:15

we have several other tutorials in our

9:16

platform of how we set it up. But here

9:18

you can see it returned to us those 10

9:20

restaurants along with all of the

9:21

information and images that we loaded

9:23

into Air Table. But before we loaded it

9:25

into Air Table, you notice we have an

9:27

analyze image node here which if we open

9:29

that basically the only instructions

9:30

that we're asking this node to do is to

9:32

identify if the image that we got is an

9:34

image of a single dish of food. Because

9:36

remember in Google Maps sometimes the

9:37

images that you can get there are images

9:39

of the restaurant themselves, which is

9:40

not really what we're after. And so this

9:42

node just automatically skips these

9:43

images so that we can focus on images of

9:46

actual food dishes. And when that's done

9:48

and they're log in air tableable, we

9:49

have a clean list of images that we can

9:51

now transform. And so to do that, what

9:53

you can do is run this second automation

9:55

where if we execute that stream, it's

9:57

going to get all of those rows that we

9:58

want to create for and create images for

10:00

them by batch also using Nano Banana

10:02

Pro. And when that is done, we now have

10:04

our images loaded back into Air Table,

10:06

which we can now view here. So these

10:09

turned out pretty good. And just to show

10:11

a few examples, we turned this image

10:13

into this more professional shot. We

10:15

turned this to this. And so just overall

10:17

the quality and the detail of this image

10:19

is just much better than what we started

10:21

with. And again, if you want to learn

10:22

how to set up these nodes from scratch,

10:24

we have several deep dives in the past

10:26

of how we set this up. But just to show

10:27

you the prompts we used, if we open

10:28

this, the prompt we're using for the

10:30

very first image is basically the same

10:32

as what we manually did earlier, which

10:34

is this piece of text that you can see

10:36

in this area. Now, for the second image,

10:38

since we want slightly different

10:39

options, but of the same dish, what

10:41

we're actually doing is feeding the very

10:42

first image into this node. And if we

10:44

open this, you can see the prompt that

10:46

we are giving it is also quite simple.

10:48

We're basically instructing Nano Banana

10:49

Pro to give a different camera angle

10:51

shot of the reference image. And just to

10:53

guide it further, we're asking it to

10:54

choose between a direct overhead shot, a

10:56

close-up detail shot, or a low angle

10:58

shot, which you can see in these images.

11:00

And so now with these images, you're

11:02

actually done already for this specific

11:03

service. But when you start working with

11:05

clients, usually it's much easier to

11:07

scale your services from the same client

11:09

because you've already built a

11:10

relationship with them instead of having

11:11

to onboard several new clients each

11:13

time. And so what you can do as an

11:15

extended service is to actually turn

11:16

these images into videos which to

11:18

illustrate that we also have this

11:20

automation where if we execute this

11:21

workflow is going to create those videos

11:24

for us on autopilot as well. And when

11:26

those videos have finished processing

11:27

that would now give you the videos that

11:29

we showed earlier in the intro. And

11:31

basically to get those videos what we're

11:32

doing is to set the first image as a

11:34

starting frame and the second image as

11:36

the ending frame using the cling 2.5

11:38

video model. This is outside the scope

11:40

of this specific tutorial though. So let

11:42

me know if you want me to do a breakdown

11:43

of that as well. So that's pretty much

11:44

the whole workflow in full. But just as

11:46

a few final bonus nuggets, one of the

11:48

questions that for sure you will face is

11:50

how much you will want to price this

11:52

service. And one quick technique that

11:53

you can do is that in Google, you can

11:55

actually just ask it how much is a food

11:57

photography package in your location.

11:59

And it will do some research for you on

12:00

how much the rates are. And so in the

12:02

US, these services cost somewhere along

12:04

$750 to $2,000 for only 5 to 15 images,

12:08

which obviously depending on the

12:09

business that you're pitching to, you

12:11

will likely need to adjust this

12:12

depending on their purchasing power.

12:14

Because remember, since you're doing

12:15

this via AI, if you have the skill and

12:17

you can create these images in just one

12:19

shot, your cost to produce these images

12:21

are practically only 14 if you're doing

12:23

it via the automation that we showed

12:25

earlier. Or you can even do it for free

12:27

if you're doing it manually through the

12:28

earlier manual method that we showed.

12:30

So, even if you price each image as only

12:32

$10, you still net a profit of around

12:34

98% which is just insane margins all

12:37

because you know how to use these AI

12:39

tools. And the reason why this is such a

12:40

good opportunity and skill to learn is

12:42

because this doesn't stop at just

12:43

creating for restaurants once you learn

12:45

this skill, you can apply the same

12:47

technique into any business so that you

12:48

can upgrade their branding and their

12:50

social media presence as well. And the

12:52

last point that I wanted to mention is

12:53

that as you go through this creative

12:55

process and as you set up your own AI

12:56

creative agency or studio, unfortunately

12:58

at this point since AI is early, you

13:00

will still encounter a bit of push back

13:02

around the use of AI for enhancing

13:04

images. But one mental model that you

13:06

can use to support your work is that

13:08

when you're transforming an actual image

13:09

of an actual dish, if you prompt it so

13:11

that you can request an accurate

13:12

representation of that food, but just

13:14

enhanced, you actually start to realize

13:16

that sometimes doing it this way is more

13:18

faithful to what customers will expect

13:20

versus previous methods where even if

13:21

they're not done with AI, how the final

13:23

product is represented doesn't really

13:25

provide an accurate representation of

13:27

what the customer will receive. And so

13:28

at the end of the day, AI is just a tool

13:30

and it entirely depends on the decisions

13:32

of the agency and the business of how to

13:34

represent the product, whether it's done

13:35

in a studio or whether it's done with

13:37

AI. And you will likely encounter these

13:39

questions too. So I wanted to give you a

13:41

sense of a framework of how you can

13:42

answer them. I also wanted to give kudos

13:44

to Hamza who inspired the build for this

13:46

lesson. He has more content around the

13:48

same thread of offering AI services for

13:50

small businesses. if you're interested

13:51

in that. And as mentioned, all the

13:52

templates and resources we discuss in

13:54

this lesson, you can just find them in

13:56

the Roboas community, which you can find

13:58

in the link below, which if you're

13:59

passionate about creating with AI and

14:01

want to earn from that passion, then I

14:02

encourage you to check it out. You get a

14:04

lot of exclusive AI training courses

14:06

here, including training certification

14:07

when you complete them. You can connect

14:09

with a community of 1,000 plus AI

14:11

practitioners who share paid

14:12

opportunities and potential

14:13

partnerships. And recently, we also

14:15

teamed up with 570 plus of the top AI

14:18

and SAS tools to give massive savings

14:19

and free credits for our annual members,

14:21

which actually already cover the cost of

14:23

membership. And finally, we run prized

14:25

learning events, too, like this one in

14:27

December with a $3,000 prize pool. So,

14:29

check that out to see if that's for you,

14:30

just in the link down below. And also,

14:32

if you found value in this video, then

14:34

consider subscribing because that helps

14:36

us a lot to make more educational

14:37

content like this. That's it for this

14:39

one. I'll see you guys next time.

14:40

[music] Thank you.
