Listen, I could have charged thousands

0:01

of dollars for the information I'm about

0:02

to give you. But instead, I'm giving it

0:04

away completely [music] for free. This

0:06

course is designed to help you get

0:07

started with digital products. That way,

0:08

you can make your first sale and then

0:10

scale to tens of thousands of dollars a

0:12

month and beyond, creating the content

0:13

that you love. Now, not only did I build

0:15

this 2-hour long training for you, but I

0:17

also created a custom AI that's going

0:19

[music] to be your personal guide

0:20

throughout the journey. It'll help you

0:22

create your first product, get it on a

0:23

website, and even help craft the [music]

0:25

content that generates sales on

0:26

autopilot for you. And to make things

0:28

even easier, I'm giving you access to

0:30

the software that I personally use

0:31

[music] to run my online business.

0:33

Inside, you'll find pre-built digital

0:34

product store templates that are proven

0:36

to generate sales, automated email

0:38

campaigns, Instagram automations,

0:40

basically all [music] the tools that

0:41

I've used to generate over a million

0:42

dollars in profit through digital

0:44

products. I'll have all that linked in

0:46

the description. That [music] way, you

0:46

can follow along for free. Now, before

0:48

we dive into the video, go ahead and

0:49

drop a like on it. That way, you don't

0:50

lose it since you'll always be able to

0:52

find the video in your YouTube [music]

0:53

likes. And here's a little bonus for

0:54

dropping a like on the video. Once this

0:56

video hits 1,000 likes, I [music] will

0:57

drop a free bonus course that I did with

1:00

one of my students that recently crossed

1:01

$10,000 a month selling digital [music]

1:03

products. In that session, we break down

1:05

how he went from zero to $10,000 a month

1:07

step by step. Something normally I only

1:09

[music] give to my paid students, but

1:10

once this video hits a,000 likes, it'll

1:12

be in the description for free. So, hit

1:14

that like button now. Go ahead and full

1:15

screen the video. Put your phone on do

1:17

not disturb [music] because you're about

1:18

to watch the most valuable video you've

1:19

seen on YouTube this year.

1:23

Welcome to the digital product launch

1:25

challenge with Creator Pass OS. I'm

1:27

super excited to have you here and in

1:28

[music] the next 14 days, I'm going to

1:29

help you launch your very own first

1:31

successful digital product and make a

1:33

sale [music] on it all in the next 14

1:34

days. And that might sound overwhelming,

1:36

but don't worry, I have the course

1:38

content and the tools already built out

1:40

for you that's going to [music] make it

1:41

as easy as possible to get up and

1:42

running and get your sale in 14 days.

1:44

Because once you make your first sale,

1:45

that's where momentum kicks in. And if

1:47

you can [music] make your first sale,

1:48

you can make your 10,000. So, I'm here

1:50

to help you bridge the gap and build a

1:51

successful digital [music] product

1:52

that's going to print you money in your

1:54

sleep and allow you the amazing time,

1:57

location, and financial freedom that an

1:59

online business allows. I truly believe

2:01

digital products [music] are the future

2:02

and every creator will eventually have

2:04

them. So, it's good that you're taking

2:05

action now and getting ahead of the

2:07

curve. And luckily for you, you're in an

2:09

amazing spot. [music] This course

2:10

alongside the Creator Pass OS software

2:12

is by far the easiest stack to get up

2:15

and running and have a profitable

2:17

digital product business. You see, for

2:19

me, digital products have been

2:20

life-changing. [music] They haven't only

2:21

been time, location, and financial

2:23

freedom. They've allowed me to travel

2:25

the world. They've allowed me to live in

2:27

multiple different [music] states, buy

2:28

my dream car, take my girlfriend out to

2:30

dinners, and go on nice trips, but most

2:32

importantly, create the content that I

2:34

actually want to create. Simply said,

2:35

[music] it gave me freedom, and I want

2:37

to help you get the same freedom. Now,

2:38

if you're not familiar with who I am,

2:39

I'm Brian Delmada. I've done well over a

2:41

million dollars in digital product

2:43

profit, and I've helped [music] tons of

2:45

creators make their first sale online.

2:46

people like Gus, Diego, Cody, Torston,

2:49

Adam, Zach, Cam, Ethan, River, Paul,

2:53

Justin, and that's [music] just a

2:54

handful of them. And the reason getting

2:55

your first sale is so important is

2:57

because that's where momentum [music]

2:59

actually starts. You see, if you focus

3:00

on getting to 10K a month before you

3:02

make your first sale, you're going in

3:03

the wrong order. So, in this course, I'm

3:05

[music] going to help you get up and

3:06

launched and make your first sale. That

3:08

way, you have a profitable digital

3:09

product business. And then creators that

3:11

I've helped make their first [music]

3:12

sale like Chris went from zero to 10K a

3:14

month with digital products creating the

3:16

content that he [music] loves in less

3:17

than a year. Patrick's made over

3:18

$100,000 through digital products. And

3:21

it's not even [music] his main gig.

3:22

Torson went from zero being a forklift

3:25

driver with no real editing [music]

3:26

skill to in the following year making

3:29

$15,000 a month. So, simply said, I know

3:32

how to help creators [music] make their

3:33

first sale with digital products and

3:34

then scale beyond to make life-changing

3:36

money and a fully automated passive

3:39

online business.

3:43

Okay, so the first step to getting you

3:45

up and launched is making sure you have

3:47

the foundation and know how to use the

3:49

tools. So, when you signed up for the

3:51

digital product launch challenge and

3:53

creator pass OS, you should have been

3:54

sent an email that says, "Activate your

3:56

account, Critter Pass." Uh, if you've

3:57

not checked out this email yet, go ahead

3:59

and check out the email that you signed

4:01

up with and then click here to log in.

4:03

It's going to ask you to make a new

4:05

password. That way you can log in and

4:07

then it will bring you to a page that

4:08

looks like this. App.craaterpass.com.

4:12

This is where I have pre-done website

4:13

templates for you, pre-done email

4:16

automation, pre-done Instagram DM

4:18

automations, all the stuff that you will

4:21

need to sell digital products. And not

4:22

to overwhelm you with technical stuff,

4:24

we're going to go over all of that. But

4:26

first and foremost, I want you to go

4:28

ahead and bookmark this on whatever

4:30

browser you're using. That way, you just

4:31

always know how to get back to the

4:32

software. So, I'm just going to name it

4:34

Creative Pass OS and click done. It's

4:35

going to be bookmarked app.creatorpass

4:37

OS. And then you can always get back to

4:39

this page. Now, on the left hand side is

4:41

the navigation of all the different

4:43

options. So, we'll start at the bottom

4:44

and work our way up. The first tab is

4:46

mentorship. Now, if you haven't made

4:48

your first sale yet or you haven't made

4:49

$1,000 a month selling digital products,

4:51

I would disregard this. This is for

4:53

people that want help scaling to $10,000

4:55

to $30,000 a month with digital

4:57

products. It's my community with all my

4:58

in-depth course content, weekly calls

5:00

with me and then a group chat with

5:02

creators making anywhere from a few

5:04

hundred bucks a month to $30,000 a

5:06

month. But if you're watching this

5:07

challenge, you haven't launched

5:08

anything, I would disregard this for the

5:10

moment. This is only for people that

5:11

really want to take that next step and

5:13

really, really serious about it. Now,

5:15

the next tab above that will be very

5:17

helpful for you because it's how to

5:19

learn how to use creator pass. This is

5:21

going to be a library of content that's

5:22

ever going to be evolving, showing you

5:24

how to do things inside of the software.

5:26

That way, if you have a question, how to

5:27

get anything set up, your answers will

5:29

probably be in here. Above that is

5:31

digital product launch challenge course,

5:33

which is what you're currently watching.

5:34

So, anytime you need to watch the

5:36

course, it will be found there. Or in

5:37

the future, if you're launching a new

5:38

digital product and want to refresh, you

5:40

can go ahead and click there. Now,

5:42

skipping a few, there's things like

5:43

reputation for getting reviews on your

5:44

products, media storage for storing

5:47

files on the software itself. There's

5:49

memberships where you can host courses

5:51

and communities, very similar to school.

5:53

It actually looks really, really

5:54

similar. So, you don't have to pay the

5:56

extra hundred bucks a month just to run

5:57

a school community to have courses.

5:59

That's all included in the Creator Pass

6:01

OS software. Uh there's sites like

6:04

funnels, websites, stores,

6:07

forms, quizzes, surveys. Don't feel like

6:09

you have to know what all of this does

6:11

right now. I even have templates built

6:12

for you. That way, you can just go

6:14

through and copy what I've done and

6:17

implement it in your own way. Now,

6:19

there's automations, which is where

6:21

you'll send email automations, where

6:23

you'll send Instagram DM automations,

6:25

and those templates are all included as

6:27

well, and we'll go over that. Marketing

6:29

is where you'll send emails to your

6:33

followers and subscribers, and you can

6:35

also schedule Instagram, Facebook,

6:38

YouTube, Tik Tok content, all through

6:40

marketing, which is really cool.

6:42

Payments is where you can add new

6:43

products. Contacts is where you can

6:45

store your Instagram followers, the

6:47

email list, all that stuff. But that is

6:49

a general rundown of the software

6:51

without overwhelming you. Now, at the

6:52

top, you can see it says, "Your wallet

6:54

balance is low. Please add credits."

6:56

Now, we're going to go ahead and click

6:57

resolve here because it is important

6:59

that we get our domain up and running

7:02

and then also some credits to send

7:04

emails. So, this is also where you can

7:06

see your plan. You can see your payment

7:08

method. So, if you don't have a card

7:10

already connected, go ahead and add a

7:12

payment method. And then go to wallet

7:14

and transactions. And we need to add a

7:16

balance here

7:18

of just $10. And that's because we're

7:20

going to go buy a domain for our

7:22

website, like something like

7:23

craterpass.com, but for your website.

7:26

And then we're also going to get some

7:27

email credits that are dirt cheap

7:29

compared to any other email software

7:32

you're going to be using. So, go ahead

7:34

and just click pay. And now you can see

7:36

it will say will auto charge with $10

7:38

when the balance is lower than zero. And

7:40

this is basically just for things that

7:41

actually cost money like sending emails.

7:43

Now other softwares charge an arm and a

7:46

leg for sending emails. I remember at

7:48

one point I was spending over $500 a

7:51

month on emails. You will be nowhere

7:54

even close to that. You'll be able to

7:55

send a whole bunch of emails for $10. uh

7:58

likely, especially if you're getting

7:59

started, you will not even spend $10 a

8:02

month on email unless you're going

8:04

crazy. So, this is something that just

8:08

allows you to send emails. Now, if we

8:10

stay in settings and go from billing

8:12

down to domains and URL redirects, we

8:15

can go ahead and get our URL for our

8:18

website. Now, this is super important

8:19

for selling digital products, just

8:20

having a website where people can go to

8:22

like brian delmatada.com,

8:24

creatorpath.com. So, if you already have

8:25

one, you can connect one for 100% for

8:28

free. What I'd highly recommend if

8:30

you're already using a URL. I would just

8:32

recommend getting a new one for your

8:33

digital product shop. Uh, so you can

8:35

click purchase a domain and then if you

8:36

type in something like brian

8:38

delmatada.com and click search, it won't

8:40

be available because I already own it.

8:42

So, if I search creatorpassest.com

8:46

just for you guys, I can go ahead and

8:48

click search. You can see

8:49

creatorpastest.com

8:51

is available. Now, you can have all

8:52

these different endings.xyz

8:54

xyz.app.info.net.

8:56

I would highly recommend.com. I think

8:58

it's just the most trusted and just kind

8:59

of the default most people go to. And

9:01

you can go ahead and click buy. I would

9:03

recommend just staying with a year at a

9:05

time. You don't really save much by

9:07

doing stupid cheap anyways. For the

9:09

whole year, it's $17 for me. Uh, and

9:12

then if you want to protect your brand

9:14

from competitors, it recommends that you

9:15

get orgnet.uk.

9:17

This is something that's completely up

9:18

to you. I personally don't have.org.net

9:21

net.uk. But if you feel like you want to

9:24

be safe from people trying to take your

9:26

website, you can go ahead and do that

9:27

and then click agree to terms and then

9:29

click pay. Now you'll see it says

9:30

domains purchased successfully and

9:32

there'll be a little loading bar here.

9:34

This is basically just going through and

9:36

starting the connection process. So if

9:38

you give it just about a minute, it

9:40

should auto say active. But if you want,

9:42

you can go ahead and give it a refresh.

9:44

Now we just need to go to manage and

9:46

then connected products. We can go and

9:48

click connect. And this is where we can

9:50

connect it to a website, an email, uh,

9:52

client portal. So, for example, if

9:55

you're doing like a community, you can

9:56

run it through your website as well. So,

9:58

let's go ahead and just set it up for a

10:00

website right now. Click continue. Also,

10:02

add www uh to redirect traffic to

10:06

creatorpass.com

10:08

is recommended. So, we're going to do

10:09

that. Click continue. And then it's

10:10

going to do all the technical stuff in

10:12

the background, which is super nice

10:13

because if you've done any website

10:15

transfers before, you can know how

10:17

tedious this actually is. And then we go

10:19

ahead and click add record. And it

10:21

basically does all of the heavy lifting

10:23

for you. And then you can go ahead and

10:24

just click proceed to finish. And now

10:26

whenever we make a website, we can just

10:28

connect that URL super easily. Next,

10:30

we're going to go ahead and just click

10:31

connect again. And we'll just get our

10:33

email set up while we're at it. That way

10:35

we don't have to do it in the future. So

10:36

basically all you have to do is make a

10:39

subdomain for email. That way there's a

10:42

higher delivery rate. And this is

10:43

something a lot of email services

10:44

actually don't do, but we have set up

10:46

that will automatically increase the

10:48

chances that your emails are delivered

10:50

to people that you're sending emails to,

10:51

which is really important. So we can do

10:53

something like email and then we do dot

10:56

and then the exact URL we just bought.

10:59

So creator passest.com

11:03

and you should see it says looks good.

11:05

Add and verify the process. So basically

11:08

you can change it to it doesn't have to

11:10

say email. You can do even e uh I just

11:13

think email is very easy for people to

11:15

understand when they get it in their

11:16

inbox. So I do email.creatorpast.com

11:20

and then click add and verify and then

11:22

it's going to do all the complex stuff

11:24

again auto for you which is super super

11:26

nice. You can see connect your domain.

11:28

Click continue and then it's going to go

11:30

do all that stuff as well. It's going to

11:32

then add all these complex records and

11:35

you just click it with a simple button.

11:37

You don't have to worry about any of it.

11:38

And then it's going to say domain not

11:40

verified. And this can take up to about

11:42

60 seconds I've typically found to go

11:45

ahead and verify. So don't worry that it

11:46

does that it says not verified at the

11:49

moment. Just give it about a minute. Go

11:52

get a coffee or something and uh then go

11:56

ahead and click refresh. So then once

11:57

you click refresh, that took about 15

11:59

seconds for me. You can go ahead and

12:01

click verif. You can see it says

12:02

verified on all of these. Just make sure

12:04

it says that. And then click verify

12:06

domain. And now what it's going to do is

12:08

just do this warm-up process. That way

12:10

your emails actually get delivered to

12:12

people you're sending, which is a really

12:14

cool thing that's built into Creative

12:15

Pass OS that other softwares charge an

12:18

arm and a leg for or don't even have. So

12:20

really, really cool. And now we have our

12:23

foundation set up. We can now whenever

12:25

we make a website, link it to our URL.

12:28

We can send emails and they'll actually

12:29

be delivered to people. and uh you have

12:32

a general understanding of what Creator

12:35

Pass OS is and what it has to offer.

12:40

So, now that we've got you all set up

12:41

with your domain, your email, you kind

12:43

of understand the software generally, I

12:45

want to talk about what we're going to

12:46

do in the next 14 days because I want to

12:48

set expectations with you because this

12:51

is something that if done and followed

12:54

properly will change your life. I have

12:56

100% certainty in that and I want to

12:57

help you understand that. So, in the

12:59

next 14 days, your goal will be to

13:01

launch your first digital product and

13:03

make your first sale. And to get you

13:04

fired up and to get you to understand

13:06

why this is so important that you take

13:08

action now and you don't delay and you

13:09

actually go through with the first step

13:11

of changing your life is I want to tell

13:14

you why digital products are so

13:15

gamechanging. So, first and foremost,

13:17

unlimited earning potential. And what

13:19

that means is a job pays you once for

13:21

your time. So, you go and you work for

13:23

40 hours and then you're paid for 40

13:25

hours. Digital products are not like

13:26

that. Digital products pay you again and

13:29

again and again and again for work that

13:32

you've done in the past. So maybe you

13:34

spend the next two weeks building your

13:36

digital product, getting your website up

13:38

and running, making some content. Say

13:39

you spend an hour a day, so 14 hours

13:41

over the next 14 days building a digital

13:43

product, getting it up and running. That

13:45

feels like a lot of time to get

13:46

something up and running. But in

13:47

reality, it's not. And the coolest thing

13:49

is once you've done the work, you can

13:51

get paid for what you've done in the

13:52

past. So that means you can sell your

13:54

digital product 10 or 10,000 times and

13:57

the work's the same. The fulfillment's

13:58

the same. When someone buys it, it

14:00

doesn't matter if 10 people buy it or

14:01

10,000 people buy it. The work to give

14:04

it to them is the absolute same. So that

14:07

means you can sell 10 of them at $100 a

14:10

pop and make $1,000 or you can send sell

14:13

10,000 of them at $100 a pop and make a

14:16

million. The work is the same. The

14:19

coolest thing is with Creator Pass OS,

14:21

everything's automated. So you don't

14:22

have to do extra work for each set. When

14:24

someone goes to your website and clicks

14:25

buy, they're going to instantly be taken

14:26

to a download link also be sent the

14:28

email and they'll have an account. That

14:29

way they can get access to it. One of my

14:31

favorites is you are the boss. That

14:33

means you choose what to make. So the

14:35

content you make, the product you make,

14:37

the graphics you make, anything,

14:38

whatever you want, you get to choose.

14:41

You set the price. So you can charge

14:43

whatever you want for your digital

14:44

product. I'll give some recommendations

14:45

cuz I think there's stuff that's

14:46

working. I work with countless creators

14:49

that are selling digital products and

14:51

doing it full-time. So, I'll give you

14:53

some insight on like what price points I

14:54

think are best to get started. But

14:57

ultimately, you get to decide that and

14:59

then you work when you want. There's no

15:02

deadlines, no clients, no stress. See,

15:05

digital products and creating your own

15:07

online content is the ultimate form of

15:09

freedom because on days you want to

15:11

work, you can. On days you don't want to

15:12

work, you don't have to. There's no

15:14

specific deadline. I mean, you can set

15:16

deadlines for yourself, but no one's

15:18

going to be hounding you to get

15:19

something done on time and stressing you

15:22

out and saying, "Hey, actually, you need

15:23

to change this." The only time you

15:25

change something in your digital product

15:26

is when you feel like you want to. Now,

15:28

this one's honestly arguably the coolest

15:30

is you get to keep 100% of the money.

15:32

So, with normal work, you have gear you

15:34

have to buy, maybe you have to travel to

15:36

work, and all the time uh that you spend

15:39

eating up all your profit. with digital

15:41

products. Once it's made, every sale is

15:44

almost 100% pure profit. And what I mean

15:47

by almost is like with every business

15:49

ever, there's credit card transaction

15:51

fees. So, if you sell something for 100

15:54

bucks, you're going to give a small

15:56

percentage to the credit card company,

15:58

but other than that, it's basically 100%

16:00

profit. I could have just said 100%

16:03

profit, to be honest, cuz it's really

16:04

100% profit. It's the business closest

16:07

to 100% profit. And each sale is money

16:10

in your pocket forever. Digital products

16:12

allow you not only freedom, but the

16:14

ability to build wealth because when you

16:17

sell something on your online store,

16:19

that money goes from the customer to

16:21

your bank account in a few days. You

16:24

don't have to wait weeks and get paid

16:26

twice a month. You can make $1,000 today

16:30

and by tomorrow it can be in your bank

16:32

account. Now, this is one of the most

16:33

sexy and like kind of like how everyone

16:35

markets digital products. And I think

16:37

it's really it it's funny because a lot

16:39

of people talk about it, but it's true.

16:41

You create something once and your

16:42

product works for you 24/7 constantly.

16:44

No matter where you are, there are

16:46

videos that I've created in the past

16:47

that are generating me sales where I

16:49

wake up and I check my Stripe

16:51

notifications and I'm getting paid

16:52

hundreds if not thousands of dollars for

16:55

work that I did in the past that I made

16:58

the money while I was sleeping because

17:00

there was content out there. There were

17:02

websites out there. There were

17:03

automations out there that I already

17:05

built that are paying me to just live or

17:09

in this case sleep. This is where it

17:11

becomes really cool and I think this is

17:12

where the wealth creation game happens

17:14

is your product become an asset. And the

17:17

cool thing about websites and

17:18

automations and content that you've

17:21

already made is it never gets tired.

17:23

It's not going to quit on you. It's not

17:24

going to be like, "Hey, I can't do this

17:25

anymore." And then out of nowhere, your

17:27

profits go to nothing because you don't

17:28

have someone working for you. That's the

17:30

best thing about digital products and

17:33

creating content for yourself is because

17:35

you're 100% in control and because you

17:37

set up the systems and the automations

17:39

that once you have them set, they're not

17:41

going anywhere. There's digital products

17:44

and content that I made 4 years ago that

17:46

still pay me to this day because I've

17:48

set the systems and the automations and

17:50

the digital products in place. So,

17:53

there's going to be a point, whether it

17:54

be in the next 14 days or in the next

17:56

year of you selling digital products,

17:59

that you're going to wake up to sales

18:00

without lifting a finger. You're

18:01

literally going to go to bed at night

18:03

and you're going to wake up the next

18:04

morning and there's going to be

18:05

notifications that you sold something on

18:08

Creator Pass OS. Incredible. The next

18:10

thing, the the common misconception, and

18:12

you might be thinking this right now,

18:13

you're like, "Okay, great, Brian. You

18:14

have a large following. I don't have a

18:16

following." You don't need a following

18:18

to get started. I started with zero

18:21

followers just like everyone else and I

18:24

made my first $10,000 month with less

18:26

than 10,000 subscribers on YouTube. I

18:28

was getting paid to grow my following

18:30

from the beginning. And that's something

18:31

I show inside of here is how to create

18:34

content that's specific enough to people

18:36

that will attract people and you'll gain

18:38

followers, but you'll also get paid to

18:40

grow. You don't need a million

18:42

followers. A small group of the right

18:44

people is enough. Like I said, I've made

18:45

at least $10,000 a month every single

18:48

month for the last four almost five

18:50

years now. And it started with less than

18:52

10,000 followers. I started making over

18:54

$10,000 a month before I had 10,000

18:56

followers. Ridiculous. That's the power

18:58

of digital products. And the best part

19:00

about all this is you'll make money and

19:02

grow your following at the same time.

19:03

And I don't want to set your

19:04

expectations too high. Of course, at the

19:06

beginning when you have zero following

19:07

and you don't have an audience, it's

19:09

going to be the hardest to make sales.

19:10

But the most encouraging and best part

19:13

about it is you can make sales and grow

19:16

your following at the same time. And

19:18

then this is that compounding asset that

19:20

over time will turn into real wealth for

19:23

you. Your first sale is the hardest to

19:24

make. And that's why I'm here to guide

19:26

you through the journey because once you

19:27

make that first sale and you gain 10

19:29

followers, that's momentum and you can

19:31

really change the trajectory of your

19:33

life rather quickly. A lot of people

19:35

that I've helped make their first sale

19:36

within a year started making well over

19:39

$10,000 a month. And all throughout that

19:41

process, throughout that full year, they

19:42

were making $100 a month, $200 a month,

19:46

a,000 bucks a month, 2,000 bucks a

19:48

month, 5,000 bucks a month. It wasn't

19:50

like they went from making zero to

19:52

10,000 instantly. As their following

19:54

grew, and as their brand and digital

19:56

product business grew, their income grew

19:58

as well. Their following grew as well.

20:00

And one thing that's so amazing is

20:01

digital products, there's a fit for

20:03

every creator. And I firmly believe

20:04

this. I think now more than ever, people

20:07

are waking up to how profitable and how

20:08

amazing digital products are because you

20:10

can make money while you sleep. It's

20:12

infinitely scalable. It's 100% profit.

20:15

You can do it from anywhere. That I

20:17

think in the next few years, every

20:18

creator is going to have some form of

20:20

digital product. And I'm glad you're

20:22

taking the step now to take action so

20:24

you're ahead of these people and you can

20:27

capitalize on this ever evolving market

20:29

because I think people are now more than

20:31

ever willing to buy digital products

20:34

too. Just a few examples. You might not

20:36

be on this list, but if you are, amazing

20:37

cuz it'll give you some ideas. But if

20:39

you're not, just know that you can make

20:41

a digital product around whatever you're

20:42

passionate about. So video editors,

20:44

there are things like LUTs, presets,

20:46

templates. With photographers, there's

20:49

presets, guides, templates. Music

20:51

producers, there's sample packs, MIDI

20:54

kits. For graphic designers, there's

20:57

fonts, icons, templates. For coaches and

21:00

consultants, ebooks, courses, and

21:01

memberships. So, regardless of what kind

21:05

of creator you are, whatever you're

21:06

passionate about, there's something to

21:08

sell. If you're in fitness, there's

21:09

fitness coaching, there's cookbooks,

21:12

there's workout plans, there's so many

21:15

different things. Whatever thing you're

21:17

interested in, whatever you want to talk

21:18

about, whatever you're passionate about,

21:20

there's something you can sell. So,

21:22

whatever you do, there's a digital

21:23

product you can sell. And the most

21:26

important thing to understand right now

21:28

is digital products are your path to

21:29

freedom. Not only has digital products

21:31

allowed me so much freedom in my life,

21:32

I've personally seen it with my friends

21:35

go from living at their parents house,

21:37

not having a stable job or not having a

21:39

job at all, playing video games, not

21:40

really doing much with their life to

21:42

simply launching a digital product and

21:44

creating content about things that they

21:45

actually care about to then making

21:47

millions of dollars, being able to

21:50

create the content they want, live where

21:52

they want, travel where they want. And I

21:54

firmly believe that there is no better

21:56

business to start today than digital

21:59

products because it costs practically

22:01

nothing to get up and running and it's

22:02

100% pure profit and you actually can

22:04

enjoy the process.

22:09

So now that hopefully you're fired up

22:10

and ready to actually take action, I

22:12

want to set some expectations of like

22:14

what you're actually going to be doing

22:16

in the next 14 days. because this isn't

22:19

some big confusing course about making

22:22

$10,000 a month, even though that's

22:24

might be where you want to go. I cut out

22:26

all the fluff so you can go from skill

22:28

to idea to product, create an offer

22:31

around that, create content, and

22:33

generate a sale all in 14 days. And if

22:36

you don't understand any of those steps,

22:37

don't worry. We're going to be going

22:38

over all of that. But simply said, I

22:40

created a course and the tools alongside

22:43

the course. That way, you can get up and

22:45

running and have a profitable business

22:47

in 14 days. Because here's the truth. If

22:49

you can make your first sale, you can

22:51

make your 10,000. Now, this won't always

22:55

feel easy throughout the process. In

22:56

fact, it won't be easy. But that's the

22:59

point because it's a challenge. And

23:01

people that are willing to put

23:02

themselves in uncomfortable positions

23:03

for a short period of time, like 14

23:05

days, get to see the benefit and get the

23:07

reward of having a profitable business.

23:10

Think about this. If you can commit to

23:12

for the next 14 days, you can start a

23:14

business that is profitable in literally

23:17

2 weeks. Now, I'm not saying you're

23:18

going to be at $10,000 a month or

23:20

instantly be able to quit your job, but

23:22

you can create a profitable business in

23:24

14 days. I've had students do it in 24

23:28

hours. They just went through and

23:29

watched this course content as quickly

23:31

as possible, got it up and running, and

23:33

made their sale in in literally less

23:35

than 24 hours from the second they

23:36

started. Now, I'm not saying I would

23:38

recommend that, but just to show it's

23:39

possible. So giving you 14 days is while

23:42

it might feel overwhelming, just know

23:44

that there's people that have done it in

23:45

24. So there is plenty of time and

23:48

there's no reason to feel overwhelmed.

23:49

It's going to be challenging at parts,

23:50

but I'm here to help. I'll guide you

23:52

step by step. So all you need to do is

23:54

show up and do the work. Now, one thing

23:55

that's important to understand is if you

23:57

skip the steps, you're going to stay

23:59

stuck. But if you follow them, you'll

24:00

move forward. This course isn't super

24:02

long. Don't go through and skim through

24:04

the videos and put it on two times

24:06

speed. Like watch the video and pay

24:07

attention and then go do the action.

24:09

It's really not that complex. You just

24:11

need to follow the video and then do the

24:13

work yourself. And one thing to note,

24:15

and I think is important, is we're not

24:16

painting our Mona Lisa here. We're

24:18

putting our first brush stroke down. So,

24:20

what does that mean? The Mona Lisa

24:22

wasn't the first time Leonardo da Vinci

24:25

ever painted a painting, but it's what

24:27

he's remembered for. And we often times

24:29

think that the thing we're currently

24:30

working on is what we're going to be

24:31

remembered for forever. But in fact,

24:34

when you're starting a new business or

24:36

starting a new venture like this, it's

24:37

oftentimes the first brushstroke that

24:39

many people might not even see. So, you

24:41

need to remove this huge pressure of

24:43

getting everything right, figuring

24:44

everything out. And we need to focus on

24:47

taking action over these next 14 days

24:50

because action will get you there.

24:51

Perfection won't. So, what I need from

24:53

you is I need you to go allin. I need

24:56

you to believe in yourself and I need

24:58

you most importantly to take action

24:59

every single day. The answers in this

25:01

course, while I'll guide you throughout

25:03

the journey, I even have an AI that I'm

25:05

going to give you to help you build your

25:07

digital product. The answers won't come

25:08

from that. The answers will come by

25:10

doing. It will be by listening to what I

25:12

say and taking the guidance of the AI,

25:15

but ultimately come down to you taking

25:17

action. It won't come by waiting or

25:20

scrolling on Instagram, only by acting.

25:23

That's why I want you to take your

25:24

perfectionism and throw it out. We all

25:27

like to have something perfect and I

25:29

think we glamorize working towards

25:31

something and having it perfect. But

25:33

progress beats perfect every single time

25:37

because in reality there's no such thing

25:39

as perfect. You're always going to be

25:41

able to improve. So what I want you to

25:43

do right now is take out a piece of

25:46

paper, maybe a notebook, a pen and

25:47

paper, something physical, something

25:49

that while you're watching these videos,

25:50

you can keep at your desk and look down

25:52

and see. I want you to write down on the

25:54

paper. So, if you haven't, pause the

25:56

video, go get a piece of paper and pen

25:57

and then come back. So, write down on

25:59

the paper now. I will follow this

26:00

challenge and take it seriously. Write

26:02

down, I will turn off distractions and

26:04

give this my focus. Write down, I will

26:06

take action even when it feels hard.

26:08

Write down, I will trust the process and

26:10

value progress over perfection. This is

26:12

a huge one right here. Write down, I

26:14

will finish what I start. And then write

26:16

down by the end of this challenge, I

26:17

will launch my product and make my first

26:20

sale. Now, this might feel silly writing

26:22

down, especially you haven't journaled

26:24

or wrote down commitments to yourself in

26:26

the past, but I promise you that if

26:28

you're watching this and you haven't

26:29

done it yet, just go get a pen and paper

26:30

and just do it because what it will do

26:32

is we'll remind you the intention you

26:34

set at the beginning of this challenge

26:35

and it will hold yourself accountable

26:37

because I can only hold your you so

26:39

accountable. You have to go and do the

26:41

work. What I want you to do before

26:43

moving on to the next module is read

26:44

these out loud. And I also want you to

26:46

just take your pen and just give

26:49

yourself a quick little signature of

26:50

your name at the end of this just so you

26:54

can put a personalized touch to it. And

26:56

before you start each day of the

26:57

challenge, go ahead and read these out

26:58

loud to yourself. If you want to look in

27:00

the mirror, it might feel awkward if you

27:01

haven't done something like this before,

27:02

but just trust me. Just do it. Just read

27:04

it out loud. It takes all of 30 seconds

27:06

to read these out loud, but really think

27:08

about what each of these sentences mean

27:10

and think about the commitment you're

27:11

making to yourself because I guarantee

27:12

if you can commit these things to

27:14

yourself in 14 days, you will see so

27:17

much progress and you will have a

27:18

profitable business.

27:22

So, the people that take this course and

27:24

don't get results, there's two things

27:26

that I see them really struggle with.

27:28

So, I want to address them at the

27:29

beginning. That way you can be aware of

27:32

them and take this course and be

27:34

successful for yourself. The first thing

27:35

I see a lot of people struggle with is

27:37

fear. And that's natural, right? Being

27:38

scared of doing something new is 100%

27:41

natural. And you're going to have to

27:43

overcome it a little bit. And I'm going

27:44

to give you some strategies in here to

27:46

do that. But then the other thing, and I

27:47

I'll say this is probably the more

27:49

typical thing to stop people from

27:51

actually taking action and changing

27:53

their life in 14 days is perfectionism.

27:55

is thinking that everything has to be

27:57

absolutely perfect before they launch,

27:59

before they post their first video. The

28:00

website needs to be perfect. The digital

28:02

product needs to be perfect. The content

28:03

needs to be perfect. Oh, I need to get

28:05

a,000 followers before I can post

28:06

because some weird random rule that

28:09

they've heard someone talk about on the

28:10

internet. All that's fake. A launch

28:12

product is better than a perfect product

28:14

because a perfect product doesn't exist.

28:16

Now, I want to talk about why action

28:18

beats hesitation 1 million times out of

28:21

1 million. And all the successful

28:23

creators, the people that I've seen in

28:24

my corner inside of Creative Pass

28:26

mentorship, my friends, other

28:28

entrepreneurs that I know in my life,

28:29

the people that actually take action,

28:31

the people that actually make money from

28:33

what they do, aren't focused on being

28:35

perfect. They're focused on improvement,

28:37

but getting stuff out. Just because your

28:39

stuff's not perfect doesn't mean you

28:40

don't care. I think that's a common

28:41

misconception. You can still care but

28:43

not have to have everything perfect. And

28:46

one story that really drives us home is

28:48

this photo class. So, a teacher split

28:50

students into two groups. There was a

28:52

quantity group that was graded in how

28:55

many photos they took and a quality

28:56

group that was graded on one perfect

28:59

photo. So, basically, group A, the

29:01

quantity group, they got a better grade

29:03

if they took more photos. So, say they

29:04

took one photo, they probably got a

29:06

pretty bad grade. They took a 100

29:07

photos, they probably got a pretty good

29:09

grade. They took a thousand photos, they

29:10

probably got an amazing grade. Group B,

29:13

it didn't matter how many photos they

29:14

took. They could take one or 100,000.

29:18

they were graded on how good that one

29:21

photo was. Now, you might think, okay,

29:23

well, if the group that was just focused

29:25

on taking one perfect photo, they could

29:27

put all their attention and energy into

29:29

taking one perfect photo, that they

29:31

definitely got better photos. But the

29:32

experiment actually shows the opposite.

29:34

The best photos came from the quantity

29:36

group, the group that was graded in how

29:38

many photos they actually took. And why

29:39

is that true? It's because they learned

29:41

by doing. They were able to go out and

29:43

take photos and not have this huge

29:44

pressure of, oh, I need to make this one

29:46

perfect. So, they just like never

29:48

actually took the photo. They went and

29:50

took a photo and be like, "Oh, the

29:51

lighting looks weird here. Let me go and

29:53

move to a different location. Oh, my

29:55

settings on the camera aren't right. Let

29:56

me change the aperture, the ISO,

29:58

whatever technical stuff." They took

30:00

photos and improved over time. Whereas,

30:03

the quality group was so focused on

30:05

taking the perfect photo, they didn't

30:07

give themselves the opportunity to

30:08

actually practice. So, every photo made

30:11

them better. The perfect group wasted

30:13

time on overthinking. They spent time

30:16

researching what makes a really great

30:18

photo, which is important, but it's not

30:19

the only thing that makes a great photo.

30:21

No matter how much research you do on

30:23

how to take a perfect photo, you can

30:25

only do so much before you just go out

30:27

and have to take the photo. And you

30:29

learn so much more by doing, and you

30:30

learn so much quicker by doing. So, the

30:32

lesson behind that story is action beats

30:34

perfection. What I want you to do is

30:37

regardless of what's going on in these

30:39

next 14 days, if something comes up and

30:41

you're really struggling because

30:43

something came up at work and you have

30:44

to spend more time, I want you to just

30:46

commit to what you committed to in the

30:48

previous video. Get a product up and

30:49

running in 14 days, even if it's not

30:52

perfect. Because getting it up there

30:54

creates real momentum. It creates the

30:56

opportunity for there to be a second.

30:57

Now, if you allow this challenge to

30:59

overwhelm you or something comes up in

31:01

life and you don't take action, the

31:02

unfortunate truth, the unfortunate

31:04

reality of that is there's a good chance

31:06

you never actually create a successful

31:08

digital product business. And I don't

31:10

want that for you. I want you to find

31:12

success. And what success looks like is

31:15

taking action and allowing yourself the

31:18

ability to be imperfect or fail. So

31:20

failure is one of the things that I

31:22

teach to all my students because I think

31:24

it's one of the most important skills to

31:26

master is actually learning how to fail.

31:28

And that might sound backwards, but I

31:30

want you to flip how you see failure.

31:32

Because failure isn't the end unless you

31:34

let it be. If you post a video and it

31:36

gets zero views, did you fail? In some

31:38

people's definition, yes, you didn't get

31:40

the outcome you wanted. But were you

31:41

able to learn and understand why it got

31:44

zero views? Were you able to practice

31:46

getting better at making videos, posting

31:47

it, making the thumbnail, getting in

31:49

front of the camera? Okay, that's a huge

31:51

win. It's about how you view failure.

31:53

So, we're focused more on the inputs

31:56

than the outputs. Meaning, posting a

31:57

video is a win in itself. The outcome of

32:00

the video doesn't necessarily matter in

32:02

the short term because failure is

32:04

feedback. The more you fail, the quicker

32:06

you fail, the quicker you can get

32:07

feedback, the quicker you can improve

32:09

your product, improve your content,

32:10

improve your website. And luckily, a lot

32:12

of the stuff in here I've gone through

32:14

and I've seen people fail. So, we're

32:15

going to skip a lot of the failing. But

32:17

just know if you do feel like at one

32:19

point in the challenge like, damn, I'm

32:21

failing at this, flip that to, no, I'm

32:22

learning right now. And I credit a lot

32:24

of my success to failing because winners

32:27

fail the most because they try the most.

32:29

It's natural as a defense mechanism to

32:31

put up this wall and be like, "Oh, I'm

32:33

not going to try because I don't want to

32:34

fail." Because you can't fail if you

32:36

don't try. except for the fact that

32:38

that's failing in itself, but it feels

32:41

safe. You can't miss a basketball free

32:43

throw if you don't take it, but you also

32:45

can't make it. I want you to stop adding

32:47

pressure to what you're doing. So, I

32:50

want you to imagine real quick a plank

32:52

of wood, like a 2x4 plank of wood on the

32:54

ground, right? I want you to just

32:56

imagine balancing on that and walking

32:58

across it. Pretty easy, right? No big

33:01

deal. Probably wouldn't have much

33:02

pressure, especially if no one's

33:03

watching. Like, who cares? Just walk

33:05

across the plank. like I already walk

33:06

every single day. Now take that same

33:08

plank and put it on a skyscraper and now

33:10

walk across it. Pretty scary, right? The

33:14

thing to note here is the task itself

33:16

didn't change. You're walking across a

33:18

2x4. Only the pressure you put on how

33:20

important it is to walk across a 2x4

33:23

because up in a skyscraper between two

33:25

buildings, pretty important that you

33:27

don't fall off that 2x4. And sometimes

33:29

we can put this false pressure on

33:31

ourselves like we're walking on a 2x4

33:34

over a whole city. But in reality, we're

33:36

just creating a product and posting some

33:37

content. It's pretty simple. You're not

33:39

going to die. I want you to practice

33:41

small fails. So, in this challenge,

33:44

you're going to post a video that's not

33:45

perfect. You're going to launch a

33:47

product and no one's going to buy

33:48

initially. You're going to send a DM and

33:50

people aren't going to reply. But the

33:52

more you fail, the less scary it feels

33:54

to fail. And that's where the tolerance

33:56

go builds up. The more you're willing to

33:59

accept failure, the more success you're

34:02

actually going to have. Because I want

34:03

you to ask yourself, what's the worst

34:05

that could actually happen? Will any of

34:06

this really matter in 5 years? Like if

34:08

you posted a video and like it got like

34:10

a 100 views and someone comments, this

34:11

video is boring. Like doesn't feel great

34:14

in the moment, right? But like, will

34:15

that even matter in 5 years? Especially

34:17

if you stay with it. There's videos that

34:19

I'm embarrassed about posting in the

34:20

past, but I'm so glad I did because I

34:23

learned and I built a real successful

34:25

business from it. I was scared of, you

34:27

know, friends or family seeing my videos

34:29

that weren't perfect, but I still did it

34:31

anyways. And that laid the foundation to

34:33

running a really successful online

34:35

business that's allowed me freedom and

34:37

to generate over a million dollars in

34:39

profit through digital product sales.

34:40

Had I been so worked up about what will

34:43

people think and not posted, I would

34:45

never have got here. So even if the

34:47

worst case scenario happens, could you

34:50

bounce back? Yeah. So actually the worst

34:54

isn't that bad. The worst is not doing

34:56

it and 5 years from now not having

34:59

freedom, not having a business that

35:01

prints you ridiculous money every single

35:03

day on autopilot. That's the worst case

35:06

scenario because small wins or small

35:10

failures stack, right? So don't stress

35:12

about getting to your first $10,000 a

35:13

month. I I see it all over the internet.

35:15

You need to make $10,000 a month. That's

35:17

where true freedom comes from to some

35:18

extent. I think money is important, but

35:20

what's really important is having the

35:22

systems and getting up and running,

35:24

getting started because once you make a

35:26

$100 online, it's way easier to go from

35:29

100 to a,000 than from zero to 100. So,

35:31

we just need to focus on your first sale

35:33

and then the next and then the next. So,

35:35

with that being said, I want you to fail

35:36

fast and learn faster. It's really easy

35:39

in your head to be like, well, I could

35:41

spend 3 weeks on launching my digital

35:43

product and it'll be this much better.

35:45

And that's true. One day of work, you'll

35:47

see what to fix. One month of work,

35:49

you'll still have stuff to fix. One year

35:51

of work, yep, there's still stuff to

35:54

fix. But that's the beauty with digital

35:55

products. You can launch and improve

35:57

after you've already made sales. You can

35:59

get feedback from buyers. You can post

36:01

something and improve. So, one thing I

36:03

want to get through your head is

36:04

perfection is a lie and progression is

36:06

the truth.

36:10

Now that we've got through all that, you

36:12

got set up, you're ready to take action.

36:14

You might be asking like, what is an

36:16

actual digital product? Maybe you

36:17

already know, maybe you're not 100% sure

36:19

of like what should I create? This is

36:20

where I'm going to start giving you

36:22

ideas and allow you to start thinking

36:24

about what you want to create. So, some

36:26

simple digital product ideas. Now, this

36:29

is not everything. There are infinite

36:30

digital products that you can create.

36:32

And I think that's really important to

36:33

note, but here are some ideas of some

36:36

common places people start. So, video

36:38

editors have lots, presets, templates.

36:40

These are all files that video editors

36:42

can save through their video editing

36:44

software and then upload to a website

36:46

and sell to save time or do something

36:49

that other editors don't know how to do.

36:51

Same thing with photographers. They can

36:52

do Lightroom presets, guides, templates,

36:55

maybe how to use their camera, settings,

36:57

all this stuff. Something that will help

36:59

people either save time or do something

37:01

better. Now, music producers have sample

37:03

packs, MIDI kits, and drum kits. So

37:06

stuff that producers can create that

37:08

will allow other producers to make music

37:11

faster, easier, better. And this is not

37:13

all of the ideas. Of course, a music

37:15

producer could create a course or a

37:17

community. A a lot of different

37:20

possibilities. There are just some

37:21

simple ones. Designers have fonts,

37:23

templates, icons, coaches, and

37:25

consultants, ebooks, courses,

37:28

memberships. So these are just some

37:30

simple ideas to get you thinking about

37:32

what's possible. Now, if you're not on

37:33

this list, like a video editor,

37:35

photographer, a coach or consultant,

37:36

there's a skill that you have that you

37:38

can package into a digital product. Say

37:40

you're really into fitness, you could

37:42

create a workout program or do

37:44

one-on-one coaching or you could even

37:47

make a cookbook on what foods that you

37:48

eat to stay in shape. So, just because

37:50

maybe you don't use an editing software

37:52

and you can't save the file, think about

37:55

what skills you have or what knowledge

37:56

you have that you can package into a

37:58

digital product. Now, the rule that I

37:59

want you to follow, especially for your

38:01

first one, if you've never made a

38:02

digital product ever before, your first

38:04

product should be simple. Do not over

38:06

complicate it. This is so important

38:08

because getting it up and running,

38:10

making your first product will teach you

38:12

so many things and you'll get paid to

38:14

learn that you can now go and repeat and

38:17

make new products in the future. If you

38:19

spend months creating something and then

38:22

finally launch it, you're going to be

38:23

burnt out by the time it launches and

38:24

chances are it's probably not going to

38:26

be as good as you actually think it will

38:27

be. So, I want you to pick a no-brainer

38:29

product for yourself. So, ask yourself,

38:32

what do I already create that people ask

38:34

me for? So, if you're a video editor,

38:35

chances are you have some skill that

38:37

people like, wa this is really cool that

38:38

you do. Think about those times where

38:40

people have been like, how'd you do

38:41

that? What do what software you like all

38:43

the questions you get on a day-to-day

38:45

basis from your friends, maybe you

38:47

already have a following or from even

38:49

client work. What are the things you're

38:51

actually good at that people ask for?

38:52

And then also think what could you do to

38:54

save someone time or even yourself that

38:57

would make their life easier or your

38:59

life easier. So maybe you already know

39:00

like you're like I do this thing every

39:02

single day and I wish I had something

39:04

that just like saved me time doing it,

39:06

right? So for example, if you're a video

39:07

editor, it's like I do these text

39:08

animations every single day and I do it

39:10

from start. What if I just turn them

39:12

into presets? It would not only help me

39:14

but it would help other people. You

39:15

know, an example of that for the fitness

39:17

just so we can kind of show a few

39:18

different examples is like, well, I

39:20

track my workout every single day, but I

39:21

do it in like my notes app and it's like

39:23

really confusing like what if you just

39:25

made like a very like concise workout

39:27

tracker. There are things for

39:29

everything. So, what could you do that

39:31

would save time or make someone's life

39:32

easier? Not only theirs but yours. And

39:34

chances are if you can solve a problem

39:36

for you, you're also solving a problem

39:38

for other people. And then what skills,

39:40

and this is the easy one to overlook. So

39:42

what are the skills that you use every

39:43

single day that you use without even

39:45

thinking about? Because oftentimes

39:47

that's some of the best places to start.

39:49

Now it might be so obvious and easy to

39:52

you that you might over overthink even

39:55

turning into a digital product. Like

39:57

everyone knows how to do that. But

39:58

that's not the reality. That's where

39:59

your skill is because you've spent time

40:02

learning the skill and getting good at

40:04

something. It feels effortless to you.

40:07

But just remember when you first didn't

40:09

know how to do it, it took you time and

40:10

effort. So there's a lot of things that

40:12

if you do consistently daily, there are

40:15

skills and ideas that you can take and

40:18

turn into digital products there. Now

40:19

the next thing is I want you to keep it

40:21

simple but specific because being

40:25

specific in a digital product early on

40:27

allows people to decide if it's for them

40:29

or not. So most people overthink their

40:31

first product, right? It doesn't need to

40:32

do a hundred different things. It

40:33

doesn't need to be perfect. It just

40:35

needs to be useful. So for example, this

40:38

challenge in itself, I could have made

40:40

this massive course on building a

40:43

personal brand, scaling to 10K a month,

40:45

running sales funnels, keeping customers

40:47

long term. These are all things I know

40:49

how to do, right? But I didn't. I cut

40:51

straight to the most important step,

40:52

right? helping you launch your first

40:54

digital product right now because I know

40:56

that that's a very useful thing that is

40:59

attractive to a lot of people that I

41:01

don't have to go and over complicate and

41:02

build out this massive 10-hour course on

41:05

everything I know, but instead I'm going

41:07

to give you the tools to get started

41:08

with this. So, I want you to start small

41:10

and grow later. So, for example, a video

41:12

editor, the simple small version is a

41:15

preset pack. Then from that, you can

41:17

maybe add a workflow course under that

41:19

showing how you use the presets, how you

41:21

go about editing, all that stuff. that

41:22

takes a little bit more time because you

41:24

have to record videos and also make the

41:26

preset pack. So, there's two things.

41:27

Some people I get in and I start helping

41:29

and they're like, I want to make this

41:30

monthly subscription with all these

41:32

presets on everything I know how to do.

41:34

Also course content on not only how to

41:36

edit, but also how to get clients and

41:38

like all these different grand things.

41:40

And I think this is an amazing idea.

41:42

It's just not your first digital

41:44

product. You start small and you add on

41:46

and you keep growing and you get paid to

41:48

grow your catalog of of tools and

41:50

digital products. And then maybe

41:52

eventually you can have this monthly

41:54

subscription with presets and courses

41:56

and all this stuff built out. But if you

41:58

go for that from day one, you're first

42:01

of all, you're not going to build

42:02

something that's really as amazing as

42:03

you think because there's going to be so

42:05

many things you're going to you're going

42:06

to not even consider. But also, one

42:07

thing that people don't think about is

42:09

when they're building this massive

42:10

product that does everything, it's

42:12

really hard to tell people like what it

42:15

does because it does everything. So it's

42:17

like it kind of just loses a little bit

42:19

of the attractiveness of it. So for

42:22

example, right now I run creator pass

42:24

mentorship. What started as a simple

42:26

course, there was just one simple course

42:28

has now grown into the complete system

42:30

for creators to build a digital product,

42:33

get it up and running, make sales,

42:35

scale, grow their personal brand. It

42:37

even has software, right? So inside,

42:39

just for an example of what you what

42:41

you'd get if you signed up is you get

42:43

all of my course content. So not only

42:45

this but all the other course content I

42:46

have on personal branding, running ads,

42:49

sending emails, all the things that you

42:51

basically everything that I know and

42:53

then also all the workshops. So the

42:54

calls that I do that are live

42:56

presentations. You get weekly live calls

42:58

with me so you can ask personalized

43:00

questions. You get 10K month hot seats

43:03

where we interview other Creator Pass

43:05

members who have gone from 0 to $10,000

43:08

and we ask them how they did it. You get

43:10

a private WhatsApp group chat with

43:12

direct access to me and all the other

43:14

members and you even get the software

43:17

that you're using too uh creator pass

43:19

OS. That's something that has taken me

43:22

well over a year to build and scale up

43:25

because there's so much course content.

43:26

There's so many workshops. There's

43:27

weekly calls with me. There's a WhatsApp

43:29

group chat. There's software that if I

43:31

just wanted to launch that from the

43:33

beginning, it would have been very

43:34

overwhelming. And I also just wouldn't

43:36

have known what people actually wanted

43:38

because I grew over time. My paying

43:40

customers were able to give me feedback

43:42

and I was able to make it better because

43:43

I grew with them. And doing it that way

43:45

actually makes it more profitable,

43:47

easier to get started, and you learn a

43:50

lot more throughout the journey.

43:51

Creative Pass Mentorship has literally

43:52

become the go-to program for creatives

43:54

who want freedom, purpose, and 10K a

43:56

month without clients or having to trade

43:59

their time for money. But I think it's

44:00

really important that it's this amazing

44:02

grand thing now to note that it didn't

44:04

start like this. It was one simple

44:06

course at first. So the truth is is your

44:09

first product is just the beginning. I

44:10

want you to launch small, learn fast,

44:13

and build bigger later. So I want you to

44:16

start thinking about some useful

44:18

products that came up in your mind while

44:20

I was going through this, like things

44:22

that you might be good at, ideas. And in

44:24

the next section, I'll show you also how

44:26

to use the AI that I've built for you to

44:29

launch digital products and get ideas

44:31

from there because I think that's also

44:32

really important. But this should

44:34

hopefully give you a general idea of

44:38

what you can start creating and also

44:41

give you the direction of what to create

44:42

and maybe what not to create for your

44:44

first digital product.

44:48

Okay, so now we're on to creating your

44:50

first digital product. This is where

44:51

you're actually going to go through and

44:54

create your digital product that you're

44:56

going to sell. So, there are tons of

44:58

ways to make digital products. I mean,

45:00

like literally infinite. So, with that

45:02

in mind, don't be overwhelmed, but just

45:04

start thinking about what is a simple

45:06

way I can create. Don't over complicate

45:09

the process. Just because there's a

45:11

bunch of different ways you can record

45:12

course content, just find the one that

45:14

you know how to use. For example, I'm

45:16

recording on my camera right now, but

45:17

you can also use softwares like OBS or

45:20

Loom. There's a billion different ways

45:21

to do it. Find out the one that you know

45:23

how to do and then start doing it and

45:25

you can always improve later. I'm going

45:26

to go through this document here first

45:28

and kind of give you some ideas and I'm

45:30

also going to go and show you how to use

45:32

the AI that I've built to get ideas and

45:34

help you think about what to create and

45:36

it will also point you in the right

45:37

direction. I've literally downloaded all

45:39

of this course information into the AI

45:41

and trained it on what I know. So asking

45:43

the AI questions will kind of be like

45:45

asking me questions. So it'll assist you

45:47

throughout the journey. So first and

45:48

foremost, when making your digital

45:50

product, I want you to reverse engineer

45:51

the process. Ask yourself, how can I

45:53

turn what I know into something people

45:55

can use? That's kind of the essence of a

45:57

digital product. It might be a hard

45:58

disconnect right now of like, how can I

46:01

take this knowledge of whatever I know

46:04

and turn it into something people can

46:06

use? And the way that I want you to

46:08

think about that is there's probably a

46:09

bunch of different ways you can take

46:10

that skill and turn it into a digital

46:12

product. But what is the simplest way

46:14

you can turn that skill or knowledge

46:16

into something people can help? And then

46:17

also, what tool or software do you

46:20

already use that makes this easy? So,

46:22

for example, like I was saying, the way

46:24

I'm screen recording for a course is not

46:27

the only way to do it. There are so many

46:29

different ways to record for a course.

46:32

Like right now, I'm using my camera and

46:35

an iPad, but you can also just use your

46:37

laptop and use a software like Loom and

46:39

have it there. I've done that in the

46:40

past. Actually, a lot of my course

46:41

contents that way, but it's finding the

46:43

workflow that works for you and that's

46:45

going to be easy to get started because

46:48

momentum is number one. You can always

46:49

go and remake the digital product or

46:51

re-record the course once you get some

46:53

sales and some feedback. So, start with

46:55

what you know. If you're a video editor

46:57

and you have some presets already made,

46:58

maybe start with that. It's kind of what

47:00

you already know. You don't really have

47:01

to relearn how to do something

47:03

completely and you can get it up and

47:05

running quicker. So, for example, if you

47:06

edit photos, save your presets. If you

47:08

edit videos, export your LUTs or

47:10

templates. If you teach, record a Loom

47:12

video or make a PDF in Canva. These are

47:14

really simple ways to get something up

47:16

and running at the beginning. I want you

47:18

to take action first and don't wait

47:19

until it's perfect like we were

47:20

discussing earlier. And if you don't

47:22

know how to actually turn what you know

47:23

into a a digital product, something

47:25

downloadable, cuz that's really what a

47:26

digital product is. First and foremost,

47:28

I'd ask the chatbt AI that I trained

47:30

because it'll probably point you in the

47:31

right direction. Even a simple YouTube

47:32

video can really help you save a preset

47:35

file in Premiere Pro. Super tactical,

47:37

right? Like I can't there's no way I

47:39

could possibly go through and show you

47:40

how to make every single digital product

47:42

ever because there's infinite. But if

47:44

you're like I want to help people make

47:46

these text effects I make in Premiere

47:48

Pro. You can ask the AI that I've

47:50

trained how do you think the best way to

47:51

save save this is? It'll probably

47:53

recommend some preset file or maybe some

47:55

Mogard or something like that. And then

47:56

you can ask it how do I create that

47:58

file? And then from there it will give

48:00

you a list of instructions. You could

48:01

probably watch a YouTube video and

48:02

you'll be able to save it. I want you to

48:03

remember that your first product isn't

48:05

your last. It's your starting point. So,

48:07

the action item that I want you to do is

48:09

go through and start creating. Start

48:12

with what you know. Start creating your

48:14

product today. Even if it's just the

48:15

first draft, get something real made

48:18

because you can't sell an idea when it's

48:21

just an idea. You can only sell a

48:23

product. So, we're going to hop over to

48:25

the computer and I'm going to show you

48:25

how to use the AI to get up and running

48:27

with digital products.

48:32

So now we're over on chatbt using the

48:34

digital product launch AI GPT that I

48:36

created alongside this course. So it's

48:38

training down all the course content but

48:40

then also additional stuff that I know

48:42

about selling digital products. So when

48:44

you're stuck somewhere, feel free to ask

48:46

the AI and it should point you in the

48:48

right direction. Now with that being

48:49

said, it doesn't know everything. It

48:50

doesn't know the answer to your problems

48:52

perfectly, but it should be able to

48:53

point you in the right direction. Trust

48:55

your intuition. Trust your gut. Know

48:56

what you want to create and don't let it

48:58

completely guide you away from what you

49:00

want to create, but also trust it enough

49:02

because it does know a lot of stuff

49:03

about digital products. I want to click.

49:05

We're kind of on this stage right now.

49:06

We're going to be creating an offer

49:07

later, but help me think of my digital

49:10

product. So, I'm just going to click

49:11

that and it's going to ask me a few

49:13

questions. So, it says, let's start by

49:14

narrowing things down. The fastest way

49:16

to pick your digital product is to look

49:17

at three key zones. Your skills and

49:19

expertise, your audience problems, and

49:21

simple product formulas. So, what do

49:23

people already ask you for help with?

49:24

Editing, design, music production,

49:26

teaching, coaching, etc. Your audience

49:28

problems. What something your ideal

49:30

audience struggles with that you could

49:32

solve quickly? Simple product ideas.

49:33

What's the easiest you can create in 14

49:35

days? Templates, presets, miniourse,

49:36

workshop, replay, swipe file, ebook,

49:40

checklist, guide. Here are some ideas.

49:42

Video editors, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci

49:43

presets, video editing workflow guides.

49:47

And it just goes through. You can read

49:48

this all. It'll it'll say something

49:50

similar to you. general creators, how do

49:51

I landed my first client? Cool. Quick

49:53

tip. The first product doesn't need to

49:55

be huge. It needs to be useful and easy

49:56

to consume and specific. Think solve one

49:59

problem really well. It's really good

50:00

advice. So then it asked me, let's do

50:02

this right now. What's your main skill

50:03

or niche right now? And do you have an

50:04

audience or are you starting from

50:06

scratch? Let's just say I'm starting

50:07

from scratch. So, so what I like to do

50:08

is use this voice note feature because

50:10

then you can literally just talk to it

50:12

like a friend and you don't have to type

50:13

anything out. It makes it super easy. So

50:15

I'm going to click the recording. So, my

50:17

main skill right now, I would say

50:18

probably is either video editing or

50:21

helping creators sell digital products,

50:23

monetizing their skill into a digital

50:27

product that they can sell without

50:29

having to trade time for money. Do I

50:31

already have an audience or am I

50:32

starting from scratch? I'm starting from

50:34

scratch right now. I think, you know, I

50:35

I'm making a new channel. I don't have

50:37

any traction or anything. I don't know.

50:40

I'm just kind of lost right now. If you

50:41

could help me point me in the right

50:42

direction, maybe that'd be helpful. So,

50:43

now it's just going to transcribe what I

50:45

just said. And then we're going to click

50:47

send. Okay, it says option one, lean

50:50

into your video editing. Easiest proof

50:51

of concept to start. Editing presets and

50:54

assets, LUT, transition sound effects, a

50:56

beginner's guide, a short PDF or video

50:58

course teaching creators how to edit

51:00

faster. Content creation toolkit like

51:02

YouTube thumbnails, video script

51:04

outlines or checklist. Why this works?

51:07

And then position yourself as monetize

51:08

your skill mentor. Um, help package your

51:11

skill into a digital product. this. Why

51:13

is very specific? I think this this one

51:15

it gave me option two because I said I

51:17

don't have a following and I think this

51:18

is a little harder to sell when you

51:21

don't have a following. But I think this

51:22

is probably what I would lean into cuz

51:23

it's what I'm doing right now. But

51:25

starting from scratch strategy, no

51:27

audience yet since you're building a new

51:29

channel, you want to prod you want a

51:31

product that's fast and easy to create,

51:33

ideally under 7 days, easy to explain in

51:35

one sentence and useful immediately.

51:36

It's recommending to me to start with

51:38

video editing and then maybe help people

51:40

in the future because it knows that I

51:41

don't have a following and it knows that

51:43

I haven't done it because I said I

51:44

started from scratch. Had I said like

51:46

where I'm actually at, it would probably

51:48

give me different recommendations. So,

51:49

let me just like go ahead and say that

51:50

just to show like it will tailor to your

51:53

personal needs. So, actually, I have

51:55

been doing this for a long time now.

51:56

I've been selling digital products and

51:58

editing assets for over 5 years and I've

52:01

made over a million dollars in profit.

52:02

So, I actually think going with option

52:04

two is better because I do have an

52:06

existing following of 170,000

52:09

subscribers on YouTube. Can you give me

52:10

some ideas of like what products I can

52:11

do there? So, I just wanted to go more

52:13

personally to my skill right at the

52:15

moment, but you can see how it'll

52:16

recommend wherever you're at in the

52:18

journey. See? Yeah, it says, "Oh, that's

52:19

changed everything." So, just let it

52:21

know what you're you're what stage

52:22

you're currently at and it will give you

52:24

a lot of valuable advice. digital

52:27

product starter kit, um product idea

52:29

workshop, sales page for creator pass

52:30

OS, pricing, um miniourse, low ticket,

52:36

live workshop, launch your first product

52:38

in 14 days. It even knows the software

52:40

use like creator pass OS. So if you have

52:41

questions about like what to do inside

52:44

of it, it will a lot of times help you

52:45

in the right direction. Obviously

52:47

doesn't know everything about the

52:48

software, but if you have like a

52:48

tactical quick question, a lot of times

52:50

it can point you in the right direction.

52:52

It's even saying create sales pages for

52:54

creator passive ass. That's actually

52:55

interesting. launch your first product

52:56

in 14 days, which is funny because what

52:58

I'm currently doing. I think I'm going

52:59

to go with the live workshop, launch

53:02

your first product in 14 days. Can you

53:04

give me some things that I would have to

53:06

create for that? What that would really

53:07

look like and maybe like a clear plan on

53:10

getting that built in, I don't know, the

53:13

next 3 days for me, at least the product

53:15

side of it. So, I just told it that, you

53:16

know, I'm like, I I like that idea, but

53:18

I don't really know what to do. And

53:21

also, can you give me a plan to get it

53:23

launched in 3 days? I think that's like

53:24

a good time for a lot of you guys

53:26

building your first digital product is

53:27

like a three-day window to actually

53:28

build the thing because we still have to

53:30

put it on a website, create content, and

53:31

all that stuff in the 14-day challenge.

53:33

So, I'd recommend you stay around 3ish

53:35

days building because if you really

53:37

dedicate some time to it, you can get it

53:39

done. Okay. So, format one live Zoom

53:42

call for 90 to 120 minutes. Price 49 to

53:46

97. Accessible but valuable. By the end,

53:49

attendees will have their chosen idea,

53:51

package, and launch their product. Uh,

53:54

pick workshop date, workshop flow,

53:57

mindset, idea, packaging, launch,

54:01

action,

54:03

uh,

54:04

bonus is a PDF, create the sales page.

54:07

Okay, so it's like helping me. Yeah,

54:09

that's amazing. It literally just like

54:10

broke down what I need to do in 3 days.

54:12

So, it's saying a live workshop and then

54:14

this is where you can push back and

54:16

stuff. Nice. That seems really helpful.

54:17

Can you give me a checklist of things

54:19

that I have to do each day and try to

54:21

keep it as simple as possible? That way

54:23

I just have like one primary action step

54:25

per day for 3 days getting this up and

54:28

launched. So for example, I think maybe

54:31

having something like planning out the

54:32

course, recording it, and then getting

54:34

it onboarded onto Creator Pass OS would

54:36

be really helpful. Obviously, there's

54:38

going to be subset things, but if you

54:40

could just simply help me break it down

54:42

into three simple tasks for three

54:45

separate days, that'd be incredible. So

54:47

basically just asking a little bit more

54:49

to be like, "Hey, can you just help me

54:51

really understand what I need to do each

54:53

day and it should give me a general

54:56

checklist." Okay, day one. Amazing.

54:59

3-day miniourse build checklist. Plan

55:00

it. Pick your module outline. Five to

55:02

seven lessons max. Decide what

55:05

deliverables and bonuses you'll include,

55:06

PDFs, roadmap templates, and then write

55:09

quick bullet points for scripts for each

55:10

lesson so smoothing recording goes

55:12

smooth. So that's helpful. That'll

55:14

probably be the main thing I have to do

55:15

that day. and then record it. Uh, create

55:18

simple ideas and visual slides. Keep it

55:21

lightweight. Record each module webcam

55:23

plus screen share. Export, save, and

55:26

then upload it. Go to Creator Pass OS,

55:28

organize into modules, and then you can

55:30

like ask questions that break stuff

55:31

down. So, for example, if you're like,

55:33

dang, I don't know how to record screen

55:35

webcam and screen share. You'd be like,

55:36

what is the simplest way to record my

55:39

screen and webcam at the same time and

55:41

and just get it recorded? Like, I'm

55:43

struggling on day two right now. I have

55:46

the presentation kind of built out. I

55:48

already have the script, but where what

55:51

software what can I do to make it as

55:53

easy as possible? I don't really know

55:54

how to do it. So then just like that,

55:55

it's recommended me three things. Loom,

55:57

something I actually use. Uh there's a

55:59

free plan lets you record screens and

56:01

webcams at the same time. Click install.

56:03

It even shows you how to install it. So

56:05

basically any question you're kind of

56:06

stuck with inside of actually building,

56:10

you can go and ask this AI and between

56:12

that and YouTube, you should be able to

56:14

learn how to do everything as far as

56:16

building your product because there are

56:18

so many different ways to build

56:19

products. You will have to be a little

56:21

resourceful here. But hopefully just

56:23

showing how to use this AI with the

56:24

voice dope will really help you on the

56:27

journey because that's this is literally

56:28

exactly how I planned recording this

56:30

course. I wrote everything down on this

56:32

whiteboard right over here and then I

56:36

just took a photo of it and uploaded it

56:38

to this exact AI and said, "Hey, can you

56:40

make me a plan from that?" So even I

56:43

mean you can go and send voice notes or

56:45

you can even write it down on a piece of

56:47

paper, take a photo of it and upload it.

56:49

But that's your next action item over

56:50

the next 3 days. Build your first

56:52

digital product and make sure you use

56:53

this AI software. It will help point you

56:55

in the right direction and assist on the

56:57

journey. You don't have to take up all

56:59

three days. If you already have stuff

57:00

built, feel free to launch quicker. But

57:03

just note after like 3 days of really

57:04

going for it, you should have something

57:06

at least launchable. Again, remember

57:09

simple and useful over super over

57:11

complicated and a bunch of different

57:13

features. Like it shouldn't have to do

57:15

100 different things. The best at least

57:18

the beginning. That's something we build

57:19

up to over time.

57:24

One of the most important steps and the

57:25

step that I see a lot of people really

57:27

struggle with is creating an offer that

57:29

sells that. And if you don't understand

57:30

what an offer is, I'm going to go ahead

57:31

and explain because digital products

57:34

aren't physical, right? Like I can't

57:35

hold up this iPad and be like, "This is

57:37

what you get when you download the

57:39

digital product because it's just a

57:41

file, right?" So, you have to create an

57:43

offer that clearly explains what people

57:45

get and why they should get it and make

57:47

it in a really attractive way. Most

57:49

creators make the mistake of just

57:51

selling a product, but the real secret

57:53

is you sell an offer. The main objective

57:55

of creating an offer is packaging your

57:57

digital product in a way where buying it

58:00

feels like a no-brainer. One of the

58:01

biggest mistakes I see alongside that is

58:04

because you're the creator of it, you

58:06

understand how good it is and how much

58:08

it can help people, but you assume

58:10

people know how your product will help

58:12

them and why they should buy it. You

58:14

have to explain to them. You have to

58:15

show them. So, because you built a

58:17

digital product that really solves a

58:18

problem, you you identified what can

58:20

help me save time or help other people

58:22

or what am I good at? Think about what

58:24

pain point are you solving. Maybe you're

58:26

solving time or maybe you're showing how

58:29

to do something that people don't know

58:30

how to do. Maybe it's a combination of

58:32

both of them. How does your product make

58:34

life easier? So, for example, even just

58:36

a way to describe it. You should be able

58:38

to clearly articulate what your product

58:40

does in a sentence. A bad example is if

58:43

you're a video editor, a pack of 10

58:46

presets. What? Like, what do the presets

58:48

do? How do they help you? Do they save

58:50

time? Do they make something better? A

58:51

good one is add prolevel shake instantly

58:54

with 10 drag and drop presets. 10 drag

58:56

and drop Premiere Pro presets. The more

58:58

clearly you can articulate what your

59:00

product does and how it can help

59:01

someone, the better it can be. So,

59:04

naming it the right way, I think early

59:05

on, one of the better ways to name is

59:08

literal. So there's going to be three

59:10

kind of ways that I go through and

59:13

explain. So literal means simple and

59:16

clear. Cinematic L pack. What does that

59:19

help you do? It helps you make cinematic

59:21

looking colors, right? Outcomebased

59:23

focus on the result. Instant film look

59:26

LUTs. Now that's kind of a mixture of

59:28

the literal and outcome. It shows you

59:30

that it's instant film looks. Now

59:32

catchy. This one's a little harder to do

59:34

and execute. It's something I've done in

59:36

the past. Like for example, shake sauce.

59:38

It's a shake plug-in software that I

59:40

made for After Effects and it helps you

59:42

make like shake effects in the editing

59:44

software. It's kind of like a mixture of

59:46

literal and catchy because it at least

59:49

has the word shake in it, but it doesn't

59:51

really tell you what it does, but it's

59:53

memorable is the more important thing.

59:54

People are going to talk about it. It's

59:56

kind of similar to what I did with

59:57

creator pass. But I think early on

59:59

starting out and just having a literal

60:01

or outcome focused one is a really great

60:04

way about naming your product because

60:06

it's easily understandable. what do the

60:08

instant film look LUTs do? Like you

60:10

could probably ask pretty much anyone

60:12

that understands what a L is and they

60:14

would know. For those of you guys that

60:15

don't know LUTs, they're just uh

60:17

basically files on your computer for

60:19

video editors that allow you to drag and

60:21

drop and instantly color your footage

60:23

from like blend looking to like looking

60:25

professional. Now, I'm also not saying

60:27

that LUTs are the only product to build.

60:28

Some tips that I would recommend are

60:31

keep it short, make it descriptive,

60:34

focus on the outcome, and then also say

60:36

it out loud. Does it sound good? Like if

60:38

it just sounds weird, like reconsider

60:40

the way you talk about it. So nextly,

60:42

you need to show what's inside. People

60:44

don't know until you show them because

60:47

it's not an iPad, right? I can't just

60:48

hold it up and be like, "This is what

60:49

you get when you download. It's a file

60:51

on your computer." You have to make a

60:52

clean product image. Now, this depends

60:54

on the type of digital product you're

60:56

making. For example, if you're making

60:57

like a course, you don't really need a

60:59

product image as much. Maybe you need a

61:01

video explaining what's in the course,

61:03

and that can be done that way. So some

61:06

tools that I've used to make product

61:07

images are Canva and Photoshop. Also

61:10

using Sora that's connected with Chat

61:12

GBT uh to make renderings of stuff is

61:16

pretty easy. You can even ask the AI

61:18

launch that I have how to make a product

61:21

image with ChatGBT or Sora and it'll

61:23

help you with that. Some things if you

61:25

can show it in action a before and

61:27

after. So this is more so for the video

61:28

editors or the music producers and the

61:30

people that have like files or software

61:32

that they can create. show what the

61:34

video looked like before you applied the

61:36

color grade and after, right? Like it's

61:38

pretty easy. Like people are very visual

61:40

people. So if you can visually show what

61:42

you get, that's amazing. So example, let

61:46

before and after. And then write a

61:47

product description that sells. So don't

61:49

just list features, sell the benefits.

61:52

And this is huge, right? No one cares

61:54

that you get 55 preset files or 10 PDF.

61:58

But like no one cares about how when you

62:00

notice like when I was promoting this

62:02

course that you're watching in creative

62:03

passive ass I wasn't like watch this 2

62:05

and 1/2 hour like no one cares about the

62:07

2 and 1 half hour course right I'm

62:09

helping you create a digital product get

62:11

it on a website and make a sale in 14

62:13

days that way you can start a profitable

62:15

digital product business and create a

62:17

life of freedom you don't care how long

62:19

the course is. If I could do that in a

62:21

3minute course you'd be happy. So, a lot

62:23

of times people focus on the feature,

62:25

the length, the amount of stuff. And you

62:27

can say it like I'm not saying you don't

62:28

have to you don't have to avoid saying

62:31

it, but it it's not really as much of a

62:33

selling feature as you think. A formula

62:35

is call out the problem or goal, show

62:38

how your product solves it, explain

62:40

what's inside and why it matters, and

62:43

tell them exactly what to do next. So,

62:45

for example, a bad description of a

62:48

product is 10 cinematic LUTs. Another

62:51

way to describe it in the description is

62:53

want your videos to look cinematic

62:54

without hours of editing. These 10 LUTs

62:56

give you a pro look in just one click.

62:59

Works on any camera and any software.

63:01

Now, obviously don't lie if it doesn't

63:02

work on make it based in reality. Like

63:04

if it only works for a specific software

63:06

or only for a specific camera. Say that

63:08

with a good description. You address a

63:11

problem. You show how your problem your

63:13

product solves it. You show the features

63:16

and the benefits of it. And then you can

63:17

tell them to download it. Now, the next

63:19

part of the offer creation, and this is

63:21

where people honestly struggle with the

63:22

most in offer creation, other than maybe

63:25

just clearly expressing what their

63:27

problem or their product actually does,

63:29

is they don't price it right. Now, you

63:31

need to price it right, not only because

63:32

pricing it properly allows you to do

63:35

this full-time and create a life of

63:37

freedom, but also because if you price

63:39

it too cheaply or too expensive, it's

63:42

actually a turnoff. You might think

63:43

selling something for $5 is like

63:45

everyone in the world is going to buy it

63:47

when in reality you don't think about

63:49

how that makes your product perceived by

63:51

other people. A really cheap product in

63:53

my eyes. I'm not really interested in

63:56

buying super cheap digital products

63:57

because often times I know that people

63:59

didn't put a lot of time and effort into

64:01

it. It's actually not at least that's

64:03

what I think. Even if they did put a lot

64:05

of time and effort into it, it makes me

64:07

think that oh this thing's actually not

64:08

that good because why would they charge

64:10

$5 for it? So, you don't price on

64:12

effort, even if you already have it

64:14

pretty much built because you're really

64:16

great at it. You price on value. So, a

64:19

$50 course compared to a $500 course,

64:22

what's the actual difference? Like,

64:24

that's something to think about because

64:26

oftent times someone that prices a

64:28

course at $50 versus $500, there's

64:30

really not that much of a difference in

64:32

the quality of the product, but the

64:33

perception of it is the $500 one's

64:36

better. Also, you make 10 times more

64:37

money when you sell something for 500

64:39

versus 50. Now, I'm not saying that

64:41

courses should all be sold for 500

64:43

versus 50. I think there's times and

64:45

places for both of them, but it's just

64:47

important to note, you don't need to

64:48

price on what other people are doing.

64:50

You need to price it on the value and

64:52

what it's worth. Because let's use an

64:54

example of a video editor. Again, you

64:55

might already have a lot of these files

64:57

on your computer and they're really

64:59

great presets and they're really, really

65:00

good, but you already have them so it

65:01

doesn't take you much effort. So, you're

65:02

like, ah, you know what? I'm going to

65:03

charge $5 for these presets because it

65:06

didn't really take me that much time or

65:08

effort. But you didn't account the five

65:10

years of learning that went into

65:12

becoming a really good editor that

65:13

created those presets because it's not

65:16

you don't charge based on the effort you

65:19

put in but the value you give. Some

65:21

other things I've seen people do really

65:23

well is add tiers. So basic versus

65:25

premium single verse bundle. For

65:27

example, one of my first successful

65:28

digital products was a paper overlay

65:32

asset for editors. It was called the

65:35

ultimate texture bundle. And inside that

65:36

there was three separate products that I

65:39

promoted into one bundle. And keep in

65:41

mind this was four years ago and I feel

65:43

like digital products have been more

65:45

widely accepted. People are willing to

65:46

spend more money on digital products and

65:48

data actually suggests that. So 77 at

65:51

the time was like kind of unheard of at

65:53

least in the space. Like a lot of people

65:55

for editing presets weren't charging

65:57

that much but it was premium and I

65:59

bundled it in a way where it made sense

66:01

to buy. For example, I had each of the

66:04

products were, you know, 47 or $57, but

66:07

all combined you can get it for 77. So,

66:09

you could either spend, you know, close

66:11

to 200 bucks or $77 and get them all

66:15

using anchors like normally $250 today

66:18

150. I would only do this if that's

66:19

actually true. Like genuinely running

66:21

sales or bundling stuff together like

66:24

$250 bought individually, bundled 150,

66:28

right? give them a reason for it to be

66:31

actually cheaper and then add bonuses to

66:34

boost value. So maybe you buy your

66:37

preset or PDF and alongside that you get

66:39

a 10-minute miniourse on how to use it.

66:42

That's a bonus that you can add in

66:44

that's like a $100 value free. So you

66:48

just made the product up $100 and added

66:50

value and made it easier to charge more.

66:53

So adding bonuses makes stuff

66:54

irresistible.

66:56

A strong offer feels like a steal

66:58

because of all its extras. So, bonus

67:00

free course, like I was just saying,

67:02

$150 value. Extra files, 15. Behind the

67:05

scenes tutorial, $50 value. Bundle it

67:07

all up. 10 LS, bonus course, bonus L,

67:10

bonus tutorial, $315

67:13

value, you pay $150. So, that's how you

67:16

took some LUTs that, you know, other

67:19

creators are selling. I think this is

67:20

where a lot of people struggle with

67:22

digital products is they don't add

67:24

bonuses. So their products aren't

67:26

perceived high, so you can't charge

67:27

accordingly. I think right now the sweet

67:30

spot for low ticket digital products, so

67:32

like downloadable files, is anywhere

67:34

from 50 to 150. And this is just me

67:38

seeing and working with a bunch of

67:40

creators that are selling digital

67:41

products right now. This is where I see

67:43

a lot of people crushing 50. You have to

67:46

have a little bit more volume. If you're

67:48

just starting, honestly, I would aim for

67:50

the closer to the 150 mark. figure out

67:52

how can you make your product more

67:55

valuable. So it's the bonus courses, the

67:57

bonus LUT file, the bonus tutorial, the

68:01

you know video course alongside it. Like

68:03

these are things that you can do for all

68:05

digital products. Now that is for you

68:08

know low ticket. I'm also seeing

68:11

anywhere from 250

68:15

to like 1,500 for courses like

68:18

standalone courses courses are doing

68:20

really well. depending on what you're

68:22

selling. And then like mentorship,

68:24

anywhere from like 3,000 to like 5,000

68:28

is like very accepted right now.

68:31

5,000 is like very accepted right now.

68:34

Mid

68:35

high. It's not always best to be here

68:38

the cheapest. I think about your skill

68:40

set and what makes sense. If I were to

68:42

get started now and I wanted I would

68:44

probably want to fall right here just

68:45

cuz I think that's like the sweet spot

68:47

for digital products. I would probably

68:49

aim to make your first digital product

68:50

anywhere from a hundred to like 250

68:53

bucks because there you can deliver

68:55

proper value. You can help people in a

68:57

meaningful way. It's a substantial

69:00

amount of money when someone buys, but

69:02

it's also not so expensive that you feel

69:04

like you have to overd deliver because

69:05

remember we're building our first

69:07

digital product which you can

69:08

eventually, you know, charge more in the

69:10

future. But right now, I think any kind

69:14

of downloadable file with a course added

69:17

on and maybe some bonus files could

69:19

easily fall in this $100 to $250 range.

69:22

And we can reverse engineer our goals.

69:24

So, if you want to make $100,000 a year,

69:27

you have to make $274 a day. If you

69:31

charge a h 100red bucks, you have to

69:33

sell three. If you charge 150,

69:38

you have to sell two, not even two. If

69:41

you charge 274,

69:44

you only need to sell one. And price

69:46

accordingly. It's a lot harder, you

69:47

know, when you're on the lower end. I

69:49

see a lot of people start their digital

69:50

product, they're like, I'm going to

69:51

charge $10 because I'm just going to get

69:52

so many sales. especially early on with

69:55

a a lower following, I think this range

69:58

right here is a really great spot to

70:00

look and start because if you're not

70:02

confident in your product, I think it's

70:04

still easy enough to ask for $100 to

70:07

$250 without feeling like, dang, like

70:10

I'm really overcharging for this, but

70:12

it's also still enough to make a sizable

70:14

amount. Like say for example, you sold

70:17

uh something for $100 and you were able

70:18

to sell one every three days for the

70:21

whole month. So 10 basically a month,

70:24

that'd be a,000 bucks in your first

70:26

month just selling a $100 thing or 2500

70:30

if you were selling for 250. I think

70:32

that's a a substantial amount of money

70:34

for getting started, right? There's

70:37

obviously ways to scale this beyond, but

70:38

I think it's important to just note and

70:40

understand what this could look like.

70:42

And the lower you go, say you, you know,

70:45

say you sell for $10, right? And I see a

70:48

lot of people actually do this when they

70:49

first start. They sell oftentimes it's

70:52

perceived less valuable. So less people

70:54

actually buy. But then when you sell 10

70:56

of them, you make a h 100red bucks,

70:59

right? For 10 sales, 10 x sales, right?

71:04

You're making what you would make if you

71:06

just sold one for 100. And often times

71:10

you can overd deliver. Ask them how

71:11

they're doing. You know, check up on

71:14

your first customer. Make sure you overd

71:15

deliver and make them happy for $100

71:17

because it feels worth your time. So, I

71:20

want you to create a strong CTA. If you

71:23

don't tell people what to do, they won't

71:24

buy. So, clear and urgent. Download now.

71:26

Instant download. Limited for the first

71:28

five buyers. Love it or get a refund.

71:30

I'm not a huge fan of refunds, but they

71:32

do work. Like, if you are going to

71:34

guarantee them, there's going to be

71:35

people that take you up on a refund, and

71:37

it might feel like they're gamifying the

71:39

system, but it will also convince more

71:40

people to buy. I like, especially with

71:42

digital products, I like the the phrase

71:44

instant download. uh limiting like for

71:47

example maybe you want to sell your

71:49

digital product for 200 bucks but for

71:51

the first 10 you sell it for 100

71:55

and then you just like on the website

71:56

literally just have a countdown from

71:58

every single time it sells so it just

71:59

drives more and more urgency as more

72:01

people buy and then actually because we

72:03

run an ethical business move it to 200

72:05

when you sell the tone. You don't want

72:06

to use these fake sale tactics because I

72:09

think it just is shady and you want to

72:11

build a long-term personal brand that

72:12

people actually respect and continue to

72:14

buy from. So, there's an ultimate offer

72:15

checklist that I want you to go through

72:17

now. I want you to see, does your

72:18

product solve a clear problem? And do

72:21

you communicate that in the offer? Does

72:23

it have an easy and descriptive name?

72:25

Does it look premium or is it presented

72:27

premium? I think in the digital product

72:29

space, it's in your best interest to be

72:32

seen as the premium option, especially

72:35

if you don't have a large following.

72:36

Does the description sell the benefits

72:38

over the features? Is it priced on value

72:41

and not effort? So, are you actually

72:43

making a decent amount of money when you

72:44

generate a sale? Does it include

72:46

irresistible bonuses? And does it end

72:49

with a strong CTA? Do you somewhere say

72:51

like what they want to do? So, for

72:53

example, think about this challenge,

72:54

right? It is a free 14-day challenge

72:57

where you get an AI to launch, you get a

72:59

free course, and you get access to the

73:01

software that costs if you were to

73:03

individually buy it through different

73:06

platforms like Shopify and do all the

73:08

add-ons and apps, you'd probably be

73:10

spending like close to 500 bucks. But

73:12

for you, you can get it up and running

73:14

with the course, with the AI for free.

73:17

And you can test if you even want to do

73:19

this before paying for the software

73:21

itself. Because if you do everything

73:22

right, you'll be profitable before you

73:24

even pay for the software, and it will

73:27

pay for itself.

73:31

Okay, so now I'm going to show you how

73:32

to use the digital product launch AI to

73:35

create an amazing offer. I just went

73:36

through what's really important in an

73:38

offer, but the AI is also trained on

73:40

this and it can work with you one-on-one

73:43

to assist in the journey. So, I'm going

73:44

to click help me create an amazing offer

73:46

for my digital product. I just went and

73:48

did it on a different tab. That way, we

73:49

can try a different example. So, it

73:52

doesn't know anything about my current

73:53

offer. It says what's your core offer?

73:54

It's asking me a few questions and then

73:57

they're going to help me stack it

73:59

perfectly. So, I'm thinking let's do

74:02

something different. I'm a YouTuber. I

74:04

have figured out a way to generate

74:09

views.

74:11

I'm like thinking of a digital product

74:13

on the spot. I think I'm just going to

74:14

do like a YouTube content creator uh

74:16

toolkit. So, you know, thumbnail I'll

74:19

probably make a thumbnail pack. That way

74:21

people can just go and have like 10 done

74:24

pre-done thumbnail assets uh that they

74:27

can kind of make their own thumbnails

74:29

with. Uh, I'll record a little course on

74:32

how to attract the right people and

74:35

niche. Yeah. So, let me just go through

74:36

and kind of start spitballing. So, my

74:38

main digital product right now is

74:40

helping content creators create YouTube

74:43

content and speed up their workflow. So,

74:45

a video that used to take them a week,

74:47

I'm going to help them create it in one

74:48

day. Not only from the ideation to the

74:52

recording to the thumbnail to posting

74:55

and the perfect practices for it. So, my

74:59

main offer is efficiency.

75:03

So, I want to help YouTubers create

75:06

videos that used to take a week in one

75:08

day. So, first and foremost, I'm going

75:11

to have a course and an AI built for

75:15

people to follow on how to think about

75:18

creating YouTube videos. I'm then going

75:19

to have some video editing asset like

75:23

simple preset files that I use like text

75:25

animations, sound effects, presets that

75:27

I use while editing, a thumbnail pack,

75:29

and then a simple recording of me

75:32

talking about best practices on title

75:36

and tags and descriptions. Yeah, I could

75:38

do a 14-day money back guarantee if they

75:41

with like a little stipulation. If they

75:43

like go and actually use it and don't

75:45

like the workflow, they can return it.

75:46

If they don't if it doesn't in if they

75:49

admit that it doesn't increase their

75:51

productivity, then I'll give them their

75:53

money back in 14 days. Um, urgency and

75:56

scarcity. Yeah, let's do the first 10

75:59

people to buy will get a discount and

76:01

then yeah, just help me with pricing

76:02

right now. I'm really struggling with

76:03

pricing.

76:05

So, I just went through and gave a few

76:07

different things. I did kind of list off

76:09

a diff a decent amount of different

76:10

deliverables, mostly because I'm

76:12

thinking about the product. I I hadn't

76:14

thought about it before I started

76:14

recording, but also because I do have

76:16

the skill set, I think I could probably

76:18

make that digital product rather

76:19

quickly. So, I think that should be

76:22

good. Let's see. The YouTube 1day

76:24

workflow system. Like, this is like

76:26

literally like me not knowing anything.

76:29

The YouTube workflow. One day workflow

76:31

system. A course plus AI guide that

76:33

shows creators how to go from idea,

76:35

recording, editing, thumbnail, and

76:36

publishing in just one day instead of

76:38

one week. There is editing asset pack,

76:40

thumbnail starter pack, YouTube SEO mini

76:42

training and workflow assistant. 14-day

76:44

productivity guarantee. Uh if they

76:47

implement your system and it doesn't cut

76:48

their video creation time, they get a

76:50

refund. Okay, amazing. First 10 buyers

76:54

get a discount. Uh could do a Q&A, don't

76:57

want to do a Q&A. And this is what's

76:59

important too. Like because I don't want

77:01

to do a Q&A doesn't mean you don't,

77:03

right? So there's things that like you

77:05

might be willing to do or might not be

77:06

willing to do. And that's just as

77:08

important to note like if you don't mind

77:09

hopping on a call with someone that buys

77:10

your digital product, that's a really

77:12

strong value ad. Just know where you

77:14

value your time and what you want to

77:16

charge and then reverse engineer that.

77:19

Because the cool thing about digital

77:20

products is they can be anything you

77:21

want. Just because AI recommends that I

77:23

hop on a group Q&A for people that buy

77:25

this product doesn't mean I have to,

77:27

right? Doesn't mean that that's the only

77:28

way to make it valuable. Your ideal

77:30

audience, solo creators, small creators,

77:32

and aspiring content creators, they're

77:33

time poor but hungry for growth. They

77:36

probably used to buying $50 to $300

77:38

digital products. Uh let's assign a

77:40

value for stacking the core workflow and

77:42

AI system. Editing asset pack thumbnail

77:45

total value 57 entry onetime fee mid

77:48

tier. And then this launch at 97 for the

77:52

first 10 buyers then raise the 147 frame

77:55

it as $500 offer. I think that's pretty

77:57

good. I'd probably charge like I think I

77:59

have enough skill set where I would feel

78:01

comfortable charging a lot more. I'd

78:03

probably go to maybe 199 for the first

78:08

um 10 people and then maybe raise it to

78:09

247 or something like that after. But I

78:12

do think this is great. Like this would

78:14

be a no-brainer buy for a lot of people.

78:16

So I see the the strategy here. But

78:18

yeah, it just really went through and

78:20

helped me create all this. I'm just

78:21

going to like agree with a lot of the

78:22

stuff so we can move on and see what it

78:23

does. Um so question, do you want to

78:25

position this course in asset back

78:27

onetime price or do you want to involve

78:28

mentorship? Uh and this is where it gets

78:31

cool. I I'd recommend for your first

78:33

digital product create it keeping it one

78:35

time and limiting the amount of time

78:37

that you have to dedicate to it as far

78:39

as delivery. So if I had to do weekly

78:43

calls with people because of this I was

78:45

like hey you get access to a group as

78:47

well that would be because I don't have

78:49

a lot of people that are going to buy

78:51

right off the bat. I would be hopping on

78:53

a weekly call with probably not a lot of

78:55

people every single week for ever I

78:58

guess or however long you decide for a

79:00

onetime payment. So that doesn't really

79:02

make sense. It's it's important to keep

79:03

it keep that in note. Yeah, exactly. I

79:05

really like this. I think let's launch

79:07

it at 97 for the first 10 buyers and do

79:10

147 exactly how you want. I just need

79:12

help coming up with the

79:16

bonus value ads. Can you help me write

79:19

like a product description and maybe

79:20

help me think of a product image or

79:23

video that I can include on the page and

79:25

just kind of package it up a little bit

79:27

better? because I think everything you

79:28

say here really resonates with kind of

79:30

what I was trying to go for. So, if we

79:33

could help me package that up in a

79:35

description, product name, and and then

79:37

product image as well, that'd be great.

79:38

This is actually a really good product

79:40

idea. Like I it's crazy how easy AI,

79:46

this digital product launch AI assist

79:49

you in the thinking process because like

79:50

when I started talking, I was like, I

79:52

have no clue what my product is. And by

79:54

the end, I'm like, this is pretty

79:56

helpful.

79:58

One day YouTube workflow.

80:00

YouTube in a day. The one day YouTube

80:03

workflow. Creator speed system. I like

80:05

YouTube in a day. That's kind of fire.

80:07

Um, bonus alley notion templates. Viral

80:11

hooks. Behind the scenes. Does it take

80:13

you a week to make a video? It used to

80:15

take me that long, too. Now I can create

80:17

full videos in just one day from idea

80:20

recording, editing, thumbnail, and

80:22

upload. And I'm going to show you how.

80:25

show recording of presets and templates.

80:28

The first 10 creators get in 97. After

80:29

that, the price goes up. Probably

80:30

wouldn't say that in the video just so

80:32

it doesn't like date itself. But yeah, I

80:35

can draft a full offer stack. Yeah, do

80:39

that. Let's just see what it happens.

80:41

Like I I'm not giving it any guidance.

80:42

It just said like I can craft. Let's

80:43

just see. So this is where it's helping

80:47

me make the landing page on Creator Pass

80:49

OS. Let's see. Create YouTube videos in

80:51

80:53

81:45

81:46

hassle. Click the action. Click the

81:48

button below to secure your spot today.

81:50

Remember, only 10. Get instant access

81:53

now. Yeah. I mean, that's crazy. I think

81:56

that's like really good. Like, I would

81:58

definitely go through and refine it a

81:59

little bit and give a little bit more

82:01

results. I mean, if you have

82:03

testimonials or proof, this is also an

82:06

important spot to add that stuff. Like,

82:08

I would show like how I've uploaded over

82:10

500 videos on my YouTube channel and got

82:11

over a million views on one video and

82:13

grow my channel from zero. Like, I would

82:15

talk about the things that I've done.

82:16

Now, obviously, I don't think it's

82:18

necessary because I think this is like

82:20

it's not even really claiming I'm an

82:21

authorative figure here. It's just

82:23

showing the value. But if you do have

82:25

the added authority, I think that's also

82:27

really helpful. Visual mockup. Let's

82:29

just see what it does. Yeah. Can you

82:32

help with visual

82:35

mockup? Main concept digital product

82:37

laptop screen one day YouTube phone

82:39

screen with your AI assistant tool. The

82:41

floating asset card represent editing

82:42

pack. I love this actually. That's

82:44

actually so far. Like I'm just imagining

82:46

a laptop in the middle, one day YouTube

82:48

workflow, a phone with an AI assistant,

82:51

and then editing packs, thumbnail pack,

82:53

and content calendar, one day YouTube

82:55

workflow. Now, I know Chip is not the

82:57

best. Can you make me this image? Let's

83:01

just see. I haven't tested this. I'm

83:04

just curious. I'm going to expect that

83:06

it's not the best, but we'll see what it

83:09

creates just to give an idea of what we

83:12

can create. And we can go use tools like

83:14

Canva and Photoshop to at least have

83:16

some inspiration from. Also, Sora is

83:19

really great. Uh, S O R A, which is also

83:22

a ChhatBT product. Uh, they're really

83:25

great at creating mockups and stuff. So,

83:28

I think you do have to pay for Chacht

83:30

there, but it could be worth it,

83:31

especially if you're struggling creating

83:33

stuff, but Canva has some really great

83:34

free templates that I would recommend if

83:36

you're not looking to spend any money.

83:38

Canva is fantastic. So, ChadBt actually

83:42

came up with a really great product

83:44

image. Like, I honestly don't think I

83:46

would I I think this is fantastic. At

83:48

least for launching. Like, this is all

83:50

you need. You could even just go in

83:52

Photoshop or Canva and like replace some

83:54

of this text cuz editing presets,

83:57

thumbnail pack, content calendar, launch

83:58

price, first 10 only. Maybe you could

84:00

clean up the title here. But this is

84:02

incredible. And then you can use tools

84:04

like Sora and make a a horizontal one if

84:08

you want. Or you could even go in Canva

84:11

and uh maybe like do like a YouTube

84:13

thumbnail. Let's see. You can see all

84:14

these YouTube thumbnail stuff. But if

84:16

you just type laptop, let's see what

84:19

comes up.

84:20

Uh you can see there's premium ones. So

84:22

if you like any of the premium ones, you

84:24

can lit I think you can do a 30-day free

84:26

trial and not pay anything and just

84:27

cancel and play around with the

84:29

different elements and stuff on screen.

84:31

Honestly though, I think Chach did an

84:34

fantastic job and I would use something

84:35

closer to this if you even want to do a

84:37

product thumbnail. So, just like that, I

84:40

went from I mean, I kind of started

84:42

after you guys in the course. I

84:43

literally thought of the product idea on

84:45

the spot, sent a voice note, and it

84:47

helped me come up the name, the offer,

84:50

the value stack, a guarantee, scarcity,

84:54

and urgency, and a product image in

84:57

maybe 10 minutes. So, if you're

84:59

struggling with the offer creation

85:01

stage, definitely go ask AI. It's

85:02

literally trained on all the course

85:04

content and then also everything that I

85:06

know as far as creating an offer. and

85:08

then also some bonus stuff in there.

85:09

It's fantastic. This is the spot to

85:11

create your offer. Now, go ahead and

85:13

spend the rest of the day creating your

85:14

offer and we'll move on to getting it

85:17

actually up and purchasable.

85:21

Okay, so now I want to help you get your

85:23

store up and running and be able to

85:24

collect payments and also have your

85:26

digital download. It's a pretty

85:27

important step, but it's pretty simple.

85:29

So, if you go in Creator Pass OS and go

85:31

to payments, and then we're going to go

85:33

to integrations,

85:35

you can go ahead and connect. I would

85:36

recommend connecting a Stripe account

85:38

and then also your PayPal if you want.

85:40

If you don't already have a Stripe

85:41

account, I'll have it linked down below.

85:43

You could go to stripe.com, set up a

85:44

Stripe account. Takes a few minutes. And

85:46

then you're going to go ahead and click

85:48

connect. Once you connect those two, we

85:50

can go to products and we want to create

85:52

our product. I'm going to go ahead and

85:53

make a product called the 1day YouTube

85:55

workflow. I'm going to make sure it says

85:57

included in online store. And then I'm

85:59

just going to take a quick and simple

86:02

description. Stop spending a week on

86:04

every video. With the system, you'll go

86:06

from idea recording, editing, thumbnail,

86:08

upload in just one day. And then we're

86:12

going to go to product media, which is

86:14

our image, and just kind of copy and

86:16

paste stuff. So, we came up with this

86:17

image. So, we're going to go to file,

86:19

save, and then we're just going to

86:21

upload that image, select it, and click

86:24

insert file. And then we said we're

86:27

going to charge 97 for the first 10

86:28

people. And then after that, it'll be

86:31

147. So, we'll just do the compare at

86:32

price 147. Now, this is where it's

86:35

important to sync your Stripe and PayPal

86:37

beforehand. So, it will just

86:39

automatically create that Stripe

86:40

product. And then when you have your

86:42

products here, you can go to your

86:44

product. And you just want to make sure

86:45

it's a digital product. So, you can go

86:47

to prices and click here. And then

86:50

instead of physical, you click digital.

86:52

And then you can upload whatever file

86:54

you want here. So, if it's a video or a

86:57

download, whatever it is, you can upload

86:59

that there. And then the people will be

87:00

auto sent that when they buy. And then

87:03

you just want to click save. And now

87:04

when we go to sites, you have a few

87:06

different options. So if you want to go

87:08

the more store route, the more like look

87:10

like Shopify, we have a very simple

87:13

store built that you can go and just

87:15

customize yourself. So for example, we

87:18

can go ahead and open this. And you can

87:20

see your one day YouTube workflow

87:22

already pops up. You can go and

87:24

customize all this stuff. You can see

87:26

just like that, people can add to cart.

87:27

And then once you link your Stripe, you

87:29

can collect payment here. But this is

87:32

their checkout. You can even add

87:33

discount codes, stuff like that. So

87:35

that's a really simple store way of

87:37

doing that. If you want to edit

87:38

anything, you can go to the editor,

87:39

which is really intuitive to use. So for

87:42

example, if you want to put your logo up

87:44

here, you can go and upload a logo. So

87:47

let's just say I wanted to upload the

87:48

Creator Bass logo. I could do that just

87:50

as simply as that.

87:52

could name

87:56

could change the name to Critter

87:59

Pass

88:01

and you can change the font to whatever

88:03

you want here. And I'll probably just

88:06

change the size of the logo, but these

88:07

are all things you can go through and

88:08

customize. It's rather simple to do. You

88:11

can change all the different product

88:12

pages here. So, before we move on, we

88:15

can click save. And now, this is what

88:16

the product page looks like. You just

88:17

have to add the logo again. And you can

88:19

set different things like if you wanted

88:20

to remove the add to cart and just have

88:22

it buy now. That way it goes instantly

88:23

to checkout, you can do that. You can

88:25

show ch either choose to show or not the

88:28

description, change the color of the ad

88:30

to cart. Like if you wanted it to be

88:31

different, you could do that. So that's

88:34

the store option. Now, if you want a

88:35

more funnel/landing page, you can do

88:38

that. There's an option that's with a

88:40

video and there's an option without a

88:41

video. So no VSSL means no video sales

88:43

letter. So that means there's no video.

88:44

We'll go to the the one with the sales

88:46

letter just so you can see. And we can

88:48

go to the perfect landing page here. And

88:52

this is where you can go and if you want

88:54

to include a video, you can go and

88:56

include maybe your YouTube video. You're

88:58

talking about the product. You can now

89:00

go and add your product images.

89:03

So there we are. You can add your own

89:05

text here and completely change colors,

89:07

too. So you don't have to do the creator

89:09

pass green. Uh if you want to change the

89:11

background color to like white, you can

89:14

do that or whatever color you really

89:16

want. Uh, I think black and white are

89:19

two of the cleaner ones. I wouldn't over

89:21

complicate it, but feel free to change

89:23

your branding and logo. You could remove

89:25

the Trader Pass logo and put your own or

89:28

you can just, if you don't have a logo,

89:30

I wouldn't sweat it too much. You could

89:31

literally just do that. Uh, and then

89:34

break down with your offer here. You can

89:36

change the color by double clicking on

89:38

text and changing to whatever color you

89:40

want. You can add your own custom color

89:42

if you want. And then you can fill out

89:45

all these features like comes with AI

89:48

assistant blah blah blah and then add an

89:50

image of that. This landing page is a

89:52

lot more effective if you're just

89:54

sending people to one simple product and

89:57

not a store. I know a lot of people like

90:00

the store, but I think landing pages

90:02

convert higher just cuz they can answer

90:03

questions more. So for example, you can

90:06

see how it has, you know, you would say

90:09

your product name or whatever.

90:14

We can change that to the one day

90:17

YouTube workflow. And then just

90:19

referencing the offer creation part, you

90:22

can literally just paste your sub

90:23

headline,

90:28

play around with the size of the fonts.

90:31

Whenever you want to view it, you can

90:32

click this little view icon here. It's

90:34

going to save it and then you can test.

90:36

So everything's already set up. So when

90:38

you click download now, it brings you to

90:39

the the product offer here and then you

90:43

can click download now. It all bring you

90:44

back here and then it'll click get

90:46

instant access and it'll bring you to

90:48

the next stage which is your checkout.

90:50

So we need to go and add our product

90:51

here so you can actually check out and

90:53

then on the checkout page go to products

90:57

add product and then you just create you

91:00

just add the product that you already

91:01

added. Click save.

91:06

And one last thing too, if you want to

91:07

change where it goes to, so like for

91:09

example,

91:11

YouTube workflow

91:14

is what I want the link to be, I can

91:16

just update that. Then you can see when

91:18

you click view page, it will bring you

91:19

to creator pathtest.com/youtubeworkflow

91:23

or whatever your link is slash whatever

91:25

you want it to be. You can click

91:27

download, get instant access, and then

91:30

your product will be here. And then when

91:31

you actually connect your Stripe, it

91:32

will have the payment options here as

91:34

well, but people can go check out. And

91:36

then lastly, they go to their order

91:39

confirmation page, which you can

91:41

customize and they'll be sent an email

91:43

with their download, but you can also go

91:46

here. And this is really nice just cuz

91:48

they'll just go to this after they check

91:50

out. You can add your download here and

91:53

just scroll down to the button action

91:56

download file. And then you can link it

91:58

to whatever. So, we can just do like the

92:00

logo for right now, just to show.

92:05

And then when someone gets this link,

92:06

they click download now.

92:09

And then they can save it. Just make

92:10

sure to link your domain. And then also

92:12

the default path can just be like

92:14

storefunnel or something like that if

92:16

you want. But that is how you have

92:18

everything live. You can also check the

92:20

stats here. So you can see what

92:22

percentage of people got to this page,

92:24

what percentage were unique, what

92:26

percentage of people ordered, and when

92:28

you have more data, it all populate here

92:30

just so you can track. Now, the other

92:32

alternative too is if you're not selling

92:34

a download, but more so a course or

92:36

membership, you can also go into

92:38

memberships and either sell a course or

92:41

if you want a full community, you can

92:43

also do that here and just get it set

92:44

up. It's pretty simple. You would just

92:46

in course go to products, create

92:48

product, and then community. You would

92:50

just go to communities

92:52

and then click create a community.

92:57

You have everything set up. You have

92:59

your product. You have your offer.

93:01

Feeling good, but you're like, "Okay,

93:02

how do I actually make my first sale?"

93:04

So, in this section, I'm going to show

93:05

you how to make your first sale. And

93:06

that's done through simple organic

93:08

content. I think this is the foundation

93:10

for building a strong personal brand and

93:12

a real successful digital product

93:14

business. Now, there's people argue that

93:16

you can run ads and stuff. I like to be

93:18

consistently making anywhere from $3 to

93:20

$5,000 a month through my digital

93:22

products before I even consider running

93:24

ads because you want a strong system

93:27

that's reliable before you just spend

93:29

money. Because a lot of people think

93:31

that spending ads is the shortcut or the

93:34

answer because it's just going to fix

93:36

all my problems. But in reality, you

93:38

need to go and figure out how to

93:40

actually sell your product. And then

93:42

once you have a formula, you can amplify

93:44

that with ads. And that's how you can go

93:45

from $3,000 a month to 10,000 20,000

93:48

very easily is ads. But getting you up

93:51

and running and making your first sale

93:53

and doing it for free is in my opinion

93:56

the best way to do it. So what you're

93:58

going to do is leverage content. So

94:00

YouTube, you're going to create a

94:01

YouTube video showing how your product

94:03

works. YouTube is going to equal your

94:05

sales video. So anytime you go to buy

94:07

something, you're being sold, right? on

94:10

the internet, you see people talking

94:11

about their product and then they make

94:12

you an offer and then you can buy it.

94:14

That's what YouTube is. So, we're gonna

94:16

go ahead and bridge the gap. If you've

94:18

never made a YouTube video before, don't

94:19

worry, it's not that big of a deal.

94:21

We're make a quick YouTube video. It

94:23

doesn't need to be fancy. We're just

94:24

going to show the value, show the

94:25

insight. So, this isn't how you have to

94:28

make a YouTube video, but if you're

94:30

struggling, this document in combination

94:32

with the digital product launch AI will

94:35

help you create a great video script.

94:37

So, in the first 5 seconds, it's

94:39

typically pretty good to create or call

94:42

out the desired problem or outcome. You

94:44

could say something like, "In this

94:46

video, I'll show you how to create

94:47

videos that used to take me a week in

94:49

under a day using my content strategy

94:52

one day formula or whatever. I don't I

94:53

don't know the product idea." Like,

94:55

familiarize yourself with your product a

94:57

little bit more. I forgot exactly what

94:59

we called it, but basically letting them

95:02

know what they're going to do and how

95:03

you're going to do it. So dang, that

95:05

video just used to take him a week and

95:07

now it only takes him a day using his

95:09

content strategy and AI. Okay,

95:11

interesting. And I kind of did this step

95:12

here, show it in action, but I you can

95:14

even go deeper into the pain point. Like

95:16

you can say something like, I used to

95:17

spend a week thinking about a video

95:18

idea, scripting it, recording it, going

95:21

through the editing process, and it used

95:23

to take me over a week to create one

95:25

simple YouTube video. Now using my, you

95:29

know, one day YouTube protocol with my

95:32

content system, thumbnail pack, like all

95:34

the included stuff, it only takes me a

95:37

day. Wow, that's pretty incredible.

95:39

That's the reason I made the one day

95:41

YouTube workflow, whatever it's called.

95:43

So you can take videos that would

95:45

normally take you weeks, only a day,

95:48

only an whatever your offer is. And then

95:51

you can do like a CTA, too. You could I

95:53

mean in the beginning like you know I I

95:54

think in the video obviously show them

95:56

some kind of value. So don't just that

95:58

be the whole video and be like I'll link

95:59

it down below. I'm going to break down

96:00

exactly how I do this and if you're

96:02

interested in grabbing my YouTube one

96:05

day workflow thing whatever I'll have a

96:07

link down below with a discount code and

96:10

I'll even hook you up with a discount

96:11

code something like that and then get

96:12

into like a video and give little tips

96:15

and value and insight in the video

96:17

without releasing the whole product.

96:19

Showcase why it's valuable, how it

96:21

helps. I think one great rule,

96:23

especially to for you to not spend a

96:26

week making the YouTube video, maybe my

96:27

product, my imaginary product would help

96:29

you, is keep it simple. Talk to the

96:31

camera, share your screen, do quick

96:33

edits, just cuts, whatever. Doesn't need

96:35

to be anything fancy. And the goal of

96:37

this is to make it feel friendly,

96:38

personal, like it's a recommendation and

96:40

not an ad. So, you don't have to like

96:42

overly sell something. Just express the

96:44

problem that you're dealing with or

96:47

other people are dealing with and how

96:48

you're going to help them. It doesn't

96:49

have to be like, "Dude, you need to buy

96:50

this thing right now instantly." Like,

96:52

relax. Do you ever struggle spending a

96:55

week creating a YouTube video? Yeah, me

96:56

too, dude. It [ __ ] sucks. Like, I

96:58

used to spend 5 hours thinking about the

97:00

idea and then I would go about scripting

97:03

and that would be awful cuz I'm not good

97:05

at writing. And then I would record and

97:08

then I would have to spend a whole

97:09

another day or two editing and whatever,

97:12

you know, express the pain points. It's

97:14

like, dude, like these presets that I

97:16

made are a complete game changer. I can

97:18

animate text now within seconds. I have

97:20

all the audio effects, all the whatever

97:22

the little intricate things in your

97:23

product are. But basically, just talking

97:25

about the pain point and then how your

97:26

problem solves it without being so so

97:29

salesy. That's going to help you make

97:30

your first sale. And I think it's

97:31

important to note because it is an

97:33

unnatural thing if you've never sold

97:35

before to sell. Is selling equals

97:37

helping? If you've designed a really

97:38

great product, which hopefully you've

97:40

followed through and done and made a

97:41

great offer that's a valuable thing for

97:43

people, right? like you're actually

97:45

doing something good for the person

97:46

that's buying. You're solving a problem.

97:49

So when you sell someone, it's not you

97:51

just taking money from them. It's you

97:52

exchanging money in form of help, right?

97:55

And that's like what all products should

97:57

be fundamentally on. Like I want creator

97:59

pass to be so helpful to you that you

98:02

feel confident like like that's the

98:04

reason I built creator pass OS in this

98:06

course is I want to provide so much

98:08

value that you would happily pay for the

98:10

software and the course and all the

98:12

information because it provides more

98:13

value than the money you're paying for

98:15

it. Right? So, I did that by not only

98:17

providing education on how to get up and

98:19

running and make your first sale and be

98:21

profitable before you even pay, but then

98:23

I also did it in eliminating a bunch of

98:25

apps and add-ons and stuff that you

98:27

won't need to pay for. Like, for

98:28

example, my Shopify bill was over $1,000

98:31

a month at one point for apps that give

98:34

you, for example, reviews on your

98:35

product free in Creator Pass OS. Email

98:38

marketing, I used to pay 500 bucks a

98:40

month. It's dirt cheap in in Creator

98:42

Pass OS. You have to pay to send emails,

98:44

but just how it works. but dirt cheap

98:46

compared to that digital download app. I

98:48

was paying $100 a month just to host the

98:50

files free in Creator Pass OS. There's

98:53

so many different add-ons and tiers.

98:54

Like for example, subscription products.

98:56

If you want to reoccur pay in Shopify,

98:58

it's not easy. I pay 80 bucks a month

99:01

for that app in Shopify. I wanted to go

99:04

above and beyond in providing value.

99:06

That way it feels effortless. And

99:09

hopefully you can position your product

99:10

in that way because that's how you

99:13

really crush. You help people. If you

99:16

can help people, you'll make a bunch of

99:18

money. So use your already existing

99:20

audience. And if you're saying, "Brian,

99:21

I don't have an audience at all." That's

99:22

completely fine. Everyone has some kind

99:24

of audience, right? So it's either it

99:26

could be past clients, people you work

99:27

with, followers who engage with your

99:29

post, other creators who'd benefit,

99:32

maybe even friends and family depending

99:33

on your offer. And a great way to get

99:35

people's attention is just message like

99:37

a friend, not a saleserson. Yo, Brian, I

99:40

just made a YouTube video posting how I

99:42

make YouTube videos that used to take me

99:44

a week in under a day. Would you be open

99:46

to giving me some feedback on the video?

99:48

Literally, anyone that's your friend or

99:50

that is engaged with you will say yes.

99:52

There's no one's going to be like, "No,

99:53

that sounds awful." And if they do, who

99:54

cares? You'll just send it to another

99:56

person. Then you can say, "Awesome. Do

99:57

you have a second to check it out right

99:58

now? It's only 5 minutes, 10 minutes,

100:01

whatever." They'll say, "Yes." You can

100:04

even say, "Is it cool if I send the link

100:05

here?" just to really reaffirm that

100:07

they're consenting to this. Yes, here's

100:08

the link. Really appreciate it. Excited

100:10

to hear your feedback. And then you can

100:11

just follow up and be like, "Yo, what do

100:12

you think of the video?" And why this

100:13

works is because there's no pressure to

100:16

actually buy. You get to open a

100:18

conversation with a follower. It makes

100:20

people curious of what you're what you

100:21

got going on and you're not even talking

100:23

about your product because your video is

100:26

talking about your product. So, you're

100:27

just selling them on the idea of

100:29

watching a video for free that's going

100:30

to help them, which is amazing because

100:32

you can help them. And if they think

100:34

your product solves the problem, which

100:36

hopefully if you bought if you built

100:37

something that your audience would

100:39

actually find helpful, that that would

100:40

naturally happen. But basically, you're

100:42

opening up the conversation around your

100:44

video that promotes your product. That's

100:45

a really brute force way to do it. But

100:48

this really helps you at least

100:50

understand what it is. And then you can

100:51

like because you reach out to these

100:53

people and hopefully they're people that

100:54

you know and communicate with or are at

100:56

least open to communicating with you.

100:57

You can get feedback on your video. You

100:59

can get feedback on your product. be

101:00

like, "Yo, like don't I wouldn't like

101:03

hard sell anyone on your product early

101:05

on. Just be like, "Hey, like do you get

101:07

a chance to check out the video?" "Yeah,

101:08

dude. It was super helpful." You can ask

101:10

like, "Did you look into the product?

101:12

Would you think about it?" Like, "Is

101:13

that something that you would think

101:14

you'd even be helpful?" You're like,

101:15

"Oh, dude, I'm I'm on the fence. I don't

101:17

know. It seems like maybe it's just a

101:19

little expensive for me." It's like,

101:20

"Oh, dude, no worries. I'm just going to

101:21

be completely transparent. Like, I this

101:23

is my first product. I've never sold it

101:24

before. If you're willing to give

101:26

feedback and just help me improve it,

101:28

I'll give you the updated version and

101:30

also I'll just give you 50% off right

101:31

now. Another way you can do, and this

101:33

is, you know, the big one, is post on

101:35

social media. If you have a following

101:36

already, you can say, "I just posted a

101:39

video showing how I blank. Comment

101:41

whatever word and I'll send you the

101:42

video." Inside of Creator Pass OS, I

101:46

have automations where when people

101:47

respond to your story, they will auto

101:50

send a link. And I'll show you how to do

101:51

that in a future video. But you can also

101:53

manually send it if you don't want to

101:54

set up those automations. But that's

101:56

another example of where I try to overd

101:58

deliver with creator pass. I was paying

102:00

for a software called ManyHat and Zapier

102:03

to do the thing that creator pass does

102:05

for free. I was paying $55 a month. Now

102:09

just done inside creator pass. So that

102:11

will be auto sent to people once we set

102:14

up that automation for you. I already

102:15

have it built. You just have to plug and

102:16

play some of your stuff. and then make

102:18

an IG post either real or post showing

102:20

the outcome of your product and talk

102:21

about the outcome of your product.

102:22

Comment blank and I'll send you a video

102:23

show you how. So, this is an important

102:25

way of funneling people to your video

102:28

and not necessarily to the product page.

102:30

I found often times it's easier to

102:33

describe and get people to buy when

102:36

they're more familiar with you and your

102:37

long form content because they trust you

102:40

more. They know a little bit more about

102:42

your product. You know, if you just send

102:43

them to a landing page with a $100

102:45

product and they don't really know much

102:46

about it, they don't really know much

102:47

about you, chances are they're not going

102:48

to buy. But if you send them to a video

102:49

showcasing how helpful your product is,

102:52

walking through it, giving them some

102:53

tips and tricks, and then say, "Hey, by

102:55

the way, uh, I have something that helps

102:57

you do exactly this, just better,

102:58

faster, quicker, whatever. I'll have it

103:00

linked down below. You should go check

103:02

it out." Okay, that's a way to give

103:04

someone something because you're giving

103:05

them this free video and then making an

103:08

ask instead of just saying, "Hey, go go

103:10

go to my website and buy this thing."

103:11

So, I see a lot of people do the

103:12

automations wrong where they send people

103:14

directly to the landing page to check

103:16

out instead of to more guidance on how

103:20

you can help them. And then the thing

103:22

that's really cool about that is it's a

103:23

long-term game, right? This is where

103:25

you're getting paid to grow your

103:27

following from the beginning. You send

103:28

them to the YouTube channel where they

103:30

can subscribe and not watch this video,

103:32

but all your future videos and become

103:34

lifelong customers, lifelong

103:35

subscribers, and be in your ecosystem.

103:38

Not saying you can never send directly

103:39

to a product page, but early on I think

103:41

this is the best way to do it because

103:42

you can take the extra step to convince

103:44

them to nurture them to build trust and

103:47

it's really helpful. And it's also even

103:49

if you use the automation, have a

103:50

conversation with them inside of Creator

103:52

Press OS, you can talk back and forth to

103:53

them inside there or you can just go on

103:55

the app and literally just be like ask

103:57

them questions after you sent the video,

103:59

right? You know, IG story post, I just

104:02

made a video showing how I blank.

104:03

Comment blank if you want me to send it.

104:06

Sometimes I even say like it's free.

104:09

People love free stuff. So I'll do a

104:12

video of me showcasing a product or

104:14

offer or something I have that the thing

104:16

is paid but the video is free and I say

104:18

hey I'll show you I made a video showing

104:20

how I blank comment watch if you want me

104:24

to send the link. It's free by the way

104:26

and then they get the automation the

104:28

link sent to their DM. And then you can

104:30

also do the same thing with IG's post

104:32

and then move to the DMs and send them

104:33

the video. And then your goal early on

104:36

is just keep sending traffic to your

104:38

video. I think to make your first sale,

104:39

all you really truly need is one YouTube

104:42

video and then just consistently send

104:44

traffic there. Now, if we're talking

104:46

long-term, there's a lot more to

104:47

scaling. But I think generally speaking,

104:50

if you could do one YouTube video a week

104:52

and like three to five short form videos

104:55

short promoting that YouTube video,

104:57

you're in a really great spot. Doesn't

104:59

take too much work. It doesn't have to

105:00

be this wellthoughtout short form video

105:02

where you're talking to it and you have

105:04

to be crazy at editing. You can pull up

105:06

your phone and be like, "Yo, I, you

105:08

know, literally just talk about your

105:09

product. You can even do simple B-roll

105:12

clips with just text on the screen and

105:14

having a caption with the comment." So,

105:15

it doesn't have to be anything super

105:16

crazy, but your YouTube video is going

105:19

to focus as your sales video. The more

105:21

people see it, the more sales you'll

105:22

make. And over time, you'll understand

105:25

how to make the YouTube video better,

105:26

how to get more people over. And this is

105:28

the game now. This is your game. You

105:30

have to focus on how to get people over

105:32

to the YouTube video and then how to

105:34

make those YouTube videos better so they

105:35

convert at a higher rate. So your daily

105:38

checklist honestly is just post on your

105:40

already existing IG story. Post on IG

105:44

funneling people to your YouTube channel

105:45

and then have conversations with the

105:47

people that comment or people that you

105:48

already know in your DMs. The first sale

105:50

formula is simple, but I think a lot of

105:52

people get discouraged when they post

105:54

their first YouTube video and they make

105:55

their first Instagram post and it

105:56

doesn't instantly make a sale. Keep

105:58

putting in the reps. It's the hardest

106:01

part is right at the beginning. But I

106:03

guarantee if you keep sending people to

106:04

that YouTube video, you post one YouTube

106:06

video a week and you post a few short

106:08

form videos promoting that YouTube

106:09

video, you will make your first sale

106:12

rather quickly. But it's not reinventing

106:14

the wheel. Just because you posted your

106:15

first YouTube video and it didn't make a

106:17

sale doesn't mean your product's not

106:18

good. Just realistically, no one's even

106:21

heard of it yet. Until you have about

106:24

a,000ish sessions to your store, you

106:26

shouldn't even consider really if your

106:28

product's great or not because you

106:30

haven't got enough people over. So

106:31

that's a good number to aim for. Get

106:33

a,000 people over to your store total.

106:35

So again, video grow your audience,

106:38

conversions, and then sales. So you're

106:41

going to send people from your IG to

106:43

YouTube. It's going to grow your

106:45

audience. You're going to send them to

106:46

YouTube channel or send them to the

106:48

website where there'll be some

106:50

conversions and those generate sales.

106:51

That's it. Don't super overthink it. And

106:53

you can even include some email in

106:55

there. And with the automation, I'll

106:56

show you how to collect email, but you

106:58

can also just follow up with people on

107:00

email. But this is the simple guide cuz

107:03

I don't want to over complicate it. I

107:04

know a lot more about content. But this

107:06

is the simple guide to making your first

107:08

video on your digital product and making

107:11

your sale. Trust me on this. Go make

107:13

that YouTube video, send people over

107:15

there, be consistent with it, and you're

107:17

going to make your first sale.

107:21

So now I'm going to show you how to set

107:22

up those automations where someone

107:24

comments on your post or comments on

107:26

your story that you auto send them the

107:27

link and capture their email and just

107:29

interact with them. So what you want to

107:31

do first and foremost is go to

107:33

automations and then you can go to

107:35

autodm. And I have two automations

107:37

already built for you. The DM keyword

107:39

autodm or the comment keyword autodm.

107:41

And to get them set up properly, we do

107:43

need to go to settings, integrations,

107:47

and then we need to autos sync our

107:50

Facebook and Instagram account. That

107:51

way, we can have it set up where the

107:53

software auto connects with Instagram

107:56

and it can send DMs and comments on your

107:58

behalf. It's all done through their API

108:00

and legit. So, it's not giving access to

108:03

anyone other than Facebook and Instagram

108:04

access to the software. And then going

108:06

back into the automations. Once you have

108:09

that link, we can go ahead and do the

108:11

comment keyword.

108:15

And then you can see

108:18

comment keyword

108:22

is watch.

108:24

So page is you'll see your Instagram

108:26

page pull up. I haven't linked mine, but

108:28

you'll just see like your Instagram post

108:30

type is published.

108:33

And this is where you can go and do post

108:35

is and select a specific post. So it'll

108:38

just like show all the options of the

108:40

things you already posted. Now if you

108:41

want this keyword to work on all the

108:43

posts, you can go ahead and just delete

108:45

that and then it will just work when

108:47

anyone comments the word watch on any of

108:49

your post. It will automatically do

108:51

this. So if you only want it on one,

108:52

make sure you have it on that post is

108:54

and then specific post option. And then

108:56

you can change any of these keywords

108:57

here or you can have multiple. So like

108:59

watch or video and then whenever someone

109:02

comments out on a post they will

109:03

automatically be sent this flow. So I'll

109:07

show you kind of breakdown what it is.

109:08

So first and foremost it replies to

109:11

their comment on your post saying check

109:12

your DMs. Just sent you a message. I

109:14

spelled message wrong. Uh and then just

109:16

DM here. You can change these to

109:18

whatever you want. And then next what it

109:21

does is it checks if they have an email

109:24

associated with their Instagram account

109:26

already. And if they don't, it'll ask

109:28

them what their email is. What's the

109:30

best email to send it to? And then it'll

109:33

wait

109:34

and then capture their email

109:38

and then send them an email with the

109:41

link. That way you have their email that

109:43

you can contact them with in the future.

109:45

You can just go through and make sure to

109:47

do your from name, your proper email,

109:50

subject name, and then you can customize

109:53

this to whatever email you want. Say

109:56

you want to use one of the

110:00

templates that I have built for you

110:01

guys. You can go and just do this and

110:04

you can say, "Hey, I just dropped a new

110:05

video in it. I show you blah blah blah

110:06

how I cut my editing work time in half."

110:08

You can upload the thumbnail here and

110:10

then just link with the URL here to that

110:13

YouTube video, which is really nice.

110:15

That'll save you a bunch of time there.

110:16

And then also, it'll just follow up on

110:18

Instagram and say, "Just sent the link

110:20

to your email. Wanted to share it here

110:21

too in case." And then you would just go

110:23

and link whatever your YouTube video is

110:25

here on one of these buttons. And also

110:28

here, if someone's already like DM'd you

110:30

before and you already have their email

110:31

and file inside of Creator Pass OS,

110:34

it'll just skip that stage where it just

110:35

won't constantly ask them for their

110:37

email every single time that they ask

110:38

for something and instead it will just

110:40

skip right to here and send them the

110:42

email and then also the the Instagram

110:44

DM, which is just kind of nice because

110:47

it basically just rewards people for

110:50

already being in your funnel. And then

110:52

also the other one is just the DM

110:55

keyword. So instead of them commenting

110:57

on a post, they just DM you the word. So

110:59

you can either do contain phrase where I

111:01

had it say help where if they say help

111:04

in the message at all, it auto sends

111:06

them a DM. The more useful one might

111:08

actually be exact match. So if they only

111:11

send the word help, they'll be sent. So

111:13

if they say I want help, they won't be

111:15

sent the DM. But if they just comment

111:16

the word or DM you the word help,

111:18

they'll be sent the DM. And then it's

111:20

the exact same thing just without the

111:22

auto reply to a comment because there is

111:24

no comment. And you can go through and

111:26

customize and do a bunch of stuff with

111:28

these automations. This is just the

111:30

surface level getting set up example.

111:33

And then just make sure that you have

111:35

the workflow set to published and then

111:38

saved. That way when someone actually

111:41

goes and comments, you can auto send

111:43

them DMs. I would just go on a different

111:46

account or your friend's account too

111:47

when you set it up and just go and DM

111:49

the keyword or comment the word just to

111:51

make sure everything's running smoothly.

111:52

But this is where it's important to

111:54

already in the earlier stage set up your

111:57

domain, set up your email, and give

111:58

yourself credits. That way, this can all

112:00

flow without you having to worry about

112:02

anything breaking. If you haven't

112:03

watched that, go back up to the earlier

112:04

trainings and get your domain set up on

112:07

Creator Pass OS. And also, give yourself

112:09

some email credits. That way, you can

112:11

send these emails automatically. Uh

112:13

they're like a fraction of a cent to

112:14

send one email. So, you can really send

112:16

this to a lot of people before having to

112:17

top up with those credits. But this

112:20

feature alone inside of Creator Pass is

112:22

amazing because it literally this stack

112:23

right here saves me $55 a month because

112:27

I use Manyhat which was charging me it

112:29

was charging me $25 and then I was using

112:32

Zapier to connect it which was charging

112:34

me $30. A lot of technical stuff but

112:36

it's all done here inside of Creator

112:38

Pass which is really cool because it

112:40

will automatically add someone to your

112:42

contact list. I'll show you how it works

112:44

on my other account. So, if I go to my

112:48

main profile on Instagram

112:50

and comment the word help or DM me the

112:53

word help, you can see here

112:57

it will automatically respond in just a

113:00

second.

113:07

And it says just sent the info to your

113:10

email. I'll send it here just in case

113:11

because it has an email already on file.

113:14

You can see here it just went through

113:15

the automation. I DM'd help. It says

113:17

here's the link. So, it sent me an email

113:20

automatically and then also sent the DM.

113:24

And the cool thing is you can even use

113:25

the Instagram messenger here. So, you

113:27

can just say like, yo, what's up?

113:33

And you can see I just said, "Yo, what's

113:34

up?" to my DM. Now, I just went ahead

113:37

and deleted myself as a contact. That

113:39

way, I can do that same automation. I DM

113:41

myself the word help.

113:45

and it says, "What's the best email to

113:47

send it to?" Now, if I type my email,

113:50

you can see it will send that link, but

113:53

then also it also just sent that email

113:57

to me in my email all automatically. So,

113:59

this is a really powerful way of getting

114:01

people from Instagram over to your email

114:03

list, but then also get them to the

114:05

YouTube. So, it kind of makes this

114:06

ecosystem and that's where the

114:08

compounding effect of growing a personal

114:10

brand and selling digital products like

114:11

really comes together.

114:15

Congrats, you made it to the end of the

114:17

digital product launch challenge.

114:18

Hopefully, by now you have a successful

114:20

product up and making sales. And I just

114:22

want you to know that like this step,

114:24

getting up and running and getting on a

114:27

site and creating your first piece of

114:28

content and working towards or either

114:30

having the first sale or working towards

114:32

having your first sale is the hardest

114:33

step. So, if you've gone through and

114:35

even made progress in this, congrats.

114:38

Keep going. When you make that first

114:40

sale, the second sale comes so much

114:41

easier. When you post that first piece

114:43

of content, the second piece comes so

114:44

much easier. You now have momentum. Ride

114:46

with that momentum, and you can change

114:49

your life with digital products. I'm

114:50

wishing you the absolute best.

114:53

Hopefully, you go on to crush it and

114:55

make tens of thousands of dollars a

114:56

month creating the content you like,

114:58

having the freedom and the lifestyle you

115:00

desire. If you found this course helpful

115:02

and you want to help other people and

115:04

get paid to do so, I'll have an

115:06

affiliate program link down below where

115:08

you can give people the course and the

115:10

free trial access to Creator Pass OS,

115:12

the thing that you just went through

115:14

100% for free. And if they go through

115:16

the course, sign up, become a paying

115:18

customer for Creator Pass OS, I will

115:21

give you a percentage of that sale for

115:23

as long as they're subscribed. So every

115:25

single month, you'll continue to get

115:26

paid as long as they're subscribed to

115:28

the software. It's a pretty amazing

115:30

affiliate program because you can just

115:31

give them a free course, free access to

115:34

software, save them a bunch in software

115:37

cost and if they decide that it's for

115:39

them, you will just make money for as

115:42

long as they're subscribed. I'll have

115:43

that link down below. All the info and

115:45

percentages and details and how to get

115:47

signed up will be down below. If you

115:48

went through this whole course and it's

115:50

helpful, that affiliate program is a

115:52

great digital product in itself because

115:54

you don't have to fulfill anything and

115:56

it's already built and you can just

115:58

promote it. And when people sign up, you

115:59

will get paid for life. Also, with that,

116:01

hopefully you've made your first sale,

116:02

maybe even your first few. And if you

116:05

want help scaling beyond that and you

116:07

feel confident and ready to go allin,

116:09

Creator Pass mentorship is available.

116:11

I'll also have that link down below.

116:12

This isn't for people that are on the

116:14

fence about going in on digital

116:16

products. This is for people that are

116:17

serious about committing, not only

116:20

financially, but their time and their

116:22

life to making this work. All the info

116:24

will be down below. It's not cheap. It's

116:26

not for everyone. But if you're

116:28

committed, go ahead and check it out.

116:29

Wishing you all the best.
