0:00

conservative political action conference

0:02

happened this weekend and Donald Trump

0:04

apparently is the leader in the CPAC

0:08

straw polls taking 62 percent of the

0:12

straw poll vote with DeSantis polling

0:14

just 20 percent now a lot of folks are

0:17

arguing that while CPAC was selling

0:19

Donald Trump shirts and hats but no to

0:21

Santa's hats although DeSantis hasn't

0:23

announced his candidacy yet there are a

0:25

lot of people saying CPAC was really

0:27

just a mega rally now whether or not

0:30

that's true does it really matter what's

0:32

worth talking about or some of the

0:34

things that Donald Trump said so we can

0:36

talk and add some opinion to some of

0:39

those items first

0:41

Donald Trump really hit on this idea

0:43

that it seems like you'll get lynched

0:46

for doing a great job and that we don't

0:49

have free speech today and that I am

0:52

your retribution

0:54

really Donald Trump opened this idea up

0:56

that hey look if you want somebody

0:59

whether you like me or not if you want

1:01

somebody who tells it to you like it is

1:03

vote for Donald Trump that's the

1:04

argument he's making today and that free

1:07

speech is critically important and I

1:08

think everybody I don't think there's

1:09

really anyone who disagrees

1:11

that free speech is very important and

1:14

this is of course what politicians do

1:16

right talking about basically about

1:18

things that as many people as possible

1:19

can agree with

1:21

super super normal this idea though that

1:23

Donald Trump will be the retribution of

1:26

America is one that's essentially

1:28

suggesting hey you know what if you're

1:30

pissed off about the economy if you're

1:32

pissed off about the way things are

1:34

under the Biden Administration if you're

1:36

pissed off about immigration if you're

1:38

pissed off at all

1:40

vote for Donald Trump that is the

1:43

argument that Donald Trump is making and

1:45

he goes into some specifics as to what

1:48

he believes he'll do

1:49

this one got particular Applause he's

1:52

changed from the idea that we're going

1:55

to quote unquote drain the swamp to now

1:57

what Donald Trump is going to do is

2:00

totally obliterate the Deep State now

2:04

the Deep state in obliterating the Deep

2:06

state is this idea that people who are

2:09

super wealthy uh or people associated

2:12

with let's say the world economic Forum

2:14

the military industrial complex the

2:17

lobbying industry basically anybody who

2:19

tries to control the narrative runs the

2:23

media runs covid narratives those sort

2:26

of deep State individuals will be

2:28

totally obliterated by Donald Trump and

2:31

he says that he wants to do so without

2:33

destroying Social Security including not

2:37

raising the age for Social Security or

2:41

cutting Medicaid these are arguments

2:42

he's made now Joe Biden has made the

2:44

argument as well that we're not going to

2:47

see any kind of cuts to Social Security

2:50

that is something that Joe Biden had

2:53

made very clear during the State of the

2:55

Union because it hasn't been

2:57

particularly popular uh an idea of an

3:00

idea on either side about any kind of

3:03

limits or restrictions to Social

3:04

Security Medicare Medicaid

3:06

uh then he talks about the largest

3:09

deportation coming that countries are

3:12

basically emptying out their prisons and

3:15

mental insane asylum individuals those

3:18

words he used and dumping them into the

3:20

United States that is the argument

3:22

Donald Trump is making and he's

3:24

suggesting we're going to have the

3:25

largest deportation under a new Donald

3:27

Trump Administration ever a vaguely

3:30

deportation now this is an argument that

3:33

has been very popular for Donald Trump

3:35

build the wall build it bigger finish

3:36

building the wall it's an argument that

3:38

he reiterates here as well but one of

3:40

the things that I like to mention about

3:42

immigration is personally I think we

3:44

have an immigration shortage and an

3:48

entitlement excess so in other words

3:50

with too many people using our social

3:53

services and not paying into the system

3:56

whether that's people going to the

3:57

hospital and not actually paying their

4:00

bills you literally have hospitals as

4:02

reported by The Wall Street Journal on

4:04

the border of the United States

4:06

who are potentially going to go bankrupt

4:08

because too many people go to the

4:10

emergency room to seek treatment and

4:12

they're undocumented and they never pay

4:14

because they have no money and they have

4:16

no insurance

4:17

so you're bankrupting our services our

4:20

social services because of the illegal

4:23

immigration that is occurring and in my

4:25

opinion one of the ways to solve this

4:27

and it's one that I ran for governor

4:29

under in California which is a state

4:31

that desperately needs to help uh if

4:33

there's a state that has more mental

4:36

problems per politician it's probably

4:38

California and that's because of the

4:41

lack of money that California invests

4:43

into mental health education and housing

4:46

and homelessness care and immigration

4:49

care California is a complete failure

4:51

they'd rather send stimulus checks to

4:53

people making five hundred thousand

4:54

dollars but we don't have to talk about

4:55

that I I tried to run for governor came

4:57

in second place of retalk recall

4:59

candidates when I kicking my words out

5:01

it's too early in the morning on a

5:02

Sunday here 6 35 a.m on recording this

5:04

but anywho Donald Trump talks about the

5:06

largest deportation coming I think one

5:08

of the things that might be popular to

5:10

talk about would be the idea that if

5:12

people can come to America in a

5:14

streamlined way and support themselves

5:17

get a job uh work for a company and

5:20

support themselves without using any

5:24

social services and actually contribute

5:26

to our GDP our taxes in our economy

5:30

then I think it should be a lot easier

5:31

for people to come to America

5:33

I think it should be a lot harder for

5:35

people who rely on our social services

5:37

to come to America but a lot easier for

5:39

people who don't and actually contribute

5:40

and pay taxes to come to America that's

5:43

my opinion it's not something we heard

5:45

from Donald Trump we just heard about

5:46

Mass deportation and something that he

5:49

wants to focus on

5:51

he says we won't give unlimited money to

5:54

fight Foreign Wars that are endless Wars

5:56

stupid Wars here Donald Trump is talking

5:59

about Ukraine

6:01

and some of these arguments are really

6:04

being made globally in fact uh we went

6:07

through an entire topic on the channel

6:08

talking about how really the war between

6:11

Russia and Ukraine is becoming

6:12

regionalized is becoming

6:15

uh something that the world doesn't see

6:18

as a World War III threat but rather as

6:20

a problem between Ukraine and Russia and

6:22

that ultimately will need some kind of

6:24

negotiated solution rather than endless

6:27

money from the United States

6:29

and In fairness uh Donald Trump's not

6:32

wrong that a lot of money from the

6:33

United States is going to support

6:34

Ukraine in fact if we hop on over and we

6:37

look at this particular chart from the

6:39

Council on Foreign Relations you can see

6:41

that usaid to Ukraine far exceeds that

6:43

from the other top 20 donors far exceeds

6:46

we're over 70 billion dollars in Aid the

6:49

EU in total is setting somewhere around

6:51

30 billion dollars of course you could

6:54

then add in individually Germany uh the

6:57

United Kingdom Canada Poland and such

6:59

but it doesn't even hold a candle the

7:01

amount of money that the United States

7:02

is throwing

7:04

to Ukraine without the ability to

7:06

actually track where our weapons are

7:08

going that we're sending to the United

7:10

uh or to Ukraine rather

7:12

Donald Trump uh uh did strike Applause

7:15

uh for that argument about giving

7:17

unlimited money to fight Foreign Wars

7:19

uh he says why is NATO not putting up

7:22

dollar for dollar what the United States

7:24

is it's not wrong again the United

7:26

States is putting up substantially more

7:28

money now of course the argument is made

7:29

that the United States is the largest

7:31

economy in the world and maybe there's

7:32

some form of therefore responsibility

7:34

for the United States to maybe

7:36

contribute a larger share but boy oh boy

7:39

the US is already doing that an order of

7:41

magnitude larger than other countries

7:45

uh Donald Trump goes on to make

7:47

arguments like there are killings

7:49

happening in Manhattan like nobody's

7:52

ever seen before this is probably not

7:55

true uh Manhattan's at somewhere around

7:57

its lowest murder rate since 2019 but

8:00

that's not to say that the argument of

8:02

being tough on crime is not popular I do

8:05

think it's important to be tough on

8:06

crime for example Walmart is pulling out

8:09

completely of Portland because it's

8:12

essentially become Lawless in the eyes

8:14

of Walmart so much property crime that

8:16

is just not profitable to operate

8:17

Walmarts in Portland because the

8:20

policies in Portland do not actually

8:22

respond

8:24

in a proper manner to prevent crime it's

8:27

the same kind of thing that you see in

8:29

San Francisco or or in in countries

8:31

along the west coast and it's a big

8:33

problem so it's not wrong about striking

8:35

that sentiment

8:37

Donald Trump talks about how we lost 85

8:39

billion dollars of the greatest military

8:40

equipment in the world talking about how

8:42

much of that is is really going to uh uh

8:45

Ukraine

8:47

uh he talks about windmills and how

8:49

windmills are terrible for green energy

8:51

on one hand he's he's not wrong in that

8:54

windmills are a lot uh more expensive

8:57

than things like natural gas solar or

9:00

geothermal energy they are less

9:02

expensive than nuclear hydroelectric and

9:05

biomass so they are still a little

9:07

pricey

9:08

so he's not wrong on that but I think

9:10

the argument that windmills kill birds

9:12

is a little silly birds are notoriously

9:15

really stupid

9:16

in that 900 well let me put it this way

9:19

every year windmills kill about 328 000

9:23

birds and I feel bad for those birds

9:26

but if 328 000 birds get killed by

9:29

windmills then we should also talk about

9:31

how many birds get killed flying into

9:33

buildings

9:34

I kid you not they need like a better

9:36

Vision system or like lidar or something

9:38

attached to their heads because they're

9:40

so stupid

9:41

988 million Birds die every year from

9:46

flying into buildings

9:50

buildings

9:51

yes windmills kill 328 000 Birds but 988

9:56

million Birds die from flying into

9:58

buildings

9:59

so well well yes maybe wind is not what

10:02

wind is is useful in some degrees and it

10:05

can become cheaper over time and I'm not

10:07

a fan of saying don't invest in wind

10:09

energy by no means I'm a big fan of

10:11

eventually going green I'm a big fan of

10:12

actually finding the most green energy

10:14

that we could potentially find in fact

10:16

there are arguments that there are 47

10:19

terawatts of heat

10:23

right below us

10:24

now when I say right below us I mean

10:26

like six miles below us so we need to

10:29

come up with new Drilling Technologies

10:31

like millimeter wave drilling technology

10:34

or plasma drilling technology as well as

10:36

more advancements coming to well

10:38

construction to be able to drill

10:41

uh six miles down that's very difficult

10:43

but if you can get and tap the super

10:46

critical steam potential that we have

10:50

six miles below us

10:52

which Super critical steam is about 700

10:54

degrees Fahrenheit about 10 times as

10:57

strong as the geothermal energy that we

10:58

use today super super hot steam you get

11:02

power the entire world solely with

11:06

geothermal energy by 2035.

11:10

you literally have three times the

11:14

energy potential six miles below us then

11:18

we use worldwide today

11:20

so geothermal like you want to start

11:23

looking to maybe potentially like

11:24

geothermal kind of stocks and

11:26

Investments I mean hashtag not personal

11:28

advice Financial advice but let's just

11:30

say we're going to be doing some

11:30

geothermal fundamental analysis in the

11:32

course member live streams all of you of

11:34

course already know this is redundant uh

11:37

but it's worth mentioning in case you're

11:38

new here that yes I'm a licensed

11:40

financial advisor this is not

11:42

personalized Financial advice though for

11:43

you I run an actively managed ETF a real

11:46

estate broker I've got a real estate

11:47

startup as well I do a lot of things and

11:49

I have courses on building your wealth

11:50

link down below including going from

11:52

zero to millionaire in real estate

11:54

that's what I did real estate investing

11:56

fantastic way to become a millionaire

11:58

stocks and psychology money how to make

12:00

more money as a real estate agent as a

12:01

YouTuber or even just as somebody who

12:03

has a job in the elite Hustlers course

12:05

uh or an entrepreneur by the elite

12:07

Hustler's group

12:08

those all come with course member live

12:10

streams by the way which I'll be going

12:11

to the elite Hustlers live stream after

12:13

this video

12:16

but anyway uh Donald Trump uh uh you

12:18

know does does uh make an argument here

12:20

against windmills uh I do think uh we

12:23

should be talking a lot about geothermal

12:25

energy and we will be a lot more uh in

12:27

the next decade here so I thought it was

12:28

worth talking about that I I'm really

12:31

personally I'm tired of hearing about

12:33

the bird argument let me put it that way

12:34

and again my goal is not to be like

12:36

super like a trump apologist and

12:39

pro-trump here and it's not to be super

12:40

anti-trump it's just supposed to be some

12:43

dude on the internet with a jacket

12:45

that's way too big

12:46

uh giving you insights and opinions on

12:50

what's actually going on in the world

12:51

using as much data as I could get my

12:53

hands on

12:56

uh so another thing that's worth noting

12:59

is Donald Trump makes this argument that

13:02

no one has gotten anything from China

13:04

other than Donald Trump I think he

13:07

forgets the fact that we collect about

13:08

eight to fourteen billion dollars a year

13:11

in import tariffs from China

13:14

but then again he's trying to reiterate

13:16

his tough on China argument which is not

13:18

necessarily a horrible idea especially

13:20

given the uh data leaks that we

13:23

regularly have to China uh including the

13:26

theft of some of the most advanced chip

13:28

making Technologies from companies like

13:31

asml the uh Dutch Advanced chip

13:34

manufacturer to basically circumvent U.S

13:37

sanctions against China and U.S export

13:39

limitations for advanced chips

13:42

but that was probably going to happen

13:43

anyway in the long run uh anywho so uh

13:46

personally I think that for the Donald

13:49

Trump CPAC event

13:51

it wouldn't be surprised if the polling

13:54

from CPAC was highly Trump skewed

13:56

given that DeSantis wasn't there right

13:59

uh and uh and and DeSantis hasn't

14:02

declared he's running for president yet

14:04

although that's widely expected uh it

14:06

did look like in some CPAC polling

14:09

that the Democratic Contender that's

14:12

really expected it from uh from CPAC

14:15

estimates is a Gavin Newsom being number

14:19

one uh number one after Joe Biden look

14:22

at that damn who do you think the

14:23

Democratic nominee for president will be

14:25

in 2024 Joe Biden 39 Kevin Newsome 21

14:27

Michelle Obama

14:30

14

14:31

Kamala Harris six percent I thought that

14:34

was really interesting this idea that uh

14:37

you've actually got Michelle Obama and

14:39

and Kamala up there

14:40

uh then you also have let's see here

14:43

this these were the results here who

14:45

would you most like to be see be the

14:48

Republican candidate for vice president

14:50

I thought this was interesting you got

14:53

Ron DeSantis actually coming in at

14:55

second

14:56

and uh he came in at 14 Kerry Lake beat

15:01

him by six percentage points

15:04

she was the uh obviously one of the uh

15:07

she was the Republican nominee for uh

15:09

Arizona governor she's been suing like

15:11

crazy about the election and the rigged

15:13

election blah blah blah blah whatever

15:16

Nikki Haley

15:18

presidential campaign

15:19

Governor South Carolina

15:22

Nikki Haley 10 percent

15:25

got Mike Pompeo and some others over

15:27

here as potential VP candidates

15:31

so CPAC very interesting

15:34

I think we're going to see a lot more

15:35

rhetoric from Trump I think where Trump

15:37

could really uh like if if I was going

15:40

to give and not not that I'm in the

15:42

position too but if I was going to argue

15:44

where Trump has his

15:46

strongest potential for Unity it's the

15:50

economy

15:51

that's probably where he's going to have

15:53

the most strength now even though we

15:56

could say that a lot of inflation

15:58

impetus came from the uh during the

16:01

Trump Administration due to bipartisan

16:03

support for coveted measures obviously

16:05

looking back we printed way too much

16:06

money

16:08

Biden did continue those and potentially

16:10

made them worse right the first thing he

16:13

did was the the leftover two thousand

16:15

dollar stimulus check which was the

16:16

extra 1400 bucks

16:18

the extension of the child tax credit uh

16:22

part of his policies the student debt

16:25

for uh deferment for as long as it's

16:27

been going on right have all contributed

16:30

to more inflation

16:31

Gavin Newsom sending stimulus checks in

16:33

October of 2022 all contributed to

16:36

inflation

16:37

so you know economic blood is really on

16:40

both hands but I think it makes it easy

16:41

for Donald Trump to uh let people sort

16:44

of compare the economy then to now it's

16:46

sort of a very simplistic uh and

16:48

unnuanced argument that's probably one

16:51

of his strongest but I will say a lot of

16:53

people are

16:54

pretty surprised by the CPAC poll

16:56

because people generally have been

16:58

thinking that DeSantis would cream

17:00

Donald Trump

17:01

that might be the wrong way to think

17:03

about it although there could be a lot

17:05

more Trump support at CPAC again for the

17:07

reasons that I've already mentioned uh

17:09

is very interesting yeah to see uh to to

17:12

see this information and I think the

17:13

2024 election cycle is going to be

17:16

fascinating so I'll be covering it so

17:18
